"Have I ever stopped you before?" he chuckled.

She smiled at him. "We don't need six members to be effective. With Tetsu now stationed here on Earth, Agent Abrella is gone; the five of us should handle anything that is thrown at us." she stood her ground about this.

"And we will continue to help. But we have been over this I will not step in every time that you don't need help. I am just here when the situation is bleak and you need help. And Swan will only henshin once every four years." he said with a smile in his voice if not his face.

So there is a restructuring going on right now. New rangers are being developed. New teams are being formed. This is why Ban was given his Fire Squad Deka Red powers. He is leading a new team of Dekas. And they couldn't ask for anyone better to train a team of hot-headed Dekaranger." he chuckled again and even Jasmine giggled a little.

"And this is why a new Deka Red was asked for. Because the policies have changed to teams of four to six all over the universe. And they want the Earth branch to be their poster children. Because you forced them to see the value of making a true Sentai." he said proudly.

Jasmine was thinking about all of it. And was hard to figure out how she should feel. For the first time, she understood why she had powers. It didn't change anything. Not really. She was the same person as she was the day before. But somehow she also felt different. She had powers that her own people thought were shameful. And she was still proud of them.
