Hello random readers. I'm so glad you decided to read my story. This is my first fanfiction and I hope you enjoy it and possibly give your reviews so I can improve. With that being said I hope you like this chapter.
Flashback~.
In the streets of Mustfau.
"Damnit the shop didn't open up today I'm going to have to get by for the next week'', a small malnourished boy angrily thought as he slid down next to the alley wall.
The boy had short unruly dark brown hair and a white stained T-shirt with pants that barely fit.
''Are you alright kid'' came a soft-spoken voice at the alley entrance. The boy instantly shot up, pulling out a rusty pocket knife and holding it near his side.
'' hey calm down I'm not going to hurt you kid'' a man said. Upon better inspection, the man had long red hair and yellow bright eyes, and a skinny build. '' g-g-go away'' the boy said, stuttering a little bit but his eyes hardened to fight if need be.
The man slowly walked toward the kid not trying to spook the kid into bolting. Halfway toward the child, the man stopped and rummaged through his grocery sack, pulling out a store-bought bento and placing it on the ground before backing away.''You look a little skinny for your age here you can have this". Slowly the boy made his way towards the bento before snatching it and backing away.
Without hesitation, the child quickly opened the lid and began scarfing down the food inside. Meanwhile, the man sat down next to the kid without being noticed and patiently waited for the kid to finish.
After the boy got done with his meal the man tried to ask him a couple of questions. ''May I ask you what your name is? '' the man asked in a soft tone.
The man stayed quiet until the boy spoke up and said '' j-jin my name is Jin''. The man smiled before replying with ''Well jin my name is Shinohara Shigeo but my friends call me doc''.
They stayed there in silence for a couple of minutes before Shinohara spoke up '' would you be ok if I take you to a hospital''. Jin flinched a bit before nodding a bit and getting up with the man.
They both walked off not knowing both their lives have been changed …..
3-years Later.
Jin was seated in the principal's office of his new school waiting for the man to show up to the meeting. Looking around revealed that it was filled with pictures of graduated students.
After a couple of minutes, the door opened and a middle-aged man wearing a black striped suit walked in and sat down in the principal seat. The man had a slight frown when his eyes met jins.
'' Ah, jin Shinohara my name is Takao Arakawa I am the principal of aldara junior high, the place where we nourish prospering individuals''.
''Greeting Mr.Arakawa-san I am grateful to be attending your wonderful school, however, I'm curious why I was called on the first day before class.''
The principal now had a small glare on his face ''well I read the teacher's reports from your previous schools and to say I'm a little repulsed by your actions.''
He shuffled a couple of papers before reading out '' five counts of assault on other students, two counts of disrespecting teachers during classrooms, and one count of starting a school brawl during a lunch period.''
Now the principal was full-on glaring at him '' do you have anything to say for yourself''.
Jin sat there for a couple of seconds to collect his thoughts before replying with '' well If you read my case file then you would already know that those assault cases were deemed as self -defense same as the school brawl since I wasn't the one who antagonized it.''
Jin let that information sit in before continuing with ''and as for disrespecting the teacher's report the teachers that complained were reported for quirk discrimination and fired that same year.''
The principal stood there wide-eyed before replying '' b-b-be that as it may here at aldera we pride ourselves with a no-violence rule so I ask you to be on your best behavior. ''
'' If anyone tries to attack me I will defend myself other than that I will be a respectful student.''
They stared at each other for a couple of seconds before the principal growled, ''you may leave Mr.Shinohara .''
Being dismissed, Jin simply got up and walked out of the office heading to his class.
The evening of mustafu.
After the school period ended Jin was walking out of the school when he noticed two students shoving a smaller student behind the building. Seeing this Jin narrowed his eyes before quickly deciding to eavesdrop.
When he got to the side of the building he found two boys verbally abusing a scrawny student, with long green curly hair.
"So Deku I noticed that you took amazing notes while in class and I'm struggling a little so I was wondering if I can borrow it."
The boy they called deku had his eyes looking down at the floor before saying."I w-w-would like to but the exam is in two days and I have to study for it h-h-how about I copy the notes and give them to you."
That wasn't what the boy wanted to hear and got a little more aggressive with his bullying.
"What the hell deku the one time I asked you for help and you refused I thought we were pals".
Now the kid was shivering like a leaf before sputtering out "I-i-it not that I d-don't want it j-j-just that I need to -ach-".
Suddenly Deku fell to the ground, his school supplies being thrown out of his bookbag. Being slapped by the same student that seemed to have an extended fingers quirk.
"Excuses excuses you selfish fuck seems like you deserve a beating."
Before they can go any farther with that threat jin quickly stepped in instantly catching the attention of both the bullies.
"What are you doing, " Jin said in a low, neutral voice.
After realizing it was not a teacher one of the bullies responded with "who are you scratch that this doesn't concern you ".
Jin was now glaring at them before replying with "Attacking a fellow student makes it my concern. "
The boy growled before activating his quirk that seems to be some type of wing quirk. "listen either you leave or you can be beaten into a mess your choice".
Jin straightened his back before getting into a boxer's stance and replying with " I like to see you force me to leave you, overweight bastard ".
In a fit of fury, the winged one flew toward Jin causing him to sidestep to the left and threw a left hook that landed directly on the bully's cheek causing his momentum to crash into the school wall forcing him to pass out.
After seeing his buddy get taken out easily, the last one let out an angry scream and then began to rush toward Jin and lashing out with his quirk that turned his fingers into a whip.
Almost instinctively jin dodged the fingers and grabbed onto them causing a wince from the other boy before jin tugged and threw a quick jab, that made an audible *Crack* to the bully's nose.
"Ahhhh fuckk". the boy cried out before he crumbled onto the floor and held his bleeding nose.
Jin glared down at him for a couple of seconds before saying "take your friend and leave ".
The boy stumbled a bit before quickly getting up and collecting his unconscious friend and making his way to the front of the school.
Before he turned the corner he glared at jin before saying "katsuki will find out about this " After saying his threat he quickly turned the corner and left. . Seeing that the threats were gone, Jin quickly turned his attention to the victim.
The boy was still on the ground, tears in his eyes yet upon a closer look showed slight awe.
Jin crouched down and started to place the school supplies back into his bag, before handing the bag to the unknown named kid.
"Here" Jin quickly said, moving his hand down to offer the kid up.
The boy slowly took his hand and got up whispering a "t-t-thank you " something that Jin barely heard.
"Uh, no problem but are you fine?" Jin said, noticing the mud stain on the side of the boy's school jacket.
"Oh, i-i-am ok um my name is izuku m-m-midoriya nice to m-m-meet you" izuku said offering his hand out to give a handshake.
"Jin Shinohara" jin said taking the offered handshake "listen I'm going to be late for my train I'll see you tomorrow ok" Before Izuku could reply Jin quickly made his way to the front of the school.
Izuku stood there thinking "crap I forgot to ask him what his quirk was".

Holy hell it took me a long time to get this completed. I spent like a week just looking over this. But I am satisfied with the quality of this chapter. Now as for this OC in the story. I was inspired by a couple of characters from fiction stories. Now as for the plot it won't be started yet. The first five, maybe six chapters will be the prologue of the story until the start of the anime.
