V.V. was smiling as everything was going according to plan. He was going to make sure that the son of Marianne gets what he deserves right now.

The little immortal boy was smiling at the thought that, while Lelouch and Kallen managed to escape the island on the Gawain, he knows that his Geass power will eventually grow out of control and screw him over.

However, under the sea, an ancient being from long ago began to wake up once more, feeling a disturbance of something.

Godzilla's eyes opened up as he sensed the disturbance. This mighty being decided to resurface once more.

As everything was ongoing on the surface, a beast of legends made it back to fresh air and, as soon as he did that, he then roared to the sky.

"SKRREEEEEOOOONNNNNNKKKKKK!"

-Meanwhile…-

Currently, Suzaku was being apprehended for seemingly disobeying an order to hold down Zero to allow for the Avalon to blast was happening after Zero and Kallen escaped on the Gawain, much to the frustration of Schneizel whom Cécile was trying to calm down.

"But Schneizel, I don't th-" Before she could even finish, one of the operators of the command bridge ran up to the both of them.

"Prince Schneizel…a huge creature is rising from the sea!" The operator said.

"Are you sure? It could just be a whale," Schneizel said. "After all, whales are known to often emerge around this island."

"What I discovered appears to not be a whale…" the operator said. "It is bigger than anything ever recorded!"

Schneizel raised his eyebrow, along with Euphemia, wondering what it could be. They then heard a roar.

"SKRREEEEEOOOONNNNNNKKKKKK!"

Which was DEFINITELY not a whale.

Schneizel's eyes widened at this though, though he put on a brave face.

"Prince Schneizel! The unknown giant is heading this way!" Another operator said.

"In that case, have the Avalon get ready to leave and evacuate any military personnel, we are leaving," Schneizel said.

-Meanwhile…-

Godzilla has made landfall and started to walk towards that disturbance, making small earthquakes with each heavy step.

As he got close to where the Thought Elevator, he began to destroy the roof of the cave where the Thought Elevator was located. As soon as the kaiju was done, he then reached in with his clawed hand and grasped it.

On the Avalon, which managed to take off and reach a safe distance, everyone was wondering what was going to happen next. Then the thought elevator seemed to glow as Godzilla began to directly absorb the power from it.

V.V., at some unknown place, could feel it and he was horrified.

"No, what is happening?! What could be doing this?!" V.V. asked as he was surprised things were changing for the worst.

Eventually, Godzilla was done absorbing the Thought Elevator's power and was seemingly glowing before he roared and let loose an explosive burst of power. As soon as that happened, the island was caught in the explosion, with Godzilla in the center of it.

It was bright and everyone on the Avalon had to cover their eyes from the flash. As soon as it died down, they saw that Kamine Island was destroyed, with only bits of pieces of land sticking out of the water.

Godzilla then submerged himself back into the water as he went somewhere unknown.

"Schneizel…what was that?" Euphemia asked in horror.

"I do not know…" Schneizel said. "I do not know…"

He was a man known for his charismatic and calm demeanor, but it is clear that even he did not know why this was happening…

-Meanwhile…-

C.C. was silent to herself as the Black Knights managed to reunite with Zero and Kallen. She felt it, the absorption and destruction of the Thought Elevator located at Kamine Island, it was not something to scoff at.

'So…it's finally happening…' C.C. thought. 'I did warn them that the usages of the Thought Elevators for their plan may result in unforeseen consequences, such as his awakening…but I only wonder what are the other consequences…'

-Meanwhile…-

On an island known as Infant Island that was untouched by the Britannian Empire and even the Japanese, things were seemingly at peace. It seemed unassuming as it was an island whose natives were known to worship a goddess of sorts…however in a massive cave was a giant cocoon.

The inhabitants of the island were worshiping the giant cocoon and egg, which they do regularly. However, much unlike what is regular, the cocoon was beginning to hatch, much to the surprise of the leader of the natives, and also the shobijin who are two tiny priestesses who were in some ways connected to a special kaiju known as Mothra.

The cocoon then broke apart as Mothra poked her head out and freed the rest of her body, revealing herself to already be fully grown in her Imago form. She roared and this caused the inhabitants to cheer for her.

"Mosura," the Shobijin said together.

"Mosura. Japan has recently been invaded while you were asleep, by an evil empire," the Shobijin said.

Despite being isolated, the Shobijin observed what happened to the world while the kaiju they are connected to slumber.

Mothra made a sound of understanding.

"However you must know that things will get worse," the Shobijin said with a shudder. "We fear HIS return."

Mothra awoke because she felt like something was very wrong. She needed to find out what was the one who caused her to awake, as she knew that Godzilla, her ally of sorts, has already awakened…and stop something that will threaten the Earth itself once again…

A/N: Yeah so I read the other stories for Godzilla and Code Geass and it's not a lot. One has Shin Godzilla be in Code Geass and wreak havoc onto Japan before Lelouch becomes Zero while another has Shin Godzilla be dropped DURING the battle of Tokyo Settlement in R2.

My story is going to do something different, with this difference coming soon…also if you are wondering, the designs for Godzilla and Mothra are as follows: the former is the Legendary design while the latter is the Heisei design.
