The Dragon Ball Z/Kill la Kill archive has been silent for a while. Let's turn up the volume a bit, okay?

TIMELINE BEFORE THE MAIN SLAUGHTER.

–Age -263.

–The remaining Saiyans flee their home planet in the face of its imminent destruction at the hands of the sixth registered mutant specimen, known as the Legendary Super Saiyan by his kin.

–Age -260.

–The Saiyans arrive at planet Plant, meeting the Tuffle species. They agree to let them stay, on the condition that they become their slaves.

–Age -224.

–The Saiyans have grown moderately in numbers, and their power evolves at a steady rate. The Tuffles begin to harbor worry regarding them.

–Age -161.

–The moon from Planet Plant becomes full. The Saiyans transform into Giant Apes, and they ravage one of the planet's three main cities.

–The Tuffles consider annihilating them all during the aftermath of the incident, but the leader of the Saiyans, Galick V, begs them for mercy, and claims that this will not repeat.

–The Tuffles take extreme measures against the Saiyans, giving them the inhibitor silver crowns, that prevent their energy from developing and, theoretically, their transformations from happening.

–The Saiyans begin to harbor extreme resentment towards the Tuffles, and towards their leader, Galick V.

–Age -121.

–Galick V, leader and representative of the Saiyans, dies from natural causes at the age of hundred fifty-two. His son, Galick VI, takes his place.

–Age -61.

–The full moon appears. No Giant Ape incidents were reported. Mass production and enhancement of inhibitor crowns begin.

–The relationship between Saiyans and Tuffles seems to become less tumultuous, and the former species seems to gain an interest in the latter's technology.

–The Tuffles, sensing little threat from them, allow them to toy with old machinery.

–Age 39.

–The full moon appears. No Giant Ape incidents were reported.

–The Saiyans think of rebellion but don't have the means to carry it out. It doesn't help that the royal family appears extremely submissive to the Tuffles, having accepted their places as slaves.

–Age 139.

–The full moon appears. No Giant Ape incidents were reported.

–A small number of Saiyans, Galick VIII's second son among them, have grown proficient in the area of technology, engineering, and species research. They face scorn from their kin and condescending praise from the Tuffles.

–Age 145.

–The first scouter is created. The credit goes to the Tuffles.

–Age 157.

–A handful of reports of inhibitor crown malfunctioning arise. The Saiyans whose crowns failed are incarcerated.

–The Tuffles' trust in the crowns decreases, and they grow more restrictive with their slaves and their toys. A lot of them still don't think these brutes could have sabotaged their technology.

–Age 237.

–Tuffles begin to go missing in isolated towns.

–Age 239.

–The full moon appears. At least a thousand crowns malfunction. The Saiyans transform once again and go on a colossal rampage.

–The Tuffles learn their tail is responsible for the transformation too late; a city has been leveled, and a rebellion has begun.

–Galick X and a group still loyal to him allies with the Tuffles in hopes of stopping their vicious kin, who have been scheming behind his back. Galick believes the Saiyans need the Tuffles' wits to evolve as a species.

–Age 331.

–Galick X dies from natural causes at the age of hundred thirty-eight. His daughter, Galick XI, takes his place, and leads the Saiyans loyal to her against the rebels, having inherited her father's beliefs.

–Age 339.

–The full moon appears.

–40% of Planet Plant becomes a barren wasteland within the span of a night.

–Age 428.

–Galick XI dies from natural causes at the age of hundred sixty-six. Her son, Galick XII, takes her place, but his strength pales in comparison to his predecessors.

–Age 499.

–Vegeta I is born.

–The tides of battle begin to turn against the Tuffles, as the rebels grow stronger and the Saiyans allied to them fall one after another.

–Age 521.

–Galick XII is assassinated by Vegeta I, who becomes the king of the Saiyans. The legacy of Galick XII, XI, and X is stained with betrayal.

–The remaining members of the Galick lineage are hunted down and killed. The Galick lineage is extinct.

…or so it's believed.

–Age 526.

–The Saiyans who didn't join the rebellion have been all killed. The Tuffles only have themselves, and the war rages on.

–Age 539.

–The full moon appears.

–The Tuffles are almost exterminated in the span of a night. Many of them flee the planet.

–The Saiyans win the war and proceed to occupy Planet Plant, now named in honor of their king, Planet Vegeta.

–Age 541.

–The preparations to conquer other planets begin. It's what Saiyans do best, and it's what they were doing before their home planet was destroyed.

–Age 598.

–Vegeta I dies from natural causes at the age of ninety-nine. Vegeta II rises to the occasion and becomes king.

–Age 665.

–First contact with the Frost Demons, and the Planet Trade Organization.

–Age 667.

–The Saiyan Army becomes part of the Planet Trade Organization.

–Vegeta II plans a rebellion against the organization.

–Age 689.

–Vegeta II's rebellion fails, and he is killed, along with a good part of the Saiyans.

–Vegeta III begs for mercy on his species. King Cold chooses to overlook this incident if only because of how useful the Saiyans can be but threatens to annihilate them and their planet should this repeat.

–Vegeta III becomes the new king of the Saiyans.

–Age 700.

–A world-conquering squadron of four from the Saiyans goes missing in the vastness of space.

–Age 702.

–Two members of the squadron that got sent to a mission on Planet Ikonda and went missing are found on Planet Beenz, mutilated and with their internal organs gone. The case is investigated further, but in the end, the two other Saiyan soldiers, Turles, and Rakkyo, are never found.

–Age 719.

–Frieza, son of King Cold, gains possession of the Saiyan army. His rule over them is far harsher than his father's, and the Saiyans grow to hate him in secret.

–Age 732.

–Vegeta IV is born, with a power level that surpasses his father's from birth.

–Age 734.

–Frieza learns of the Legendary Super Saiyan's story. He dismisses it as a foolish myth.

–Age 737.

–Frieza catches wind of the increasing power of the Saiyan forces, and also of the birth of a baby with ten thousand units of power.

–Frieza decides to erase Planet Vegeta and its inhabitants from the cosmos. Only three Saiyans are left in the universe, Vegeta IV among them.

…or so it's believed.

–Age 740.

–The rumors of an adult Saiyan roaming the frontier between the north galaxy and the south galaxy spread.

–Age 750.

–A pair of Saiyans, an adult, and a youngling, are sighted on a planet located in the south galaxy.

…a planet that explodes not too long after.

It'll be a while before I start to post the chapters. I wanted to get things ready though, summary and genres and all that stuff so I thought about an excuse, and this timeline ended up being that excuse.

You can tell me what you think of it if you want! What kind of high, cracked crossover are you expecting this to be? I'm clearly leaning more towards the Dragon Ball side of it than the Kill la Kill one.
