As Alexis is waking up she finds herself beside Cody as he is pulling on her while they're in the burning house.
"This must be my second chance." Alexis thinks to herself.
"Come on girl we gotta go." Cody says as he is pulling on Alexis.
"Right then. Follow me Cody." Alexis says as she grabs Cody by his sleeve and begins pulling him to an open window with them both making it out safely with minor cuts and bruises.
"They're out!" A fireman shouts seeing Alexis and Cody out safely.
"Cody my baby boy! Oh good girl Rose! Good girl!" Cody's mom shouts happily running over to her son as his father pets Alexis phrasing her for saving their son's life.
"You did it girl. You saved me." Cody says as he hugs Alexis with her barking happily.
"Anything for my boy." Alexis thinks to herself as she licks his face happily.
*Timeskip*
"Where did it go? I know I saw the rat go around here somewhere." Alexis says as she is walking in wolf form after dying again near the cemetery before hearing rustling from some bushes.
"You're all mine." Alexis says confidently before she lunges into the bushes and tackles a person down.
"Please don't hurt me!" The person says before Alexis sees it is Isis she has pinned.
"Isis?" Alexis asks as she gets off Isis allowing her to stand up.
"Alexis? Oh I'm so happy to see you!" Isis says as she hugs Alexis.
"You too. I was worried about you the last I saw you." Alexis says as she shifts to human form.
"I'm so glad we're back in the afterlife together." Isis says happily.
"Yeah. Just like old times." Alexis says.
"Yeah. It really is. Only Dixie won't be with us." Isis says sadly.
"But at least she is home again. Did you finish your unfinished business when you went through the portal?" Alexis asks.
"Yes. I was able to lead my people with much wisdom. Did you save your boy and yourself?" Isis asks.
"Yes. I was able to save myself and Cody from the fire. I was never so happy to see that boy." Alexis says as she smiles.
"I bet." Isis says.
"Isis I have something to confess. Being alone since I arrived back in the cemetery has given me time to give this a lot of thought." Alexis says as Isis looks at her.
"What is it?" Isis asks curiously.
"Well I wanted to tell you that I like you." Alexis says shyly.
"I like you too silly." Isis says.
"No, no. I mean like you, like you. As in I have feelings for you. I care about you more than just as a friend." Alexis says shyly.
"I know." Isis says bluntly.
"Wait. You do?" Alexis asks.
"Yeah. I noticed it a while back. I just wanted you to tell me so I wouldn't make you uncomfortable by straight up asking." Isis says.
"But wait. If you knew then why are you acting so calm?" Alexis asks curiously.
"It's because I like you too." Isis says.
"Really?" Alexis asks in surprise.
"Yeah." Isis says.
"Hey Isis I was actually out for a hunt. Would you want to join me? You get to decide our meal." Alexis says.
"Definitely!" Isis says happily as Alexis smiles.
