Ash's Diary
After a day of working, Ash heads back to his dorm room and notices that Alice is sitting at her desk. From his point of view, Alice seems to be working on the homework that he already finished during break time.
With the head being close to Alice, Ash is being noticed by Alice and she blushes. Ash asks, "I heard that you played a lot of games with the others before I come back. How are you feeling?"
Alice says, "It is great, we sure had a lot of fun. But right now I have a problem that I couldn't solve yet..."
Ash sighs as he notices the question, it isn't difficult, but it may be too complicated to think of an answer. "Let me help you, I know how to solve it." Then he shows her some of the tricks with his face close to her.
Alice can hear his breathing and she is feeling very hot. She wants to ignore it, but the temptation is too strong for her to resist.
Once the problem is done, Ash says, "Here you go, Alice." But as he notices her red face, he decides to ask, "Are you okay? Your face is a little red."
Alice can feel that steam is coming out of her head, she says, "Nothing." She also waves her hand so as to try not to make him worry. After noticing the solutions to the questions, which are very detailed and easy to understand, she says, "Thank you, Ash. You are the best."
Ash blushes a little and he says, "It is nothing."
Alice also notices his red face and she asks, "And what about you? Your face is red as well."
"Nothing, I swear." Ash says, but in both of their minds, they think the same thing, "Does he/she have feelings for me? What should I do?"
Ash takes a deep breath and says, " I am going to sleep right now, a whole day of working in the company is tiring me out." And then he goes into the bathroom and then he prepares his pajamas.
While he is dressing up, Alice decides to stand up and stretch her arms after the homework is done, he then notices the book open on the desk. Curiously, she decides to read it, and there it lists 18 places that shock her.
"Those eighteen places...they are the most dangerous places in the world..." Alice gasps. "But why is there a Pokemon Type besides the places? Come to think of it, there are 18 types, and 18 places...is there a coincidence?"
Ash walks out of the bathroom and then he notices that she is reading his diary, Ash says, "Ah, you saw that, didn't you?"
Alice turns around and her face turns into a shock. She knows that reading other people's diaries isn't the right thing to do, so she says, "Well...I..."
"It is fine since I put it on the table. As you can see, those places were the places I have been training all these years with my 180 Pokemon, and there are 10 with each type." Ash says as he sits on the bed.
Alice then plucks up her courage and then she asks, "Ash, I want to ask you something. When you come to us four casually today...is it because you already know us already?"
Ash knows where this is going, but he still tries to act like he doesn't know a thing and he asks, "What do you mean?"
Alice says, "We four are the Elite 4 members of the Sevestar Region. And the way you're acting towards us...because you are Red, right? You were the one who made us your Elite 4 members, is that not so?"
Ash closes his eyes a little and says, "You are a sharp one, aren't you, Alice." Ash says, he wanted to smile, but he can't because he forgets how to smile. He says, "I think that the others know the truth as well, right?"
Alice nods and then she asks, "Why? You didn't want to show yourself in front of us when we were together in the League competitions. And why do you show yourself now?"
Ash says, "To be honest, I wanted to hide as well, but my mother forced me to drop off my Red disguise. She says to me that I can't always hide under the facade, because I was just put off the pain I had in my heart."
Alice nods and then he says, "I am going to sleep now, maybe tomorrow I can tell you some more." And then Ash closes his eyes and then he starts to doze off.
Alice sees how he falls asleep this fast as she smiles a little, but then, she notices a locket on the table, and then she sighs, "Since when did I put this locket here? I should put it back before Ash notices it. I can't let him see it, or else I am going to be in trouble."
As she tries to put it into her pocket, she finds that her locket is already there. Alice takes hers out and she says, "Wait, if this is my locket, then whose locket is this?" Then she spots Ash, who is sleeping. "Wait, so this is Ash's locket?"
She looks at the locket and says, "But it is the same one as mine, did she buy the same locket as mine?" Just then, she widens her eyes as she remembers how she had this locket.
(Flashback)
A younger Alice is wandering around in the forest alone and she yells, "Mother! Father! Eve! Flora! Where are you?" But there is no reply, and it causes her to cry. Not only that, the snowing only makes it worse.
Alice starts to shiver in the middle of the snow and then she starts to sing. "The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
A kingdom of isolation
And it looks like I'm the queen
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside
Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I've tried."
It is her favorite song from the famous movie, and she starts to walk around in the snow.
"Don't let them in, don't let them see
Be the good girl you always have to be
Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know
Well, now they know"
Alice takes off her gloves and throws it into the air, then she starts to mimic the scene in the movie.
"Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back anymore

Turn away and slam the door
I don't care what they're going to say

The cold never bothered me anyway"
She starts dancing and jumping around the forest. "It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all
It's time to see what I can do
To test the limits and breakthrough

Just then, her hands are glowing as she starts to create an ice castle out of thin air, she didn't realize the fact as she thinks that she is in a dream.
"My power flurries through the air into the ground
My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I'm never going back, the past is in the past

And I'll rise like the break of dawn

That perfect girl is gone

After singing, she gets back to the scene and she not only wears a different kind of clothes, but she also finds that she is inside a castle.
"What? How?" Alice is shocked as she looks at her hands, and then the castle is also gone, her clothes also return to normal with the gloves on her feet. "How did I do that?"
"You have Aura." She turns around and notices a boy her same age. He says, "To be able to manipulate the Ice Aura to create the castle and your new outfit, you truly are a great aura user."
"Who are you, and what is an aura user?" Alice asks with fear.
"I am sorry. I am Ash, Ash Ketchum. And like you, I am also an aura user." Ash says as he raises his hand, then he creates a small fire to warm her up.
Ash says, "You see, I came from Kanto and my family was here for a vacation. But due to the fact that I want to see more Pokemon, I kinda get lost and separated from my family."
"Hey, that is just what happened to me as well." Alice gasps as she starts to giggle. "It seems like we are in common."
"Yeah...hey, how about we try to find our way out?" Ash asks as he stretches out his hand, Alice looks at the hand with a little blush and she holds it. Then Alice asks, "But how are we going to get out here? This Route 20 is a maze and there are a lot of Pokemon using illusions here."
"I don't know, but that isn't going to stop me. If I want to achieve something, don't give up until it is over." Ash smiles as he takes out the locket and ties it around Alice's neck. "Here, it is a lucky charm, and it looks good on you."
Alice looks at the locket, it is very beautiful in her eyes, and she notices that Ash has one around his neck as well. "Now that we are blessed by the lucky goddess, we can find our way out."
"Um." Alice says with a small smile as they finally reach out of the forest. And since then they have been friends, but the happy times didn't last forever as Ash's family is heading back to Kanto. The two of them promise to keep the locket so that they will remember each other again.
(Flashback ends)
Alice remembers everything from the past and she gasps, looking at the locket, she mutters, "Does that mean...Ash..."
"Here, it is a lucky charm, and it looks good on you." Alice hears the words and she slowly goes to Ash's bed, at first she thinks that it is her imagination, but then Ash continues to sleep and talk, "Now that we are blessed by the lucky goddess, we can find our way out..."
Alice knows those words too well, it is the same from the past. Alice decides to look at his sleeping face and she realizes that Ash is the one that she is waiting for in the past. "Is he dreaming of what we met for the first time? No way...he was my savior...and the boy that I loved back then..."
With those thoughts, she goes into the bathroom and changes into her pajamas, after that, she quietly moves her bed close to Ash's and lies on it. Feeling ultimately close to Ash, she smiles and mutters, "Ash...I will bring your smile back...just like before...I will always be by your side." Then she also closes her eyes and goes into her dream.
And here is the new chapter, Alice starts to realize that Ash is the same boy who she befriended all those years ago. Will she be able to succeed in helping Ash?
