"Even though they may have been a cheap imitations. You still managed to project Divine Constructs while continuing in sustaining this Reality Marble."

Shirou glanced to his side before completely turning his body around after he heard Angelica spoke.

"Your very existence is flawed. You may have proven to be a hindrance in the last legend we have written and put into motion for humanity." Angelica stated coldly as she took an odd looking sword from the golden ripple that appear right in front of her. "Your irksome ability, your strange use of magecraft, and your abhorrent self-destructive conviction. They will be torn to pieces along with this world!"

A torrent of powerful destructive red magical energy enveloping the blade of that strange looking sword.

Shirou tried to use his Structural Grasping to analyze the sword, however when he attempted to do that, his senses cease completely.

'What the hell is that sword? I can't analyse it at all?!' Shirou thought in panic when he found himself unable to analyse that particular sword. Even with the use of EMIYA's eyes, analyzing let alone reproducing that sword is impossible.

Shirou sighed and close his eyes in resignation. Even though, he couldn't analyze that sword, he can still sense it's destructive power.

It's power is so frighteningly strong to the point that it makes the greatest Noble Phantasm he had in his Reality Marble looks like a second-rate weapon.

Realizing that there's not a single blade in his Reality Marble that can match that sword, Shirou prepare himself for a desperate countermeasure.

"Oh wow, I'm honored you'd bring something like that out for me. There's no blade in this world that can stand equal to it." Shirou muttered calmly as he commands every blades in his Reality Marble to come forth to his calling.

"So, while it may be rude. But, I have to pay you back WITH EVERYTHING I GOT!"

Weapons from swords, axes, spears, shields, halberds anything that would count as a weapon was summoned to his side almost like an entire army.

They floated next to him menacingly awaiting but a gesture to attack the enemy and impale her by the thousands. He himself wasn't too sure if this would work but it was the only thing he could do right now besides lay down and die.

Angelica who was watching looked unfazed by the sight of so many weapons join together. Her weapon erupted in an angry-red glow and emitted so much blood-lust Shirou could feel it even from far away.

"Return to the beginning- ENUMA ELISH!"

With that, the two attacks met; one swarm of weapons versus the origin of all weapons.

He could already feel his connection to the weapons breaking by the thousands and yet he ignored it in favor of focusing on the still-alive weapons. He was slowly pushing her weapon back as impossible as it sounded that even he was surprised.

"HAAAAAAH!" he yelled out and just when he thought he was going to win the exchange she spoke.

"IT'S FUTILE!" she yelled out harshly "EVEN IF YOU PILED EVERY WEAPONS IN THIS WORLD TOGETHER ITS WORTHLESS AGAINST THE STRONGEST!"

His feet left a sizable impact in the ground and he could see the tides now turning. Her 'sword' if you could even call it that, was now so close to him that not even his mightiest swords could stop it.

Excalibur? Destroyed, Gram? Destroyed, even swords that were said to be unbreakable broke in the face of the Noble Phantasm.

Every weapons that he launched at the torrent of destructive red magical energy, whether it famed ones, treasured ones, legendary ones, magical ones, Divine ones, Demonic ones, and dragonic ones. They all were torn asunder.

It truly was the ultimate sword that had no equals.

Surely enough, every heroes and blacksmiths who saw his acts will probably wanted to strangle him to death for the blasphemy that he's currently doing.

He didn't care though, he thought nothing of the weapons, and they resembled more to him like graves then actual treasures Noble Phantasms used by heroes. Like EMIYA he had no pride in his craft, and simply used the tools he was given.

Soon enough, the moon in the world darkened and Shirou knew unconsciously that she was gone.

Of course, with her gone he had no more mana to supply himself with and his Reality Marble would crumble in but a few seconds.

"Yeah, you got that right." Shirou said softly. "It's as you say..., there are times when just one thing can outweigh everything else in the world."

And with that, the strongest sword slammed into him and all he could see was darkness.

Zelrech was standing in his own space, looking down at the wretched-looking (ex) hero of justice, who had set his ideal aside and prioritized the happiness of his loved one.

Zelrecht had to admit, throughout the parallel worlds he had been through. This was the first time he had seen Emiya Shirou abandoned his ideal like this. The existence known as Emiya Shirou can not lived or found anything fulfilled in his life other than saving people's life.

The very thought of saying Emiya Shirou betrayed his ideal was preposterous. It was the same as saying Gilgamesh was humble, which was impossible if his travel throughout the multiverse was anything to go by. And yet here it was, happening right in front of him.

Emiya Shirou is Undoubtedly his most-watched human throughout his parallel world travel. The drama, the fighting, the struggle. Oh! How he loved every part of it. He was such a great source of entertainment that each Shirou that he had seen, though ended the Holy Grail War in different ways, would always come out and strive to be a hero of justice, one way or another. Simple-minded but he enjoyed all of them nonetheless.

However, it got quite boring when he saw all of them go down the same path. In the end, most of them made the deal with Alaya and became a Counter Guardian. Some died on a battlefield. And very few lived to old age with a family. He was almost done with observing the existence known as Emiya Shirou until he came across this particular parallel world version of Emiya Shirou.

In this world, despite having similar background story like most Emiya Shirou that exists in every parallel worlds in the Kaleidoscope, the path that he eventually chose to walk on has caught his attention, because unlike most Emiya Shirou that he has encounter, this one took a very different path that makes him so different from the rest of his other iterations.

If most iterations of Emiya Shirou that he had encountered so far took the path to become a Hero of Justice, this one however, is willingly decided to abandon his ideals and become a villain for the sake of one person happiness.

His little sister's happiness.

He have watched how this Shirou met that Sakatsuki Miyu girl, that moment when he saved her from that falling rubble, and also the moment when he and Kiritsugu took her in into the Emiya household so that they could use her power to save their dying world.

He have watched how this Shirou bonded with the Sakatsuki girl to the point where they eventually became a true brother and sister, thanks to Miyu for using her own power to make that happen.

He have also watched how miserable he is after his sister was kidnapped by his so called best friend, Julian Ainsworth, and how he struggles to get her back.

He have watched how he lost that Sakura girl by the hands of her own brother, he have watched how Shirou got tortured by assassin-Shinji and attain the power of his potential-futureself by making a pact with his Counter Future-self through the class-card, he have watched how he single-handedly defeat the other contestants of the Fifth Holy Grail War in a single night, he have also watched his declaration to abandon his ideals and become a villain on the face of Julian Ainsworth all for the sake of saving his sister.

He have watched how he fought against Gilgamesh-Angelica to the death to buy his sister enough time so that she could teleport into a different parallel world where she would be safe from Ainsworth, a world where she could be safe from her potential tragic fate as a tool that can be use to save the world and be discarded later on, a world where she can make many friends and have small-share of happiness.

He have also watched how this Shirou took a blast from the ultimate sword head on and ended up in his current situation.

After seeing the struggles, sacrifice, and suffering that he had gone through for the sake of his little sister's happiness, he must say that of all the iterations of Emiya Shirou that he have seen, this Emiya Shirou intrigued him the most because he's so different from the rest. This Shirou wasn't born broken and distorted like most Emiya Shirou who experience a tragedy known as the Fuyuki Great Fire, and although he did suffer from a similar tragedy in his youth he managed to stay sane, although he did ended up broken and jaded after he keeps losing his loved ones. This Shirou isn't the one that ended up as a Hero of Justice like most of his other iterations, but a villain who decide to disregard himself and the world for the sake of saving the life of one person. This Shirou is also not the novice magus like most of his iterations who learned how to use magecraft on his own that uses an unorthodox method like creating magic circuits by canibalising his own nerves, but a magus who has been properly trained by the magus killer both in magecraft and combat technique.

Zelretch had to admit, compared to most of his other iterations, this Shirou is the third strongest of Emiya Shirou iterations right after his Counter Guardian and Nameless counterpart. In fact, he might just be the perfect guy to carry out the mission he was about to give him.

...

Okay, he got to admit that there's another reason why Zelretch has been observing this Emiya Shirou. Not only had he been observing his life journey, but he's also been observing his skills as well. And after watching him single handedly fought the other contestants of the Fifth Holy Grail War in a single night, he must say that this Shirou is probably the most skilled iteration of Emiya Shirou as a magus compared to his other counterparts, evidenced by how he manages to find a trick to create a cheap-knockoff of a Divine Construct with his projection magecraft during his fight against Angelica.

That's why he decided to choose this iteration of Emiya Shirou to help him with the mission to save a world which is on the verge of destruction. And of course his help will be rewarded.

Zelrech was on edge and he wasn't often like this. There's a parallel world out there where the Age of the Gods hadn't ended yet, however that world is currently on the brink of extinction because some foreign TYPE-class beings that came from a certain Adjacent World where the Mechanical Life Forms and Spirits resides, are currently on their way to that parallel world in order to invade it. They are despicable beings that are obsessed with wars and invasions, he once tried to slay them but he was force to make a tactical retreat because they were just too strong for him to handle on his own. However, even though he failed to defeat them, he still secretly observe their movements to gather information about when they plan to attack the other parallel world again. And that's how he found out about their plan to invade this parallel world.

These foreign TYPE-class beings needs to be stopped once and for all, and although he secretly has been building an army in that parallel world to fight against them, unfortunately he don't think that they're strong enough to fight back against those foreign TYPE-class beings. That's why he decided to seek help from his most-watched human throughout the parallel worlds he had been through. Emiya Shirou.

Although, Emiya Shirou is not the strongest person that have ever existed in this whole multiverse, he is however, the most versatile warrior that he has ever encountered. His strange ability to create and replicate weapons which is on the level of a Noble Phantasm makes him the ideal person to ask for help.

He's confident that with Shirou's help and the army that he's currently amassing, there might be a chance for him to put an end to those "Invaders of Parallel Worlds" once and for all. But, he got to admit that Shirou's power alone might still not be enough. Granted, Shirou's projection would be godlike in that world given the abundant mana in the air and the influence of Gaia was next to nothing because the Gods were still around. But the incoming threat demanded Shirou to have more power.

That's why, before he sends young Shirou into that world he needs to give him some essential preparations for the mission that he's about to thrusted into Shirou's hands, because no matter how skilled and capable Shirou is, unfortunately he's not strong enough to combat most of the powerful Phantasmal Specieses that exists in that world.

That's why some preparations are needed to ensure the successful of this mission. Starting by healing Shirou's wounds and give him some extra tools that would greatly help him in carrying out this mission to the end. And one of the tool that would have enough power to help Shirou survive and save that world, is none other than the Sacred Gear known as Divine Dividing that previously belongs to the young Vali Lucifer before he meet his end in the jaws of the God Devouring Wolf, Fenrir, during his battle against the Evil God of Norse Loki along with the Red Dragon Emperor. When will Shirou be able to activate and control this Sacred Gear is entirely up to him.

Although time is at the essence, he thinks that it would be wise if he gives the young Emiya Shirou some time to train himself to master his new power before he sends him to the battlefield along with his army to fight against those foreign TYPE-class beings. That's Zelretch decided to send young Emiya Shirou to a time-line around two years before those foreign TYPE-class beings come to that parallel world.

He was quite excited to be honest, he wanted to see if this Emiya Shirou will regain his once discarded ideal or adopted a completely new one. He really couldn't wait.

A blinding multicolor light covered the cave and thus begin Emiya Shirou new journey to the world of DxD.

When Shirou began to regain consciousness, his body felt sore all over his body and his head was a mess. It was like he's having a bad hang-over.

With great effort, he pushed himself off to a sitting position and look around his surroundings.

Shirou found himself waking up in a quiet alleyway. There was no one in the alley except him, and there was nothing in the alley that could help him figure out where he was. The only items he could find in the alley were some old posters and a rusty green dumster.

'Where the hell am I exactly?' Shirou wondered in his thoughts as he tried to figure out how did he end up in this alleyway.

From what he can remember, he was fighting against Angelica with her Gilgamesh card installed, in order to buy some times for Miyu to escape to another world where Julian and the Ainsworths won't be able to reach her.

He had the upper hands during the battle at first when it was proven that his Unlimited Blade Works is a direct counter to Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon power. Unfortunately, the tables are turns when Angelica took out her Sword of Rupture in the last moments.

He was locked in a power struggle with Angelica for a moment as he tried to fight back her strongest attack with all of the weapons he had in his Reality Marble. Unfortunately, no matter how many weapons that he piled up together to fight back against the Sword of Rupture. It turns out that all of them are no match for the strongest sword. And when his connection with Miyu finally severed, he took a direct hit from the attack of the Strongest sword in the existence.

He was passed out back then, he thought that when Angelica defeated him back in that fight, she would try to bring him to Julian and imprison him so that they can use him against Miyu in case that they somehow manage to bring Miyu back. But, it seems that they decided to dispose of him instead. They must've thought that he's as good as dead when he took a direct hit from the sword of Rupture.

However, they are wrong.

He's not dead yet. He's still alive. And he hardly believe it himself.

It was truly a work of miracle.

Shirou stands up back to his feet and slowly walk towards the entrance of the alleyway with a stumbling gait as he decided to find out the location of his whereabouts instead of staying in that Alley.

However, before he steps out of the Alley, Shirou abruptly stop himself when he realized that he's still wearing his ragged clothings that already covered in dry blood. If he steps out to the city like this, surely he will only attract unwanted attention especially from the local police officer.

With that, after muttering 'Trace On' Shirou projected a new set of fresh clothes that consists of a long-sleeves black shirt, a slim blue jeans, and a black jersey jacket.

Shirou then slowly started to take off his tattered clothes, but before he took off his pants he felt something from inside his pocket, Shirou reached into his pocket and took out a small square object which turned out to be an envelope that seemed to be meant for him judging by the words "To: Shirou Emiya" was written on it.

Feeling curious Shirou then open the envelope, pull out the letter, and then read its contents.

Dear Emiya Shirou,

By the time you read this letter, right now you are probably wondering where you are right now and thought that Julian Ainsworth have decided to dump your 'corpse' in this tight alleyway, right? Well, that's too bad because it wasn't that Julian kid who did it, but it was me, Zelretch!

Shirou stops reading the letter in his hands for a second and blinks.

He doesn't know why, but after reading that last sentence, the image of a certain old Dead Apostle suddenly appears on his mind.

'Why is that line sounds so familiar?' Shirou thought for a moment before shaking his head and continue reading the letter.

Alright, enough with the jest, and let's get to the point. As I have said before, my name is Zelretch, Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, The Wizard Marshall of the Clock Tower, the third Dead Apostle Ancestor, Master of The Second True Magic Kaleidoscope, and you young Emiya Shirou, have been chosen as my new field agent in my latest Operation of Parallel Worlds project. I have sent you to a parallel world where the Age of the Gods haven't ended yet, and the reason why I sent you to this world is because I need your help to save this world, Emiya Shirou. This world is currently in danger and is in the brink of extinction because in a few years from now a foreign TYPE-class beings are about to descend into this world and cause chaos and destruction everywhere. You might think that this is horseshit you're reading but sadly(for you) it's the truth. As unfortunate as it is, these foreign TYPE-class beings needs to be dealt with and it has to be done in this world, because this world is basically the last line of defense for our world, if this world falls to their hands then it's only a matter of time before they invade our world as well. I've tried to handle them on my own before, but unfortunately they are too strong which is why I decided to ask for your help because I couldn't save this world on my own. The reason why I chose you and not anyone else is because I have confidence in your ability. I have seen how you fought in the Fifth Holy Grail War and defeated the other contestants in a single night. I must say I'm quite impressed with your display of skills, although I can't really approve of your decision to doomed the whole world even if it's for the sake of saving your loved one. So, you can consider saving this world as your punishment for dooming your own world, and if you succeed in saving this world then I will reunite you with your little sister as a reward. But, that's only if you succeed and actually took this mission seriously.

Shirou stops reading the letter for a moment as he clutches the paper in his hands tightly while frowning

'What the hell did I just read? Is this some kind of joke or something?' Shirou wondered as so many thoughts swarming his mind.

Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, he knew that name quite well. After all he is considered to be a legendary figure in the World of Magecraft along with the "Blue". Still, he couldn't believe that he actually managed to gain the Kaleidoscope's attention to the point that he even decided to take him to a parallel world and make him as his field agent.

He truly had no idea what this all means, but from the looks of it he had just ended up in another crazy situation. In summary, Shirou had really been transported to another world and he was supposed to save it from the danger of an unknown Invaders if he wanted to be reunited with his sister.

'I guess that's a fitting punishment for me.' He did endangered his own world when he decided to save Miyu from being used as a tool to save their dying world, so it only makes sense for him to atone for his greatly terrible sin by saving this world from danger in exchange. Besides, if he can save this world then he will get to meet his sister again, so it doesn't seem to be that bad of a deal.

But still...

'If my opponents are truly a TYPE-class being, then how am I supposed to defeat them?' The TYPES are considered to be the strongest beings in the world, and they didn't earn the nickname "The Ultimate Ones" for nothing. They are immortal monsters that had thirst for human blood. They are immune to most attacks to the point that even a person who possesses the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception can't even kill it either, that's because the TYPES don't have the "concept of death" applied to them.

Shirou scratches his head before continue reading the letter again, hoping that there might be some more details about this "saving the world" mission that's been handed to him by the Kaleidoscope himself, like a hint or steps that he needs to do in order to save this world and defeat these TYPE-class beings.

I know you are probably thinking that it's probably impossible for you to defeat these TYPE-class beings, and I must say that you are partly right and partly wrong as well. Although, these foreign TYPE-class beings are stronger than the Archtypes from our world, they did share the same weakness like most Phantasmal species and the Archetypes from our world, they are weak against conceptual weapons made from Ether, if you can somehow create a conceptual weapon that has a similar power to that of the Black Barrel with that unique magecraft of yours, then you should be able to kill or at least damaged them at worst.

'The Black Barrel, huh? I see...' After this part of the letter, Shirou starting to understand why Zelretch chose him to take this mission and not anyone else. The Wizard Marshall needs him to use the power of his Unlimited Blade Works to create a conceptual weapon that has the same function and power as the Black Barrel.

The Black Barrel is one of the Seven Superweapons of Atlas, one of seven weapons developed and kept by Atlas of the Mage's Association back on his world. The gun is a "Conceptual Weapon of natural life-span", capable of imposing the notion of limited life-span into the body of near-immortal creatures. Composed of Fifth True Theoretical Element, bullets fired from the gun will disintegrate all instances of Grain and Ether they come into contact with, ignoring any parameters of beings that intake either substance to deliver direct damage.

If he can somehow able to create such weapon, then perhaps there might be a chance to defeat these foreign TYPE-class beings after all. However, it might take a while before he can even succeed in creating one because even with the knowledge and skills that he have inherited from EMIYA through their perfect fusion through the Class-card, he still haven't fully mastered the power of his recently developed Reality Marble, So, before he starts trying to create a weapon that could defeat these foreign TYPE-class beings, it would be better if he trains to master the power of his Reality Marble first. Because to be honest, although he already knows how his Reality Marble works, he still doesn't know the full potential of his Unlimited Blade Works.

Shirou broke away from his thoughts and read the next passage of the letter.

By the way, since the mission you are about to carry out is quite a strenuous task with a fairly high probability of death, I have also taken the liberty to make some essential preparations to ensure your safety while you carry out this mission. First of all, I have give you a special tool, a Sacred Gear called the Divine Dividing, that will aid you in your endeavor to save this world. When will you be able to awaken this new power of yours is entirely up to you, but I suggest you do it sooner because time isn't exactly a luxury that you can afford right now. Secondly, I have also implanted Avalon, King Arthur's Excalibur sheath into your body to heal the wounds that you previously had after your fight with Angelica Ainsworth. That sheath will give you an instant regeneration ability, any injuries that you suffers from will be healed in an instant as long as it's not a deadly injuries to the head, that sheath also has other function as well, but I'll let you figure it on your own. I'll let hold on to it until your mission is over, I'm sure you'll find it to be useful in the long run. This will be all the aid that I will give you. Good Luck, Emiya Shirou. You're gonna need that.

P.S. If you don't know where to start, you can start by trying to find a guy named Azazel. He's an old friend of mine from this world. Tell him that "Kaleidoscope has foresaw an impending doom!"

P.S.S. In a few seconds after you finish reading this, this letter will transform into a journal that holds all of the information regarding the moonlit world of this parallel world, make sure you read it when you have a free time so that you can get to know this world better.

And that was the last passage of the letter Zelretch had written for him.

'Well, I guess that's that then. It seems like my fate has been decided.' Shirou mused with a smirk while staring at the letter in his hands.

This is rather ironic actually, because just a while ago he was a villain that decide to doomed the entire mankind from his world for the sake of saving his sister's life, but now he's suddenly being forced to become a Hero to save this world from a calamity that's about to come in a few years from now.

Honestly, Shirou is feeling rather reluctant to take back the old ideals that he have discarded, but if he have to walk through hell in order to be reunited with his sister, then it's something that he's willing to do.

"Sorry Miyu, but it looks like I'll have to make you wait a little longer. I'll take you to see the ocean just like you wanted, when we see each other again." Shirou muttered with a smile as he thinks about Miyu again. He then saw the piece of paper in his hand turned into a book with a brown cover, on the cover of the book there was an inscription written in capital letters, and it says...

"THE MOONLIT WORLD SYSTEM OF DRACONIC DEUSE(?) This must be the journal that Zelretch was talking about, but what the hell does Draconic Deuse mean?" Shirou wondered in confusion as he questioned the meaning of the title of the journal in his hand.

"Well, I suppose I'll find out about it later. Right now, I need to know where am I exactly." Shirou decided while continuing his activity which had been delayed, which was to replace his tattered clothes with the new clothes he had made with his projection magecraft.

After changing into his new clothes, Shirou took out the journal which he had previously put on top of the green dumpster while he was changing. He flipped open the journal and read the contents from the beginning as he walks out of the alleyway.

"'The Great War of Biblical Factions...' Hmm, interesting..."

And thus, the journey to save the world begin...

...

A/N: I'm surprised at myself that I'm actually able to finish this chapter. I've been thinking about writing this story for a while, but I don't really think that I actually managed to finished a chapter considering I'm suck at writing and not to mention that English isn't my mother language. So, anyway I'm a noob writer in this site and I'm glad to meet you all fanfiction readers. Some of the scenes in this chapter is heavily inspired by quanfate's story called "Red Dragon Emperor of Steel" Although it's still consists of only three chapters, the plot is still interesting to read nonetheless, so I recommend you all to read his story.

Well, I guess this is it from me. Please leave some reviews for me.
