The Return of His Heart

In this Light brings L and Watari back to life but he gets their heart attack and the eye deal for what he did. No one in Task Force likes him and he was thrown out by his family for being gay. Light sort of has depression in this. Might have a sequal. No idea yet. Depends. Anyways if you're homophobic or anything don't read this. Light is friends with the Wammy boys in this.

Chapter 2

Light P.O.V

I was stuck with Avira checking things. Avira was a nurse's aid and also a death note owner. He worked here but only because he didn't know what else to do. "So heart attack?" Avira said with a raised eyebrow. Avira also knew I owned a notebook. We both had shinigami eyes.

"Shut it. You're suppose to work here. Not use your powers like that." I said glancing up from one of the books Near brought me. Near brought me a bunch of books to read here. I found TV boreing and since I had a high IQ preferred to read so now I was reading Dolores Claiborne.

The door opened and the 3 Wammy heirs came in along with Ryuzaki and Watari. "Thought we would visit also Light. See you are awake." he said. "Telling my so called nurse's aid to behave like one." I said.

"Avira owns a notebook too but is a bit of a smart ass." Near told Ryuzaki. Avira was now putting my hospital food down and left.

"So how are you guys?" I asked. "Same as usual. Thought we would visit. Light when do you get to leave?" Matt asked. "They want to check if I am a murder victem first." I said shrugging.

It was after-effects from a shinigami tool but no involvment in murder. "Oh. True." Near said. "That will be a couple of days."

"Hey can you make sure the others leave my stuff alone. You know the stuff I use to live in HQ." I asked.

Ryuzaki P.O.V

"About that. I was thinking you should live with me again. We were room mates before so we should try again." I said. Avira came back in and it was with meds. "Usual pain killers although I doubt you need these." Avira said.

"What are they?" I asked. "Medicine for people who get heart attacks a lot but I think Light did something with his powers. I have been friends with him since college." Avira said. "Oh! It's nice to meet you by the way. I'm Ryuzaki." I said. I saw Avira glance above.

"Oh! You're that Ryuzaki! No wounder why Light is...Ok. I'll go with the alias but you better treat my pal like a angel." he said. We were in the hall away from everyone.

"I will. So why are you working in a hospital where almost every name is seen and you have issues controling your powers?" I asked. Avira shrugged.

"Had no idea what else to do. Besides a lot of these people were death note victems and I prefer to clean up some of the mess." he said. I went back in and Light was getting up.

"I guess I will be picking you up when you leave here Light-kun." I said. He smiled. "Thanks Ryuzaki." he said smileing. I smiled squeezing his hand reassuringly. "No problem" I answered.
