As for my feelings about Team Arrow, Laurel's journey as Black Canary was rushed and mishandled, since few weeks, months at best with Ted Grant and Nyssa make her nowhere as good as Sara and Thea had months with training with Malcolm, while Oliver had years and it was probably mainly bloodlust but Thea showed to be quite arrogant and cocky at first as well, when going out as Speedy and I have mixed feelings about Dinah Drake. She showed some potential but was more unhinged than Helena in her first introduction and then the reveal of Vince being Vigilante happened and that just ruined her, they even switched actors for Vince. I have nothing against Juliana Harkavy but Dinah Drake, among other characters, was handled horribly, Curtis was just a male and worse version of Felicity, Diggle just turned into a self-righteous petty hypocrite from Season 3 onward, Rory showed some potential but they wrote him off and then it was implied he was killed by Chimera before Crisis and Rene had some redeeming qualities at least, since his misdeeds came mainly out of desperation and being put in a difficult situation, which led him to wrong choices, when he was being blackmailed by Watson into testifying against Oliver and at least Rene did what he could later to make amends. Felicity, I'm not going to even go there, all I will say is that at least in Seasons 6-7, outside of few instances, she was far more bearable.
Though neither woman is going to use their sonic cries here much during the fight, since it would be more overpowered fight than I can handle.
I do not own Arrow.
Punches, screams and 'thud' and gunshots sounded off, while the thugs fell down and Dinah Drake in her Black Canary suit, sans her mask, knocked down the last of them before she heard a high-pitch sound which she recognized as the Siren Cry. She then entered as Laurel Lance from Earth-2, Black Siren, who was in her black leather dress, dropped the thug in her hands on the floor, beaten and unconscious.
"You really haven't changed at all, have you?" Dinah said, eying Laurel in contempt.
"I didn't kill him. Just knocked him out." Laurel pointed out.
"Why should I believe you?" Dinah asked skeptically.
"If I wanted you, Oliver or anyone else dead, the body count would be much higher." Laurel said.
"You're coming with me." Dinah said, pointing her staff at Laurel.
"I'm not a villain anymore." Laurel said.
"But there's still blood on your hands." Dinah reminded and Laurel sighed. Same old, same old. And Laurel was tired of arguing about this.
Next thing Dinah knew, Laurel grabbed her staff and threw it away before they engaged each other, trading punches before they grabbed each other by their arms and struggled before they both spun around, with their gloves slipping out of their arms. Laurel got up and tried to run but Dinah grabbed Laurel by the back of her jacket. Laurel struggled and ran as there was a ripping sound and Dinah fell back as the back cape of Laurel's jacket was ripped off her shoulders at the seams, with only the front zipper and sleeves remaining. Laurel groaned before she ran off, with Dinah giving chase. They ended in another part of the complex as Laurel picked a knife as Dinah caught up to her and Laurel engaged and Dinah raised her arms to block but Laurel managed to cut the sleeves off as they fell off Dinah's arms. Dinah dodged as Laurel attacked again, cutting the belt off Dinah's waist before Dinah knocked the knife off Laurel's hand. Laurel blocked Dinah's kick and threw her down but Dinah grabbed Laurel by her legs as her feet slipped from her boots as she fell down, ending up barefoot.
"Really?" Laurel snapped, turning to Dinah, who looked amused.
Laure got up and ran off, turning around the corner and as Dinah turned, Laurel was at the other side taking a deep breath and Dinah tried to roll away to dodge her Siren Cry but the incoming flying glass shards and sharpnels of metal cut through Dinah's clothes, leaving several tears in her vest and pants. As Dinah recovered, she tried to catch up to Laurel but her feet were pinned down by some debris. Groaning, Dinah pulled the zipper, taking her boots off, ending up barefoot. Dinah heard footsteps above her head, realizing where Laurel was as Dinah took the nearest stairwell up and burst through the door, tackling Laurel down.
"Don't make this harder than it has to be. You're coming with me." Dinah said.
"No, I'm not." Laurel protested.
They rolled over and Dinah grabbed Laurel by the neckline of her jacket and Laurel grabbed Dinah by her vest before they rolled again and Laurel pushed her back and there was a ripping sound before they got up and felt chilling across their torso before realizing they had ripped each other's tops, leaving them topless as they both blushed in dismay, while having a brief look at each other's round shaped breasts.
"Now look what you did!" Laurel snapped.
"Hey! Don't blame me! You're the one who ran!" Dinah reminded.
Laurel groaned before blocking Dinah's kick and punches before she got behind Dinah and grabbed her in chokehold but Dinah rushed back, slamming Laurel against the wall before they heard ripping sound, with their pants caught in the rebar sticking out of the wall but they ignored it as they continued exchanging blows and with their skin exposed, the pain was magnified before Laurel tackled Dinah and they fell over the railing into a tunnel-like hole, with sounds of ripping going off and their pants and underwear ripped off and they slid down the tunnel until they ended in the lower levels of the building in the water cistern and they felt wet, ending up on the top of the cistern.
Laurel and Dinah climbed out before they looked at each other and realized that all their clothes had been ripped off them during the fall as they ended up naked as the day they were born as they both blushed in embarrassment as it overtook whatever momentary resentment and anger they had at each other as they used their arm to shield their exposed breasts and put their other hand in between their legs to cover their womanhood.
"Really, don't you think we've got more important things to worry about? I mean, I don't know about you, but I don't want to fight you butt naked." Laurel said.
Dinah sighed, just as embarrassed and realizing she had let her resentment towards Laurel regarding her killing Vince get the better of her again. "You're right. Let's just forget about this and find some clothes—"
Suddenly, they heard an alarm blare and hissing sound as some mechanism around them moved.
"What's going on?" Laurel asked.
"This place has a water filtration plant and it's flushing out the clean water." Dinah realized and Laurel's eyes widened in realization.
"Wait, you're saying—"
Both girls screamed as the floor under them opened and there was 'splash' as they hit the water before the vortex spun them around and they were sucked into the water and everything turned dark.
Neither woman had any idea where they had ended up but they managed to get on shore and as they looked around, on the one hand, Laurel and Dinah were still in Star City. On the other hand, they were naked and had no idea where in the city they were.
It was late at night as Laurel ran down the sidewalk, hiding behind mailboxes, hydrants and lamps, with only her hands to cover her nudity as she held her arm across her breasts and her other hand in between her legs as some cars passed by her and luckily, due to how late it was, there wouldn't be many passerby people around. Laurel ran down the street and jumped as she saw an incoming car and hid behind another, so that no one would see her naked. Laurel then noticed a nearby phone booth and sighed in relief. Laurel ran to the phone booth and looked around. There was a traffic camera but it was too dark, so luckily, they would not recognize her face. Laurel dialed a number.
"District Attorney's office. I need a free phone call." Laurel said.
In their apartment, Oliver, Felicity and William were watching TV before the phone rang and Felicity answered.
"Hello?" Felicity asked in confusion before she looked completely puzzled. "New clothes? Why? What's going—OK, OK. I'm not gonna ask."
She hung up and looked completely weirded out.
"What's going on?" Oliver asked.
"Uh… honestly, I'm not sure you want to know." Felicity said before she got up and picked a bag before opening a drawer with clothes.
"Do you need some help?" Oliver asked.
"Don't worry about it." Felicity said as she put the clothes into the bag, not that Oliver was paying attention to her anymore as he continued watching TV with William.
Felicity had driven to Star City to where Laurel had told her to wait on her as she noticed the phone booth from which Laurel must have called her as Felicity looked around.
"Felicity!"
Felicity turned to see Laurel, who was in an alley hidden in the shadows, not that there were many people around and it was too dark for them to notice Laurel, who was naked and her arm was across her chest to cover her breasts and her hand was in between her legs to cover her womanhood.
Felicity approached Laurel, looking half-amused, half-embarrassed but at least Laurel was hidden in the shadows and covering her intimate parts, so Felicity could barely see Laurel's nudity anyway before Felicity handed Laurel the clothes.
"Finally. I've been freezing for an hour." Laurel said.
"I heard Dinah caught you and thought you were making some mischief again." Felicity said.
"A misunderstanding. That's it." Laurel said as Felicity handed her the shirt. "Thanks."
"How did you call me anyway?" Felicity asked.
"I'm a D.A., remember?" Laurel reminded, putting on the shirt before taking the pants from Felicity." I managed to convince the operator that I could make a free call from a phone booth, then I had to hide before the passerby and drivers would saw me naked." She then gave Felicity a pointed look. "Felicity. This never happened."
Felicity did a zipper motion.
In his house, Rene had put Zoe into bed, when he heard knocking and turned to see a silhouette of a woman at the window covered in shadows and holding a small towel to cover her chest. Rene looked completely confused before he approached and looked completely confused upon realizing who was the unexpected visitor, naked and wet, except for the towel Rene had hung out to dry.
"D.?" Rene asked, puzzled.
"Hey, Rene." Dinah said, blushing in embarrassment.
"Why are you naked?" Rene asked.
"Let's just say an arrest didn't go as planned. Can you get me some clothes, please?" Dinah asked.
"Uh, O…K." Rene said as he opened the door and let Dinah in and she dropped the towel and Rene took great care in avoiding seeing her breasts or womanhood before he turned to the drawer and grabbed a T-shirt and pants, handing them to Dinah, while still not looking at her. "Not sure if it's your size but—"
"This will do. Thank you." Dinah said, gratefully taking the clothes. "I had to run twelve blocks to get here. Wasn't going to ask someone else for help and admit that the police captain had ended up butt naked."
"No one saw you, right?" Rene asked.
"Well…" Dinah considered before shaking her head. "Don't worry about it."
While Laurel would certainly gloat that Dinah had ended up butt naked upon fighting her, Laurel would probably be too embarrassed to admit what had happened to her too.
Rene just shook his head and sighed as he returned to the bedroom to sleep.
The following day, Dinah and Laurel entered the lair, when they saw Oliver, Diggle, Sara, Lyla, Felicity, Thea, Roy, Rene, Rory and Curtis talking and looking amused before they turned to Laurel and Dinah, looking amused.
Immediately mortified, both girls dropped their faces in their hands as Team Arrow began snickering at their expense, while watching the late night CCTV video of Laurel and Dinah running across town butt naked, trying to hide in the shadows as everyone's laughter increased.
Hope you had some fun.
I can tolerate Earth-2 Laurel and Dinah Drake if they are better written than in the show but Katie Cassidy is a hottie with Caity Lotz and I just thought it would be amusing to embarrass Dinah too, given my mixed feeligns about her.
