Hey everyone! What's up!?

So if you seen Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (And at this point, you should have, otherwise what are you doing!?) you would know the post credits scene has revealed a big surprise in store for us for the third movie, which I can't wait to see!

And that's the reveal of Shadow the Hedgehog, otherwise known as the Ultimate Lifeform and I been wondering… How will the third movie play out, I know it's possibly a Sonic Adventure 2 storyline, which I have no idea what that is about.

But I also been thinking about how the movie will open up and my conclusion is that it would be nice if it was a mixture of the two movie endings, of course Shadow in the second and what the commander offered to the Wachowskis in the first movie.

So enough talk, lets get to it!

It was a bright sunny day in the small town of Green Hills, Montana, everything normal and peaceful as people were going about their business as at the Mean Bean coffee shop, which was under different ownership now, something else was going on…

"I hope you all still feel comfortable while we get this out of the way." An older man in a general's uniform spoke to a couple of humans and three anthropomorphic creatures.

"Oh no, it is very causal to have a normal breakfast with agents surrounding you." One of the humans, a male, Tom, answered, as there was in fact around ten agents all with tasers at the ready around the table, with the rest of the coffee shop closed for the meeting.

"I can assure you this is just for security reasons Mr. and Mrs. Wachowski." The general putting the two at ease as he then spoke to the three creatures.

"Now, you three." The general clearing his throat. "Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, right?"

"That is us." One of the creatures, a yellow fox, Tails, answered.

"So what do you three think of the offer, to work for G.U.N.?" The general spoke. "You three will be doing this planet a great service.

"Depends, what do we get in return?" A blue hedgehog, Sonic, asked.

"What do you want?" The general giving permission for anything the three requested.

"For starters, unlimited chill dogs." Sonic bargaining.

"Maybe a new plane, that would be nice." Tails added.

"And grapes, lots of grapes." The third creature, an echidna, Knuckles, demanded. "Speaking of which… I need more now."

"I'm sorry sir, you ate the last we have in store for today…" A nervous servicer coming up to deliver the news.

"What!?" Knuckles shouted and slammed his fist down on the table, sending everything on the table jumping up and coming back down, with the agents all raising their tasers and looking like they were about to shoot.

"Stand down agents." The general ordered while the other human, a female named Maddie gave Knuckles a stern look on her face.

"Easy Knuckles." Maddie told the echidna, who had no choice but to relax and just wait til the next opportunity to have grapes came.

"Anyway, all we want is for you three to help keep this planet safe from any real dangerous threats, you three certainly put up a good fight against Robotnik." The general praising the three.

"We did alright." Sonic shrugged his shoulders. "And well if you can meet our requests, than I think we can work together."

"Now, hold on…" Tom stopping the conversation. "We haven't made any final decision on this." Tom turning to Sonic.

However before Sonic could reply, an agent came up and whispered something to the general, the general's face turning serious as he got up from his chair.

"Excuse me, I got an important call I need to take." The general walking away from the table, Sonic and Tom resuming their conversation.

"Tom, I was an actual hero and I can still be one for real, and I got Knuckles and Tails besides me." Sonic pointed out.

"Still Sonic, that fight with Robotnik was so close, we very nearly lost." Tom reminding the hedgehog.

"But we didn't…" Sonic retorted.

"Look, I get it and I know I can't stop you, but don't you want a normal life now that Robotnik is gone?" Tom arguing back. "I mean, what can be worse than Robotnik…"

Around 15 minutes earlier, at a secret, unknown location…

"Come on, come on, get into position!" A commander ordered as soldiers from G.U.N. rushed with their weapons at the ready, others with electrical shockers, forming a blockade in front of a large metal door, sounds coming from what was behind the door on the inside as the soldiers stood ready.

"Hold, hold…" The commander said slowly as the door eventually gave way as it not only opened, but the door itself flew, causing the soldiers to quickly duck their heads before lifting themselves back up, a few of them shaking as there was at first just smoke, with a black shape being seen through it. "Get ready!" The commander ordered.

As the smoke cleared and whoever it was that caused the door to fly, was revealed… A black and red hedgehog, who stood there menacingly with fists at the ready, red energy radiating out from the creature.

"Surrender now or we will use force, this is your only warning!" The commander demanded of the creature that escaped as the hedgehog didn't say anything, but formed a smile on his face, like he wanted it the hard way…

"Restrain him!" The commander ordered as a few of the soldiers with the shockers advanced, only for the hedgehog to suddenly charge and in a flash knocked the advancing soldiers off their feet as every other soldier began to panic and without orders fired off their weapons, making sure not to hit their comrades and at the hedgehog instead, who was just a blur.

The hedgehog knocking the soldiers one by one every second as no bullets seemed to hit the creature and even if they did, it didn't seem to be slowing, much less stopping it. In the space of only a couple of minutes, all the soldiers, except the commander, were groaning and in pain, having dropped their weapons and unable to fight back as the hedgehog stopped, coming face to face with the commander, who had his pistol out, which was entirely useless.

"What are you?" The commander asked in fear, as he could take a look at what the lone hedgehog did, his outstretched and shaking arm holding the pistol at the hedgehog.

The hedgehog simply grabbed the weapon around his gloved hand and proceeded to crush the pistol into several parts as the commander fell down on his back, now looking up at the hedgehog, who now towered over the human…

"I am the ultimate lifeform…" The hedgehog spoke in a dark tone of voice before making his clean escape, speeding away from the soldiers as they began to recover from the blows inflicted on them.

"Sir, what now?" One of the soldiers asked.

"Contact the general, tell him it got loose and we need every asset we got on this creature right now." The commander ordered as he shook off the shock of what he witnessed.

With "Project Shadow" now loose, no one could feasibly stop the loose lifeform, well maybe except for a certain blue hedgehog and his friends…

And there we go!

That's how I imagine the movie would start. I'm definitely not going to write up a whole movie, I don't think I have that knowledge, imagination, and skill to do so, but I hope you're happy with this either way!
