?

"Ugh… did anyone get the number of that truck that hit me…? God my… my everything hurts like hell…" Thought a figure who was currently laying in the middle of a forest. This person had randomly appeared out of nowhere, and in a blinding flash of light too. Groaning, the figure got up and opened their eyes, revealing them to be black in colour, they had mid-length black hair and wore some kind of battle armour. It was in an off-white colour on the torso with shoulder straps and a part on the stomach being a sapphire in colour. They wore skin-tight pants that were navy and had a pair of boots that was the same colour as the chest armour. Around their waste was some sort of brown furry belt and by their hips were two extensions of the torso armour, also in sapphire.

Looking around, the person scratched their head in confusion. "How the hell did I get here..? Last I remember I saw a truck heading right for me after I pushed Konrad out of the way.. After that I felt…. Nothing… oh god am I DEAD!? IS THIS THE AFTERLIFE?!" they thought in a panic, gripping their head and scratching it, trying to make sense of their situation. "Wait a fuckin' minute… I know I had some pretty long hair but it was curly not spiky! And it feels… longer? Oh man, if I wasn't freaking out right now I'd love to see my boss' face right now!" They thought with a chuckle, deciding to move forwards instead of just standing around like a fool.

"Still… I only just got my job… been there nearly 10 months already… damn… not even ten months since I finish school and I'm dead…" they looked down, slowly as they felt their eyes become watery. "Mom… Dad… and those two little shits for siblings… heh… great… if I am dead then Alex probably thinks I died hating him… Aerith the same…. Shit…" They held their head in one of their hands, their voice wavering. "I really was a shitty older brother wasn't I….?" The sound of their voice paused their grief as their eyes widened. "W-What the hell happened to my voice?!" They shouted again, this time, covering their mouth with their hands. Looking around, they saw a small lake. Running up to it to see their own reflection, they nearly fainted from what they were seeing.

"I…I'm a… girl?! W-what the fuck?!" Looking at their reflection again, they, no, she took note of the armour she wore. "Woah… and I'm wearing… Saiyan armour…? Wait, is that a tail?! Holy shit I have a tail!" She shouted in astonishment as she did her best to control her new limb and slowly, agonisingly slowly, unwrapped her tail from her waist. "Well.. at least my ass region feels better I guess… still… I died and woke up a Saiyan… not too sure how I feel about this… especially if it means I'm in the same era as either Bardock, which means if this is the Planet Vegeta from Minus and the Broly movie, seeing as the sky's still blue and not red, I'm probably gonna die pretty fuckin' soon… or I'm on Earth with Goku which means a large number of things could kill me. From Raditz to Majin Buu…" She suddenly shivered, an extremely terrifying thought crossing her mind. "I-if Raditz were to find a female Saiyan on the same planet as his brother, or worse, Nappa or Vegeta found me then…" she shook her head. "No! Nononononononono! Absolutely not! Saiyans might be a barbaric race but Vegeta and Raditz have way more sense than that! Nappa though…" She shivered again. "Please don't let this be Earth or Planet Vegeta…"

It was then that she was knocked out of her thoughts of… immoral ways of bringing back the Saiyans against her own will by the sound of growling from behind her. Turning around, she saw several pairs of beady red eyes staring at her from behind the cover of the trees. Slowly, several forms came out of the trees. The best way the once male human turned female saiyan could describe them would be as oversized, black and white werewolves. They seemed to have black fur and skull-like masks on their faces. The former human definitely felt creeped out. Sure, she might now be a part of one of the most feared races across the universe but that doesn't change the fact that monsters like these would give any normal humans the creeps. And yet deep down. She felt excited. "I-I guess that's what happens when you go from being a human who shits himself at the idea of a fight to a saiyan who wets herself at the thought of one… damn saiyan biology!" She cursed as she turned around and made a run for it. The wolf creatures gave chase but failed to catch up. Much to the Saiyan's outer relief but inner disappointment.

She didn't dare stop however, continuing to run through the forest as she did her best to not accidentally trip. Why doesn't she just fly you ask? Because, just being an alien doesn't mean you automatically get all the crazy abilities.

As she ran, she suddenly tripped over some object on the ground. Getting up quickly, she prepared to make another mad dash, only to stop and stare at what she fell over. It appeared to be some sort of japanese sword, if the shape of the sheath and handle were anything to go off of. However, the specific design of the weapon caught her interest. It had a rectangular tsuba with a vaguely flame-like pattern on the long sides and a curved line on the short sides, inward-curved corners with curved slits above and below the blade, and a series of curved lines embossed on either side of the blade. It has a reddish-brown hilt. Before she could even remember just what blade it was and where she had seen it, she was reminded of the strange wolves that were chasing her as their howls drew ever closer. Quickly grabbing the sword, she used her tail as a means of securing it around her waist and began running once more in the same direction, this time more careful of her surroundings.

She looked behind her to see if there were any more of the creatures from before still following her, only to end up slamming into something. Falling over onto her back side, she looked up to see she had run right into a bear-like creature, sporting the same, black fur and red eyes but a different mask, towering over her. The bear-like creature was obviously irritated as it immediately tried to slam its paws down on her, intending to crush the Saiyan. Only to miss as she had suddenly gotten out of the way.

"Okay so that just happened!" She said to herself as she found herself standing a good three metres away from the living floor mat. The creature eyed her carefully, obviously aware of the fact that its new prey was much faster than it was. The Saiyan looked back at the monster, her eyes serious but at the same time, contemplative. "Okay, so clearly, I'm much faster than I should be, that much is obvious… but if that's the case then that means I'm also a hell of a lot stronger and me mimicking Dragon Ball attacks will actually do something!" she thought as she got into a fighting stance, "You know… standing in Vegito's stance form FighterZ feels a lot cooler when I know I actually have the power to back it up."

Not wasting anymore time, the Saiyan rushed at the monster and immediately began to unleash a flurry of kicks onto it. The kicks themselves seeming to do a good bit of damage to the beast. Jumping back, the saiyan reeled her arm back, her fist becoming encased in a blue aura. "Take this ya walking floor mat!" she shouted as she launched forwards, her fist going right though the monster's gut before she removed it and jumped back. She honestly had no idea how she was doing this but it was probably the adrenaline rush more than anything letting her pull this off. Reeling her arm back once more, her palm was open as a blue orb of energy, or ki, charged in her hand. Shooting her arm forwards, the ki was released in the form of a large and powerful blue ki wave, completely incinerating the beast and anything behind it for a good few metres. Falling back down onto her backside, she let out a sigh of relief before laughing.

"Holy shit I actually did that! Damn that felt good! Vegito's stance, his kicks and then Bardock's Saiyan Spirit from Xenoverse?! If I wasn't in some crazy isekai bullshiterry right now then I'd probably be jumping with joy to the moon and back! But damn did that attack drain the shit outta me!" She said as she just laid there on the ground. "Maybe… yeah, maybe I'll just fall asleep for a little while… hey… if I die again then… at least it'll be painless…" She said, depressingly, "No point in living this life out… if everyone I know and love sees me as a corpse in a coffin back home…." And with that, she passed out as a single tear slipped down her cheek. Unaware of the small crow that had been watching her fight…

The Island of Patch

On the small Island known as Patch, there was a house that was surrounded by a forest, away from the main city on the island but by no means secluded. Standing outside the house were three people. Two girls and one man. The taller girl had long blonde hair and lilac eyes. The man too had blonde hair but nowhere near as bright and blue eyes. The smaller girl was the odd one out. Having black hair with red tips and, rather unusually, silver eyes.

"So. How was hand-to-hand combat training?" the man asked, a smile on his face. The taller girl rubbed the back of her head nervously while the smaller one seemed to groan. "Yikes, that bad?" the man asked as the two girls nodded.

"Well… First of all… Rubes just can't seem to get it down… at all.." the taller girl started, ignoring the loud "hey" sent her way by the smaller one, "And a grimm showed up too and tried to attack her." The man's eyes practically bulged out of their sockets, his earlier smile being replaced by an expression of shock and worry.

"Are you two okay!? Nothing serious? No injuries?!" He asked worriedly as the two girls just waved their hands.

"No, nothing like that! Yang took care of it when it showed up! We're both fine dad..! Well… my pride isn't…" the smaller girl told her father, looking away from him and Yang.

Before they could continue their talk, the man noticed another man approaching their house… carrying an unconscious girl and some type of katana. The father of the two girls could only sigh, "Not this again Qrow…. Wait a minute he looks completely sober." he thought.

"Hey Tai! Got any extra room for a bit?" the man, Qrow asked him as the two girls looked at him and then the woman he was carrying. Qrow has greying black, spiky hair, faded red eyes, and slight stubble along his jawline. Along with a red, tattered cloak, he wears a gray dress shirt with a long tail, black dress pants and black dress shoes. He also wears a ring on his right index finger, two other rings on his right ring finger and a necklace with a crooked cross-shaped pendant.

"What's with the girl?" Tai asked, crossing his arms. Qrow sighed in annoyance, not at Tai, but more so because of the girl. "Honestly Tai, wish I could tell ya but I'm still baffled by what I saw, either way, she passed out in the woods after running from some Beowolves and taking down an Ursa." Qrow explained, getting a shocked look from Tai and the girls.

"Come on then, quick get her inside! Put her in the guest room." Tai said urgently as he ushered Qrow and everyone else in. Going to the guest room and setting the girl down, Qrow left the room, coming face to face with Tai as he closed the door behind him.

"She didn't seem to be injured, at all. And you said she took on an Ursa?" Tai questioned with a serious tone. The girl Qrow brought back was about as tall as Yang, but didn't seem any older than the younger girl, Ruby Rose, well if you ignored the one thing that made the age difference obvious anyway. Or rather, the two things.

"Yeah. Believe me, I'm just as confused as you are, Tai. But trust me when I say this. That kid," Qrow said, pointing at the door behind him, "Is pretty crazy. She shot some weird beam from her hand after she punched a hole in that Ursa." he told Tai, making sure you put extra emphasis on the last part as Tai's eyes widened.

"Wait, she did WHAT?!" Tai all but shouted, Yang and Ruby peaked around the corner after hearing him shout, curiosity getting the better of them.

"Yeah. I already called Oz and told him about her, said he'd come and see her for himself. Anyway, I'm gonna go ahead and get back to what I was supposed to be doing." Qrow said as he walked off, Ruby and Yang quickly hiding behind the corner before he stopped. "Oh and Tai.. one more thing, the kid's…" he paused, thinking about whether or not he should tell his friend about what he heard the girl say, shaking his head slightly, he looked at Tai, "kid's depressed. From what I could hear her say before she passed out, she lost her whole family, so try not to ask her too many things. Already told Oz the same." he said as he left, waving his hand behind him. Tai waved back at him, "yeah, take care of yourself out there Qrow."

Tai's house, guest room

"Do you think she'll wake up anytime soon?" Ruby asked Yang, who simply shrugged her shoulders. After Qrow had left and Tai had gone back to Signal Academy, the two snuck into the guest room to get a better look at the girl Qrow, their uncle, had brought with him.

"I have no idea Rubes. Hey, if we're lucky she'll wake up in a few hours." Yang said as she looked at the sleeping girl. Confused by her armour but a little surprised to see a monkey tail. "Huh, she's a faunas. But I thought that a faunas' animal traits were the same colour as their hair." she said aloud.

"Maybe she dyed it? I mean, that's the only reason why her tail's a different colour from her hair, right?" Ruby suggested.

Both girls were silenced when they saw that the faunas was moving around, seeming to wake up. Slowly, her eyes opened, revealing them to be black to Ruby and Yang's surprise. She rubbed her eyes, sitting up on the bed. It had taken a few seconds for her to get her bearings but when she finally did…

"AH! WHERE AM I?! WHAT'S GOING ON?! AM I DEAD?!" The monkey girl shouted as Yang and Ruby had to cover their ears from the loud noise. Looking at the two, the faunas seemed to calm down. Only for her eyes to widen. "Holy crap that girl's beautiful…" she thought as she looked at Yang, before she looked at Ruby, "wait a fuckin' minute… isn't that…" realisation hit her like a slap in the face as she finally figured out where she was, "holy crap I'm in RWBY….ah shit… then that means that everyone's named after a colour! I can't use my real name without getting weird stares… not that I won't since people will mistake me for a…. What were they called…? Faunas? Yeah, Faunas…"

"Not so loud! Geez!" Yang said as she uncovered her ears, looking at the monkey faunas, she was surprised by how well she looked. She had heard Uncle Qrow say that she ran from and fought some Grimm but the girl looked completely fine!

"Oh um! Hi! My name's Ruby! Are uh… are you ok? Our uncle kinda found you in the forest and brought you here." Ruby explained, seeming to calm the monkey down more.

"T-that right…? Well then tell him I said thanks, my name's... Uh…" She froze on the spot, trying to come up with a new name as Yang and Ruby both just stared at her, confusion on their faces.

"Does she have amnesia or something?" the two sisters thought in unison.

"FUCK! What's a good name?! I sure as hell ain't using my old one, god damn would it not fit at all… then again neither would Saiyan names… Onyx? A lot of the fanfics I read use that word when they describe a Saiyan… nah sounds like a guy's name… ok well mentally I'm a guy but physically… not at all… wait a minute… I never really looked at my… holy shit I'm… bigger than I thought I'd be…" she thought as she looked at her own breasts. She'd be lying if she said she never thought about one day waking up a girl and just… fondling her own breasts but they never involved her being reincarnated.

"Shit! Focus you hormonal bastard! Name! What's a good name for RWBY!? Let's see… Aoko? Nah. Schn- actually no, that one's already taken… damn, Albine… good God no! Um… Sapphire! Yeah, Sapphire sounds good! Sure I might not be changing much but to be fair, Weiss' name is literally just the German word for white." She thought as she faced Ruby and Yang. "I'm Sapphire, nice to meet you, Ruby! You too, uh… what was it, Yang?"

"Yeah, but how did you know that?" Yang asked as Sapphire immediately tensed.

"Fuck I was out cold wasn't I? Oh right." she thought, "Oh I heard Ruby say your name." She lied, rubbing the back of her head. "Anyway… um… do you think that maybe I could uh… get something to eat… please?" Sapphire asked nervously.

"Oh right! You're probably starving! One second I'll be right back!" Yang said as she ran out of the room. Ruby watched as her sister left and then looked back to Sapphire, specifically her tail. If she was making the Saiyan uncomfortable she didn't notice. Until Sapphire cleared her throat anyway.

"Um, could you maybe stop staring at my tail, please?" The Saiyan asked as Ruby's face became red from embarrassment.

"Oh I'm so sorry! It's just that I don't see a lot of faunas and your tail was different from your hair, I was a bit confused is all, sorry!" Ruby apologised. Sapphire rubbed the back of her own head as a sweatdrop made its way down her face. "N-No, it's fine, but why is my tail being a different colour from my hair confusing?" She asked.

"Oh well, I was told that a faunas' animal trait was usually the same colour as their hair. Y'know, like if you had cat ears they'd be black, same with if you had wings." The small red girl explained.

"Ah, well I was actually born like this, same with all the others of my… family." Sapphire told her, "Well it's not a complete lie anyway… speaking of, didn't that Saiyan from Dragon Ball Legends have a black tail?" she was interrupted from her thoughts as Yang came back to the room, carrying a plate full of some fruit. She would've made a joke about Yang bringing fruit because she herself was a monkey faunas to her and Ruby but she was too hungry to care.

"Um hey, here ya go! I didn't know what you'd like so I just brought you some fruit… I'm only now realising how racist it looks…." Yang said with a hint of embarrassment. Sapphire however, just waved her concerns off as she practically inhaled down an apple, much to everyone's, including her own, surprise.

"What the heck!?" the three girls thought in unison as Sapphire shook her head. "It's fine, but just so ya know, I prefer meat." She told the blonde beauty. The rest of the fruit that Yang had brought was not spared the fate of being inhaled by the Saiyan with a black hole for a stomach. Ruby and Yang could only watch in slight disgust as Sapphire horsed through everything. After about a minute, she let out a loud burp.

"Man, that was good! I haven't eaten in ages!" Sapphire said, rubbing her belly.

The two sisters simply turned their backs and began whispering to each other.

"Does she have a bottomless pit for a stomach or something?! That was literally all of our fruit!" Yang whispered as her sister's eyes widened, a line of sweat rolling down her face.

"Dad's not gonna like that…"

"You two know I can hear you, right?" Ruby and Yang both froze as they turned around and faced the Saiyan, laughing nervously, Yang held her hands up in defense.

"Oh uh, my bad, I thought I was being quiet." she said as Ruby just face-palmed. Sapphire, once again, waved them off. "Meh, I already know I'm a glutton, always have been. That's just how I am. Probably has something to do with a high metabolism or something, I don't really know biology that well." Stretching her arms, Sapphire jumped out of the bed she was lying in, causing Ruby to jump back as the saiyan had landed right in front of her. Walking past Ruby, she grabbed the sword she found in the forest from the corner of the room and once more, used her tail as a means of keeping the weapon on her.

"Anyway… I really don't want to be imposing on you two, so I'll just take my leave, take a look around."

"Wait but… do you even know your way around Patch?" Yang asked as Sapphire tilted her head.

"Patch?" That was all Yang needed to hear as she got up and swung her arm around Sapphire's shoulders with a smirk. "Well guessing from your reaction just there, you have no idea just where you actually are. So! Allow me to be your tour guide! We're gonna start your time here on Patch from here on out with a Yang!" Yang joked as a deafening silence echoed in the room, said silence was broken by a groan from Ruby at her sister's awful pun and by Sapphire's…

"Pfft… Hahahaha!" Laughter. Ruby practically fell backwards at the sound of someone else's laughter, and at one of her sister's puns no less! Yang's entire face practically lit up with the grin on her face as she faced Ruby. "See, someone likes my puns! And this time it's not dad!"

"Ugh! Yang, just go already! Before you make any more horrible jokes!" Ruby complained as she shoved both Yang and Sapphire out of the room, making the two older girls snicker.

"Welp, Ms Tour Guide! Try to show me a good time!" Sapphire said as she removed Yang's arm from her shoulder. "But no, monkey business, got it?" Yang stared at Sapphire in astonishment before breaking into laughter herself as Ruby audibly groaned from behind the door.

"Oh you and I are gonna get along just fine!"

City on Patch

After walking around for a couple of hours, Sapphire and her tour guide eventually made it to a cafe. Sitting down by the window, the two continued to exchange jokes, much to the dismay of anyone nearby. Eventually, Yang had gotten up to ask for drinks and food, when asked what she wanted, Sapphire just said, "just get me anything, I don't really mind." Now that she was alone, Sapphire was able to take in the appearances of others around her. She was obviously aware of the stares she was getting, either because she looked like a faunas or her armour but she did her best to ignore them.

She did notice that the footwear of some people was… weird. They appeared to be normal shoes by for some reason the toes were uncovered. "Huh.. reminds me of the footwear in Naruto…. Wait a fucking minute are those meant to be Shinobi?!" she thought as she tried to see if any of them were wearing some kind of headband. She didn't see any but then again, civilians in Naruto didn't exactly wear the same stuff as the Shinobi, with the sole exception of the footwear for whatever reason.

"Okay so they're not Shinobi… still though, an odd fashion choice if I've ever seen one, especially since I'm in RWBY… dammit I should've taken Eric's advice and watched RWBY! It at least seemed to distract him from Kai's passing…" the Saiyan thought somberly. Before she died, at least a year before, she was friends with two other boys. Eric and Kai. Unlike her, the two of them had much more freedom to do the things they wanted, such as watching ungodly amounts of anime or playing games. Eric was a big fan of Bleach and introduced her to the show. Needless to say, she loved it. As of where Kai, was a massive fan of the main four. Dragon Ball, One Piece, Bleach and Naruto. He was the one who managed to sneak her off in order to watch the last of the four.

But Dragon Ball did have a special place in her heart. After all, her father was the one to introduce her to it. It seemed like that was the only reason why her mother let her watch it. Shaking her head from those thoughts she looked once more at her sword. After eyeing it carefully, she finally remembered what it was. Before she could voice the thought, Yang had come back with some type of soft drink and what Sapphire assumed was a chocolate muffin.

"So, you looked a little out of there, you good?" Yang asked as she sat down with her own food.

"Yeah, just thinking back about my friends and this sword." Sapphire nodded as she instantly downed the muffin and drink.

"Right…" Yang started, trying to ignore how quickly the Saiyan finished her order. "Speaking of, Ruby's gonna want to know more about that sword. I'm also a little curious too. What's it called?"

"The sword… well," Sapphire began, "this specific sword, though it shares almost all visual appearances with a regular Katana, is actually called a Zanpakuto. Zanpakuto are usually used by… people with high aura levels." She said, trying not to spill the whole Shinigami and Reiatsu bits. "It is through this that the person performs a little something called Jinzen to communicate with their sword." Yang gave her an incredulous look but said nothing. "Now I know it sounds crazy, but it's real. A friend of mine was the one to teach me all about them. By communicating with your Zanpakuto, you'll eventually learn their name and eventually be able to call upon its power through the use of a release called Shikai. Via Shikai, the sword will sometimes go under a physical change that can do a number of things. But if you want an extremely simplified version… take a katana, give it a soul and only when you know its name, it has a semblance."

Yang stared at her for what felt like an hour, she eventually sighed. "So… a sword with a soul and semblance… that's a little hard to believe."

Shrugging, Sapphire sighed, "Well it's true, don't know what the name of mine is called but I have an idea. Once I actually see the spirit I'll know for sure."

"How?"

"There's usually a hint or something in the appearance of the Zanpakuto. Kinda like how a person's appearance might give away their name. Like Ruby wears a lot of red, or Weiss Schnee whose name literally means White Snow." Sapphire explained with another shrug. The two continued to converse for a while before eventually deciding to head back to Yang's house. Sapphire tried to deny it but Yang could be pretty convincing. Especially when it involved Ruby who did in fact, still want to know about the Zanpakuto Sapphire was carrying.

On the way, however, the two were stopped by a man in a black suit, green scarf and white hair.

"Ah, Miss Xiao Long, a pleasure to meet you. I assume you know who I am?" the man asked in a friendly tone. Yang's brain took a moment to register until she finally realised who was talking to her.

"Professor Ozpin, the Headmaster of Beacon." she replied with just the slightest hint of nervousness. Ozpin chuckled, no doubt noticing, before shifting his gaze to Sapphire. "And you must be the girl Qrow has told me about. A pleasure to meet you Miss…?"

"Sapphire, just Sapphire." replied the Saiyain.

"I see, Miss Sapphire, if you don't mind, would accompany me for a while. Qrow has told me about your current predicament and asked if I could help." Ozpin explained.

"Wait, Yang's uncle told Ozpin about my predicament? How would he know?! Although then again… fuck…" Sapphire thought for a moment, thinking about whether Qrow had seen her in the forest. She didn't see anyone but that didn't mean no one was there. "Uh… sure, I don't see why not? I'll see you later then, Yang." She said as she looked at Yang, unsure if she'd actually be gone for that long.

"Uh, yeah, See ya. Try not to get lost on the way back!" Yang said as she left to go back home, still unsure about leaving Sapphire.

"I'm sure you must be quite nervous but you needn't worry Miss Sapphire, all I need is for you to answer a few questions that's all." Ozpin said as he led Sapphire onwards, most likely to somewhere more private.

"Right…" Sapphire said, following suit, "Just what kind of crazy shit am I about to get into…?"

AN: So, another story! Yeah I know, I should REALLY get back to work on my others but quite frankly, I keep on getting Ideas in my head for new stories, alongside the ideas for the next chapters of my other ones! So, yes, the rest of them are getting worked, ironing out a few details about them here and there and what direction I want them to go in, since, I'll be honest here, some are all over the place. My first story specifically. So I'm trying to find a way to actually make the threat in that story seem threatening as well as making it so that Kazuki doesn't appear too OP in it, since, y'know… Saiyan. But enough about those other stories, this story, as you might have guessed from the thumbnail and summary, is a 4 way crossover featuring RWBY, Dragon Ball, Bleach and Naruto. It will also focus on the the OCs as well as their interaction with the main cast. Said OCs are, as you can see in this chapter, a Saiyan. The other two will be from Bleach and Naruto. That Being an Arrancar and a Shinobi. Also, just putting out there now, the Arrancar will be pretty OP at the start, vastly ahead of everyone else. Anyway, that's all for now, see ya!
