Psycho Incineration is a take on the most controversial Quirk in My Hero Academia - All For One - all the while turning it onto its head. Follow Thomas 'Tommy' Mirren as he ceaselessly incinerates the path to changing a society geared to embrace its own self-destruction. While he may not realize it, the end is near. To be or not to be Quirkless, what difference does it make?

2. The Form - Not A Chapter
