This is the first chapter of my first fanfiction! For a while now I've been interested in the Ketsuryūgan but I could never find a story on it. So I decided to try myself. Hope you all enjoy!

Leaf Village Forest
Naruto had just stolen the Scroll of Sealing from the Hokage's office. To pass the secret genin test, he needed to learn one jutsu from the scroll and his sensei, Mizuki, would promote him.
The one problem with all of that was that Naruto couldn't learn any jutsu. Every jutsu he tried to perform wouldn't work. He didn't have enough time.
He needed more time to practice.
"Dammit," Naruto said, sitting back against a tree. "At least there's one more jutsu I could try before Mizuki gets here".
Standing back up Naruto looked at the scroll. "Shadow Clone Jutsu" he read, "This is my worst technique!" he shouted falling back down against the tree. "I'll never become a genin".
As that was said a person ran into the middle of the clearing from the surrounding forest. He spots Naruto and runs over.
"Naruto, why did you take that?" the man asked, pointing at the scroll.
"Oh, hey Iruka sensei! I had to take it, for the secret test, Mizuki didn't tell you?" Naruto said giggling.
"No, he didn't Naruto, the whole village is looking for you and there's no such thing as a 'secret test' " Iruka explained. He reached into his kunai and pulled one out. "Why lie Naruto?" he asked.
Naruto saw Iruka take out the kunai and looked him in the eye. "I'm not lying Iruka sensei" he said worriedly, getting scared, there was a look in Iruka's eyes he had never seen before. The look the villagers gave him.
Then another person appeared in the clearing. "Did you find him Iruka?" the person asked.
"Yes Mizuki" Iruka said.
Mizuki walked over to Iruka and Naruto saw that he had two fuma shuriken on his back.
"Mizuki sensei! Good thing you're here, you can tell Iruka about the test and everything!" Naruto said, all fear leaving his body.
"What test Naruto?" Mizuki replied with a smile stretching all the way across his face. "You're lying again, Naruto"
"No," Naruto shakily replied. "I'm not lying", Naruto tried to stand up but was kicked in the gut by Mizuki.
"Kill him Iruka, avenge your parents" Mizuki said, turning around. "After that we can take the scroll and bring it to Lord Orochimaru".
Iruka raised the kunai, "Did you think I was going to let you get away with it?" he asked Naruto.
"Get away with what? The pranks? I'm sorry, they were just funny!" Naruto replied, thinking back on all the pranks he did.
"Was killing my parents a prank to you? Was killing half of the village a prank to you Nine Tailed Demon Fox?!" Iruka said, starting to shout at Naruto, now grabbing him by the throat and lifting him up off of his feet.
'Is that why I'm hated? Am I really that fox?' Naruto questioned.
Naruto clawed at Iruka's arm, trying to get him to loosen the grip. Tears started to form in his eyes. Naruto closed his eyes 'Don't give up yet' Naruto thought to himself. He opened his eyes again and grabbed Iruka's arm, looking him in the eye.
Iruka's eyes widened. 'What happened to his eyes?' he asked himself. 'That's not the sharigan, not the byakugan what the hell is-' Iruka thoughts stopped, as he started to feel very tired. He then blacked out.
Iruka dropped onto the ground and Naruto dropped down onto a knee gasping for air while grabbing his throat.
Mizuki turned around and saw that Iruka was on the ground and Naruto was still breathing. "How did he not kill you" Mizuki sneered.
He walked over and grabbed Naruto by his jacket and started to punch him in the face, over and over again. When he stopped he took a good look at Naruto. Seeing his eyes, he said "You really are a demon'' and dropped Naruto on the ground.
Naruto was on his hands and knees and began to cough up blood.
Mizuki kicked him in the stomach, making him roll a few feet away. Mizuki looked at Naruto and took a fuma shuriken off his back and began to spin it on his finger.
Naruto used this time to stand up and took out a kunai. He knew he couldn't beat Mizuki, but he also knew he could try.
Naruto ran at Mizuki and threw the kunai at the hand that was spinning the shuriken, making Mizuki throw the shuriken to deflect the kunai. Naruto took this opportunity to tackle Mizuki to the ground. He got on top of him and started to relentlessly punch him in the face over and over.
A few punches in Mizuki grabbed both of Naruto's wrists and pushed him off. He stood up, his face was very bloody.
As Mizuki got up, Naruto did too, running to the Scroll of Sealing, picking it up and running away.
Mizuki took off his other shuriken from his back and threw it at Naruto, hitting him in the back.
Naruto fell to the ground, but lucky for him, he wasn't alone anymore.
"We have you surrounded Mizuki" was the last thing Naruto heard before he blacked out.

Naruto woke up in a hospital bed. He looked around the room and no one was there. But on his lap there was a Konoha ninja headband.
"YES!" Naruto shouted. He looked at the headband, feeling the fabric eyes glimmering. He did it. He is one step closer to becoming Hokage.
He then started to remember the other night. Iruka betrayed him. All those years he was nice to him. One of the only people nice to him, hated him. He lied.
As Naruto was thinking about this, the door of his hospital room opened and Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage walked in.
"Congratulations Naruto," Hiruzen said, walking to a seat next to the bed.
"Thanks old man," Naruto said, still looking at his headband.
There was a moment of silence before Hiruzen spoke up. "About last night" he started.
"I know I'm the Nine Tailed Fox," Naruto said. "Why'd you never tell me?"
"I wanted you to have a normal life. I didn't want you to know you had a demon fox inside of you" Hiruzen replied. "But that's not what I wanted to talk about".
"Normal life? You wanted me to live a normal life?" Naruto said, starting to raise his voice. "Nothing about my life was normal. I couldn't have friends, I didn't have parents, I couldn't go to eat at half of the places in the villages because they wouldn't let me in!" you could see the hurt in his eyes, "And I didn't know why" Naruto said.
Hiruzen had a sad look on his face. "I know, and I'm sorry but I wanted to talk about your family Naruto"
Naruto looked at Hiruzen, "You're going to tell me who my family is?" he asked, getting excited.
"Yes," Hiruzen said.
Naruto smiled. He smiled a lot. Finally he would find out who he is. He will find out who his parents are. Finally. "Tell me, '' Naruto excitedly said.
"Last night, when Iruka held you by the throat, a dojutsu activated. It is called the Ketsuryūgan, and it comes from the Chinoke clan. It can put people under very strong genjutsu that no one can break out of, it can also allow the user to control their own, and other people's blood" Hiruzen explained.
"So I have a clan, and I also have a really cool dojutsu!" Naruto exclaimed. 'That genjutsu must be how Iruka passed out' Naruto thought to himself. "So who's my parents? And where is my clan?" he then asked.
"Your clan was killed and I still cannot tell you who your parents are" Hiruzen said.
Naruto's excitement went down. His shoulders slumped. He got up and quietly said Thanks Lord Third" before walking out of the room and out of the hospital. He was fully healed anyway, he didn't need to stay.
He could hear Hiruzen say "Team Assignments are tomorrow at 7" as he walked out.

He walked all the way back to his apartment and put his headband on the table in his kitchen and took out a ramen cup and put water on the stove so it could boil.
As he waited for the water to boil he said, "So I can control blood, and put people into unbreakable genjutsu. That is pretty cool". He sat and waited in silence now before his thoughts drifted to the other night again, "Iruka almost killed me, so did Mizuki" he said. "I have to become stronger".
The kettle started to whistle and Naruto took it off the stove and poured the water into the ramen cup. He sat at his table and ate the ramen, finishing it quickly. He then went into his bathroom and took a shower, seeing a scar on his back from the shuriken. "Battle scar," Naruto said coolly. After that he put his pajamas on and got into bed.
"Tomorrow I'll have my team and really begin my ninja career. I can't wait" Naruto said smiling as he fell asleep.
-7:00 am-
'Brrrrinnngg'
Naruto groaned, waking up to his loud and annoying alarm. He slapped it before rubbing his eyes and looking at the time.
"7:00!" Naruto screamed, jumping up from bed, "I'm late!". He quickly ran to his closet, opening it and putting on his jumpsuit.
He ran to his bathroom, vigorously brushing his teeth before running out the door.
Naruto got outside and almost began to run before he realized, "I forgot my headband!". Naruto ran back up the stairs to his apartment and grabbed his headband from the table before running to the academy.
-Academy-
Naruto arrived at the academy and bursted into the room where the team assignments were taking place.
When he bursted in, everyone looked at him.
"Naruto, what are you doing here? We all know damn well you didn't pass" Kiba Inuzuka said laughing at him.
Which caused everyone else to laugh at him too.
"I did pass! Don't you see the headband on my forehead?" Naruto yelled angrily.
Kiva smirked and turned around, "The Hokage probably gave it to you out of pity, you didn't earn it" he said.
This made Naruto ball up his fists, "Why don't we go outside and I'll show you that I earned it" Naruto said.
Kiba laughed again, "You sure you wanna do that, deadlast?".
"Yeah I'm sure," Naruto said. He walked to the door, but before he could, it was opened for him.
An older man with spiky brown hair walked in wearing the standard chunin outfits.
"Take your seat Uzumaki" he snarled.
Naruto shot a mean glance at Kiba and then took his seat.
While he walked to a seat, he could feel everybody staring at him like they had heat vision or something.
He walked past Shikamaru and Choji, both had a look on their faces like they thought he didn't earn becoming a genin either. They were supposed to be his friends, people that supported him. Now they just seem like everyone else.
He walked past Ino and Sakura, the two didn't seem like they were even paying attention to him, they never did. They always looked towards Sasuke anyway. Though he still had a crush on Sakura. Taking any chance to converse with her.
He walked past Shino, he was always quiet. His face was always covered by his coat. He was nice to Naruto when they did happen to talk, but at this very moment it seemed like they had no interactions at all.
He walked past Hinata. She had become oddly cold towards the end of their academy days. She used to be shy and innocent. Now she was the opposite. She paid Naruto no mind, looking forward instead of at him.
Lastly he walked past Sasuke. Fuck Sasuke.
The chunin walked into the middle of the room and began to speak, "My name is Bekkō and I will be telling you your teams for today" he started.
Whispers were heard all around the class and they were all saying the same thing, "What happened to Iruka and Mizuki sensei?"
Bekkō didn't really care about what they were saying, and they were all very terrible whisperers.
He then began to read the teams out.
Naruto didn't listen though. He was too busy thinking about how cool of a ninja he'll be. 'I wonder what my nickname would be' he thought, 'Maybe the Bloody Orange Hurricane, nope, too long, Konoha's Orange Bandit, no, still too long' he kept brainstorming ideas of cool nicknames until he heard the chunin say his real name.
"Team 7, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno" Bekkō said.
Naruto jumped out his seat into the air, "I'm on a team with Sakura!" he yelled out in joy.
"I'm on a team with Sasuke! True love always prevails!" Sakura shouted at all the other girls in the class.
She then came to a realization. "I'm on a team with Naruto," she said angrily and sadly.
Sasuke didn't say anything out loud, but in his mind he was thinking all types of things. The nicest one was probably 'They are both annoying idiots'.
The rest of the teams were called out and taken away by their new sensei's, leaving team 7 by themselves.
Naruto walked over to Sasuke and Sakura and asked, "So since we are a team now, we should all go out a celebrate with ramen!" he said with his signature grin.
Silence.
"Or Sasuke, you don't have to come, maybe Sakura and I could get some alone time," Naruto said in a flirtatious voice, winking at Sakura.
"No Naruto, I would never go to eat with you," Sakura said in a colder voice than normal.
"C'mon Sakura, no need to be like that, we're on a team!" Naruto said obviously not getting the hint.
"Naruto, I don't like you. I hate you. The whole village hates you, when will you learn?" Sakura said, standing up over Naruto.
Naruto already knew that the village hated him, but Sakura? Yeah he annoyed her sometimes, but hate? Naruto didn't know what to say.
"No one likes you, no one wants you to be a ninja, everyone knows that you're too weak and stupid for that" Sakura said, her words spitting out like venom. "Leave me and Sasuke alone, I don't care that we are on a team, we could really care less".
Tears welled up in Naruto's eyes. It felt like the last few days everyone wanted to hurt him. This village wanted to hurt him.
"First impression of you, you're boring" A man wearing the standard Konoha jonin apparel with his headband covering one of his eyes and gravity defying gray hair said standing at the doorway.
The newly formed Team 7 looked at the man, not even knowing he ever got there.
"Meet at the roof in 5 minutes" he said, body flickering away.
Sasuke got up and started to walk to the roof, Sakura following closely behind him. Naruto however stayed in his seat.
What Sakura said kept playing over and over in his head, 'No one likes you, no one wants you to be a ninja, everyone knows that you're too weak and stupid for that'. Was he really that weak? He was on the stupider side of things, but he couldn't be that stupid right?
He thought back to the night he "fought" Iruka and Mizuki, he was outclassed. He was too weak. He was saved by something he didn't know he had. He was too weak.
Naruto took out a kunai and stabbed himself in the hand, blood splattering on the desk. "I will never be weak again, I will be the strongest there is. Upon this wound I pledge, believe it" he said.
He didn't even mind the wound, wiping the kunai on his jacket and putting it back in his holster. He then began to walk to the roof.
When Naruto arrived at the roof, the rest of his 'team' had already finished doing introductions and Kakashi had left.
"Meet at training ground 7 at dawn, don't be late" Sasuke said walking past Naruto.
Sakura followed him, shooting a rude glance at Naruto while walking past him.
"So I can't even be introduced to my new sensei, great," Naruto said.
He began to walk home, thinking about why they would be meeting at a training ground so early.
"Maybe we are starting training right away!" he exclaimed, a little too loud.
All the people who were already avoiding Naruto, tried to avoid him even more due to his outburst.
Naruto noticed this, "I hate this village" he said under his breath.
Naruto got home and started to make cup ramen, he looked at the time and realized that it was only noon.
"I still have a whole day to do something!" he said. "I can start my OWN training today!". With that Naruto left his apartment.
"First I'm going to have to do some research though," Naruto said. "I'll have to go to the…library" he said, shuddering.
He got to the library and walked in, quickly going to the clan history section, avoiding the librarian so he wouldn't get kicked out.
Naruto was scanning through all the books until he found a book labeled 'Chinoike Clan'. He pulled it out and went to a table far from the front.
He started to read it, getting more information about the Ketsuryūgan and how powerful it really was. Once he masters it he will be able to do things like control people and block his mind so it won't be read.
To Naruto it was so cool.
He learned about how the clan, his clan, was forced out of Kumo and moved to the Valley of Hell. Then they wiped themselves out.
Or at least that's what the book says. He was the last Chinoike.
Naruto punched the table, "Why once I seem to have a family, they have to be dead" Naruto angrily said. He got up from the table. "I'll make my clan proud" he declared getting up from the table and leaving the library. He now had to train.
He went to Training Ground 7 and saw three stumps.
"I'll throw 200 punches, kicks, knees and elbows on each side first," he said.
About 150 punches in, Naruto's fists began to bleed, but he kept going. Once he finished his punches, he moved onto kicks. His legs started to cramp up, it hurt. He still kept going. Elbows and knees were just as bad.
He finished and he sat down on his butt. By now, he was drenched in sweat and he had taken his jacket off, now only wearing his pants and a black shirt.
"I'll do 500 pushups and sit-ups now," Naruto said.
He couldn't do them all in a row, maybe 100, so it took him some time. It burned, real bad. His arms felt like they were gonna collapse, but they didn't and he finished his push-ups.
Sit-ups were much easier, he could do half in a row before having to stop due to the burn he felt.
Once he finished he stood up, "Now I gotta work on my speed, I can do some running" he said. "A few laps around the training ground isn't bad". He started to run.
He didn't really realize how big the training ground was though. So after 10 laps he decided to be done, it was still a good workout though.
After his running he sat down, putting his back against one of the tree stumps. "Now it's time for me to use the Ketsuryūgan" Naruto said grinning.
First he needed to activate it.
"How do I activate it" Naruto asked out loud. He sat there, pondering on how he was supposed to activate his dojutsu until he figured out the answer. "CHAKRA" he shouted, "Why didn't I think of that sooner?".
He stood up and put his hands in his ram seal and channeled his chakra.
He could feel all his chakra rushing through his body, and then he snapped his eyes open.
Everything looked different, but the same. He put down the ram seal and then his vision seemed normal again.
"What happened?" Naruto asked, throwing his arms up in a frustrated manner.
"I channel my chakra and I'm pretty sure the Ketsuryūgan activates, but once I put down the seal, it stops. I have to keep channeling my chakra" Naruto said, figuring things out. He then also remembered a lesson he was taught in the academy, 'Dojutsu are activated through channeling chakra into the eyes…'
"I have to channel my chakra through my eyes!" Naruto said.
He once again made the ram seal and started to channel his chakra. He could feel it through his whole body, but now he had to focus it in his eyes.
"Got it" Naruto said, his eyes snapping open again. "Now i have to keep it there", Naruto did exactly that.
It wasn't that hard once he got it. The vision did take some getting used to, but once he was used to it, it was late so he didn't want to keep going.
When Naruto arrived home, he started to look for something to eat, "What should I eat for dinner?" he asked, checking the cabinet for ramen, "I'm out of ramen, so I'll have to eat something other than that" he checked his fridge.
There wasn't much in there, some eggs and some orange juice, and some steak from when he was gonna make Sakura some for a date until she declined.
Naruto took out the steak and said "This could taste good" he said.
He took out a pan and put it on the stove, then he put the steak on.
He cooked the steak on both sides for a few and then ate it.
"That was alright, needed something…more though" Naruto said, criticizing his own food.
After his dinner, Naruto took a shower, set his alarm for 5 and then laid down in bed. "First day tomorrow". He proceeded to fall asleep.
'Brrinngggg'
Naruto hit his alarm before lifting his head up and rubbing his eyes and stretching.
He got out of bed and brushed his teeth. He then went over to his kitchen and took out the eggs and put them on the stove.
While they were cooking, Naruto took the time to put on his jumpsuit and headband. Once he finished, he took his eggs off the stove, poured himself some orange juice and ate a good breakfast.
When he was done with breakfast, he made his way to the training ground.
-Training Ground 7-
Naruto arrived at the training ground to already see Sasuke and Sakura. He didn't bother saying anything to them though, due to what had happened the other day.
He stood farther away from them and started practicing activating and deactivating his Ketsuryūgan without using the ram seal, which was pretty easy once he got the hang of it.
-3 Hours Later-
'Poof'
"Sorry I took so long, a black cat crossed my path" Kakashi said.
"Kakashi sensei, you are so late!" Sakura yelled, "You told us to be here at dawn and it's already 8! Not to mention we were starving because you told us not to eat!" she yelled once again.
That was news to Naruto, no need to tell everyone he did have some breakfast though. It was the smart thing to do.
"Like I said, a black cat crossed my path, I had to
take a different way" Kakashi said, shrugging. "But if you have nothing else to say, we can start the test"
'Test?!' Naruto Internally screamed. 'I suck at those!'.
Naruto walked over to Kakashi and asked, "What test?".
Kakashi looked at Naruto and smirked underneath his mask, "The test to determine if you stay a genin or go back to the academy".
Naruto's eyes went wide,"That's not fair! I already passed!" Naruto protested.
"Are you sure about that Naruto?" Kakashi asked. "Did you really pass?".
Naruto looked Kakashi dead in the eye, but didn't say anything. He knew what he was talking about. 'He doesn't think I deserve to pass, I'll show him!' Naruto thought.
"Let's get to it" Kakashi said, taking out a clock and two bells. He tied the belts to his waist and said, "You have 5 hours to get these bells from my waist".
"But Kakashi senesei, there are only 2 bells!" Sakura said.
"Only 2 can pass" Kakashi said before starting the clock. "Come at me with the intent to kill. Or you will not pass" jumping back into the middle of the clearing.
All three of the genin jumped. into the surrounding forest, finding spots to plan their attacks, while Kakashi took out a book and started to read and giggle.
-Sasuke-
Sasuke was currently hiding in the bushes to the left of Kakashi.
He took out a kunai, and threw it at Kakashi. Although it was exceptionally fast, he easily dodged it while still reading his book.
Sasuke grunted and continued to throw kunai at Kakashi, which he dodged all of.
'Fuck' the Uchiha though at he leaped out of the bushes and rushed towards Kakashi.
He threw a kick to Kakashi's rib, which Kakashi caught and flipped him into the air. While in the air, Sasuke weaved hand seals and said "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu".
A ball of fire hurled to Kakashi and he thought to himself 'He is a Uchiha'. He put away his book and jumped to the side. 'Maybe I should take this a little seriously'.
When Sasuke landed, he waited to see if the fireball hit, when it didn't, he ran to where Kakashi was.
This time he threw a leg sweep, Kakashi jumped over it, then Kakashi came down with a punch to the top of Sasuke's head.
While this did hurt, Sasuke rolled backwards and ignored the pain. Again he ran at Kakashi, but this time he threw a kunai at the jonin's right ear, as Kakashi dodged left, Sasuke kicked at the left side of his face.
Kakashi had expected this though, so he blocked the kick. Sasuke threw an uppercut and almost hit Kakashi, but he leaned his head back.
-Sakura-
Sakura was on the opposite side of the training ground to Sasuke. She sat and watched as Sasuke attacked Kakashi.
She was amazed when Sasuke let out a fireball at Kakashi and almost thought he won, until she saw Kakashi jump to the side and dodge it.
She continued to watch until Kakashi dodged Sasuke's uppercut, that's when she thought 'I have to help'.
Now Sakura couldn't go rushing into battle and win, Sasuke couldn't do that, so what she did was she started to throw kunai and shuriken relentlessly at Kakashi.
-Sasuke vs Kakashi-
As Sasuke was getting ready to run at Kakashi again, he saw a barrage of kunai and shuriken getting hurled at Kakashi.
He smirked, he definitely didn't want help, but he did need it.
As the kunai and shuriken came at Kakashi, Sasuke ran at him.
Kakashi realized the pickle he was in, he quickly jumped up high above the weapons.
Sasuke had to also leap to the side so he wouldn't get hit.
-Naruto-
When Naruto ran into the forest, he ran the same way as Sakura, he just climbed trees instead of running on the ground. He sat perched on a tree branch watching.
He saw everything go down, from Sasuke not landing a single hit on Kakashi, to his fire jutsu, to Sakura throwing kunai at Kakashi.
When Kakashi jumped up to evade the attack, Naruto took this as his chance to spring himself off of the branch at Kakashi.
-Kakashi-
When Kakashi fought the Uchiha 'prodigy' he wasn't all that impressed.
'He fought exceptionally well, and his battle strategy wasn't all that good. He wasn't a prodigy to his own standards.
Although he could perform a good sized fireball though, still much to learn nonetheless. He will be a priority.
The Haruno girl gave good support, but it was only because she didn't want to see Sasuke lose.
She was a good person to have on the sidelines, she needed some accuracy training though. A good support.
But she was still a civilian, meaning small reserves. Genjutsu or medic jutsu is the way to go for her.
Now that Uzumaki, he hasn't done anything as of yet, where the hell-'
Kakashi's thoughts were cut short when the boy he was starting to talk about tackled him out the sky.
-Naruto vs Kakashi-
Naruto speared Kakashi out of the sky. When he and Kakashi hit the ground, he was quick to get up.
He didn't make the same mistake Sasuke did though, he didn't rush straight in. He waited to see if Kakashi would attack first.
When he didn't, Naruto then ran in. He first threw a punch at Kakashi's face, but it was caught.
'This won't be too hard' Kakashi thought, taking his book back out.
This angered Naruto. He didn't think he was strong enough.
This anger made Naruto activate the KetsuryūganHe ran back towards Kakashi.
Kakashi noticed that he was faster than he was before, and what dojutsu was in his eyes?
Naruto threw a body kick at Kakashi's free hand, that Kakashi caught. Naruto did want that to happen though, he jumped up and grabbed Kakashi's head and drove it into his knee.
Kakashi let go of Naruto's leg and jumped back, putting his book away, "This might be harder than I thought" he muttered to himself. He looked around the clearing to find Sakura and Sasuke standing at the tree stumps. "They don't want to help him at all" after pointing that out, he turned back to Naruto's way, and Naruto was already 10 meters away.
'I can put him to sleep with my genjutsu' Naruto thought, all he had to do was touch him with the intent to knock him out.
Naruto rushed in, but Kakashi threw a punch at his face, sending him flying.
Naruto landed on his knees and spit out blood. "That hurt a lot," Naruto said. He looked up, Kakashi was already in front of him, grabbing him by the head.
Kakashi didn't get the response he wanted from the genin though. Naruto smiled and grabbed his wrist.
Nothing happened. "Was that supposed to do something?" Kakashi asked, dropping Naruto. "What you did was a fluke, you just caught me off guard, you aren't strong at all" Kakashi turned his back on Naruto.
Naruto balled up his fists, what he did wasn't a fluke. He was the only one that landed a strike on Kakashi, he deserves praise, he deserves to pass. "Did we pass?" he asked.
"I'll pass this team, but because of what Sasuke and Sakura did. Not you" Kakashi then began to walk back to the rest of the team to tell them the news.
Naruto was left at the training ground by himself as the rest of his 'team' left and went home.
He got up and went back to the 3 logs and began to train like he did the other day.
He needed to be stronger.
