Prologue
Sinbad, the High King of the Seven Seas, has always been the hero in his story, and there is no denying that. However, the circumstances he once had weren't the same—the world, although still not perfect, became worse than ever due to the onslaught of different abnormalities caused by Al Thamen. With this, he made it a point to correct society's problems to create the world he dreamed of. Follow him on his journey, full of encounters, battles, and most of all, his antagonistic tendencies. After all, he's not that righteous. In fact, he is willing to get his hands dirty as long as it leads to the attainment of his dream. In the process of doing so, he might lose people dear to him. He might even lose himself, but that doesn't matter because, in the end, all that matters to him is to create a new world devoid of abnormalities. As a matter of fact, he is willing to bet against all odds just to achieve that. Will his dream be a success? Read to find out more.

This story is based on the animes Magi and Sinbad no Bouken. I did not continue reading the ending of Magi because I learned how Sinbad somehow became a bad guy. I don't want him to because I love him, so I'm making a fanfiction wherein he is not evil, but he is also not necessarily good. Sorry if it does not make sense. Anyways, this fanfic does not entirely follow all the events of Magi. Some of the events in the manga and anime will happen, and some won't. I'm still debating whether I would insert the reader as a character because I don't really want this to be a romance book, but if I were to do so, it would be a slow burn, and it will not be the main focus of the fanfiction.
