I never created Superman TAS.

Amos began to scowl after he heard footsteps by Smallville trees. ''I remember battling hungry or territorial animals every now and then. My injuries from creatures' claws and fangs.'' He looked around.

''I also remember gathering crowds for my master. The one responsible for controlling me. Removing most of my humanity.
Did Unity injure me if I got on his bad side?'' Amos nodded. ''Did Unity replace me with another preacher? Maybe.''

Amos remembered when he was a normal preacher in Smallville. When he paused with wide eyes after a spaceship descended.
Amos couldn't move the minute the spaceship's door opened and one alien appeared. The alien with multiple eyes and tentacles. Introducing himself as Unity. Amos was to be Unity's first victim.

After Amos attempted to flee, he cried out when tentacles pierced his back. When a parasite wrapped around his brain and couldn't be removed. How could he know that Unity would move from him? The preacher's smile and then sobs from disbelief.

Perhaps Amos was destined to be with the Kents. Another form of unity. Although Amos never always checked on Supergirl.
She always battled creatures near midnight.

Amos started to wonder if the footsteps were from a past victim of Unity. Someone willing to injure him.

If others seemed eager to poke the bear? So be it.

''I certainly remember buying animals for my daughter. Even after her animal jokes. Protecting her after everything. Eating cake slices with Supergirl. Am I a ticking time bomb near her sometimes? Yes. She and the Kents remain unity to me. Even with my sermon marathons. Supergirl accidentally tossing one creature and viewing me scowling under it. Again. We remain unity. One complicated relationship? Sometimes.''

Amos glanced at the box he carried. One recent errand.

The preacher's eyes widened as soon as a snarling creature appeared. His scowl returned.

''I'm not going to suffer from scratches another time.''

Amos remembered creatures scratching his shoulders and back occasionally. Tearing his long coat. Revealing his boxers occasionally.

Amos fled before he was near a farm. One smile materialized. He opened the door and viewed the Kents near a kitchen table.

The box was placed on the table and opened.

Amos joined the Kents before he smiled with them.

Chocolate cake from the shop Amos recently went to.
