A dream. That's it. It had to have been a dream. I was laying in the soft, plush bed trying to deny that any of it was real. The woman had left the room after I threw a pillow at her.

"Whaaaaaa?" My voice wouldn't work. All I could make were odd sounds for now. My thoughts raced. What if it never went back to normal? I threw the blanket off of me and tried to move to the edge of the bed but my legs wouldn't work either. Panick began to rise inside me and I screamed odd sounds even more.

I thrashed in the bed, attempting to foce my legs back to life. When I threw my head back it slammed against the headboard and that was it.

The next time I opened my eyes the red woman was there again. Her eyes brightened when she saw that I was awake. "Calm." She stroked my head and repeated the words a few more times. The nerves that were brewing in my body dissipated. "Drink this." She held a tea cup to my mouth. I grimaced at the smell of it. "It will help the feeling come back to your body and your voice will return, but you must drink all of it." She raised the cup to mu lips and I began to drink

The liquid was warm and tasted completely different than it smelled. I could feel it rushing through every inch of my body. After a moment I tried to wiggle my toes and succeeded. The feeling crept up my body untill I could pull my knees to my chest.

The red woman had a sweet smile. "Try your voice darling. It should be better by now. Although it will take a bit longer for it to fully be back." She folded her hands in her lap, waiting.

"W-www-where?" The first word I could get out was difficult, but at least I could speak again.

She cleared her throat. "I don't want you to be angry with me again if I try and tell you." I nodded. "Ok then." She straightened herself and cleared her throat again." I am Queen Red. I do not know how, or why you are here, but I can tell you that you are decended from me." I was like a sponge soaking up all the information. "You encountered my soldiers who thought you were a traitor, so they brought you to me." I remembered parts of the ride. "The person who just saved you, was Talia. One of the Teirra sisters. Your heart had taken too much damage, but she gave life back to you." At that point I wasn't trying to process any of the information, just taking it in.

"H-how wwweee bloood?" I tried to get my question out, but sounded like a cave woman in the end. I just wanted to be able to speak normally again.

Queen Red stood and walked to the foot of the bed. "Could you try and tell me your family's names? Starting at your parents and upward."

"Mom, Nnnatily" words were starting to come easier as I talked more. "Gran, Sarah. Great" I didn't want to strain my voice too much because my throat was already hurting so I shortened my talking even more. "Allona. Great great, Alice. Mom side. No dad." I could see tears in her eyes.

Something I said had struck a cord with her. "Your mother is Natily?" I nodded. "Addison?" I began to nod my head again. "Oh, I have been blessed by the four Kingdoms today." She rushed over and hugged me. "You my dear, are my great great great grand daughter. Do you not remember me?" I was beyond confused at this point. "Oh."

She stood and took a step back. "I understand the choice your mother made for you. You were traumatized from losing Jack and your blood bond." She shook her head slowly.

I could hear a voice inside me screaming. I knew that name. Jack. Small fragments glittered back into my mind. Running through through castle halls and into the garden that had a path which led to the flower forest. My body shot out of the bed and I was up on my feet. "Jack!" I yelled. Queen Red looked startled. "See Jack!" Tears burned my eyes.

She slowly walked over to me, my heart racing, and placed a hand on my shoulder. "Jack is no longer with us my dear. He has log passed." Saddness welled in her eyes.

I didn't know who Jack was, but I knew he wasn't dead. "No!" I pointed to my head. "See him!" The queen had a confused look.

Frustration took over me and I grabbed her hands. The room went black. "What have you done child!? Wherce are we!?" A light in the distance kicked on. There he was. A boy about my age chained to a wall with blood tricking down his body.

I tried to run towards him, but I couldn't get any closer. I screamed, but he couldn't hear me. "Jack!" I screamed as I fell to my knees. Tears spilled from my eyes.

For the first time, he lifted his head, and I could see his face. More than just a few memories came back. Everything hit me like a brick. Nausea swept over me but I pushed it down and tried even harder to get to him. Pushing my body passed its limits was working. I couldn't belive it, but I could almost reach him. My hands finally found the sides of his face. "Jack."

He was crying, washing away the blood on his cheeks with his tears. "Addison, my love." I pressed my forehead to his. More memories rushed back causing a headache, but I didn't care. I could feel him.

I placed a kiss on his dry cracked lips and began to cry with him. "I will come for you." I pulled back and made eye contact with him. My green ones meeting his blue ones. "Soon. Very soon. Do not expect to be here for much longer."

Pulling away was one of the hardest things I had ever done in my life. "Don't Addison." He was firm. "She will kill you!" I smiled and placed a small kiss on his cheek one last time.

Everything went black and when I opened my eyes, we were standing back in the bedroom. "Jack." Queen Red began. "I must inform the clubs!" She began to turn away and rush to the door. Before she left she turned to me. "I will send someone up to help you bathe and dress. They will bring you down to me afterwards." I shook my head. I didn't want help bathing.

It seemed that she understood and left the room. I looked around and spotted a set of double doors cracked open to the left and made my way to them. When I opened them I saw a tub in the middle of the room big enough to swim in. The water was steaming and I gladly stripped and sunk into it.

As I floated in the hot water memories flashed into my mind. Images of me running into Queen Reds arms and playing with Jack. Us running down the castle halls and hiding from the castle guards.

Our bond...
