Narrator; The City of Townsville… where The Rowdyruff Boys are seen at Townsville Hospital in quarantine due to refusing to wash hands. They maybe supervillains, but they're still bad little boys who don't have any parental figure like the Professor who can be a positive influence on them. Him and Mojo Jojo did inform them about covid-19 and instructed them to wear masks, keep their distance and always wash their hands. Unfortunately, due to their independence and lack of proper discipline, the boys sneered at those instructions and went as far as saying hand washing is for sissies. Irritated by the boys attitude, Him and Mojo stormed off, telling the boys that they warned them.
The Rowdyruff hardly care since they boast about never getting sick because they have super powers. The following days, the karma paid the Rowdyruff a visit and hits them hard as they find themselves sick with the covid. Much to their shock and annoyance, the Professor and the Powerpuff Girls came for a visit, wearing masks.)
Brick said outraged)What so you dumb girls want? (Coughs)
Butch said If you're here for a fight, I'll pummel ya… pummel ya… (coughs badly before he collapses in bed, groaning)
(Boomer didn't bother with the tough guy act as he looks like he's about to toss his cookies)
Boomer Oww! My tummy hurts! His cheeks puff up as his stomach bubbles. He gags as he covers his mouth and groans)
Blossom said We're not here to fight.
(Bubbles holds up some bouquets of flowers)
Bubbles said We just wanna give you some nice flowers to make you feel better.
The boys recoiled in bed in terror.
Brick said Gaah! Get those gross flowers away!

Boomer whiny) I can't even smell anything.

Professor said Well, boys I certainly hope you have learned a valuable lesson about the Safety of your health during the paramedics. Just because you have super powers, doesn't mean you're completely immune to natural sickness.
Bubbles said Yeah, just look at me and my sisters. We pretty much got sick when the Amoeba Boys got a cold while standing out in the rain to break the law by ignoring a Keep Off the Grass sign and got all of Townsville sick but we're fine now after we all got better because the Amoeba Boys carried the cure as well.
(Brick and Butch glowered as they sulked in bed while Boomer looked clueless)
Boomer (confused said You we're sick because who and got better with what now?
Professor said Anyway, we'll be leaving now and wish you boys get better soon. Let's hope the three of you get vaccinated as well. With this virus going about, you'll need all the protection against it you need.
(As the Professor leaves, Buttercup smirks as she grabs the flowers from Bubbles and dumps them over the boys' heads)
The Rowdyruffs said Hey!
Buttercup said dusting) Consider it karma for putting that overgrown slug down. Bubbles' dress, ya punks. She turns to her sisters, who frowned at her in disapproval.)
Buttercup said shrugging) Hey, it's not as if I barely touched them.

(As the girls left, the Rowdyruff looked annoyed as a glowering Bath spat some petals out of his mouth. Boomer sniffles as he struggles to reach for a tissue and Brick hacks.)
Butch said Aw, man! Him and Mojo ain't gonna let us Live this down if they'd find out about this.
Brick said As if getting that dumb lecture about these "health and safety" junk from the Powder Puff Girls and their egg-head dad wasn't bad enough.
Boomer said shrugging) At least it can't get any worse.
(Doctor Samson walks into the room, mask and all)
Dr. Samson said Oh, boys. It has come to my attention the three of you are yet to receive your covid jab. Once your quarantine has passed, we will immediately proceed with the needle.
(The boys looked horrified shouted Needle?!
Dr. Samson said Nothing to worry about. The girls had taken theirs and are good as gold. If they can handle it, so can you since… you are supervillains who can't feel a thing and all. That reminds me, I'd better be sure to ready those special tables the good Professor had provided for the hospital to see to it that you young gentlemen don't attempt to fly away upon recovery.
(Once the doctor left, the boys freak out, putting up a fuss)
Narrator: Oh, brother. Such kids never learn. Makes me glad I wash my hands regularly.
(The standard end shot comes up.)
