I was a laid-back, calm, collected teenager. Playing games and living my best life.

I called up my friend Jay and said, "yo, you tryna play a game for a while?"

"Ah, not right now I gotta go with this man Jason, I'll hit you up later though."Jay responded.

After getting bodied in Shinobi Striker by this random dude named Ghost Migirl. I decided it was time to go on a walk/jog to clear my head.

It was really cold out so I scurried inside, to find a jacket. During this walk I had multiple altercations with different people, one of them pulled a knife on me. I quickly ran, slid down a hill, and almost tripped. Eventually I hopped over a fence and got away.

"What the hell was that Crackhead doing!? He tried to kill me for no reason. Is this a sign from the gods that my time is up? " I walked into a sketchy neighborhood and thought. ( " I should get out of here and go home. " )

Then out of nowhere a group of people with bats tried to kill me because I was in their " Territory," Aye bruh, what the fuck you doin here cuh! " Ye, who are you cuh!? "

I knew the best plan of action was to not get cornered and beat to death. Swiftly I maneuvered through these idiots, by barely dodging, weaving, and taking massive damage from a direct hit to my ribs. "Aye I hit'em!" Yessir, that'll slow'em down! "

Somehow I made it out of there by simply outrunning those crazy ass gang members. Making it back home was the real challenge because it's behind all the nonsense I just went through.

I waited around three hours and saw the "gang" leave, I carefully made my way home, closed the door and laid down. Before I even closed my eyes the world went dark, a being in white clothing appeared in front of me. " The ones above said your time is up" He stated.

"W-why are you doing this to me?" I frantically said.

"It Isn't my choice. I must do what has been told of me to do. " The being coldly stated.

"Wait, I-I, my life has barely even begun. Please don't kill me off without good reason. " I said.

"Well I guess it isn't too fair to have a child die for a small reason, how about this, I'll send you to a different world."

The being felt my joy and snapped his fingers. In a flash I was now in a different realm, I opened my eyes and was shocked to see an endless ocean with a single throne.

Cautiously I approached it, I heard a smug female voice coming from the throne. " Tch, another one of you humans trying to come to the world I watch over, I'm Kozuka! One of the strongest, most beautiful goddesses in all of heaven! "

"You seem a lot weaker than the guy that brought me here" I nonchalantly remarked.

Kozuka looked irritated. " Hmph, you were sent here because my world is a world of pirates. You will also have your phone with an infinite battery and can store as much money as you need in it. "

I sat on the oceanic floor and thought of how I was going to use it. I put that thought aside and decided to mess with kozuka. " Interesting, so you have to be weaker than him because you watch over a mere planet, while he governs over the dead."

Kozuka questioned me. " You're an idiot that got himself killed. What do you even know about the gods, huh?"

( " What the hell was that about? I didn't get myself killed, it was the higher ups' choice, I bet she knows that too. Stupid water goddess." )

Kozuka had a curious look on her face. " Huh? Nothing to say. Hmph I guess I was right, someone such as you must really have no intellect."

Annoyed, I replied. " You may be a deity but you're still weak when compared to an actual relevant god. Pitiful, your world is so behind in time it's laughable, how is a child that enjoys watching people fight, stronger than you by so much, that you must kneel to him. How the hell is an old slug more useful than you, at least he has some relevance in the realm of the gods."

Kuzoka yelled, SHUT UP! Who the hell is this old slug and how do you even know about Zeno! Also I would never kneel to an idiot like him!"

"Oooo, did I strike a nerve? K-o-z-u-k-a?"

Kozuka instantly got up and said, " Sometimes humans just… aahhh, look I'm going to send you to an island and you're gonna have to fend for yourself, you understand?"

I lazily answered, " ya, ya, whatever, useless water goddess."

Kozuka snapped her fingers, and suddenly I was gone.

"Next!" Kozuka yelled, as a man appeared. I woke up with my head buried in sand, confused. I mustered the strength to pull it out. Gazing into the ocean I said. " Is this real? My name is Isaiah right? Well I look the same with my white hair, red eyes, black jacket, black jeans, and gray. shoes. Whew what a relief, I'm the same seventeen year old."

Now where am I? This island is huge. Staring into the distance I see, beautiful trees, an amazing beach, and great scenery. It feels like I'm at an overpriced resort. Then reality struck, " wait, wait, wait, I'm in the world of One Piece, I have no devil fruit, I'm stranded on an island with nothing but salt water, no survival skills dammit! "

I walked around the island in search for any sort of food, days went by and I was extremely dehydrated. After forcing myself to drink salt water my stomach started to die. I was so hungry you could see my ribs. After hours I finally found a tree that bore fruit. It was completely black and had a cloud-like pattern.

( " Is this thing rotten or what? My vision is quite blurry but I don't care either way. I'm starving and this is the only source of food. Damn you Kozuka." )

I ended up devouring the entire thing. Even though the taste was unbearable it made me full and I passed out.

(Two days later) I don't know how long it's been but I must figure out how to make salt water turn into fresh water. I knew to boil it because that was just common sense, I needed to figure out how to obtain firewood. Since I watched One Piece in the human world I knew that black fruit I ate earlier was a devil fruit. So with this knowledge I thrust my fist forward, black and white lightning flicker and make a small indent into the tree. I rolled around in the sand holding my hand in pain, blowing it, after a bit it went away. "It's black lightning! It has to be a paramecia. I'm excited, let's train!"

One month later, " Arrghhh, Lightning Palm!" I yelled.

A small explosion was created and wood chips flew off the tree. " Yes I finally learned it, yes, yes, yes!"

I fell onto the grassy terrain satisfied with my efforts. The next day the sunlight was harsh and the ocean was calm, it seemed that the sunlight made everything sluggish. I still couldn't get over the fact I learned a new ability so fast I wanted to know more. So my next task was learning technique when fighting. Creating a fighting style was way too much work right now so I'll put it aside.

What I need to do now though, is to search through the entire island, who knows I may find an old man chilling in a cave. "Alright! Let's get going!" I stated.

My adventure began with me dodging snakes camping on trees, running away from giant boulders, and staying far away from dinosaurs. How are dinosaurs here you may ask, well it's the world of One Piece that's why.

While scaling a decent sized hill, I get chased by a group of really big monkeys. I climbed as fast as possible until I realized I have a lightning ability so, by using the electricity coursing through my body I quickly reached the top. I glanced around the area and saw some huge stones, using all my current strength, I pushed one of them down. " Timmmmbeeeerrrr!" I yelled.

As the stone rolled off crushing two of the apes.

The surviving monkey climbed up with astounding speed, startled I backed up and prepared for the fight. I was shaking a little bit because I was scared to battle but if I wanna live I MUST fight. The creature roared and slammed its hands on the ground creating a shockwave, " Well damn, you gotta be mad then. But, heh, you'll be meeting them very soon!"

Dashing towards the ape I infused lightning in my fist and connected a blow, the ape was pushed back a few meters and sprung forward. I braced for impact, two massive arms collided with my body almost causing me to pass out. Infusing lighting in my leg I forcefully blasted the monkey away making it crash into a tree.

We were both on our last legs but refused to give up. Concentrating, I charged up a great deal of energy in my fists, the ape hyped itself up and ran towards me at full speed. " Heh, this was kind of fun, but It's time for you to meet your end. Ooouuughhhh, Lightning Palm!" (Strichhzzzzz)

The ape was fried from the attack and (obviously) died.

Footsteps could be heard from the shadows. A man with a red bucket hat, black sandals, red sweats, and a tropical T-shirt on. Applauds me. " clap, clap, well done. I thought you were going to die."

This guy's aura is crazy. " Who are you ? How did you conveniently show up after I defeated these creatures? Did you create them or something?"

The man leaned on his staff and looked at me curiously. " Hmm, you're smarter than you look, but yes, I did this to test you. I can't have a potential student dying to such weak vessels."

S-so you'll train me!?" I hastily said. " ya, get up, we have work to do. From what I've collected from your battle earlier it seems that you're a close range fighter correct?"

Ya."I responded.

"Great, I'll teach you how to fight. Also how to get the most out of your lightning. ( Timeskip five months ) " Whew you're quite strong now aren't you?"

Don't lie to me! You've been holding back since we began training!" I angrily stated.

"Well, well aren't you observative. Welp you are correct I'm someone that used to fight Rayleigh after all."

"Interesting, no wonder you have such a condensed aura." I said while my hand was on my leg.

"Unfortunately this is the end of your training as of right now, I have important matters to attend to so when you get stronger we'll fight again.

We said our goodbyes and departed. I immediately got to training with this "new fighting style," which consists of abusing my speed and being naturally agile.

Three months later…. Ok I finally gotta gist of it. I can actually fight now on a decent level now. But the real test starts now, let's see if I can break trees. I needed fire wood to make fresh water out of salt water. I walked to the biggest tree I could find and swiftly shattered it with an infused lightning punch. A couple days later I made freshwater and life was good, until I got a random strike of motivation to find strong opponents. I destroyed several trees and in three weeks made myself a boat.

On that particular day the winds were strong, the clouds were dim, and the waves were violent. I contemplated, " should I stay or should I go. The real question is, should I risk dying to quench this thirst for battle or should I stay and become restless."

I ended up going and instantly got annihilated by the waves since I couldn't swim. After a few minutes of struggling I passed out. Waking up in a bed confused me. The cabin I was in was foreign to me, a girl gently opened the door, " mom, mom he's awake, he's awake."

A lady that looks to be in her mid Thirties says " Now, now, little one do not startle the guess. ( " Ahhh, my head is killing me. I bet that sly water god Kozuka messed with the weather when I got ready to leave the island. But who are these people? I guess they saved me though. ) If I may ask where did you guys find me?"

The woman chuckled and with a smile and said, right in front of our house. You see, you're in the Sun Blaze Islands, you'll find a lot of people here willing to fight, also there's tourneys. If you win you will be rewarded for how long it took for you to kill your opponent. These fights are based on how well you can battle in a real setting, a fight to the death."

( She said people fight here to the death, I must join a tournament, and experience the thrill of Battle!" )

I left the next day and said my thanks, now was the time to test my strength in Sun Blaze Island.

Unexpectedly a tournament was starting right now before the brackets were set. I dashed towards the sign up stand, after a bit of convincing the lady allowed me to enter the waiting room. I glanced around the room and saw men with huge muscles, but none piqued my interest. ( "I'm third in the bracket, my opponent looks like a regular muscle head that thinks he's really strong, good grief." )

The crowd went wild as the first contender came out.

( " He must be a regular here, I'm surprised he's even alive, they must've changed the rules over the years or everyone here is just that weak." )

The tournament organizer came out and spoke with a loud voice " RRAAHHMMP I, James V. Zeld present to you the twentieth death battle tournament. There are no rules, you can use whatever you want, weapons, poisons, hell even a devil fruit. The winner will gain one million berries, and a chance to obtain a legendary Logia devil fruit. To do that though you MUST KILL YOUR OPPONENTS! AND MAKE IT TO THE FINALS! NOW LET THE BATTLES, BEGIN!!!"

A man runs out of the corridor holding a microphone. " Alright, the battle royale portion will start! There are one hundred participants and that number must be cut down to sixteen! Now let the fighting Begin! "

Many shouts, gasps, and surprised expressions.

When everyone realized what was going on, they randomly started attacking with everything they had. " Haha, now this is what a tournament should be like! " A man with massive arms stated.

" Hey, look! It's a kid. Get'em! " A group of men shouted.

Lighting flickered from my fingertips, in one motion I killed the strongest one. They slowly backed off and changed their target. " Weaklings. " I quietly said.

The battles progressed, blood was splattered everywhere, people in the stands were wild. Yelling and betting could be heard from the arena.

"Aye! I have money on big guy. HAHA! " You're an idiot! Obviously that guy with the sword is gonna win! " They yelled.

( " I hate rich people with booze, they lose all reason. " ) I thought.

" Hey, hey, stop fighting! The battle royale is over! " The announcer desperately screamed.

" YAHYAHYAHYAH! never! this is too much fun! " A random brute explained. (Forty minutes later.)

"Ahh, I hate my job. Look you muscle head retards! There's only six contestants now. Whatever, let's begin the first round of the Sun Blaze Island fighting tournament! On the red side of the field Kayo comes out to battle, and he's going up against Cedar!

"Let's have a fair and powerful fight, even though I'm gonna win. Easily." Cedar confidently stated.

" Oof Cedar talking crazy, y'know, me personally, I wouldn't take that disrespect. That's just me though. Anyway let the battle begin!!!! "

I watched as a man with black hair, red eyes, and all gray clothes, speed blitzed his opponent. " (sthccccsss) Sleep now, for you are dead. "

Blood dripped from his sword. At that moment Cedar yelled in agony as his neck spewed with blood. "Kayo is the winner!"

The crowd was silent, confused, and baffled. " What speed and power, I guess there are some opponents here that are actually strong. "

The next battle began.

" Kayo may be the star of the tournament today, folks. Now for the next battle, in the green corner we have the infamous Kurozi and coming in hot we have Zerk, place your bets everyone, now let the battle Begin! "

Kurozi paced himself and started Dashing in all directions. ( " How am I going to hit this bastard? Wait I can see it, I have you now! " ) Zerk thought ( booomm )

He found an opening and struck, the punch put a small crater on the ground. A dust cloud was formed from the attack, the two backed up and planned for their next action.

( " This guy, what the hell was that attempt to attack. I'm going to conceal my presence and slash him from behind! " ) Kurozi pondered.

The dust cloud dispersed and Kurozi was gone? " Where have you gone huh? Are you scared or something?" Zerk taunted.

Kurozi appeared behind Zerk, with a clean attack, a slash could be seen on Zerk's back. " Ahhh" he yelled.

Kurozi became visible again. The crowd was hyping him up for his current performance. Zerk was getting angered, from all sides he was being slightly cut. His reaction time was slow since he had a massive body until. " Rraaaghhhhh, I'm tired of you moving around like a lizard, imma beat you to a bloody pulp! So it looks like I'm forced to got all out! " With a small shock wave Zerk had a power up. " HAAAHAAHAHA, the power of the strength-test devil fruit is UNMATCHED! Today you will feel my FURY!!! "

He instantly surpassed Kurozi's current speed, matching his every move just to toy with him. ( " Tch this big bastard, thinks he's faster than me!? Not a chance!" This is Kurozi thinking btw)

Zerk had a wicked smirk.

" Heh, looks like I'm faster than even you now. It's quite sad that you had all this confidence when fighting. Look at you now! You're running! BWAHAHAHAHA!!

"Enough! Kurozi shouted. I will kill you here and NOWW!! "

The two were going blow for blow, Kurozi swiftly dodging Zerk's monstrous punches, they both backed off and recuperated once more. " Ugh, my fists are starting to hurt from that bastards blade, how am I going to shatter his defenses." Zerk muttered.

" Man I'm getting flattened by that behemoth's sheer force, I must break through my limits and become even faster. I guess, I'm going to use my smoke bombs. Or even, I'll coat my blade with some poison. ya that'll kill 'em." Kurozi whispered.

A smoke cloud erupted, all you were able to see was Zerk trying to defend himself from kurozi's blade, cuts upond cuts appeared on his arms…. " My vision is getting blurry. Damn you Kurozi! I shall defeat you! Zerk yelled. "

The fight continued but suddenly. "I found it, an opening. Arrghhhh! It's over! One thousand Poison STRIKES! "

Before Kurozi began his final assault, Zerk's arms had vains showing all over them. " NO YOU DONT! RAAAGHH, ALL MIGHTY PUNCHES!!!! Zerk yelled.

(Booppphhhffff) (Cling clang, stxhchch) The force of their ace attacks could be felt from the stands, the crowd went crazy. The favored victor was all over the place, people said. " Kurozi will win! " Hell no it will be Zerk, you retard! " Aye! What the hell did you just say to me!? " You heard Me bastard!! "

( " It was so intense that people started to fight amongst themselves. I still can't wait to have my battle, because I'm too excited, its hard to contain myself. Now that I know other people have devil fruits here, I won't feel bad when I crush their entire being!" ) I thought.

The fight felt like it was never going to end. Then…. Unexpectedly, Kurozi punctured Zerk's heart with the katana and the battle subsided. The huge arm beast fell to his knees, with third degree burns all over him. The crowd was loud, yelling. " KUROZI, KUROZI, KUROZI! " ( The next day. ) " Alrighty! Ladies and Gentlemen. The next battle is about to begin!! In the blue corner we have Isaiah!

" Hmph, let's see who I'm fighting." I mumbled.

His opponent is, Jack! ( Not the one that's in league with Kiado. ) " You're just a weak child. Announcer, why do you guys let such underwhelming opponents here, ahh? "

I glared at him before saying "An over confident idiot is more likely to die than a child. " The Announcer looked pleased and began the battle. " Time to test my new fighting style. "

" I'll defeat you in one attack. " Jack stated.

" You really are confident aren't you? Well I'll show you to never underestimate me! " Jack pulled out daggers and crouched, " have you ever heard of Jack The Ripper? "

Uh, ya. What about him? " I replied.

" Since you know of him I don't need to hold back. " Jack randomly said.

He gripped his two daggers and disappeared? I immediately felt an immense amount of force on my stomach. The attack almost shattered my ribs. " Now that was unexpected. " I mumbled.

I slowly got up and controlled my senses. Getting into a fighting stance in the process. I heard footsteps behind me and was ready to counter attack, then they disappeared. ( " He's incredibly fast, unfortunately Jack knows I can react to his speed, so he's waiting for an opening. Now that I've assessed the situation I'm ready to fight again. I thought. " )

The moment I opened my eyes a dagger came flying from the sky, giving me a slight cut. " He saw an opening from that!? " I frantically whispered.

" Heh you seemed shocked, there will be much more of that. Get…. Ready. " ( boom) Jack blasts towards me, but I was ready for this. " Hmph, my new move. High-Voltage Fist! "

My fist slammed his face onto the ground creating a crater. (Boom) Crackles of electricity could be heard on the field. " Ugh, that took a lot out of me. I wonder how he took that attack? " I whispered.

Jack was dazed and held his head in pain. " What the fuck was that!? Arrgghh! I thought this guy was weak! But I refuse to die here. Time to actually fight. Ok, Looming reaper, shhh….. Jack quietly stated.

( " Wait is that a damn smoke bomb? It's a smart tactic though. " ) I pondered.

Jack dashed in and out of the smoke slashing me with his daggers. ( " How is this even possible!? I gotta calm down! The only way to beat him is to predict where his feet are. There! Take this! " ) I said inside my head.

After grazing Jack the attacks stop for a few seconds. " How did he hit me? Even if he just barely did any damage he couldn't hav-'' Jack's words were stopped when the smoke was cleared. I took this opportunity to catch him off guard with a direct hit." Heh, you should pay more attention! " I said.

" Ahhh, damn y-you! " Jack angrily stated.

He got up and threw his daggers, while focusing on the projectiles he prepared a max dash. As soon as I finished dodging the blades he was gone. I knew he was really fast but he could spam this? It felt like an eternity, but out of nowhere a great deal of force smashed my ribs. I was sent seven meters back, blood rushed out of my mouth and it was hard to breathe.

" W-what the? Is this the end? No, no, no, no! I refuse to die here!!! " I yelled.

A few seconds later I shakingly stood up. Jack was slightly intimidated by the hyper focus look in my eyes and dashed towards me. " I will win, I will win. I will win!" I said to myself.

Rushing forward, we weaved each other's attempt to attack. I punched the ground to make a huge sandcloud, backing up further. " So, you're playing it safe huh? Scared to be slashed by my daggers? I know you're feeling fatigued from that poison within you. It should kick in shortly. " He told me.

I brushed off his comments and tried to not let him get in my head. We fought once more, basically repeating the same sequence a couple times. At this point we were on our last legs and decided to go all out. " Using my daggers takes up a lot of energy, I'll just finish this with my fists. " Jack mutters.

The two of us Sprinted towards each other, colliding fists. We were about equal in strength. Punch for punch, blow for blow. The battle was continuous. " I'm enjoying this fight. How about you? I asked.

" Heh, It's not so bad pummeling you. haha. " He replied.

We both backed off and used our ace attacks, I held my right hand charging it up. Jack pulled out a dagger with a strange shape and poured poison into it. We both blitzed each other for a final clash. " Ouuughhhh! Lightning Palm! " I yelled.

" Raaaghhhhh! Venomous imitation! " He shouted.

The result was…. My lightning Palm made his heart stop. While his blade was in my chest we fell and the paramedics came. I had surgery and would see a full recovery within a few days. " What a battle, come back tomorrow folks! The next fight will be exciting! "
