~Planet Vegeta, Outside of Bardock and Gine's House, Age 733, February 2, 3:00 PM~
We find Aspara outside in front of Bardock as he was FINALLY going to teach her how to fly
"So" Bardock instructed "It will be done by two steps, but because it's not really that difficult for us saiyans, you should take the hang of it pretty quickly, but first of all, you will learn how to bring out your energy in the form of a ball of ki, so sit down on cross legs and bring your hands in front of you facing each other but with space between them"
Aspara did was she was told and sat on cross legs and bring her hands in front of her
"Good" Bardock praised "Now, you need to feel the ki inside your body and bring him out between your hands"
Aspara closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and felt every fiber of her being when suddenly she found a warm green light and tried to brought it out between her hands
Aspara then opened her eyes and was in shock to see that effectively, between her mini-hands, was a warm decent size green ball of energy, HER energy
"Very good" Bardock noded, proud that she did it on her first time "It's your life energy or ki, so you can do anything you want with it, make it disappear by just letting your muscle rest, expand it by putting more power into it, making it take any forme you want like idk a sword but it's really complicated so i advise you to try it later but that's about it or else of course you want to try your own set of attacks, witch i advise you when your more experienced but for now i advise you to stay on the kikoha and some other basic attack, you will learn more advanced technique at school"
"Cooool" Aspara murmured, her head already filling with all she could do with it as she expended and reduced her ball of ki, she will definitely try the sword, sound epic "Can i throw it to see how powerful it is?" She asked her father
"If you want" Bardock shrugged "Now, we can pass at the flying *BOOM* test, you have to focalise on the energy inside you and directing it under your feet so you can propulse yourself in the air
Aspara did again was she was told and closed her eyes as she felt her now more familiar warm green energy inside her and pushed it under her feet when she suddenly felt no contact with the ground anymore and opened her eyes to see that she again succeeded without much trouble and was floating in the air "YAY! I did it" she said as she started to float in circles around her father
Bardock nodded again "Good job, now you can fly, well… more like float for now but with a little bit of practice, i'm sure you will do it" Felicitated Bardock at her learning speed, truly impressed, he didn't remember when he learned to fly but he was sure that we didn't do it that fast
While Aspara was doing loopings in the air, Gine came outside and said "Bardock, honey, can you come back in the house? We have some 'work' to do~ And Aspara, can you go see King Vegeta to deliver a gift for him and come back in 3 hours?"
Bardock paled dramatically as Aspara rose an eyebrow but nodded nonetheless and floated away
"Now honey…" Gine appeared beside Bardock, snatching him before him can fly away and dragged him back in the house, ignoring the protest of the poor man
Some suspicions sounds was the only thing heard around the house for two hours straight
~Planet Vegeta, Bardock and Gine's House, Age 733, May 12th, 2:20 PM~
Bardock, Aspara and a 3 months pregnant Gine, were preparing themselves to go to the ceremony in the Castle
"Are you ready for the Big Day Aspara? It's a pretty big moment for you, you will be crowned a Super Elite, it's an great honor, i am proud of you" Gine said to Aspara, with a worried and happy tone while hugging her
"Yes mother" Aspara said, rolling her eyes "It's not the first time i go to the castle or in front of many people with the constant visit in the Palace and when they decide to engage useless discussions while i'm there, and they will just do some speeches and will give me a new armor with a cap and the Super Elite emblem so it will be fine"
"I know that but its it's can be overwhelming to have this amount of attention, i'm just assuming that you will be fine but if you say that you will be fine then i trust you" Gine finished with a smile but then cried in the middle of nowhere "My sugarcub is already a big girl, they grow so faaaast" Aspara, now uncomfortable with her mother's crying, try to hug her to calm her "Hey! Calm down please. I'm still here and i love you, you know right? And i'm going nowhere, the only moment we will be separated will be when i'll be at school so please stop crying!"
"*snif* i know but i'm so proud of you my sugarcube" Gine finished by trapping once again her daughter in a Big hug as Aspara now regretted her decision
Bardock then came into the living room "are you finished you two? Cause we are to arrive in 10 minutes, and you're in those TWO ceremonies and if we are late, it's not gonna be a good image for us…" Added Bardock, saving Aspara of her suffering that was Gine's hugs
Gine gently let Aspara go "Well, we are ready to go"
Bardock nods as they exit the house and flew towards the Palace
When they arrived 2 minutes after, the place was already bonded with people, surely 1st and 2nd classes who came assisted as this year's ceremony (or all the ceremony for some people as it happen every years, to give the young saiyans the title of first class) in particular when exceptionnely 2 Super Elites will be crowned in one year so no one really want to miss this
They saw the Royal family waiting for them on one of the upper balcony so they landed beside them
"Hello Bardock's Family, today's the Big Day, especially for you young Aspara" Exclaimed King
"I know and i am eternally thankful to you for this opportunity, my King" Replied Aspara, in courtesy
King Vegeta nodded and they all returned inside the Castle to be prepared for the ceremonies

All the first and middle class adults where present in the gigantic room, King Vegeta was on the stage to do his speech and Aspara, who was beside Prince Vegeta who also was beside a girl who introduced herself as Komatsu, was waiting with the other children of their age behind the curtains of the stage for the first part of the ceremony
"Hello Everyone !" Spoke King Vegeta, at his audience "I am glad and proud to be here with you all today to give the deserved titles of first class at all the children like every year, and without waiting anymore time, i will summoned the children one by one, who will come here to be given the title, and finally start their life as a proud member of the Saiyan race!"
Everyone cheered after the speech and the King then started to named the lucky children, who came one by one for 20 minutes and received a mini-speech of encouragement by the King himself
And finally, the final 3 were about to get named
"The next child to receive the proud title of first class and who is not that far from the strength necessary to access the title of Super Elite is the young Komatsu! Congrats little one, maybe in some years you could even become a Super Elite yourself! Spoke King Vegeta
Komatsu walked proudly to King Vegeta and stop in a respectable stance that inspired respect and bowed to the King "I am grateful for your words and will redouble effort to reach this title and make my family proud" Komatsu spoke, ceremoniously, took the first class armor, and she returned to her family while Prince Vegeta looked at her with wide eyes, impressed and Aspara looked at her with unmasked interest, maybe another worthy opponent…
"And now for the final two!" Stated King Vegeta Imperiously "Rare are the saiyans that reach this level of potential and today we are here together to crown TWO at the same time! And i'm sure they will both lead the Saiyans to new heights! I demande your applause for Prince Vegeta and Aspara!"
Rounds of applause was heard as Vegeta and Aspara walked together to the stage, their posture as proud as possible and both stopped before the King
"I want to congratulate you both personally for gaining this prestigious rank, not many in the History of planet Vegeta or even in planet Plant had this much power, so i am proud today to give you to the Super Elite Rank Armor that you had both personalized earlier in the month, you, my son, i give you this white armor with the Royal Saiyan Crest in Red on it simpolising that your a Super Elite, with a gold shoulder guard and center, a red cap equipped with it and the first Rank scouter of course" The King addressed his son and gives him his armor
Vegeta took his armor and nodded thanks to his father while the King turned to Aspara "and you, young Aspara, i give you this black armor with the Royal Saiyan Crest in Red on it, simpolising that your a Super Elite, equipped with a gold shoulder guard plus green center and a green cap with it and the first Rank scouter
Aspara took her armor and also nodded her thanks to the King while the King did one final speech "And this concludes our ceremony, you can all rest to wander around or congratulate our new first class or just enjoy the feast! Goodbye and i see you all for the next ceremony next year!" With that and the cheers of all the audience for the both new Super Elites, the ceremony was finally over and all the people congratulated their kids as Aspara said goodbye to the King and the Prince and rejoined her parents were Gine was restrain herself to not cry in joy and Bardock was just there on moral support
"You were fantastic back there! I almost cried!" Gine exclaimed, giving a bear hug to her daughter
"Stop embarrassing the brat Gine… but seriously congrats, you maintained you cool and stayed professionnel, it's the good attitude" Bardock lightly brushed Aspara's hair as she made a small smile at the praise "and interesting your choice in armor, you really like the color green do you?" He asked
Aspara just shrugged while being hugged by Gine, she was really impatient to train
