"Ino, I'm moving out... No- wait,"

"Pig, I'm moving out- No, wait or should I tell her- Ino, this isn't working? -Aiya~!" The pinkette fumed as she pulled her hair in frustration.

Her two companions looked at her from their spot at Kakashi's dining room table. Said man not being home as he was still at the hokages office doing whatever the hell he did. Which was not hokage-like at all and the three teens could only presume it had something to do with a little orange book and giving his personal advisor a major headache just for shits and giggles.

While Sasuke would be staying with Naruto for the duration of their time, before they all slummed it together, the three found Kakashi's place closer and besides, they were his kids so- meh? They deemed it plausible to help thy selves to their sensei's house.

Besides, he always seemed to be well supplied with ramen, tomatoes, dango and momen tofu for some reason.

Weird.

Well, they weren't complaining.

"Guys!" The distressed Kunoichi hissed at them, trying to gain their attention, "I need your help. What am I gonna tell her? She'll be so upset- We've been frickin' living together for like- Okay, maybe only 2 years but... still, y'know! We've been together since the war ended and- and- and" She placed slim hands on her hips while she paced back and forth in front of the two Shinobi.

The stress was clear in her features and Naruto decided to step in before she had a panic attack.

"If you want, you can blame us?" He suggested.

Always the heroe, ready to take the blame and shoulder the fall. Sasuke scoffed.

"Tell her we need you soooo much," Naruto's theatrics started coming into play. Hands going up to hug himself as if imitating an intimate hug from a loved one, ",that we can't bear to be without you any longer- oh!" His hands went to his forehead as if feeling faint.

Sakura let out a laugh at his foolishness while Sasuke rolled his eyes towards the heavens, fetching three mugs from the pantry. Tea was ready.

"Just be straight. I'm sure she will understand, besides you couldn't live together forever," the raven spoke up from his place behind the island. While Sakura and Naruto simmered down from their quiet banter, Sasuke served their hot drinks and they all sat down at the kitchen table.

It was quiet for a moment as Sakura traced the edge of her cup.

"... You guys don't understand..." She whispered. Her lips were in a small frown as she slowly looked up to meet their gazes, "We've been together since the war ended... Lived together, breathed together, cried and mourned together. Naruto, there's things she knows about me that even you don't and ... Sasuke ... I can't just -"

"I get it," the raven stood up to make his way over to the large window where a scene of two birds on a tree lay. Sakura and Naruto watched his back with a mixture of uncertainty and silence, ",then until you're ready... We'll be waiting. This is something you have to do yourself."

Understanding lit up in Sakura as a soft smile broke out all over her face.

"Hai."

The two birds flew into the sky, both going different directions.

"That insensitive Bitch!" A raging pink haired kunoichi stomped her way through the village in fury. Her destination was clearly the training grounds where she knew her team mates awaited.

30 minutes earlier.

"Ino, we need to-"

"I'm so sorry Sakura! But I'm moving in with Sai." The blonde kunoichi couldn't have bowed more lower even if Sakura forced her to, herself. Ino's hands were held up in a praying position as if asking for forgiveness.

Sakura's mind snapped back to reality as her childhood friends words finally comprehended in her head.

"Naaaani? !"

In training ground 7, the boys had the feeling of impending doom hang over the village. Both Naruto and Sasuke both looked at Sai having a feeling of foreboding overcome them, before a monster from the pits of hell made their presence known.

"Sai... You bastard.."

"And- and she just told me, it's over!"
