JJ and Emily arrived at Harlington's house. It was a decayed bungalow that could really use some paint.

"Oliver Harlington," said JJ as she knocked on the front door.

"FBI, open the door. We'd like to ask you a few questions," said Emily.

After a minute or so there was still no answer.

"Do you hear that," said Emily.

JJ shook her head at first but listening closer she could hear the muffled screams too and they seemed to be coming from inside of the house. The two agents gave each other a confused look as they weren't quite sure what was going on. JJ looked around, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary, except for one thing.

"Could that be the blue company van the witnesses were talking about," said JJ.

Emily turned around and when she saw the van her eyes widened.

"Harlington is the unsub," said Emily.

"Which means those screams are most likely from Maisy. We must go in and save her," said JJ.

Emily shook her head.

"We must wait for backup. We're not even wearing vests," said Emily.

"Emily, if we don't go in now there is a great chance Maisy won't survive," said JJ.

JJ took a deep breath.

"I can't live with knowing that I could've saved her," said JJ.

Emily sighed.

"Alright, we're going in," said Emily.

Emily kicked in the door and the two agents entered the house. They were surprised to see that Maisy was right there, in the middle of the living room. She was bound to a chair and when she saw the two agents her screaming increased. Emily was about to make her way over to Maisy when she received a blow to the back of her head, causing her to fall. JJ turned around but before she even had a chance to react, she also received a blow to the head.

When JJ saw Emily laying on the floor next to her, she was reminded of her husband and how he was lying in a puddle of his own blood.

"I'm sorry," whispered JJ.

JJ's head was pounding and the world around her started spinning. Emily tried to reach for her gun, but Harlington stepped on her arm.

"I don't think so," said Harlington as he picked up the gun.

Maisy was still screaming, begging for help.

"Shut up," yelled Harlington as he fired a warning shot.

JJ reached for her head as the gunshot had caused ringing in her ears. The gunshot backfired as it had only upset her more. Harlington made his way over to Maisy.

"I said shut up," yelled Harlington as he hit her across the face.

"Leave her alone," said Emily.

Harlington turned to Emily and made his way back over to her. He was standing over Emily, hitting her across the face.

"You should 've stayed out of it," said Harlington.

JJ's heart broke as she could hear her friend moaning in pain, and she had to do something to make it stop. JJ rolled over to search for her gun, but she had a hard time finding it as everything around her was twisting and turning. JJ crawled over to the gun and managed to get close enough to reach for it. She turned back around, but there was no use for the gun. JJ didn't have the ability to see clearly and shooting the unsub would risk Emily's life, but when Harlington grabbed his gun JJ had no other choice that to take that risk.
