In a house that was in the Mushroom Kingdom there sat Luigi. He was on a couch that faced towards the TV. Luigi sighed. There was absolutely nothing to do ever since the King Boo and Hellen Gravely incident at the Last Resort.

Sure many people told Luigi to relax after the big adventure, but Luigi was all about adventures. Well adventures with Mario at least.

Polterpup trotted up to Luigi and have a look that just said, there's nothing to doooo. Luigi couldn't blame Polterpup. There truly was nothing left to do and opportunity wouldn't just come to Luigi.

Suddenly, a good idea hit Luigi. If there was no opportunities coming, he would just have to create his own!

"Come on Polterpup!" Luigi clicked his tongue. "I know what we could do! We could go for a walk and play fetch later!"

Polterpup seemed to like the idea and he showed it by wagging his tail. A good plan for a good duo.

The doorbell rang, and Polterpup ran as fast as he could to the door. Polterpup looked excited. This was different from the usual growl and bark. This excitement wasn't for nothing though, Mario is here!

"Ah, hello Luigi!" Mario opened his arms for Luigi. "Do you want to go do something, maybe go cart racing, golfing, tennis!"

"Hahaha... I'm so sorry Mario, but I already have plans." Luigi chuckled. "Maybe another time?"

RINNNNG! The phone rang. Luigi rushed to it wondering what call he got. "Hello?" Luigi asked.

"Oh Luigi!" The voice seemed familiar. It is Steward! "Luigi, what's going on?"

"Oh nothing much Steward," Luigi smiled. "Is there an emergency? If Hellen and King Boo escaped, I need to get there now!" Luigi began to bite his nails. "Don't you only call me in case of an emergency?"

"Well, it's kind of an emergency. An inspector came to the Last Resort and said that they needed someone to come here and if they like our service, the hotel stays open. Please Luigi, do you want to go on vacation?"

Luigi stared at the wall because he was so shocked. A vacation to the Last Resort?!?! That now is a very good offer. How could Luigi say no? If he did, the staff might not be able to find another person to help. If that were to happen, many ghosts would be homeless, jobless and penniless.

"Okay, I agree!" Luigi beamed with pride.

"Thanks Luigi. Now pack your bags, you got a vacation to get to!"
