~Planet Vegeta, Bardock and Gine's House, Age 733, November 10th, 11:20 AM~
A 3 years and 5 month old Aspara was in a waiting room at a hospital because apparently, her mother was about to deliver a sibling but she didn't know how to feel, first, she didn't appreciate that her sibling was trying to kill her mother by transforming her into a balloon to come here, and second, she hoped that he was strong so that she could have another rival, the problem is that she had to wait until he was the age he could fight and if the sibling was weak, her parents will maybe ask her to train him/her and THAT was a big problem because it's a time she could use to get stronger and not let Vegeta or Komatsu beat her, well at least Vegeta had the same problem as me because apparently, his mother was also delivering a sibling, so him too will be slowed down on his training
So for now, she was waiting to see if her mother would survive and if she had to kill her sibling to revenge her mother's death
Then, her father exited the hospital room that her mother was in with a tired look and looked at Aspara before saying "You can come in now, its finished" before walking down the hallway, exhausted
Aspara then pushed the door and entered to see her mother feeding in perfect health but tired and she was not a balloon anymore… weird but moving on and she was feeding a baby with…oh MY FUCKING GOD WHAT'S UP WITH HIS HAIR ?!
Aspara was so deep in her shock that she didn't saw her mother had acknowledge her presence and started speaking
"Oh hi sweety, you came to see your new little brother?" She exclaimed in a gentle voice
Aspara, after her shock that her sibli- no sorry 'little brother' had more hair than her (well her hair just past her shoulder but he's a boy! It's weird!), she came closer to observe her little brother, he had a gigantic amount of hair that would not be at his advantage in battle (like imagine winning one fight with this amount of hair, ridiculous, he could almost disappeared completely behind his hair), he was also pretty tall but still smaller then her, well its normal he's a baby but you know what i mean, he had the same frown as her and had more of her father's face
"So… what's his name" Aspara asked
"His name is Raditz" She replied while stroking his gigantic hair
"Well… that certainly goes with his haircut…" She marmonned as she looked at her little brother
Then Bardock came back into the room with a scouter "It's time for the routine and see if i have to do another trip to the Castle…" He joked, before he checked Aspara (he took her Scouter so it wouldn't explode this time)
"You Aspara, have now a power level of 12.140 units, really good, continue like this" Bardock praised before he checked his newborn…

"Well… i don't think i will have to do the trip to the castle anymore…" Bardock exclaimed, lowering the scouter and giving it back to Aspara
"Why? Is it bad?" Asked Gine, curious
"…250 units" Simply replied Bardock, a little disappointed
"Oh…well, not all of our children can be a powerhouse you know? And maybe he can progress or just choose to not fight?" She proposed, not seeing a problem if her second child was weaker or not a fighter, she would love ALL of her children
"…I guess you're right" Exclaimed Bardock, thinking over it, if Raditz wouldn't choose fighting he still would have Aspara to train with so it's fine and if he still chose to become a warrior despise his weakness… well he would do his best to at least teach him the basics and wait until he became strong enough to handle the advance ones and maybe even challenge his big sister on day, well it's unlikely but still
Meanwhile, the interest that Aspara had on her little brother completely disappeared when she heard her father say the mediocre power level of 250, he was not even strong enough to be a third class for god damn sake! (Note : in my headcanon in this, third class = 1000-2500, middle class = 2500-4000, first class 4000-8000, Super Elite 8000; and the skill is also a important value because even if Vegeta had not enough power level, his skill and strength was largely enough to made him pass and just like Komatsu who was really close to it because of her impressive skills and advanced attacks but still lack strength) and in hell she will train this weakling! She wasn't even sure that if she punched him that she wouldn't cut him in half by accident!
So, Aspara just exited the room to go in the upper level where multiple guards were and just walked between them and seated beside Vegeta
Vegeta just raised an eyebrow on seeing Aspara's face and just replied "Weakling?"
Aspara just sighs and nodded "250 units… not even enough for third class, i hope that you will be more lucky than me"
Vegeta winced at the low number "10.000 to 250, your father was sorely disappointed" he stated
"I think he was but mother said that he could either be useful in the kitchen like her and not in battle like us if he wanted to" They snorted at the idea and she would absolutely tease her little brother later if he choose this path "or try to become stronger with time… but with 250 i don't have much hope to be honest and no way in hell i would train a weakling, the only thing i would win is a waste of my time" She stated while crossing her arms
Vegeta just nodded "i agree, it would be a waste of time…" he trailed of when his father exited the hospital room
King Vegeta "oh good morning Aspara, how are you?
"Good morning King Vegeta and i'm…mostly fine" She replied
King Vegeta rose an eyebrow at the end of her respond but decided to not comment on it as he then addresses his son "Well my son, you can come in, and you too Aspara if you want"
Aspara nodded and with Vegeta they both entered the hospital room to be greeted by Queen Kassava in the bed holding a pink buddle with a little baby inside it
"Oh hi Aspara, it's good to see you, you came to see Vegeta's new little sister?" She exclaimed
Aspara and Vegeta came closer to the baby to see her
"Apparently, she's a little taller than you were when you were born Vegeta" She stated as Aspara tried to contain her laughter but when Vegeta glanced her way with a dark glare, she explode in laughter as Vegeta's glare deepened even more but they both stopped when the King spoked
"Please children, keep the sound of your voices at reasonable levels" Stated King Vegeta as he took his scouter and scanned his daughter with it

"…2000 units, which made her a third class warrior" Finally stated King Vegeta, disappointment escaping of his voice
"…That's all?!" Vegeta exclaimed, shocked and extremely disappointed as Aspara was just jealous that it was still better than 250
"…Unfortunately yes" King Vegeta stated
"Hey relax, 2000 is not bad… well not THAT bad and you can't always have powerhouses, it's not like she will not progress either, she will just not be a Super Elite for now but she's just born and you are already throwing her under the bus… let her progress at her rhythm and it will all be fine" Queen Kassava stated, with wisdom
Vegeta however just rolled his eyes and got out of the room, with Aspara following him to not be alone with them in the awkward silence
"I insinue that you're not satisfied either?" Asked Aspara
"Of course i'm not! A royal is supposed to be strong! At least first class! But THIRD CLASS?! This is an affront!" Vegeta was still rambling when Aspara did a smack upside his head
Vegeta yelped before glaring at her "Could you elaborate why you dared to smack me?! The Prince of all Saiyans?!" He declared
"Because you were starting to give me a headache with your rambling, listen, it doesn't change anything if we have weaklings as siblings, we will just continue to train like like we normally do and if they bother us, just beat them up, simple, and it will do some training at controlling our power to not kill them in one single punch, what do you think?" She proposed
"...alright" he replied
"Good" She gave a nod and returned in her section were her brother were
