Chapter 1 Supreme King

In the middle of a forest a dark glow appeared and from it came a dark castle with darkness coming out of it, the Supreme King's Castle.
Inside was a throne room with the Supreme King sitting on his throne.
Many Digimon were there looking at him with Bakemon and Boogiemon flying around.
Someone came to his side and it was Laylamon. "My lord, it seems we have arrived in a new world."
"Yes, it does seem like that."He said.
Datamon came and Supreme King said:"Datamon, did you figure out our location?"
"Not get my lord, but it can be done fast."He said.
"Good, we must see what this world has."Supreme King said.
DemiDevimon came."My lord theres seems to be a strange creature heading towards the castle."
They saw a image of a lizardman child heading towards the castle running.
"Hmmm, it's not a Digimon, but it could be similar to what we've seen in like Naofumi's world."Supreme King said.
"What shall we do?"Datamon asked.
"Send in a representative."Supreme King said.
The Lizard child was going before someone came in front of him scaring him.
He saw it was DarkSuperStarmon."Wow there little guy, don't you think your far from home."
"I'm sorry, but i'm just looking for help."He looks down.
"Help?"DarkSuperStarmon said.
"Yes, a man known as Ainz Ooal Gown has declared a battle against my people, if we lose then he would take over my people." He said.
DarkSuperStarmon tilts his head and looks at the castle.
Supreme King listened and said:"Let's see what this Ainz can do."
"Surprising that you would help them?"Laylamon said.
"We are not Heartless, but let's see what our competition can do." He said.
Later at the village
Cocytus was facing against the Lizardmen for his lord, the others of Nazarick are watching.
He charges foward but then a dark blast stops him.
Cocytus let out a shocked gasp, "Who did that? Was it one of your people?"
"No it's not us, none of us are capable of doing that type of spell." said one of the lizardmen.
"Then who did it?"
"Whoever they are, they're in serious trouble." said Shalltear.
"Ha Ha Ha, so this is the warrior that Nazarick chose, then you shall face me."
They looked up and saw a figure come down, and it was Devimon who has his arms crossed.
"Who are you?" asked Cocytus.
"I am Devimon, I am going to be your opponent."He smirks.
Cocytus analyze the new being and needless to say his aura seemed to rival the Supreme Beings.
"Very well, I shall cease my fight against the Lizardmen." said Cocytus with mist coming out of his mouth, "Let's see how strong you are."
The Lizardmen are surprise to see Cocytus stopping their fight one another and focused on the new being. Is he they're savior or destroyer?
"Hah that black demon stands no chance against him." smirked Albedo.
Devimon then looks at them through the screen with a grin.
They were taken back by this, as Devimon sense them. But they still regain their composure and curious to see the result of the fight.
"Death Hand!"Devimon shot a blast at Cocytus.
"Cutting Wind!" Cocytus did a slashing attack, swatting away the arms.
"Death Claw!"He extended his right arm towards Cocytus.
"Using the same move, predictable." said Cocytus as the golden arm bands on his arms glowed.
He crossed his arms expecting to block the attack, but to his shock, they pierce his defenses and hit him making grunt in pain. It hurt but thankfully his armor and exoskeleton endured the attack.
"That attack..."
Devimon grins and lifts him up. "Fool, my Death Claw can pierce through your defense and enforce my will on to you."
"Then it looks like I have to be careful." said Cocytus.
"Cocytus getting hurt by an unknown demon, impossible!" said Albedo.
"No one manages to do that for a long time, the only beings close are the likes of Rubedo and the Supreme Beings." said Demiurge narrowing his eyes.
Back in the fight, Cocytus enhance himself with 'Demi-Human Killing' and 'Kulika Blade' skills and charges toward Devimon at blinding speeds with all four of his arms, punching towards Devimon...
Devimon crosses his arms to block it."Leather Wing!"
He swings his wings at him.
A black tornado appeared and hit Cocytus, he grunted as the tornado keep on damaging him. He let out a roar.
"God Slaying Emperor Blade!" He summoned his large katana and sliced through the attack.
It even sent out a slash and hit Devimon in the chest, making him skid across the ground.
"Finally, he got him." cheered Shalltear.
Devimon rubs his chest and looks at Cocytus. "Impressive, it's been a long time since someone has managed to harm me like this, you are something."
"I thank you for your words, your not bad yourself." said Cocytus, "Before we continue our fight, may I ask who are you? Your power seems similar to one of the Upper Floor Guardians and maybe the Supreme Being."
"As I told you, I am Devimon, but I am the partner of my lord, the Supreme King."Devimon said.
"The Supreme King? I've never heard of him before." said Cocytus, as he felt familiar with that title due to it being close to a Supreme Being.
"He is the Ruler of Darkness, the one that chose the dark as his domain, and I am his partner."He said.
"So he's an associate of this 'Supreme King'." said Demiurge placing a hand on his chin.
"I see." said Cocytus, "What's your objective here?
"Simple, a child from this village begged my King to help against you, so he sent me."Devimon said.
"Your here to disrupt Lord Ainz's plans?" said Cocytus, before he could reply.
"Why must you waste time Devimon." Devimon gasped.
He looks back and said:"Why are you here?!"
They saw something come down from the sky being Lucemon in Rookie form.
"I was wondering why you were taking so long to fight this guy."Lucemon said.
"Now who's this?!" said Shalltear, "A child?"
"He doesn't look much." said Albedo smugly.
"I wouldn't be sure of that, something about him feels... off." said Aura.
"And whoever is this Supreme King, he sounds truly strong." said Demiurge.
"I am Lucemon, it seems Devimon is getting too arrogant to have fun, so I think it's time to send someone else."Lucemon said.
Cocytus narrowed his eyes, he knows for a fact that the 'child' is no regular one. He then prepares himself for what comes next...
Then something big crashes down on front of him, since dust cleared and Cocytus saw Skullgreymon who roars at him.
Skullgreymon hits him back with a fist making Cocytus grunt.
Then he shoots the missile on his back.
Cocytus panted a bit and saw the missile, he grab it will all of his four hands and let out a yell as he throws it back at Skullgreymon engulfing it in a large explosion.
"I've never expected that beast's attack is strong." said Cocytus.
Skullgreymon starts to glow surprising him, they saw it become more humanoid before Skullgreymon became BlackWarGreymon.
What is this? You change forms?" asked Cocytus in surprise.
"I am now BlackWarGreymon, you don't stand a chance now."He said.
BlackWarGreymon charges foward slashing Cocytus making him grunt as he got a big slash.
Enduring the attack, Cocytus slashes him across the chest making BlackWarGreymon stagger back. Then the two of them clash their weapons together, as they rapidly slash against each other...
BlackWarGreymon just hits him back and Cocytus saw that BlackWarGreymon wasn't even scratched.
"There's not even a scratch on his body. How strong is his armor?" thought Cocytus in his mind, as they kept on slashing each other.
BlackWarGreymon pushes him back. "You must be wondering how I'm not even scratched, it's because my armor is made from Chrome Digizoid, one of the most powerful metals you'll ever see."
"Hmm... an armor that is made out of the most powerful metals, remind me of Lord Touch Me." said Cocytus himself, "Then I simply had to swing harder."
He summons another sword again as he has both swords in his hands.
"Then I dare you." said BlackWarGreymon, raising up his claw gauntlets.
Cocytus block the black digimon's drill attack using his sword, as he slightly skids across the ground, he grunted as he took a deep breath and breaths out an ice breath freezing in place, Cocytus did an 'X' shape slash sending BlackWarGreymon away.
BlackWarGreymon gets up and cracks his neck. "Hmmm, you are strong but..." He jumps up and makes a giant orb."Take this, Gaia Force!" He throws it at him.
Cocytus tries to block the attack as it hit him, he let out a roar of pain as he was engulfed in an explosion. After it died down, it shows that Cocytus is still alive, but he was on his knees.
BlackWarGreymon lands on the ground. "It seems you are not able to fight."
"No, I'm still not done yet, I will see it clearly that my lord's quest will fulfilled." said Cocytus as he stands.
He let out a roar, as he slammed his foot down causing a huge burst of ice to engulf the surrounding the land, the Lizardmen nearby quickly got out of the way.
Lucemon snaps his fingers destroying the ice, Cocytus was shocked.
"If your lord cares about you, he would want that you at least come back alive." BlackWarGreymon said.
They're... actually right, if he dies now his lord would be so disappointed with him.
"Still, I will keep on carrying my lord's mission." said Cocytus determinedly.
"Then in one move, shall determine the winner." BlackWarGreymon raises a claw.
They charged at each other and made a final slash.
They stood there before Cocytus falls down defeated.
Nazarick members were shocked to see that.
"He lost." Albedo said.
Ainz watched the fight and he was worried but also curious about these creatures, they resemble like boss creatures one would face, the dragon looking one has metal he never seen before.
Cocytus is in trouble, what do I know, should I send someone to rescue him? He thinks to himself.
Lucemon looks at Cocytus and said: "He's still alive, but what do we do with him?"
BlackWarGreymon looks at him. "Send him back to his allies, a warrior like him should at least go back to his lord."
"Fine." Lucemon snaps his fingers.
A light appears on Cocytus before he appears in front of his allies.
"Cocytus!" Ainz said.
They got surprised and the guardians went around him.
"Lord... Ainz..." Cocytus was in pain.
Some healed him and Aura looks at the creatures. "I wonder who is the Supreme King? I wonder what his forces are."
"Lord Ainz's splendor is greater than this Supreme King." Albedo said.
"But they are a threat as much as I want to hate saying that." Shalltear said.
Lucemon flies up to the sky to look at the Lizardmen, the kid comes towards the village and his parents hold him. "As you can see Lizardmen, that child was the reason we were told about this battle."
"But what will you do now?" One asked.
"Our lord was in a generous mood so he decided to lend a few of us to stop that fighter." Lucemon said.
"So all he wishes from you is simply for materials when asked and free passage." Devimon said.
"If that's all then we accept." The leader said.
"Good." Devimon smiles.
At the Supreme King's castle
Supreme King saw the battle and said: "They've done it." He opens his visor to reveal his face, Judai Suzugamori.
"Yes." Laylamon came to his side. "What shall we do against Nazarick?"
"They're warrior was able to fight BlackWarGreymon, this should be interesting, I didn't have this type of battle in a long time." He smirks.
Now the two superpowers of the world have been revealed to each other and they will prove which is superior.
Note: Here's my first real Overlord story and I would like to thank The Nexus Warrior for his help, now I didn't make the Digimon weaker, the Nazarick ones are just stronger to make it more interesting, I rather make a side stronger over nerfing a side, since what's the point of using the characters at they're best if your going to steal that power away, so remember the Nazarick ones are just stronger here.
