Chapert 2
Brett entered the station with Violet unsuspectingly, and they made their way to the common room.
"Where were you guys?"Kelly asked, there were no calls for 61."
"We went to fix the ambulance." Said Brett trying not to sound nervous. It had a breakdown, didn't it Violet?"
"Yes that's right, then we went to look at some clothes."
"Clothes?"
"There were no calls and we took advantage." Said Brett heading to the kitchen.
"Brett." Shouted Matt, storming into the common room
"What's wrong?" She asked frightened.
"Where is Gabby?" He asked angrily.
"I don't know what you're talking about" She said sipping her coffee.
"We know everything Brett, your lies are over."He confronted her, everyone turned to look.
"I have nothing to say She refused and tried to leave, but Matt pulled her by the arm and threw her to the furniture.
"You're crazy, you know I can report you for abuse." She said rubbing her arm.
"I don't know what you're talking about, nobody saw anything. They all denied.
" I didn't see anything."Said Otis..
"Now talk, Brett, Kelly demanded, or face the consequences."
"No, I don't care what you do to me, I'll never tell." At that moment she felt a slap but it was a woman's hand, they turned around and were shocked.
You fucking bitch, you are going to tell me right now where my friend is or I will kill you right here. Everyone was in shock, they didn't expect Shay to come back, he had left a year ago for California.
"Shay? What are you doing here?" Kelly asked. "I told you we were going to take care of it, I was going to let you know."
"You think I was going to stand by and not know anything about my best friend?, said Shay angrily, now tell me where Gabby is."
"I bet she's dead along with her bastard baby." Brett scoffed.
"Fucking bitch, she grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground, she started punching her in the stomach over and over again.
"Get off me, you're hurting me you lunatic!" Shouted Brett.
"Shay, stop it, Severide shouted grabbing Shay, If you do that she won't tell us where Gabby is."
"Let her go Kelly, I want to kill her." She tried to free herself but she couldn't, they had her grabbed by both arms.
"No Shay, let the authorities take care of her." Said Boden.
"Stop teasing and playing games, this is a serious situation that will only make things worse for you, said boden, I think you better tell me where Gabriela is."
Brett laughed.
"And why would I do that? she asked, that bitch stole what was mine!"
They all looked at each other and I didn't know what she was talking about.
"What's yours?" Asked Shay.
"Matt, I was going to have a chance with him, but that bitch decided to come back and the worst part is that she came back pregnant!" Shouted Brett.
"Now I'm going to finish this blonde bitch off. Shay yelled grabbing Brett by her hair.
"You're hurting her." Said Violet, defending her.
"So you're on her side?"
"Yes, because she's my friend," she answered making Shay lose her patience, without thinking she punched her in the face.
"Damn it, you and your friend are going to jail!" She yelled out.
Everyone immediately went to break up the fight.
However, they didn't want either of them to do any more damage.
"Stop it, Casey shouted, separating the three of them, this is not the time or place for this! You, Brett, are the dirtiest thing that ever set foot in this firehouse, and I swear to you right now that if Voight had been here interrogating you, you wouldn't make it out alive."
Everyone's eyes widened. Except Shay, who watched with delight as she imagined Brett trapped in the cage in District 21 being tortured into telling her where Gabby was.
"Antonio, did you find anything?" Asked Hermann.
"Please say yes." Kelly pleaded.
Antonio denied, "I'm sorry, there's nothing yet."
"Brett please talk." Pleaded Casey.
"We'll make her talk." Said Jay grabbing Brett and putting him in handcuffs.
"What are you going to do to me? Antonio do something please."
"You kidnapped my sister and you have the nerve to ask me to help you?" he pushed her out of the room.
"Antonio can I come with you?" Asked Shay making puppy dog eyes.
"No Shay." Antonio denies.
A few hours passed...
Gabby kept trying to free herself, but kept hurting her wrist, cursing in frustration.
"Matt, please come out, we need you." She cried in tears.
The brunette felt exhausted, her wrists ached and what she feared most was that her baby would be hurt.
Gabby: "Please." She whispered before fainting.
"Matt Matt!" Kelly rushed into his office.
"Hey, you scared me, Matt complains, what's wrong?"
"There's news on Gabby, he managed to say with bated breath, let's go to Boden's office." They both immediately run to the boss's office where Antonio was with Jay.
"Antonio." Said Matt with desperation.
"We found her, he sighed relieved to hear that news. After hours of interrogation, Brett finally told where she hid Gabby."
Matt cried, the crying mixed with a laugh of relief and happiness to know that he would finally be with Gabby and their baby.
