It was a peaceful morning in Middleton, Colorado. The sun was rising, birds were chirping, and the Middleton High school bus was now transporting kids to school. And on that bus was world renowned teen hero, Kim Possible. The straight A cheer captain and world saver was actually dozing off while on the way to school.

She had her head laid up against the window, and was wearing her white crop top with pink heart and pink pants. She looked very peaceful as she had her eyes closed right up until the bus finally pulled up in front of the school. Kim then bolted right up and yawned. Kim was lucky that between her extra curricular activities and saving the world from mega villains that she could actually get a good night's sleep. But some nights, like last night, she wasn't so lucky.

"Yo KP!" a familiar voice rang in Kim's ears that made her smile and rush off the bus. She then faced her best friend and sidekick, Ron Stoppable. "You ready?"

"You bet!" Kim smiled, walking into the building with Ron by her side. She then stifled another yawn. "Sorry, Ron. I still feel a bit jet lagged from our mission in Germany last night."

"Yeah, I know. Whenever you're done saving a small village from a mega maniac, and when it's nighttime in the US of A, you just wanna get that 10 hours of sleep but you can't." Ron commented. "Hopefully you could catch a few minutes of dozing off in class."

Kim playfully rolled her eyes and faced her best friend with a grin. "And by that, you actually mean you?" she asked. Ron shrugged while Kim laughed as they both strolled the hallways.

kind of car could only belong to a wealthy family. Inside the car were 16 year old Kristen Parker and her mother Elaine Parker. While Kristen was happy about starting her new school, her mother was not particularly happy about having to transfer from their hometown of Springwood, Illinois and move all the way to Colorado, just for her daughter's sake.

"Thanks mom! I'll see you at home!" Kristen smiled as she unbuckled her seatbelt and prepared to leave, but was stopped when her mother gently grabbed her by the arm.

"Wait Kristen, we need to talk for a bit." Elaine said.

"Mom, I can't be late." Kristen rolled her eyes, but her mother wasn't gonna let it go.

"No! We are gonna have this conversation now!" Elaine barked to which Kristen huffed and relented. The only reason Elaine agreed to move from Springwood to Middleton in the first place was because her own daughter believed it could improve her mental health and stop the nightmares that's been plaguing her. These nightmares have terrified Kristen ever since she was 14. But Elaine believed it was because she just wanted attention.

"Look, I know it hasn't been easy without your father. And I have been very patient with you when you started having these 'nightmares'." Elanie began. All the while, Kristen just sighed to herself, knowing that her mother used air quotes as her way of not taking her seriously. "But you got to understand the effect that your attention grabbing outbursts have had on your own mother. I had to take important work nights off, I can't have friends over, and now you forced us to move from our very nice home! You're just trying to get attention, and your shrink knows it!"

"He's full of it! I just couldn't handle being in that house anymore! I'm not trying to ruin your life!" Kristen protested. Elaine just sighed, clearly expecting this. "I just think that the nightmares will stop if I just move away from that house. It was creepy."

"Well just because you got what you wanted doesn't mean that you're gonna get everything you want." Elaine stated, pointing out to her daughter that she's not backing down. "From now on, there are going to be big changes. First off, until you truly change, I'm canceling your credit cards."

"Fine." Kristen shrugged, not really caring about if she could never shop again. She just wanted help with the nightmares, but she knew her own mother wouldn't take her seriously.

"Second, you are to treat any guests that I bring home with respect. And that means I don't want to hear that you had a nightmare when I have company because I need some friends. Friends who won't think that my daughter spoiled rotten. So if it's nighttime, you better be asleep." Elaine explained. "Look, you may think I'm being unfair, but I am trying to help you."

Kristen sighed before facing her mother one last time. "If you were really trying to help me, you'd actually love me like a mother is supposed to love her daughter, and not ignore them." Kristen shot back. She then got out of the car, shut it, and walked inside while Elaine just drove off.

It was now lunchtime, and Kim and Ron were at their usual table, gorging down on triple cheese pizza as a shy Kristen wanted to approach them. The blonde girl muttered to herself as she paced back and forth, just inches from the table. Kristen did want to make new friends, but she was at a new school still. She did kind of miss her old school back in Springwood.

Finally, Kristen drew in a big breath and made her way to Kim and Ron's table. "Hey, is it cool if I sit here?" she asked with a small, yet hopeful smile aimed at the teen hero.

"Sure. We don't mind." Kim smiled, making Kristen smile wider as she took her seat.

"You're Kim Possible, right?" Kristen asked, having seen Kim's name mentioned in newspapers back home in Springwood.

"That's me." Kim said with a proud smile, making Kristen giggle.

"No way. Wow, it feels like I'm talking to a real celebrity." Kristen smiled, to which Kim blushed, but still smiled.

"Oh, I'm hardly a celebrity. It's just what I do. Save the world and all." Kim grinned as Ron held out his hand to Kristen.

"And I'm her loyal sidekick, Ron Stoppable." he smiled proudly, but Kristen blinked. Of course, Ron should have expected this. Many people don't really know his name. "Hello? Stoppable, Ron? The guy with Mystical Monkey Powers? Inventor of the famous Naco? Sidekick to Kim Possible?"

"Sorry, I never really heard about you." Kristen shrugged. Ron frowned briefly before reaching into his pocket.

"Well, maybe this will refresh your memory." Ron grinned before pulling out his pet naked mole rat, Rufus.

"Ta da!" Rufus squeaked with a smile, making Kristen smile back.

"Rufus!" Kristen giggled. "I know everything about every one of Kim's adventures, so

I know how many times you saved the day!" She then tickled Rufus's pink belly, making him laugh.

"And I'm always right there. The guy with the pocket that Rufus comes out of." Ron grinned, hoping Kristen would recognize him. The act clearly amused Kim.

"Oh, yeah. You're the one who's always losing his pants." Kristen realized with a laugh, making Ron frown.

"Oh come on, it's only been 5 or 7 times!" Ron complained.

Kim then cleared her throat. "Moving along, on behalf of all of Middleton High, I'd like to welcome you to our city and school." she said with a sweet smile.

"Aw, thanks." Kristen blushed under her smile. "I actually wanted to move here. I thought it would be easy to adjust, but I guess I'm still a little bit shy."

"Hey don't fret. We all have our shy moments." Kim assured. "Say, if your folks say it's OK, how'd you like to sleep over at my house tonight?"

"I live with just my mom, but I'm sure she wouldn't mind." Kristen said. "To be honest, I think she wants me to spend less time at home."

Kim gulped. "What do you mean by that?" she asked with concern in her voice.

"Well, we'd got along pretty well since I was a kid, but when I finally became a teenager, she thought I was a spoiled brat who wants attention." Kristen admitted.

"Oh come on. There's no way a mom could think that about her daughter." Kim smiled. "And we may have just met, but you're not a spoiled brat."

"That's right. If you want to see spoiled, look at Bonnie Rockwaller." Ron smirked, pointing to the cafeteria line where Kim's fellow cheer squad and rival, Bonnie Rockwaller, arguing with the lunch lady.

"I'm saying one last time: we don't have any more pizza! Just mystery meat!" the lunch lady barked, pouring some of the infamous mystery meat all over Bonnie's plate.

"But that's not fair!" Bonnie barked back, throwing her plate all over the wall, making Kristen and Kim giggle.

"Wow. I'm glad I'm not like that." Kristen smiled after she got all the giggles out. "So, after school then?"

"Yep. See ya then." Kim smiled as the bell rang and the three got up to go to their next class.

Meanwhile, it was nighttime in France, and inside a timeshare lair, the evil scientist and Kim Possible's arch enemy, Dr. Drakken was clearly restless as he drew up plans on sheets of paper, mumbled to himself, threw them away, and started the process again. From his bloodshot eyes and crankiness, the villain was not in a good mood. He kept trying a bunch of designs he hoped would defeat Kim Possible. But he was clearly burning the candle on both ends with bad results.

"UGH! Why can't I come up with a good plan to crush my teen nemesis?!" Drakken screamed before breaking down and crying. Clearly he was tired both physically and mentally. "All I want is one victory! Is that too much to ask? Because if it is, I'm nothing but a sad, blue failure!" He then began to sob to himself as his assistant, Shego, came into the lair with some groceries.

"Hey, Dr. D." Shego said casually.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Drakken screamed, picking up a car battery and throwing it at Shego's head. But Shego used her powers to blast the battery into dust and growled at her boss, who immediately trembled with fear. "My dearest apologies, Shego. It was my fault. I'm so sorry, and it will never happen again. JUST DON'T HURT ME! PLEASE!"

Shego growled to herself before noticing Drakken's shuddering and his bloodshot eyes. Concerned for her employer, she walked towards him. "Dr. Drakken, normally I don't ask this, but you OK?" Shego asked, surprising even herself.

"No! I'm clearly not OK!" Drakken sobbed. "I've been working day and night for the past two days, trying to come up with a plan to rid us of Kim Possible so world domination could be in our grasp! But I have nothing!"

Shego curiously picked up a few of Drakken's plans and chuckled to herself. "I can see why you're having a hard time." she smirked, to Drakken's displeasure. "Lure Kim Possible into haunted house and scare her to death?" Shego then laughed loudly. "Kill Kim Possible with army of dolls? That's so stupid. Oh no! Wait! This one takes the stupid cake: create Gremlins to eat Kim Possible?!"

"OK! I'm running out of ideas! What more do you want?!" Drakken yelled back, still clearly tired.

Shego shrugged. "I dunno, Dr. D. Maybe you should take care of yourself before trying to kill Kimmie?" she suggested with a gentle tone.

Dr. Drakken then perked up a bit. "And how can I do that?" he asked.

"Why don't you get some sleep? Hopefully your big blue brain might be refreshed with new ideas in the morning." Shego said.

"Well…I am a little bit tired." Drakken admitted sheepishly. "Maybe I will get some ideas after a good night's sleep." He then smiled at Shego. "Care to join me?" Shego then glared at her boss and lit up her fists to warn him. "I'll take that as a no." He quickly walked to his bedroom and Shego smirked to herself.

Later, the blue mad genius was soundly asleep in his own bed with a peaceful smile on his face, hoping that some well needed rest will recharge his brain. But then he was startled awake by a screeching sound that felt like nails on a chalkboard. He then gasped and shuddered with fear, clutching the covers for dear life.

"Hello? Shego?" Drakken called out, but there was no answer. He then got up and slowly walked into the main lair, hoping there wasn't anyone wanting to hurt him, or worse, finish him off. Once he stepped into the darkened lair, he found not a soul in sight. Drakken couldn't even find Shego.

"Hello? Psst! Anyone here?" Drakken whispered, but no one answered. Just about as the blue villain was about to shrug it off, the screeching sounds pierced his eardrums again. Drakken then gasped as he stood face to face with a seriously beyond scary looking man with burned skin, a striped sweater, brown hat, and knives for fingers. Drakken was shaking like a dog, more scared of what he was seeing than anything else in his life. "Oh dear god…"

"This! Is god!" the man smiled evilly, showing off his finger knives. Drakken then turned to run away, only to find his feet literally glued to the floor, preventing him from running for his life. "Ah ah ah! Can't have you leave right now in the middle of an offer, now can we?"

"Who…what are you?!" Drakken asked as he continued to shudder. The man simply chuckled to himself.

"The name's Kruger. Freddy Kruger." the man introduced himself. "I'm what nightmares are made of."

Drakken's eyes went wide as he realized he was just dreaming. He could wake up right now and he would be safe. But this man seemed to want something. Now he could reject him, like a villain truly would. But nobody, not even Drakken would be that heartless to not listen. "Uh, why are you like that?" Drakken asked.

"Well, let's just say I was a bit too naughty for the children and parents on Elm Street." Freddy smiled evilly. "And now, I hunt the children of the people who did this to me. And you could help me track down the remaining souls."

"Uh…not that I don't like to be mean to the youth of today, but why should I help you?" Drakken retorted.

Freddy laughed before picking up a picture of Kim Possible, which Drakken defaced with crayon. "You wanna know how to truly get rid of this pest?" he asked, which made Drakken perk up and paid attention. "Ruin her dreams."

Freddy then magically produced a blueprint to a handheld laser, then gave it to Drakken. "Hmmm…what kind of death device is this contraption?" he asked curiously.

"A dream laser. It can transport you to another person's dreams. And…alter their dreams to your liking." Freddy smiled manically. Drakken smiled back, loving what this man cooked up so far. Torturing Kim Possible in her sleep? Very evil. "Once you find it, come and find me and we'll discuss more together."

Then, just like that, Freddy Kruger disappeared to Drakken's confusion. "Hmm…that's odd. Oh well. I have to say this is actually pretty nice for a nightmare. The only thing that would make this horrifying is if mother was here." Drakken smiled, not realizing his own mother, Mama Lipski, right behind him.

"SURPRISE!" Mama Lipski exclaimed happily, making Drakken's eyes go wide with horror.

"AHHHHHHH!" Drakken screamed before finally bolting awake.

Drakken sat straight up and breathed heavily. It was morning in France and Shego sat right by his bedside. "Dr. D! You OK? Must have been some nightmare." Shego said, concerned for her boss.

"It was more than that, Shego!" Drakken smiled after collecting himself. "I finally found the one thing to crush Kim Possible: psychological horror! Quickly! We have work to do!" He then rushed to the main lair.

"Maybe he shouldn't have taken my advice for once." Shego shrugged, not sure what to make of it.
