It was a simple sunny day on an island somewhere near Berk, the gang and their dragons were hanging around in the woods, resting before continuing their expedition. Hookfang, Stormfly, Meatlug and Barf&Belch were lying a bit further away from the rest of the gang, near remains of a pile of fish that they caught for dinner, but didn't manage to fully consume yet. The birds were singing, the leaves rustling, nothing was alarming in this peaceful part of the forest.

But, unbeknownst to them, a single small dragon was watching them from a tree branch, waiting for them to lower their attention, to feast on the fishes they have. It patiently sat there for several hours, barely moving, until the dragons decided to take a nap.

She quietly glided down from the branch, landing on all fours near the pile of fish. As a small tree branch cracked under her paw, she winced, warily looking around, to make sure none of the dragons woke up. Reassured with her stealthiness, she began to approach the nearest fish slowly, then sank her teeth into it, smile covering her snout from a great taste. Normally she was unable to catch such fish breeds on her own, as she was too small to do it, unless she used her special ability…

Hookfang suddenly opened his eyes, disturbed by the quiet sound of chomping. He looked towards the source of the sound, the remains of their fish pile, but didn't see anything. He got on his paws and approached the pile, making the small dragon freeze in place, not knowing what to do. Hookfang's head extended over the fish pile, and to his slight surprise he saw a strange small dragon of a species that he didn't see before, munching of a small fishy, hidden behind it. Hookfang growled, reaching his wing towards the dragon, and the other dragons woke up, looking at him with confusion.

The small dragon, albeit small, was likely one of the most dangerous species in the entire world, thanks to her special ability. And, unfortunately to Hookfang, Stofmfly, Meatlug and Barf&Belch, who were slowly approaching it, surrounding it from all sides, the dragon got cornered, scared, and was almost ready to use it…

As the comparatively huge dragons reached their snouts towards it, sniffing, the dragoness tried to fly away, dropping the fish and quickly jumping into the air. But Hookfang pinned her tail to the ground, which resulted in her flopping back down onto the ground, sprawled onto her belly. The small dragoness was pissed and shaking from the fear, and, in self-defense, breathed out a small, but quickly expanding cloud of gas, which touched the four (or five, depending on how you count it) dragons that surrounded it.

The dragons were disoriented, shaking their heads from the sudden tingles all over their bodies and feeling of falling, with the feeling of world spinning around them. Their large bodies began to shrink down, down and down, smaller and smaller, reaching the size of a horse, then a large dog, then cat, then even smaller than that… but continuing to shrink. Looking around in confusion, they reflexively walked closer to each other, as the distance between them seemed to increase. They were roaring in fear, which made the rest of the gang and Toothless, who was sleeping near Hiccup and Astrid, wake up and look around in search of them.

"That's our dragons, Hiccup! Something happened to them!" - Astrid shouted, quickly springing to her feet.

"They are not in the clearing near our camp, where they should be. Strange. The sound was coming from there, but I don't see any of them. Let me investigate." - Hiccup replied, walking towards the area where they left their dragons to rest.

Meanwhile, the dragons, frantically roaring for help, were still shrinking smaller and smaller, soon reaching the size of small bugs, with the largest of them barely over a measly centimeter in length. They fell down on the ground, between the now huge blades of grass, and once they understood what happened to them, tried to reach each other, communicating with their now pathetically quiet, squeaky voices.

Stormfly happened to fall right onto one of the grass blades, and slid down from it, tumbling around when she fell onto the ground.

Hookfang fell into an indent in the ground, left by a small stone that was there before, before one of them pulled it out at normal size. Most likely Meatlug, as she eats these. He tried to climb out of it, but it appeared to be harder than he thought.

Barf and Belch were unlucky to fall right into a tiny puddle, and were held back by the water's surface tension at the very edge of it. In some time, they fortunately were able to get out of it, thanks to a fallen blade of grass that was touching the water surface, which they used as support to climb.

Meatlug fell right onto the ground, behind a towering rock that was casting a huge shadow over her and her surroundings. There were some large insects climbing it, which now looked more threatening than ever, and so she hurried to run away from it, towards the voices of her fiends.

While the others began to search for the source of danger; assault, trap, or whatever just happened, Hiccup approached the area where they left the dragons at, and saw a small, faint cloud of gas streaming in a grove in the soil. He foolishly reached his hand to feel it, thinking it was just a gas that dragons use for their fire breath, albeit of an unusual color, and immediately felt like he is falling and his whole body tingling, just like what just happened with the dragons. Astrid, standing further away, heard his sudden scream, turned around and saw her boyfriend getting smaller and smaller quickly.

"Hiccup! What is that?! What is happening to you?" - she exclaimed. Astrid ran towards him, but before she could reach him, he already got too small to see, down there, somewhere on the soil under the huge blades of grass that covered and hid him perfectly.

Astrid, abruptly woken up, didn't even put on her boots. She only instinctively grabbed her axe when she sprung to her feet. And now her gigantic bare sole, unbeknownst to her, was posing an immense danger to her dragon mate, Stormfly, who happened to be right where she stepped on. The tiny shrunken Deadly Nadder squeaked, amazed and horrified to see her rider so huge, towering over her like she is nothing but an insignificant speck. Which, in fact, she concluded she was, when Astrid's sole descended right in front of her, knocking her down and sending her tumbling away a few centimeters, and when she approached her gigantic toes just so see that she only reached around 1/3 of Astrid's pinky toe height, at most…

Astrid was continuing to look around for any sign of Hiccup or the dragons, and kept stepping around with her feet. Stormfly squeaked in terror to her giant rider, as another downfall of her sole was directed right on her, but it was too late (not that Astrid could hear it at all). Stormfly prepared to die, as the sole descended right on top of her…

Fortunately, for some reason, she was still alive. Trapped in Astrid's sole wrinkle, squished from all sides and stuck to her skin, but, other than that, perfectly fine. It was another effect of that shrink gas that the small dragoness used on them, it was not only shrinking things, but making them more sturdy too, as their bodies compress.

Astrid felt something on her sole, but she was so used to walking barefoot that she didn't pay much attention. Whatever that is, it will fall off in a while, she has more urgent thing to do. And so, she continued to search for Hiccup, now crouching closer to the ground and spreading the grass blades with her hands, looking around the place where she thought he shrunk into.

As she continued to scan the ground for her shrunken boyfriend, her feet continued to cause chaos for the shrunken dragons down there, below her on the ground. She stepped on unfortunate Hookfang, who just climbed out of the indent that he fell into, only to get lodged between her big and index toes. After a few disorienting world-shaking steps, he managed to climb out and fell back onto the ground below. After he came to his senses, he spread his wings and decided to fly towards Astrid's head, to try to get the attention of the giantess viking girl.

The other dragons were just doing the same, and so, three tiny fly-sized dragons were circling around the giantess Astrid's legs, gaining altitude.

Unfortunately for Hookfang, when he was flying near her crotch, she crouched again, and he was swept right inside her skirt, between it and Astrid's panties… Humiliating experience for the once proud and large dragon. Her movements were causing him to slowly sink under the panties, between them and the girl's skin, and he tried his best to struggle, which only caused Astrid to giggle a bit from tickling.

"Oh, I guess a bug got into my skirt. I will get rid of you later, now I have a more important thing to do!" - she thought to herself.

As the tickling in her panties increased, she suddenly jolted upwards, and caught Barf&Belch, who were flying around her neck level, in her cleavage. The two-headed dragon fell deep down between the giantess' breasts, and couldn't fly out of there in time, as they closed around them when she crouched back down.

"Ah! It tickles! Nasty bugs are getting more and more impudent!"

And lastly, Meatlug managed to get to Astrid's head level. She first tried to approach her eyes, but when Astrid swatted her with her palm, which made her lose a lot of altitude, flew towards her ear and right inside of it.

Astrid heard a quiet buzzing in her ear, but before she could do something about it, heard familiar, but very-very high-pitched growls.

"Meatlug? Where are you?" - she turned her head around, in search of the gronckle, but didn't see her. The growls continued, coming, it felt like, directly from inside her ear. And then it hit Astrid.

"Meatlug! You got shrunk too, like Hiccup? Fly out of my ear, and land on my palm!" - Astrid held her open palm towards her ear, and once she felt a slight weight on it, slowly moved it before her eyes. On it was a tiny shrunken gronckle, who seemed frightened.

"Oh, Gods! The other dragons must be shrunken too!" - Astrid realized, remembering the tickle on her breasts and panties. "Fly onto my head, Meatlug" – she asked, and once the tiny dragoness did that, she carefully reached inside her skirt and took it off, then proceeded to take off her shirt, leaving herself in her undergarments. She slowly spread her breasts apart until she saw a green bug trapped in between them. "Barf, Belch, is that you?" - she asked them, gently picking them up, pinching them between two giant fingers. She placed the two-headed dragon onto her now bare shoulder, to where Meatlug then flew down to, too.

Astrid then looked down at her panties, and found a red bug trapped under the fabric. She carefully lifted the fabric and let it fall down onto her palm, which she proceeded to move towards her eyes.
"Hookfang! Poor things, you all got shrunk so utterly tiny!" - she gasped, looking at the shrunken Monstrous Nightmare with concern.

"I will put you on my shoulder, near the others. Don't move" – she told him as she dropped him near the Zippleback and Gronckle already sitting there.

"But where is my girl, Stormfly?" – she asked out loud with worry. She already forgot about the tiny pebble she felt under her sole, as the feeling got natural now that she had it for some time. Stormfly was sprawled inside her sole wrinkle, firmly held by the skin, unable to get out on her own even when Astrid raised her foot from the ground. The shrink gas made it relatively safe for her tiny body, but the experience was still humiliating and odd. The shrunken dragoness felt utterly helpless.

As Astrid just stood there, shocked by her discovery, Toothless slowly approached her from behind. She was so preoccupied with thoughts that she didn't pay attention to a large, normal-sized dragon walking behind her. He carelessly stepped around, not knowing that his shrunken rider is somewhere on the ground near them, and his every step is threatening him greatly…

Hiccup was disoriented from being shrunk at first, not believing that it is even possible. He began to plan out how he would reach the camp, which now was a great distance away from him, at his current size, as the ground began to shake. He looked upwards and between the large blades of glass, which were towering over him, saw an incoming huge body of Astrid. The viking girl crouched near him, and began to carefully move the blades of grass away, scanning the ground underneath them, seemingly searching for him. Seeing his girlfriend so huge, looming over him above the grass blades, was a very surreal and exciting view. Hiccup just stood there, stunned and shocked at first, until her giant bare foot landed nearby.

"Astrid, look down, I am here! Astrid!" - he began to shout for her, but the rustling grass and leaves drowned the faint sound that he was making at his size.

Hiccup just stood there, on the ground, presented with a view of his colossal girlfriend crouching, searching for him, reminded to worry about his safety each time she shifted her legs. Then, he was shocked to hear her talking to the dragon, who she seemingly… had on the palm of her hand? Did they get shrunk too? That's what happened to them?

She continued finding more dragons on her own body, eventually placing them on her shoulder, and standing there, seemingly consumed by thoughts.

Hiccup then saw his dragon, who was now looking insanely huge to him, approaching Astrid from behind and bumping his nose into her bare back. Astrid jumped a bit from surprise, at that, her feet landed dangerously close to Hiccup and by a gust of wind sent him flying a few feet away from there, towards Toothless.

"Toothless! Don't scare me like that, scaly boy!" - she exclaimed, turning towards him with a slight jump. "Oh, Toothless, at least you aren't the size of a small fly…" - she added with a slight tone of joy, but mostly sadness. "Look over here." - she told him as she crouched down again, presenting her shoulder to him and pointing at it.

Toothless lowered his head and squinted, making out three colored specks on the girl's shoulder. He moved his snout closer, and found out that these are, in fact, his dragon friends, shrunken down to the size of small bugs! All of them, but Stormfly. He leaned even closer to sniff them, to the horror of Hiccup, who was suddenly presented with a view of his Night Fury's paw sole hanging right over him.

"Toothless, no! I am down there!" - he shouted, and albeit Toothless didn't hear it clearly enough to understand, his sensitive ears picked up some sound. It likely saved the shrunken dragons on Astrid's shoulder from being sucked into the Night Fury's nose, as he wanted to sniff them, but now turned his attention towards the ground.

Toothless' paw landed right on top of Hiccup, but he managed to duck just in time, and was lucky to get between his claws. A strong gust of wind and dust from under his friend's paw rushed over him, making him cough and rub his eyes, but other than that he wasn't harmed.

"What, Toothless? Did you hear something? Oh Gods, maybe it's Stormfly! Or Hiccup! He is shrunken, like the dragons, somewhere down there on the ground! Could you find them by their scent?" - Hiccup heard a loud voice of Astrid say to his Night Fury, who grumbled something in affirmative way and leaned towards the ground, beginning to sniff for him.

The colossal paw lifted upwards, as the giant Night Fury began to stomp around with his paws, moving and turning around, sniffing through new and new areas of the ground in search of his friend.

It didn't take much time before he found him, a colossal Night Fury snout almost bumping into Hiccup, with nostrils flaring from joy. Toothless cocked his head, presenting his shrunken rider with a view of an immense, stunningly beautiful greenish-yellow eye, the size of a small hill, focused directly on him. To say it was a diminishing and fascinating experience to Hiccup, is to say nothing. He was astounded by the scene of the huge eye looking at him so close, but it didn't last long, as Toothless pointed towards him to Astrid. The dragon was too afraid to try and pick his now flea-sized rider up with his own paws… or tongue.

Hiccup turned around to see his girlfriend kneeling over him, reaching her vast and beautiful palm towards him, soon filling his entire view. She very gently picked him up between two fingers, then placed him on her other palm, and moved it closer to her eyes. Having just been presented with a view of his dragon friend's eye filling his vision, Hiccup was now looking at a fascinating sight of a giant, no less beautiful, eye of his colossal girlfriend.

"Hiccup! I still can't believe that it happened to you!" - she whispered to him, slowly reaching the index finger of her other hand towards him. "Shrinking… It's so dangerous, Hiccup. You are literally small enough for any animal or dragon, or even human to harm you without noticing! Or eat you! It's so unnatural, yet so… exciting." - she says as her expression changes from that of a worry, to blushing, and she reaches her index finger towards her miniature boyfriend, booping him lightly with it. "You are just so cute like that…" - she giggles a bit. "I wonder how is the view for you" – she adds, smiling and seemingly trying to imagine it. "What am I saying… We have to find a way to grow you guys back! The dragons got shrunk too, Hiccup. Poor things are basically fly-sized, and I didn't find my girl Stormfly yet." - she says after a slight pause, her expression returning to a serious one.

Hiccup just sat there, in the center of Astrid's smooth palm, and relaxed. Albeit she was large enough to do pretty much anything to him now, he trusted her entirely, and was sure that he was safe with her. He tried screaming a few replies to his girlfriend, but her human hearing was worse than his dragon's, and she just told him that she can't hear him at all. "Let's get home first, Hiccup. I will find some way for us to communicate, there. The forest is too loud anyways, with all these birds and rustling. Now, where to put you, so that I can see, feel you, and won't crush you accidentally…" - Astrid told him as she began to think. "Oh, I know. It might feel a bit weird, I guess, but better that than my pockets". Astrid smiled at her tiny boyfriend as she picked him up, holding him between two fingers, and gently lowered him onto her… left breast, near the bra.

"No, Astrid, wait! I don't think this is the best idea!" - Hiccup shouted to her, but she, of course, couldn't hear it.
"I am sorry, Hiccup, but there is really no place on my clothes or body closer to my eyes. I don't want to lose you or squish you accidentally." - she told him as she pulled her bra a bit, letting him slide down her breast slightly, towards her nipple, and let the fabric come back, gently holding him in place, with some room to move.

"Now, where to put you, guys? Or would you be okay on my shoulder? You can fly, after all, if you fall. Although… I don't want you to get lost in the wind, or let some bird swoop down and peck you, or something… That would be beyond horrible" - she added, looking closely at the shrunken dragons on her bare shoulder, who seemed to back away a bit and wince from hearing her worst case scenario ideas.

Astrid continued to contemplate ideas, and then asked the night fury, who was sitting beside her, looking at her intently.

"Hey, Toothless, got any ideas? Maybe you can carry the dragons safely?"

Toothless' eyes went wide, he stood back and shook his head.

"I would have suggested you to carry them in your maw, but they are just too small for that.. Drowning in your saliva or getting accidentally swallowed by you would not be okay, right?" - she says, half-seriously. "Okay guys, I think I will carry you the same way as Hiccup." - she told them and began to pick them between her fingers, one by one, holding her bra away and releasing them inside it, ignoring their slight protests. "I know you are sturdier than you look, at this size. It will be okay."

Having put all three dragons inside her right bra, Astrid began to walk back towards the camp, but then immediately stopped. "Oh Thor! The day is so weird that I even forgot about Stormfly! Toothless! Could you please track her by the scent, like you did with Hiccup?

Toothless warbled something in response, sprung onto his feet again, and began to sniff the ground. He almost immediately found the place where Stormfly fell onto the blades of grass, when she shrunk, but then the trail of scent stopped, with Astrid's scent dominating his nostrils. He caught a slight hint of the shrunken Deadly Nadder's scent here and there, coincidentally always in Astrid's footprints, and this made him stop and think a bit. He followed Astrid's footprints, and in most of them felt a faint scent of Stormfly. He sniffed closer and closer to Astrid, and then bumped his snout into her foot.

"Toooothles… Why are you sniffing my foot? Didn't I ask you to search for Stormfly?" - Astrid told the normal-sized Night Fury, looking at him quizzically. But Toothless persisted, pushing her right foot, first with his nose, and then with his paw gently, as if trying to flip it.

"Wait. Don't tell me that…" - Astrid's face changed to that of a worry, she sat down on a nearby fallen tree and slowly turned her right sole towards her face, holding it with her hands. On her sole was a tiny blue dot, which was seemingly moving slightly.

"Oh God…" - Astrid put her hand to her face. "Girl… It's really you... It was you who I stepped on. I can't imagine what you have been through, I am so sorry!" - she exclaimed, feeling a deep guilt, and gently plucked the shrunken Stormfly off her foot, holding her between two fingers, just like she did with the others. Stormfly first tried to resist her fingers, pushing them away with her back and legs, but then gave up, as she was basically the size of a small ant, struggling against the giant fingers many times wider and infinitely stronger than her.

Astrid was holding her fly-sized dragon partner close to her eyes, inspecting her tiny body. "Are you okay, Stormfly? Did I harm you while you were… under there?" - she asked, receiving a head shake from the Nadder. "I am really sorry, girl. I did feel something at first, but could not imagine it could be you! Now excuse me, but I am placing you somewhere more safe, and then go back to our camp. We will find a way to help you, don't worry." - Astrid told, dropping Stormfly on her left breast, under the bra, near Hiccup.

"Let's go back, Toothless" – she motioned the Night Fury to follow her, as she headed to their camp site.

The others were still searching for the dragons, so, Astrid was alone in the camp (minus Toothless and the shrunken ones). She reached for their saddlebags and picked up a transparent water flask. She poured the remaining water out of it, making sure to let the last remaining droplets out, and placed the dragons from her right breast inside of it, gently dropping them one by one and watching them clumsily slide the inclined glass walls. They protested slightly, but their safety mattered above all else.

She then found another, already emptied one, and put Stormfly and Hiccup inside.

"I will screw the lid just a bit, so that no insect can fly inside, but there is still fresh air. Sorry guys, I have get the others who are still searching for you in the woods. Remain here and be safe, I will come back soon." - she told them as she put the flasks on her sleeping bag, covering them with a piece of fabric slightly, and then headed away, into the woods.

Toothless was pretty excited seeing his rider and dragon friends so tiny. He reached his snout towards the flasks, eyeing the shrunken dragons and a human inside of them. Whatever shrunk them, kept their gear and saddles shrunken with them too, but saddle bags were taken off before it happened to them. Hiccup had his clothes on too.
The night fury sniffed the containers carefully, looking at the worried dragons inside, who were squeaking something to him. He then pawed at the glass gently, and accidentally took off the lid, which Astrid barely screwed back on. Getting more excited, Toothless pressed onto the flask, pushing it into the sleeping bag, inclined a bit upside down and watched the dragons slip down towards its neck and out of it, right onto the soft fabric. He then proceeded to do the same procedure with the other flask, "freeing" Hiccup and Stormfly.

Seeing the tiny shrunken dragons and his rider on the fabric in front of him, he gently reached his paw to touch them.

"Toothless, what are you doing, stop!" - Hiccup shouted to him, but of course he didn't make out the words, just some tiny faint squeaking from his rider.

The paw fell deep into the soft fabric in front of the dragons and Hiccup, forming a dent and causing them to tumble towards the claws. Toothless felt the tiny dragons touch his toes and raised the paw again, not having expected this. He then laid down on his belly and gently lowered it back down to them, in upturned position, and stared at it, as if awaiting for them to climb onto it. Which they did, knowing that he currently has a full control over them, at his normal size. Toothless helped them climb his paw, re-positioning his claws. He was afraid to pick them up directly, as his paws were not really made for such precise movements, so, he waited for them to do it on their own. While the others were climbing, Stormfly, who was the farthest from his paw, landed on it already, having flown up there with Hiccup on her back.

Seeing all of them on top of his paw, Toothless smiled. They were so tiny he could do anything to them, and they wouldn't be able to resist, but he wasn't evil, and just wanted to have some fun with them, while trying to make it fun for them too. He knew they are very durable at this size, after seeing what Stormfly went through….

He lied down onto the sleeping bags, and slowly rolled over onto his back, holding his paw upright, to not let them fall. He then moved it towards his snout and extended his tongue towards them.

The dragons backed away, but Hookfang, being the closest one to it, was still touched by one of the forked tips of Toothless' tongue. He was immediately covered in his sticky saliva and got a bit glued to the tongue, but was wiped off as Toothless continued to move his tongue along his paw pads. The tongue reached all the dragons, forcing them under the strong, wet and sticky organ, and when Toothless withdrew it, he found the speck-sized dragons and his equally tiny rider distributed over the cavities between his paw pads.

The normal-sized dragon couldn't hold a smile. He felt very weird for some reason, looking at the specks in his paw looking up at him from between his paw pads. His very sharp eyesight allowed him to see their emotions of wonder, fear, excitation and disapproval, apparently some of them liked it more than others. He was very excited, and felt an urge to just close his paw tightly, which he did, feeling the little tickling from the dragons struggling against the soft leather of his pads, scratching them with their tiny paws and wings and tails. When he opened his paw again, he found them stuck deeper between the pads, trying to get out. They were perfectly fine, as Toothless expected, and so he just continued to lie there, near the sleeping bag, looking at them with a drooly maw and tongue stuck out, contemplating ideas.

They kept squeaking something at him, mostly in protest, and Hiccup looked mostly annoyed, but he didn't hear understand them and didn't care much, as long as they remained safe.

He then lowered his paw towards his belly and overturned it, relaxing the muscles and letting them fall down. But to his surprise, only Meatlug and Hiccup fell onto his belly, the others remained stuck. Toothless shook his paw a little, and managed to free Stormfly, but the green and red specks were still stuck between his pads, seemingly deeper than before. He tried to spread them with the claws from his other paw, and managed to free Barf and Belch, leaving only the now angry Hookfang in. The Monstrous Nightmare's large wings got glued to the leathery skin by the saliva, so strongly that he couldn't move them.

Toothless squeezed and opened his paw again, but Hookfang remained there, now even more angry than before. He tried igniting his body, but it didn't work, and so he just breathed fire at Toothless' pads, which to the normal-sized dragon felt like nothing more than a tickle. Eventually Toothless plucked him with two claws carefully and placed onto his belly near the rest of them.

With his shrunken rider and dragon friends on his belly, the night fury continued to contemplate ideas on what to do with them. He was getting increasingly excited to play with them, but his options were very limited with them being so small, even if not fragile. Toothless shuddered at the thought of what it would be like to be so small too. He then tried to fight the more naughty thoughts appearing in his head, but couldn't help his excitation building up, which they would likely be able to notice if they turn their heads around and look back, towards his hind legs... Just when he was about to give up to the dark side of him, Astrid returned to the camp.

"I didn't find the rest of the gang, looks like they went deep into the forest. They will return on their own, I guess. I just hope they don't get shrunk too" – Astrid told as she approached the lying night fury.

"Wait, Toothless, what are you doing? TOOTHLESS, why did you open the jars? Where is Hiccup and the dragons?" - worried Astrid asked him, getting angry.

The night fury, without standing up, pointed towards his chest. "That's no joke, Toothless. They may be sturdy, but you are like, a thousand times bigger than them now, or what? I am placing them back!" - she swept the tinies into her palm and gently placed them all into one of the jars, half-screwing the lid again. She couldn't admit it, but she did have a desire to play with them too, and especially, with her boyfriend at that size...

Toothless lazily got onto his feet and bumped his head into Astrid's side, looking annoyed. Astrid sat down on the sleeping bag and picked up the jar in her palms, looking at the shrunken dragons and her boyfriend through the glass. Toothless sat by her and extended his head to look too.

"I don't know what to do, guys. I guess we will just have to show you to our healers when we get back to Berk. Hopefully they know how to return you to normal size." - she quietly told them, looking worried. "We just have to wait for the rest of the gang to return."

After a few minutes of sitting and looking at the shrunken dragons and Hiccup inside the flasks, Toothless and Astrid heard some noise from where the dragons were when they were still normal-sized. She motioned Toothless to carefully go there, grabbed her axe and began to move closer too.

They sneaked towards the place, and heard that sound again, coming from the remains of the pile of fish. Once in a while, the fishes were falling, as if losing support from below.

Astrid and Toothless went around it and saw a little dragon gulping down some tiny fishes. They were about to relax, when they saw something else.

Having finished the tiny fishes, that dragon exhaled some gas on more fishes, and right before their eyes, a few of them almost immediately shrunk down to a small size, causing the fish above to collapse.

"Hey! Hey, you!" - Astid called the dragon calmly and lowered her axe to the ground as it looked at her. "It's you who shrunk our dragons and my boyfriend?" - Astrid asked her as calmly as she could, to not threaten her or risk her flying away.

"We mean no harm, but please, restore them to normal size and then you may have all of this fish pile" – Astrid continued, hoping that she will understand what they want her to do.

The dragoness seemed to understand, and exhaled a tiny stream of some gas onto one of the shrunken fishes, making it quickly expand to its normal size, and then looked at Astrid questioningly.

"That's wonderful! I will get them there, please, don't fly away!" - Astrid told her and ran back towards the sleeping bag, to take the jar. Toothless remained there, and was suspiciously looking at the dragon, ready to jump back away from the shrink gas at any moment, and fire a plasma blast at the small dragoness.

Astrid rushed towards the jar like a lightning, picked it up, making the tinies inside tumble around, and ran back towards the dragon, slowing down when she got near, to not scare it. She placed the jar on the ground not far from it, and released the shrunken ones. Then, she stepped back.

The dragon slowly and carefully moved towards the shrunken dragons and Hiccup, glancing at Astrid and Toothless once in a while. It was easily large enough to harm them, and so Toothless and Astrid did not lower their guard, but it was likely the only one who could grow them back, so, they had to take that risk.

Once the dragon approached them, it looked at them closely, made a sound that resembled laughter, raised a paw seemingly about to strike them, which made Astrid immediately pick up her axe and Toothless prepare to pounce, but then exhaled another stream of gas on them, of the same color that it used to grow the fish.

The dragons immediately began to grow back, and so did Hiccup. They got bigger and bigger, and soon were visible to Toothless and then Astrid, from that distance. They were backing away from each other as they occupied more and more space, pushing at each other with their paws, wings and tails in a tangled ball of expanding bodies (Hiccup stood the furthest from them and was not participating in it thankfully), and got to the size of a mouse, then a rat, a cat, a large dog, a horse, and then finally their normal size.

They cheerfully growled and squawked, very glad to be back to normal size, although they were pretty disoriented from a sudden huge change in perspective, and will remain so for a while; they have just got accustomed to being the size of bugs.

Hiccup ran towards Astrid and embraced her in his arms. Toothless though, was still looking after the shrink dragoness. She was slowly approaching Astrid with unknown intent, very quickly glancing on Toothless as if expecting something from him, while everyone else was too occupied to look. When she got close to her, Toothless decided to pounce, but to his horror, that was just what the dragoness was expecting of him. She blasted him with a strong, concentrated stream of her shrink gas, and he almost immediately disappeared, leaving only his artificial tail fin, harness and saddle behind. Whatever gas the dragon used, shrunk him much faster than the dragons and Hiccup before, and didn't affect anything non-organic.

Astrid threw herself towards the dragon, reaching her hands to clamp her jaws, but it was too late, - she already blasted her with the same strong shrink gas stream. Astrid, like Toothless, immediately disappeared, but her clothes reached her target, covering the dragoness. Hiccup and other dragons quickly rushed towards them and pinned the clothes to the ground, seeing the moving lump that was that dragoness, under them. But she quickly blasted herself with the same thing, quickly disappearing under the clothes and emitting the gas through them, upon seeing which the dragons had to jump back in fear.

The now fly-sized shrink dragoness quickly got out from under the pile of clothes and flew away, remaining close to the grass to lower the chances of getting noticed.

Astrid and Toothless though… Were in a very bad situation.

Toothless, and Astrid, got shrunk to around the size of a mouse by the initial blasts, but they both were shrunk when they were pouncing onto the dragoness, to they kept that momentum, and both ended up under the pile of Astrid's clothes along with the dragoness. They tried to get out, but when the dragoness shrunk herself with the gas, they were entirely covered in it too, and again began to shrink, shrink and shrink…

They got even smaller than the dragons and Hiccup were before, basically, just specks on the fibres of Astrid's shirt, a few millimeters in length/height, with Astrid getting proportionally smaller than Toothless, who was naturally bigger and a bit more lucky to not get as much gas pass by him.

"Oh no…" - Hiccup muttered when he gathered the strength to do so, looking at the pile of Astrid's clothes and Toothless' harness. "Let's search for the dragon, and Astrid with Toothless, at least they must still be here somewhere. And be careful with your paws…" - he told the now normal-sized dragons, who were still very clumsy from suddenly getting to a new, much bigger size, and were going to remain this way for some time, while getting used to it again.

"Help! Anyone!" - Astrid was screaming in the darkness of her shirt and skirt, sitting on the threads somewhere in the sleeve, totally naked. "I am down there, please, help!" - she continued, not knowing how small she actually ended up, and how useless her now ultra-high-pitched and faint voice was now. "Stormfly, girl! Hiccup! Anyone!".

She was about to begin sobbing, sitting there in half-darkness, hearing thuds of normal-sized dragon footsteps and their voices, but she noticed a dark silhouette on the fold of fabric below her, that was trying to climb up towards her. On that silhouette she could faintly distinguish two green dots.

"Toothless!" - she exclaimed. "Yes, I am up here! Come over!" - she called him, getting a growl in response. In a minute, Toothless managed to climb the fold that she was on, and walked towards her, claws sinking between the threads of the fabric. When he got closer, Astrid saw that he is now much bigger than her; she only reached about half the height of his knee.

"Toothless, looks like we got really small…" - Astrid said with sadness, hugging his front leg. "We have to get out of my clothes. Then we have to-" - as Astrid was finishing her sentence, their world was shaken. Stormfly bumped her snout into Astrid's clothes, sniffing for her and Toothless.

Astrid held on Toothless' leg for dear life, as they both tumbled down the soft fabric and onto the lower folds of it, until Stormfly basically got her head halfway in Astrid's shirt. Astrid's smell was too intense from her clothes, and she couldn't really locate either the now mite-sized girl, or the flea-sized Toothless down in her shirt, and searching through the folding fabric was no option for her either, given her size and anatomy. So, she just threw it away in frustration and proceeded to smell the ground nearby, like the other dragons did. Toothless' harness and Astrid's clothes really did interfere with their ability to locate their now tiny owners, which were around here somewhere.

The shrunken Toothless and shrunken Astrid were blown out from Astrid's shirt as it landed on the ground beside Stormfly. The slight gust of wind carried Toothless, with Astrid still clinging to his leg, towards the opening in the grass.

"Oh, dear, we survived that. Move your body, Toothless!" - Astrid said, frowning, trying to climb from under Toothless' belly. The dragon got up on his legs, making Astrid fall down on the ground below him, all grumpy. She walked from under the Night Fury, followed by him intensely staring at her and sniffing, to check if she is okay.

Astrid pat Toothless on his snout and began to look at their surroundings. "There is barely any grass here, it's our chance to get their attention! Toothless, do something! Use your fire, fly, whatever! You are the "big" one here!" - she told the dragon as she pushed his snout. The night fury seemed to be surprised and perplexed at such request.

Just then, Barf and Belch came close to their spot. One of the two-headed dragon's front paws fell near the shrunken duo, causing a little earthquake and a gust of dust and wind. The girl and the dragon stood in awe, looking upwards to see the huge dragon's heads far above them, until they began to lower towards the ground far behind them, too far to notice the two specks near their own body. The Zippleback moved closer, sniffing new areas of the grass in search of Astrid and Toothless, lifting its paw and moving it forward above the awestruck duo, who both winced at the thought of getting crushed under that huge sole.

Soon, the Zippleback walked away, never getting their heads close to the unfortunate duo. But at least the danger of it stepping on them was gone. Or… was it?

The shrunken girl and the dragon, who were following the huge Zippleback in the distance with their gaze, shuddered as another earthquake almost made them fall off their feet. Covered in a shadow, they turned around to see a huge blue paw behind them. Stormfly!

"Oh Gods, she is huge!" - Astrid exclaimed, looking upwards at the towering body of her dragoness in awe. "Toothless, how do we get her attention?" - she asked the Night Fury with her gaze still focused on Stormfly. "We have to act fast, or… Oh no…" - she finished, presented with a view of the Deadly Nadder's paw raising above them. "Toothless, RUN!" - she shouted in terror. Toothless crouched, helped her to jump onto his back, and began to run away as fast as his legs could carry him, leaping through the uneven terrain of enlarged soil pieces. Being unable to fly due to his artificial tail fin not getting shrunk along with him, his speed and maneuverability were very limited. Astrid was holding onto his spines for her dear life, as the shadow of Stormfly's paw now covered them, as it began to descent.

"STORMFLY, NOOO!"

The shrunken girl and dragon didn't manage to get away in time, as the sole of the Deadly Nadder's huge paw fell right on top of them, pinning them underneath it. They got wedged right between the rough leathery pads, and were getting stuck deeper and deeper with each step Stormfly took. Their movement was almost fully restrained, especially Astrid's, who was stuck between Toothless' back and the leather of Stormfly's paw pad gap.

"This is horrible!" - she screamed angrily. "But I guess that's what I get for putting Stormfly through the same experience..." - she thought, knowing that she had basically done the same thing to Stormfly some time ago, not knowing she was under her foot. Toothless grumbled something in response, struggling against the leathery walls.

The more the flea-sized Night Fury struggled, the more he saw how futile his attempts to free them are. With each step the normal-sized dragoness took, they were getting more and more stuck, compressed between the two paw pads. His legs were pointed below, with his back, wings and tail firmly squeezed between the leather, which made it almost impossible to push himself out, and trying to pull himself free was also complicated, as he couldn't manage to get a good grip on the thick leather with his comparatively tiny, insignificant claws and restricted movement.

The feeling of falling down at an insanely fast speed, getting squeezed from all sides, and then getting lifted upwards, repeated many times over and over as Stormfly walked, quickly made both the dragon and viking girl very dizzy. The pads rubbing against each other, making any resistance futile, was also a very irritating factor. If not for the shrink gas' protective effect, they would have been crushed to paste long ago, but thanks to their bodies being so sturdy while shrunk, they actually weren't harmed at all, aside from feeling a major inconvenience and the humiliation of the surreal situation they were in.

What made it even worse, is the fact that the shrunken dragon and viking girl could hear the growls and grumbles of the normal-sized dragons around them, communicating, discussing how to find them, but being unable to. Most of the time their voices were muffled due to Stormfly's paw being pressed into the ground, though.

The rest of the gang soon returned, and Hiccup told them what happened to them, not without some disbelief at first. They began searching for them beneath the grass, scanning the ground, some of them armed with magnifying glasses. After some more searching time, having scanned virtually every inch of the ground near the place where they shrunk, they began to give up. Hiccup, Fishlegs, Snotlout, Ruffnut and Tuffnut were unable to find anything but bugs, while the dragons didn't manage to catch any scent of the shrunken duo, or see them with their sharp eye sight.

"Maybe the dragon took them away, along with it. Or shrunk them so small that we can't see them, and the dragons can't smell them?" - Fishlegs suggested. "That would be awful, I don't know how we can find and save them if that's so." - he concluded with worry.
Hiccup frowned. His girlfriend and dragon were somewhere out there, Gods know how small, helpless and vulnerable, and he couldn't do anything to help them. He just went to the nearest sleeping bag and sat down, feeling weakness in his mind and body. The rest of the gang continued their search at first, but soon they joined him, along with their dragons, expect for Stormfly, who was too worried and way too determined to just give up.

Eventually, Stormfly gave up too. She didn't come back to the others, but instead laid down on the grass in the searching area (having meticulously sniffed the ground for any signs of the shrunken duo, before laying onto the grass). She leaned onto her side, stretching her legs, and rested her head on the ground, thinking about what else she could do to find them.

Astrid and Toothless finally saw the light coming from between the comparatively gigantic dragoness's paw pads, that they were stuck between of. The world stopped shaking for them, as the Deadly Nadder stopped walking, and there was no more pressure from all sides.

"Toothless, she laid down! That's our chance to get her attention! Do something!" - Astrid said, and so Toothless did. Finding some freedom of movement again, he began to scratch the warm leather of the sides of the huge dragoness' paw pads, breathed some fire, roared, accompanied by Astrid's shouts, and… Managed to cause an itch for the Nadder…

Another huge clawed paw of the huge dragoness came into view of the shrunken duo, and then crashed down into the paw they were in, as Stormfly began to scratch it with her claws and toes, paying little attention to what could be the reason for that itch… After all, after being in a similar situation just some hours ago, she could guess the possible reasons.

The world was shaking again for Astrid and Toothless, as the pads were rubbing against each other due to Stormfly's scratches, through the crevice between them they could see Stormfly's toes and claws passing by at insane velocities, moving back and forth, until they suddenly stopped…

But then they felt themselves moving again, as Stormfly tucked her leg and bent her neck to look at it. They saw her huge head through the crevice, only for the sight of it to soon be replaced by a huge claw ready to squeeze right between the pads!

"Stormfly, NO!" - Astrid shouted, but it was useless, her voice was not nearly powerful enough for Stormfly to hear, at that size. Toothless' roars were just as useless also.

The claw came right between the pads, rubbing and spreading them, plowing further down, until it caught the tiny dragon and human below and, after throwing them back and forth for a few seconds, pushed them even deeper, to the very base of the pads, before withdrawing, leaving them sealed beneath the leather there.

"NOOO, STORMFLY, PLEASE, HELP US!" - Astrid cried, again accompanied by Toothless' worried roars. "Its… too… tight!" - she complained, pressed tight between the leather folds and Toothless' back.

They would have likely never been found, if Stormfly didn't for some reason decide to sniff at her claws. Her nostrils flared, and then her eyes widened, as she caught a faint smell of Toothless and an even fainter smell of her rider, on one of her talons. Was it… Actually their smell? Where did she make contact with them?! She immediately sprung to her feet, in worry (putting immense pressure on the tiny ones in her paw and making them cringe and wince in slight pain). Then she remembered that itch in her paw, and how she scratched it with another one… Was it left or right one?.. Doesn't matter!
Toothless and Astrid are most likely on one of her paws!

Stormfly laid down again, and tucked her legs closer to look at her paw soles. She moved her snout very closely, and began to scan them for any signs of the shrunken night fury and her rider, but she couldn't see them. Sniffing though, did reveal a faint smell of them on one of her paws… But she couldn't see them!

She decided to go to Hiccup to ask for help, got on her feet, and began limping to the sleeping bag where he sat. She thought that putting less pressure on that paw would help, and it did, to some extent. Her walk wasn't so crushing for the shrunken duo.

"Stormfly, what do you need?" - Hiccup asked her as she came close and motioned him towards her legs, squawking. "I don't get it." - he added, clearly not in the best of moods. The Nadder laid down, and stretched her legs towards him, presenting her paws for him to look at and motioning for him to do so, again. "You want me to do something with your paws? What? Why?". Stormfly glanced at her paws and squawked again. "Okay then… Wait. Don't you tell me you found them… Oh Thor." - he quietly muttered the last words, and sat down before the Deadly Nadder's large paws, beginning to inspect them. Stormfly corrected him, withdrawing the paw that she didn't find any trace of them on.

"Don't you tell me you stepped on them, and they are somewhere here… I don't see anyone. How small are they?" - he asked, as if expecting a clear reply from her. "Yes, of course, you can't tell…"

After a while, Hiccup still didn't notice any trace of them on Stormfly's paw sole. "Are you sure they are there at all?" - he asked. Stormfly squawked and nodded slightly, without much confidence. "Maybe they are between your paw pads?" - he said, and began to spread them away from each other, looking in-between of each crevice.

"Yes, Hiccup, we are here! Look inside!" - Astrid cried loudly, "Please, save us!". Hiccup spread apart the pads that they were between of, but didn't notice the tiny body of Toothless still a bit stuck deep between them, he was blending in with the color of their leather, there was not enough light, and he was just too tiny. Astrid's white skin stood out much better, but she was still mostly pinned behind Toothless, and was even smaller, so…

"NO, HICCUP! NOOO! WE ARE HERE! DON'T CLOSE THEM! NOOO!" - Astrid screamed in terror, as he seemingly didn't notice them, and began to release his grip on the pads, letting them come back close to each other.

And again, the shrunken due could be left forgotten there forever, if not for Toothless… Who fired an unusually large for him (but still, of course, tiny) plasma blast right between the closing pads. It hit one of them, with a small explosion, making Stormfly shudder and Hiccup almost fall onto his back.

"Wow! Wait, it's Toothless' fire breath! So he IS on your paw somewhere, Stormfly!" - Hiccup exclaimed, and spread the pads that he thought the explosion happened on, again. Toothless breathed a short stream of fire, using the last of his fuel, but that was enough to gain his rider's attention…

"There he is! But he is too small… I need a magnifier." - Hiccup said, joyful, but saddened at the same time, and reached for his magnifying glass.

Tugging one pad in the opposite side with one hand, and holding the magnifier in the other, he looked inside, between them, again, and saw his little friend deep below, at the very base of Stormfly's paw pads. But behind him he saw… Astrid… Or rather, the parts of her that were not blocked by Toothless' back.

"Oh Thor almighty! Astrid! Toothless! I need to get you out somehow… Wait a bit!" - he reached towards his bag again, and got a small vial and a small stick. Reaching back towards the paw, he was greeted by the snout of Stormfly, who bent her neck closer to look.

"Hold onto it!" - he said to his shrunken girlfriend and dragon, as he reached with the stick between the pads, carefully pushing them free, and waiting for them to crawl onto the stick. Astrid rode on Toothless's back, while he tried to balance on the round stick that twitched way too much for how small they were, in excited and worried Hiccup's shaking hands, threatening to throw them off at any moment.

Hiccup carefully, protecting the stick from wind with his other hand, reached towards a sheet of white cloth on his sleeping bag, and put the stick down on it, allowing Toothless to jump down. He took the magnifier again, and began to look at them more closely, finally with more light on them.

Toothless couldn't be longer than maybe half a centimeter, and Astrid… was totally microscopic. Just a millimeter in height, if not smaller… Oh Gods…

Hiccup zoomed in a bit more, leaning closer (curious Stormfly leaned closer too), and looked more closely at his shrunken girlfriend… She just stood there, on the fibers of cloth, looking up at him with a mix of many emotions on her face, as it finally dawned on him that she is totally naked!

Coincidentally, at the same time, she also found out that she is, in fact, being looked at all over by Hiccup, having absolutely no clothes on her! Of course, they didn't get shrunk along with her! What a shame!

She covered her… more private areas with her arms, motioning Hiccup to not look, which he did, blushing profusely from the sight of seeing his girlfriend so tiny, vulnerable, and… naked. "Sorry Astrid. I guess we should try to find some cover for you." he said and moved his focus on Toothless… Who was literally jumping up and down, with a huge smile on his head and tongue stuck out!

The dragon was glad to finally be out of their paw pad prison, and in a more or less safe situation, with his rider again! Plus, they would maybe now be able to restore their size, if they find that dragon again!

"Hey, Toothless! I am glad to see you again too, bud!" - Hiccup said, smiling. "We will find a way to help you, I promise. Maybe healers will be able to help you, if not, we will find that dragon who did it to you, and make it grow you back! But now I should put you somewhere more safe, I am afraid even gusts of wind may blow you away now… Or Stormfly's breath. Am I right, girl?" - he said, looking at Stormfly's snout to the right and patting it.

"Okay, now… Sorry Astrid, sorry bud, but that's for your own safety" – he said, taking the piece of cloth and making them fall down from it, landing right into the small glass vial that he held below. "I can't think of any other way to carry you two without risking to lose you. Besides, you put me and the dragons in a jar too, didn't you?" - he smiled, looking at his minuscule girlfriend. "Stormfly! I have an important mission for you!" - he said, turning to the Deadly Nadder. "I will strap the vial to your saddle bags. Protect it at all costs while we fly back to the village, your rider and friend are inside." - he added, holding the vial before her snout, as she eyed the two tiny forms inside of it and squawked in agreement. Hiccup put the vial into a tiny socket in one of Stormfly's leather saddle bags, and secured it with a belt. Toothless and Astrid tumbled around inside of it, rolling on the smooth glass walls, until the movement stopped. Looking through the uncovered part of the vial, they saw the immense snout of Stormfly staring at them, until she began to walk in some direction.

When the rest of the gang arrived, Hiccup told them about their find. Seeing the black and white specks in the glass vial and knowing they are Toothless and Astrid, they couldn't believe their eyes. Having a view of their viking friends and dragons towering over them, encompassing the space around the bag that their vial was strapped to, Astrid and Toothless got very fearful and somewhat angry. Especially Astrid, who had to cover herself again, unable to hide the blush.

They got so utterly tiny! If they won't be able to find a way to grow back, or find that dragon, how would they even survive living like that?

Eventually, the group climbed onto their dragons (Hiccup rode on Stormfly), and took off. When Stormfly jumped into the air, the world shook again for the tiny duo, throwing them around the vial with a great strength. Good thing it was firmly secured, and they were so resilient at this small size…

Soon, they couldn't see the ground or the trees anymore, as Stormfly gained altitude. Their view was replaced to that of a sky, clouds, and the Deadly Nadder's powerful wings and muscles working to carry them through the air.

Will they find a way to return to their original size? Who knows…

One thing they didn't notice though, was the shrink dragoness, who got very small and rode between the scales on Stormfly's flank. It was following them from the moment Hiccup found them, and decided to come along for some reason, be it desire to do more mischief, or sense of guilt from making them so tiny.
