Someone once said that there is no such thing as a coincidence. Everything that happens is all part of the bigger picture or some higher being's grand plan.

Unfortunately not everyone is aware of the bigger picture and just end up being collateral, pawns in their parents game and innocents that were somehow born into the chaos without realizing it.

That's how this story begins.

It was 1981 on a cold rainy April night in the suburbs of Virginia.

A young couple with their two sons were inside watching a movie unaware that they were being watched.

Outside a man in a brown leather jacket held a silver blade in his right hand while he carried a bassinet with a newborn baby tucked inside. He gently put the bassinet down before kneeling down to check on the baby.

The young angel face baby girl looked up at him gasping his finger when he tried to unsaddle her for a moment.

"You are going to be trouble." He said putting his blade away. "Still can't believe she talked me into doing this. Oh who am I kidding of course she talked me into it."

"Buf" She blew a bubble to him as she tried playing with the finger she had in her grasp.

"Sorry about this kiddo, but it'll only hurt for a second." He said putting a hand on her chest and carving the enochian sigils onto her ribs to ward anyone that might try to come after her.

"Wah!" The baby cried out just as the sky above them started rumbling with clashing thunder.

"Sh Sh it's okay. It's alright." He said picking her up until she calmed down. Once the baby was settled he put her back down tucked into her warm blankets. He looked over and saw the movie the family was watching about to end.

He knew it was now or never.

He picked up the basinet and flew over in a whoosh to the front doorstep of the house. He put the basinet down fixing the white blanket the baby was swaddled in so the symbol embroidered in gold on the white blanket could be seen.

"Good luck kiddo. We're both going to need it." He said knocking on the door before flying away out of sight.

I was a few seconds later that a woman opened the door looking around before looking down and spotting the sleeping baby.

"Don!" She shouted for her husband before kneeling down to check on the baby.

"What…" He said immediately seeing the baby. "Is that a baby?"

"She was just here when I opened the door." Christine said. "Who would just abandon a baby like this?"

"I don't know." Don said. "But its freezing out here. Let's get her inside."

The man watched the couple take the baby inside before finally flying off. He had done his part the rest was out of his hands.
