Chapter 3
The midmorning sun sparkling through the waterfall woke the sleep pair as they lay cuddled together on the fur bed. Sleeping in past the rise of the sun felt like such a luxury. After a brief breakfast of berries and biscuits, the pair left the cave to explore their natural surroundings.
After a day spent hiking and exploring, Michaela fairly fell onto the fur bed upon their return. They had spent hours exploring the woods and valleys surrounding the cave. Sully knew all of the secret wonders of the area and had been excited to show them all to his beautiful wife.
Sully was busy stoking a small fire outside the cave entrance to heat some water for tea. Once he returned with 2 steaming cups, he found his lovely wife curled up asleep on the soft bed. Sully gave a small sigh, still not sure how he had gotten so lucky to have Michaela as his wife.
Sully set down the second cup of tea and sat quietly sipping his own, thinking over all of the changes that had happened so recently in his life. Despite the difficult road that had led him here, he wouldn't change any of it, since it had led him to his soul mate and love of his life.
After finishing his tea, Sully stripped off his shirt and lay down beside his wife. He snuggled into her back and wrapped his arms around her. With one last deep breath of her sweet smelling hair, Sully fell into a contented slumber.
A shaft of moonlight spilled through the waterfall and across the cave and directly across Sully's face. He blinked his eyes briefly, wondering what had woken him. He saw the light of the full moon through the sparkling sheet of water and an idea came to him. He leaned back over and nuzzled his beautiful wife in the neck beneath her hair. Running his lips along the back of her neck and across the top of her shoulder, he felt her shift and stir beneath him.
"Sully? What is it?" Michaela asked sleepily.
"Wake up love, there's something I want to show you." Sully whispered.
Michaela brushed her long hair out of her face and sat up. She saw her handsome husband silhouetted against the moonlight and the waterfall. Her breath caught in her throat. Sometimes she still couldn't believe that he was hers.
"What do you want to show me?" she asked. Sully stood and began to remove his buckskins.
"No offense darling, but I've seen that quite a few times now. Did you need to wake me up to show me that?" Michaela asked, cheekily.
Sully let out a deep rumbling laugh at her coy teasing. "No sweetheart. That isn't what I wanted to show you. Though it may be part of it…" he teased mysteriously. He pulled her to her feet and began to slowly remove her clothing.
"Then what…?" she began to ask. He was slightly confusing her. But she was curious to see what he had in mind.
"For what I have planned, we won't need any clothes."
"I don't see how it's any different than what we have done the last few nights. Why so mysterious?" Michaela ask, tilting her head to eye her husband.
Wordlessly, Sully held out his hand to her. She clasped her hand in his and he drew her to the cave entrance.
"We're going outside? Like this?!" she asked, stunned.
"Yep. Don't worry. You already saw today that there is no one around for miles. The path we will take is level and smooth. Everything will be fine." Sully soothed.
Michaela decided to just go with this new adventure. Everything on this trip so far had been unforeseen and incredible. Why should this trip be any different?
Sully guided her out of the cave. The full moon bathed the path in a pale silvery light. It led in a slight downward slope towards the bottom of the cliff and the pool that the waterfall terminated in.
It took surprising little time to reach the bottom. Sully led her to the edge of the pool where he turned her around and pulled her into his warm embrace.
"Look up my love." Sully murmured into her ear. Michaela looked up to see thousands of stars shining in the night sky.
"If each were a measure of the love I feel for you, there would still not be enough to express all that is in my heart." Sully caressed her cheek and leaned in to gently kiss her trembling lips.
"Oh, Sully!" she cried. "You always say you're no good with word, but that is the most beautiful thing I've ever heard."
Michaela nestled her head against his chest and hugged him close. She realized that she didn't even feel exposed or embarrassed to be standing in the clearing completely naked. She felt as if she was stripped completely bare and at peace with her soul, standing in the loving embrace of her husband. She no longer felt as though they were separate bodies. In that moment, it was if they fused into one soul. It was as if they were no longer even physical bodies, but a part of the very nature around them.
Eventually Sully broke the embrace and stepped into the water. "Come love, let us swim beneath the stars."
He drew her into the water, which was surprisingly comfortable. She had been afraid that it would be cold on her bare skin. Sully drew her deeper into the water and then pulled her into his chest. She wrapped her arms around his neck and they half walked, half floated around the pool.
"Do you know what this makes me think of?" Sully asked.
"What?" Michaela asked, her voice sounding a bit dazed and she languished in the loving hold of her husband.
"That time that you and Matthew took me to the hot springs when I was beat. I remember feeling so safe in your arms. I knew you'd never let me go." Sully said.
Running her hands through his hair and clasping the nape of his neck, Michaela said, "and I never will."
She snuggled her face into his neck and he slowly swirled her around in the water.
"Here, lay back, like you had me do." He said and he gently laid her back in the water. She wasn't afraid because she could feel he strong arms supporting her beneath her back and legs. She lay back in the water and looked up. She gasped again as she again saw all of the stars and even the Milky Way.
Sully slowed turned her around in the water while she looked up to the heavens. She felt weightless and free. It was as if nothing existed except the two of them and the glittering canvas above. She felt his arm come up under her knees and the other at her back until he was carrying her in the water. He carried her to the edge of the pool where he laid her on a blanket of soft grass.
Sully slowly crawled up her body, sleekly, like a panther stalking its prey. Michaela shuddered at the raw passion in Sully's gaze. He began kissing up her stomach until he came to the valley of her breasts. A low growl sounded deep in his throat, making he seem even more like a predator on the prowl.
"You're so beautiful, Michaela. You have no idea. I have wanted to touch you for so long. You have no idea how it tortured me. I used to lay awake at night, staring at these same stars and imagine touching your body. Stroking your most intimate areas and making you mine."
Sully's lips descended on her achingly stiff nipples and Michaela groaned. He hands were everywhere, running up her sides, cupping her heaving breasts, caressing her face and tangling in her hair. Her breaths came in gasps as her arousal heightened and her body shook with pleasure and desperate need.
"Did you want me as much as I wanted you? There were times when I thought I would go mad with longing." Sully murmured into her ear.
"You have no idea." Michaela replied. "I wanted you so much, but it was so new and startling to me that I didn't understand what I was feeling. It's only now that I realize how much I wanted you."
"You will always have me, love." Sully said, looking into her eyes, that reflected the stars, but also the deep well of love she had for him. His hand drifted down and caressed over her hot, pulsing mound.
Michaela shuddered. "Sully, I want you, please take me!" she cried, wrapping her arms and legs around him. As if the panther was again unleashed, Sully began to ravish her with kisses and sensual strokes of his warm hands. With a cat like grace, he straddled her body and thrust his throbbing erection into her hot, wet center.
Michaela cried out with pleasure and felt her passage throb and tighten around his thrusting cock. Sully leant down and bit into her shoulder, his body quivering with lust and desire. His soft lips then kissed away the mark and he grasped her thigh to bring her body tighter to his.
Michaela had never felt such wild, unbridled lust before. It was exhilarating and liberating to love with such complete abandon. She again felt that feeling of being one body, one soul, like the Cheyenne legend he had once told her. For this brief moment in time, they were one being.
When they both reached their staggering conclusion, their voices echoed into the vastness of the night sky and they melted into each other's embrace. Never had they felt more love for one another. They both knew they were where they were meant to be.
