Thane learns about the woman, Jane, behind the title of Commander Shepard. She confides in him, sharing her fears, hopes, dreams, and her grief for a part of her lost somewhere over Alchera. Together they save his son from making a grave mistake, and somewhere along the way, he realizes he's fallen in love with another siha.

This adventure features a different perspective during the events of Mass Effect 3. While Commander Shepard and the crew are uniting the galaxy against the Reaper forces there are others that are holding the line against the evil.

The war is over! Shepard was buried alive and recovered in a strange state of unconsciousness. She will have to take a long trip, retracing her last four years, through the memories of Liara, sometimes wonderful sometimes frightening. Her unlimited love, their invincible bond, will be the only things can keep her holding on that irrevocable promise ... "I'm always coming back"!

Every great once in a while you stumble upon something that changes your world and makes you fall in love with it. For me, that was Mass Effect; but that love affair only existed for the series to break my heart with a lackluster ending. She's suppressed her emotions and ignored persuasions to retire in her willingness to continue her tour of duty, relying on medication to help with her nightmares and the phantom pains that have persisted. People think it's determination. It's just a distraction.

Lieutenant Commander Shepard didn't know that she was never supposed to be on the Normandy, much less receive visions from the beacon on Eden Prime. But Fate, it seems, is a fickle mistress, and now she finds herself chasing a rogue Spectre across the galaxy. A re-imagining of ME1 with additional content that expands on the events of the game.
