As Aether, and Paimon were waiting for Yanfei's preparation of the tofu for her birthday.
Suddenly an explosion happened in the kitchen. Both Aether, and Paimon immediately went there to witness the scene. As the two went inside the kitchen, they were greeted by the sight of the mess that had just happened.
It was Yanfei covered with almond tofu around her body with a forced smile on her face, but the duo realized that Yanfei was beating red on her face of embarrassment.
As the three looked around in the kitchen that was all covered with white almond tofu substances.
Aether, and Paimon insist that they would clean this up, while having Yanfei to clean herself up.
When Yanfei was about to say something, a tofu fell onto her head, embarrassing herself even more, especially in front of Aether.
Aether took out his napkin, and then wiped it off at Yanfei's face revealing herself to much everyone's humorous sight, even more embarrassment on her face.
Yanfei could definitely weeped herself in front of Aether, and Paimon, but before even she could do that, Aether reassures her.
"It's okay, it was an accident," said Aether. "Paimon and I would take care of this. Now go clean yourself up, and I'll promise that your birthday isn't ruined yet."
This made Yanfei curious about Aether, but she could only hope that he was telling the truth.
"Okay, if you say so."
Thoughts swirling around into Yanfei's mind, the cooking ended up in a disaster, feeling embarrassed in front of her two friends, having close up appearances at her and Aether, and then the promise of what Aether meant just kept getting worse and worse for Yanfei as it progressed.
"Just what makes my birthday unlucky."
Never have Yanfei troubled herself with her own confidence, especially since she was supposed to be the best lawyer in Liyue, yet she couldn't comprehend herself with a simple colleague she has. It was ironic for a being that lives for hundreds of years, yet she still struggles to make things perfect as it was.
"Yanfei?" Aether knocked on the door. "Am I allowed to enter now?"
"Yeah, sure!" Yanfei's voice cracked a bit.
Aether opens the door holding one of his hands with a scent and sight of crab roe tofu for Yanfei.
Yanfei sensed that this food, which Aether made, was quite delicious. Just something about the aroma scent, made herself a bit light headed, and almost forgot what she was thinking earlier.
"It's your favorite," said Aether, as he placed down the crab roe tofu at Yanfei's table. "Enjoy!"
As Yanfei gave a good look at Aether's crab roe tofu dish, just everything in its appearances, and scent was what Yanfei could describe as being perfect. She picked one of the pieces, before chewing down slowly in getting every bit of taste she had just experienced.
Something jumped inside Yanfei's body, it was like all of the adrenaline was rushing into her vein, it was delight, excitement, and then lust?
Lust? Strange words could have described it, but lust felt appropriate for what Yanfei meant.
The lust of passion, the lust of pursuit, and then the lust of perfection. As Yanfei looks at Aether every bit of his appearance, he looks to be what could have been a dreamer for her, and Yanfei wants it, she wants to crave it.
Yanfei realizes that she finished eating her crab roe tofu without realizing it. As she heard Aether that he would get another, Yanfei realizes that there was already crab roe tofu in front of her.
"Aether," said Yanfei trying to get his attention by not leaving the room.
"Yes, Yanfei?" Aether asked, as he was hearing loud footsteps behind him, before he could even turn his gaze, and react to what was happening. Aether was pinned at the door, face to face against Yanfei who was now beating red, and breathing heavily in front of him. "Yanfei?" Before he could say any more, Aether was pulled into contact with Yanfei's lips, and it was a good minute session before finally pulling out as Yanfei had another idea.
Not expecting Yanfei's half adeptus strength, Aether was lunged into the bed, before immediately pinned down again by Yanfei like he was about to get mauled as prey by a predator.
"Aether, I want you," said Yanfei in a luscious deep voice, "you're perfect as you are, no crab roe tofu could come close to experiencing this taste, and I've only just started." Yanfei ripped out of Aether's shirt revealing his decently built body. "You may not be as bulky as what I have imagined, but you're indeed delicious." Yanfei kisses Aether's upper body devouring it like there was no end.
"Yanfei, stop!" Aether pleaded. However, Yanfei couldn't be heard as she was still continuing kissing, and tasting Aether's upper body before reaching onto his neck.
Eventually the frenzy ended a lot sooner, as Yanfei suddenly fell asleep laying above Aether's nervous body state.
Aether after the heated moment was breathing heavily, before moving Yanfei to the other side of her bed. As he was looking at the half adeptus sounding happily asleep, but for Aether, he was all shocked experiencing the different side of Yanfei.
Aether immediately cleaned the mess of the room, while not waking Yanfei up as he both wants to understand what happened earlier later. Sadly, his shirt was torn apart by Yanfei's sheer force with ease.
Before Aether leaves the room, he glances at Yanfei one more time, who again was still happily asleep unaware of what just happened.
When Aether exited the room, and then closed it. He deeply sighed in relief, before he heard Paimon calling out for him.
"Aether! Aether, are you alright?" Paimon asked who was still in a rush.
"Yeah, I'm alright,"* said Aether, looking back at his torn shirt. *"I'm alright, it's just Yanfei was"
However, Aether gets interrupted when Paimon mentions something.
"Yeah, about that."
