After they finished their dinner they decided to call it a night and catch up tomorrow while Brian was at work so Beatrix could bring her car by to add some extras to it. Beatrix entered her room and had a shower and got into her pajamas and set an alarm, so she could be up in the Moring to go for a run and have a swim in the pool and a sauna session. After her Moring work out and sauna session Beatrix made it back to her room for a shower and chose a relax outfit with denim shorts and a flowing green top and a pair of sandals.
Beatrix realized that she was running a bit late and it was past lunch by the time she arrived at Racer's Edge. As she entered the store she couldn't find where Brian was so she ask Harry if he had seen Brian and was told that she was in the room out back and to go through the door located behind the counter. Beatrix thanked Harry and followed his instructions and found Brian holding a bag of frozen peas to his face, "What the hell happened to you Brian, are you ok?" Brian jumped not expecting there to be anyone in back. I'm fine he replied trying not to show his face to Beatrix.
Beatrix walked up to Brian and grabbed the bag of peas and threw them on the table, Brian this is not funny who put there hands on you Brian and don't tell me you fell or some stupid excuse like that I'm not that gullible. Brian then explained that he was eating lunch a tuna sandwich at the local market and that Vince one of owners friends didn't like him talking to Mia, and as he was leaving he came up behind him and told him not to come back and shoved him against his truck and punched him so he fought back until the owner intervened and took his ID, I don't use O'Conner as my last name here because of my record and how hard it was to get a job. When the owner told him not to come back and I told him that was bullshit, he tried to get Harry to fire me.
Ok so let me get this straight it took you fighting this Vince guy for someone to stop the fight, that is just stupid and did this Vince get told off for being a dick? Who is the owner that he thinks he can threaten someone's living and income like that, who does he think he is Jesus. "no he is the local Racer around here, he is like King of the streets his name is Dominic Toretto" Braid said. "Brian that is still not ok at all" I replied angerly.
Alright well I have to run a quick errand and then I will meet you tonight at your place for this race night that is happening I told Brian and gave him a hug and told him to have a better rest of his day. I quickly left and got into my car and headed to this Market to have a little chat with these people, no one and i mean one lays hands on my brother and gets away with it.
It took me about 20 mins to get to the Toretto Market and noticed different sport cars out front. I pulled up and reeved my engine before shutting it off so they knew someone was out front. As walked up to the entrance I notice an very pretty girl behind the counter so this must be Mia obviously Brian's type, next where a group of guys and a girl lounging around the counter.
"How can I help you" asked Mia, yeah hi can you tell me which one of these guys is Vince? i asked. A bulky tattooed guy replied "that would be me sweet cheeks what can i do for you" as he was talking I walked up to where he was leaning on the counter and got in his personal space and looked him up and down and then kneed him in the nuts and punched him in the face. Everyone was shocked and then pulled me away from him yelling at me what the hell I was doing and do you know who you are messing with, as i turned around to reply to the bald guy who must be Dom, I shouted at his "Listen here bald headed Bob no one asked you to talk, and that prick" pointing at Vince who was laying on the floor holding his nuts moaning in pain, "deserved everything he got thinking its ok to lay hands on my brother" "brother who the hell is your brother, and my name is Dom not Bob." Oh don't tell me you have already forgotten Brian the man your friend thought it was ok to beat up because he can't handle his jealously and you trying to get him fired, what type of man thinks its ok to mess with another's living like that didn't your daddy teach you manners, who do you think you are arsehole".
"Wait Brian Spilner is your brother" asked the young kid in the stoner beanie, Yes if you must know that is my brother, So this is just a warning to you and your crew if you ever lay hands on my brother again I will make your life a living hell, I have connections to the Coroners office and a coroner on speed dial willing to do anything for me. Oh and by the way the name is Beatrix, remember it because I am sure as hell gonna remember yours, Mia lovely to meet you by the way you just as cute as Brian said you was.
