The Devil Judge - Fiction or Reality
Synopsis
Set in a dystopic Korea, society is controlled by a group of elites that treat the country like a game wherein they hold all the power, and control the ordinary citizens. A merciless judge at the center of it all punishes wrongdoing in a court that operates like a reality TV show.
The story evolves around a church fire …. 10 years in the past …..where those in attendance inside….. turned into an out of control survival mob …. the weak and old were trampled on in a stampede to get out and save themselves.
The visual is replayed several times throughout the 16 episodes of this Kdrama series that attempts to bring to the forefront the political issues that face many countries throughout the modern world today.
To better understand what Devil Judge is about the term dystopic needs to be clearly defined
A dystopia (from Ancient Greek δυσ- "bad, hard" and τόπος "place"; alternatively cacotopia[2] or simply anti-utopia) is a speculated community or society that is undesirable or frightening.[3][4] It is often treated as an antonym of utopia, a term that was coined by Sir Thomas More and figures as the title of his best known work, published in 1516, which created a blueprint for an ideal society with minimal crime, violence and poverty. The relationship between utopia and dystopia is in actuality not one simple opposition, as many utopian elements and components are found in dystopias as well, and vice versa.
Dystopias are often characterized by rampant fear or distress,[3] tyrannical governments, environmental disaster,[4] or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline in society. Distinct themes typical of a Dystopian Society include: complete control over the people in a society through the usage of propaganda, heavy censoring of information or denial of free thought, worshiping an unattainable goal, the complete loss of individuality, and heavy enforcement of conformity.[8] Despite certain overlaps, dystopian fiction is distinct from post-apocalyptic fiction, and an undesirable society is not necessarily dystopian. Dystopian societies appear in many fictional works and artistic representations, particularly in stories set in the future. The best known by far is George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four (1949). Other famous examples are Aldous Huxley's Brave New World (1932), and Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 (1953). Dystopian societies appear in many sub-genres of fiction and are often used to draw attention to society, environment, politics, economics, religion, psychology, ethics, science, or technology. Some authors use the term to refer to existing societies, many of which are, or have been, totalitarian states or societies in an advanced state of collapse.
Dystopias, through an exaggerated worst-case scenario, often make a criticism about a current trend, societal norm, or political system.[9]
The entire substantial sub-genre of alternative history works depicting a world in which Nazi Germany won the Second World War can be considered as dystopias. So can other works of Alternative History, in which a historical turning point led to a manifestly repressive world. For example, the 2004 mockumentary C.S.A.: The Confederate States of America, and Ben Winters' Underground Airlines, in which slavery in the United States continues to the present, with "electronic slave auctions" carried out via the Internet and slaves controlled by electronic devices implanted in their spines, or Keith Roberts Pavane in which 20th Century Britain is ruled by a Catholic theocracy and the Inquisition is actively torturing and burning "heretics"
Some scholars, such as Gregory Claeys and Lyman Tower Sargent, make certain distinctions between typical synonyms of dystopias. For example, Claeys and Sargent define literary dystopias as societies imagined as substantially worse than the society in which the author writes. Some of these are anti-utopias, which criticise attempts to implement various concepts of utopia.[10] In the most comprehensive treatment of the literary and real expressions of the concept, Dystopia: A Natural History, Claeys offers a historical approach to these definitions.[11] Here the tradition is traced from early reactions to the French Revolution. Its commonly anti-collectivist character is stressed, and the addition of other themes—the dangers of science and technology, of social inequality, of corporate dictatorship, of nuclear war—are also traced. A psychological approach is also favored here, with the principle of fear being identified with despotic forms of rule, carried forward from the history of political thought, and group psychology introduced as a means of understanding the relationship between utopia and dystopia. Andrew Norton-Schwartzbard noted that "written many centuries before the concept "dystopia" existed, Dante's Inferno in fact includes most of the typical characteristics associated with this genre – even if placed in a religious framework rather than in the future of the mundane world, as modern dystopias tend to be".[12] In the same vein, Vicente Angeloti remarked that "George Orwell's emblematic phrase, a boot stamping on a human face — forever, would aptly describe the situation of the denizens in Dante's Hell. Conversely, Dante's famous inscription Abandon all hope, ye who enter here would have been equally appropriate if placed at the entrance to Orwell's "Ministry of Love" and its notorious "Room 1 "With the principle of fear being identified with despotic forms of rule, carried forward from the history of political thought"
" Fear " is the single term that allows society to be manipulated by those ego maniacs that come into power and use it at their discretion
To understand what takes place in the 16 episodes of the Devil Judge the Main Characters need to be understood Kang YoHan is the presiding judge of the trial court.
He is a mysterious star judge with an aristocratic appearance and a smile that captivates people. He hates humans equally. For him, the world has been hell from the moment he was born and abandoned. But he realized that he has the power to repay himself using humans' stupidity.
After 10 years living under the mask of a sincere and excellent judge, he finally became the judge of the live trial show that all the citizens are watching. His understanding of the law allows him to manipulate it to his desired results that makes him the hero of the people and an enemy of the state and those that control the government.
Jung Sun-Ah is the Executive Director/Chairwoman of the Foundation for Social Responsibility who has been obsessed with Kang Yo- Han since childhood when she was a maid in his household while Kang Yo - Han views her as a nemesis/ enemy. Her biggest weapon is to use the real desires of humans hidden behind hypocrisy. She has brought herself to power by placing pawns in places of power until which time she uses them to her advantage
Kim Ga-On is a young judge at the trial court. After just one episode, he became one of the members that attract fans and his fans formed a fan club.
When he was 16-year-old, his parents committed suicide after losing all their property because of a scammer pretending to be a social worker.
Ga-On enters the trial court at the call of his father's friend and teacher, chief of Justice Min Jeong-Ho. Ga-On was asked to be a spy to monitor and track down Kang Yo-Han. He follows Min Jeong-Ho's order without saying anything until Episode 15 when he comes to the realization that he has been played with and manipulated by his trusted mentor
Yoon Soo-Hyun is a detective who is a good cop and a truth seeker….. she is also Ga-On's best friend since childhood. She has feelings /love for him but intentionally treats him like a brother. She is helping Go-On spying on Kang Yo-Han.
Kang Yo- Han formulated his views through flashbacks of his childhood being the illegitimate son of a rich powerful elite that took out his frustrations on his son by beating him because he resembled himself. Held captive and isolated in the basement, Kang Yo -Han had no love in his life other than the compassion from his brother who was his fathers favorite. The pain and misery he endured made him not trust anyone until his opportunity came to correct the ills of society through his on line court. He learn to understand human nature and it's weaknesses and how easily they can be manipulated. The trials showcased Judge Kang Yo - Han's manipulation.
Episode 1 of The Devil Judge begins in Seoul with chaos gripping the streets. Korea is consumed in a perpetual state of despair, with placards reading "virus" and fire rising angrily in the streets. Seizing this opportunity, the Social Responsibility Foundation send out a press conference. Much like the headlines that have engulfed the entire world with "Fear" The politicians around the world used the Covid Pandemic to take away peoples rights and choices just as we saw the clown President Heo Joong - Se do with his television proclamations. Give the people what they want to hear and then force them to do what the politicians and the ruling class want in return.
Joong-Se promises to bring Korea back, with a power shift allowing the whole nation to participate as jurors. In other words, court cases are going to be televised. On top of that, he's also brought in a ruthless Judge called Yo-Han who will hand out sentences and oversee reformation across Korea.
How does a man like Her Joong - Se get to become President of a nation? The answer is simple when a complicit media fawns ,supports and not report what really is the news. Politicians have the cover to be as outrageous and stupid without the public being the wiser. The United States elected such a man in Joe Biden… one of the biggest clowns ever to be on the world stage.
Yo-Han arrives before the people and remains dead-set on exercising the power given to him. The Supreme Court, and specifically Jung-Jo, exhibits concerns. He's not a normal judge and tasks Ga-On with keeping an eye on him. Specifically, acting like his Judas in this fable.
After an unnerving meeting, Ga-On has more luck with Jin-Joo, who decides to use her charm and looks to win the people over. After all, if this is going to be televised then she deduces that she needs to look her best.
That afternoon, drama ensues outside the courthouse. A speeding bus careers toward the Supreme Court and a whole school of kids, who scream and cross the road. One falls, prompting Ga-On to jump in and try to help.
While he does, Yo-Han wastes little time grabbing a gun and shooting in the driver's direction. The bus careers out of control, prompting Ga-On to scramble in and save the driver. He's just in time too, as the bus explodes into a fiery inferno.
It turns out this was an act of protest against Chairman Joo Il Do, who has been discharging toxic waste water. As news of this breaks, Chairman Joo prepares for it being brought to a court of law. They are, of course, going to plead not guilty. Even in the unlikely event that the Chairman is found guilty, the maximum length of imprisonment is 5 years.
Events outside the courthouse set the stage to get public sentiment on at a peak high. Meanwhile, a police officer called Soo-Hyun saves a high school girl from being attacked out in the street. She happens to be Ga-On's flat-mate and long-time friend. However, it seems like there's more going on as they joke about getting married and love.
Well, he clearly doesn't trust Yo-Han and plants a bug in his office that evening. He listens in on all the conversations he has, determined to figure out if he's crooked or not. It doesn't help though. and in the end they're forced to wait for the trial.
The Cat and Mouse game begins between the supposedly good guys. Is it any different than the political parties joining forces to undue what the public has been clamoring for years on end. In The United States …The Democrats and Republicans inside the beltway of Washington DC… have become one party…. Their power must be preserved at any cost and be damed with the people. Sad but true… until the citizens learn that their government is not theirs, but rather to the highest bidder.
As the trial looks set to begin, Yo-Han dons his robs which includes what looks to be a vestment. It's show-time. Yo-Han shows up to applause as the nation is gripped by this app which allows watchers to vote. It's basically reality TV, and it doesn't take long for everything to explode into a flurry of back and forth verbal spars.
Yo-Han is having none of it and forces them all to take a recess. When they return, Dr Yu shows up as a witness. He's an expert with metal poisonings but Ga-On is uncomfortable. After all, this seems to be the same doctor Yo-Han mentioned on the phone.
Ga-On immediately presses him on cyanide being present in the water but Yo-Han stops him. To prove a point, he mentions how the Chairman's water may have been mixed up and Dr Yoo immediately spits the water out. Guilty conscience much?
Well, it turns out the next witness is far more useful. This man is nicknamed Dr Safety – the real Doctor that Yo-Han was on the phone to before! Eventually he snaps, especially seeing overwhelming support for him being incarcerated. Joo-Ik admits he didn't think the leak was that bad, eventually admitting to professional negligence resulting in death.
Yo-Han comes to his decision and decides that there was intent to murder. Five years is the maximum but given a bill passed down a year prior, he can make up an accumulated sentence based on those victims. In suitably dramatic reality-TV fashion, Chairman Joo lowers the lights and blinds to show off all the victims caught up thanks to the Chemical Case. With 11 dead and 36 disabilities, the result is an eyewatering 235 years imprisonment. He's going to spend the rest of his life behind bars.
How many political show trials have the Complicit Media attempted to bring a predetermined conclusion but have fallen flat on their faces because public sentiment was not in their favor… Russia Collusion ... January 6 Insurrection, Atlanta Bombing... Trump Impeachment... How often are the citizens lied to by their government?
When Privilege Elites and their offsprings get preferential treatment… the public just shakes their heads and wonder what would've happened if it were them… such was the case of Minister of Justice Cha Kyung He's son….. Lee Young Min. This spoiled ungrateful and genuinely stupid excuse for a human being is allowed to roam the streets and create whatever havoc he deemed fit gets his just rewards. Minister Cha Kyung Hee was surprised when Kang Yo Han announced who his next defendant would be in the next trial. It was her one and only son, Lee Young Min.
Lee Young Min was put in trial for continuously abusing the weak and less fortunate. He uses his power to manipulate other people.Cha Kyung Hee tried to look for solutions to her son's upcoming trial but it seemed her connections didn't turn out what she wanted.
The trial already began and Lee Young Min's side was very confident that they would win the case. He also bribed the supposed witness in his case.
But Kang Yo Han was not dubbed as the master of the court without his special segment. He opened Lee Young Min's case to the public and asked those people who had experienced mistreatment to the young man.
Minutes after the open discussion, lots of individuals shared their experiences with Lee Young Min. Due to this, a new case has been placed to Lee Young Min's name and he is expected to attend the next trial for his verdict.
The Verdict declared by Judge Kang Yo - Han was 30 flogging….. the crying and in disbelief Lee Young Min begged for forgiveness. The flogging was delivered on public stage which caused great shock to the public.
The question is raised when is punishment deemed to harsh? Lee Young Min only learned remorse after the flagging, prior to it his actions would Beto say sorry and head to the next victim. Society can't have it both ways… Either punishment fits the crime or accept lawlessness…. Both cannot co exist. The case of Michael Fay comes to mind American teenager Michael Fay grabbed headlines in 1994 when he was sentenced to 83 days in a Singapore prison and six strokes of a cane for spray-painting cars.
Four years later, Mr. Fay is once again in the news. Last week, Fay was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in Winter Park, Fla.
The Michael Fay incident raises the question….. is it society's problem to fix or help those that don't want to be helped? The world is faced with an epidemic of homeless, drug abuse or mental health patients on the loose… those that want help can find it… those that don't … The Simple answer... Pro Choice anyone?
The Juk Chang Trial Juk Chang the puppet rabble rosier created and used by President Her Soon - Se is a pathetic figure spawned by an ideology that been around for as long as man has been on earth. Ethnic purity Ethnic Purity is nonsense that can't be proven , maybe in animals that are breed to be the same… in human's it's an impossibility. Every human being's DNA has one genetic makeup that is similar in everyone, This can be explained as follows
What are genes?
Genes are segments of DNA that contain instructions for building the molecules that make the body work. Most of the molecules are proteins. Parents pass their genes to their offspring.
What is a genome?
A genome is all of the genetic material in an organism. It is made of DNA (or RNA in some viruses) and includes genes and other elements that control the activity of those genes.
Does everybody have the same genome?
The human genome is mostly the same in all people. But there are variations across the genome. This genetic variation accounts for about 0.001 percent of each person's DNA and contributes to differences in appearance and health. People who are closely related have more similar DNA.
Some of the variations between individuals result from epigenetic changes. These changes arise from chemical tags that attach to DNA and affect how cells read DNA's instructions. Epigenetic changes can be inherited.
If The education systems throughout the world were to teach properly many of the differences and issues related to peoples ….discourses may be minimized in that a better understanding of one another would arise…. But as with other issues it is easier to divide and conquer rather than unify….
Food for Thought...The current Transgender nonsense is more about feelings and emotions and not science... in all mammal species there are only two genders male and female... males have testicles that make and carry the sperm... Females have a uterus that that captures the sperm and allows it to penetrate the egg for the purpose of probagating the species. everything else has nothing to do with the human makeup.
With Juk Chang arrested, Ga-On puts on a brave face and decides to tackle things legally. Specifically the gang are going to go back to the live court system and take out the Foundation.
Heo decides to counter that (with the guidance of Sun-A of course) and shift the blame. He apologizes to the people, playing the crowd, while Yo-Han and Ga-On prepare their case. This involves meeting a doctor who confirms he's confirmed nothing scientifically regarding the virus and its spread.
The deceased that allegedly fell to this virus were incredibly malnourished at the time and it seems like the Foundation are covering that up under the pretense of this virus.
When the court case goes ahead the following day, Dr Yoon doesn't make it to trial. Apparently he "died of the virus" but it's obvious he's been killed.
Yo-Han is prepared for this though and instead turns the attention back to Juk Chang and the violence he wields. He extends this to incriminate Heo, given it's his words that spurred Chang on. Well, those same words are used against him when the people vote in favour of the death penalty. Even worse, the more votes that this guy gets, the higher the voltage used to kill him.
On the back of this, Chief Justice Jung Ho steps down from his position. Ga-On heads up to see him though, where Jung-Ho admits Soo-Hyun was looking into the church fire and suspects foul play. That guy she met before she died, Jung Joseph, happens to be someone from that night and he was in charge of CCTV. Jung-Ho deduces that Soo-Hyun was killed because of what she found out.
The big day arrives and Juk Chang's execution looks imminent. The votes start coming in while Chang is encouraged by Heo (courtesy of a meeting the previous day) to endure this and play Yo-Han at his own game.
Midway through being electrocuted though, Ga-On suddenly jumps in and holds a press conference with Jung-Ho just behind him, claiming the live show is a complete fraud.
The question that came to mind as Ga -On misguided approach to his self righteous beliefs created more of the same problem that he was trying to resolve before. How easily is a person like Ga-On manipulated and made to act not by his own thoughts but the thoughts of other. Was he any different than Juk Chang that carried out President Her Joong - Se's wishes?
Kang Yo-Han never falters on his principles, while Ga - On was nothing more than a puppet whose strings got pulled. Episode 16 - Recap and Analysis Episode 16 of The Devil Judge starts this finale with a shell-shocked Ga-On speaking to Elijah about what's happened. He apologizes for being fooled and promises to fix this. He's going to bring Yo-Han back, even if it means sacrificing himself to do it.
Ga-On attempts to get himself arrested to begin with, telling the detectives that he tampered with evidence. Well, given Korea is under a state of national emergency, the press cant report anything without the government's approval first.
The foolishness of Ga-On allowing his emotions to overtake the reality that Yo-han was trying to instill in him… when the opportunity is provided you must seize the moment to get the desired results….. If you waver the walls will crumble around you.
Ga-On received the hard lesson of life. People in Power will not relinquish it unless they are forced to. Yo-Han is arrested and thrown in prison, locked up with no warrant. The new paints him as a murderer, claiming he's responsible for what happened to Soo-Hyun. Well, Yo-Han finds himself attacked by a number of inmates, including Juk-Chang. Yo-Han gets the upper-hand though in the first skirmish but how long can he keep this up?
Most governments through out the world use the same playbook when it comes to political nemesis… lock them up and shut them up….. out of site out of mind What is Jung-Ho hiding?
Ga-On continues on the war path and waits for Jung-Ho in his office, sneering at the Chief Justice and questioning just how far he's fallen. Jung-Ho is naïve and claims he didn't know how far the Foundation would go.
Even worse though, Jung-Ho actually used Ga-On from the very beginning. Sun-A tasked him with bringing someone close to stick with Yo-Han and question his motives, essentially debunking his work and reporting back what he's up to.
As Jung-Ho continues, he confirms he was well aware the Foundation killed Soo-Hyun but play-acted while sitting in hospital, claiming it was Yo-Han to coerce Ga-On into thinking his way.
Through the first 14 episodes Professor Jung Ho was portrayed as an Ideologue whose purpose was to keep the Judiciary independent….. Chapter 16 however shows that he too was a victim of power and his legacy in history. As it was shown he was easily manipulated by his weakness of self worth. People like Jung Ho are as much a culprit to Societies decay as those that rule.
Meanwhile, the Foundation continue to pat themselves on the back for a job well done. Sun-A though believes there's something else going on here, and specifically that they're being played. She tasks her lackey with checking out the Dream Home Medical Center to see if anyone is being moved or anything is untoward.
Ga-On intends to visit the same place but before he goes, he leaves a note for Elijah. Within this, Ga-On blames the switchboard wiring for the church fire and sticks up for Yo-Han, excusing his actions as him caring and reinforcing that she's done nothing wrong.
What's going on with the Dream House Project?
Well, the reality of Dream Homes is anything but a dream. In fact, it's closer to a nightmare. People lay in beds, sick and in pain. These are the guys and gals snatched up from the "virus" district earlier in the season.
Only, when the President shows up, Ga-On hides round the corner. He's snuck in as a nurse and overhears the grim reality of what's going on.
It turns out Heo and his cronies are using this facility to test a new vaccine. 182 people have died but Heo is not bothered by this. The Foundation call the deceased "human resources" and intend to profit from their deaths by selling organs. The one person not there is Sun-A, and in her absence the Foundation scheme and decide they should get rid of the girl for their own benefit.
That's not all though, they've taken all the nurses' phones and kept them in the dark. However, some of the workers help break Ms Han and Ga-On out of the facility. However, Ga-On also seems to have a video camera on him – has he recorded what we saw earlier?
The Social Responsibility Foundation though it's name sounds good …. Reality shows that it's no different than other Foundations created for the common Good….. Take the Clinton Foundation that was formed because it's founders were in power and could dole out favors as long as the right amount was donated to the Foundation. The Clinton's became very wealthy with this pay to play scheme. They syphoned millions of dollars from government agencies . Perfect Example was the Haiti relief disaster….. Millions upon millions of dollars were collected. The Clinton Foundation kept 95% as administrative costs while only donating 5% to the Haitian people struggling to survive. To add further insult…. Chelsea Clinton was a board director of the Clinton Foundation and was rewarded with Multi million apartment in Manhattan at the Foundation expense. It should be noted that once the Linton lost power… The Clinton Foundation lost Revenues and is on life support to stay relevant.
Planned Parenthood whose main mission was to depopulate the Black Community as was the goal of it's founder Margaret Sanger… makes money harvesting organ parts from aborted babies. Is this any different than what has been fictionalized in this Dream House Project?
The Gates Foundation when the vail of secrecy is removed is used to aid in Bill Gates obsession in depopulation. The Continent Of Africa was Polio free as the rest of the world, now Polio is on the rise in Africa ever since Gates Foundation required the polio vaccine to be administer.
Vaccines have become mutibillion dollar business that the elites do not want to give up... Depopulation will become their new plea.
What is very sad is that citizens tax dollars are spent on projects that most citizens would never dream of spending their hard earn dollars on. All the loose ends that were gradually pieced together during the first 15 episodes of the fictional series get unraveled.
Is Yo-Han really dead?
With the inauguration of the Chief Justice coming up, Ga-On prepares to hit back against the evil Foundation. However, a news report comes in confirming that Yo-Han he's been stabbed and killed in prison. When Sun-A sees the news, she's shocked and completely rattled. The rest of the Foundation however, decide they should use the court to celebrate his death.
Ga-On's revenge begins by tying down Jung-Ho and keeping him in his office. With a bomb strapped to his chest, Ga-On decides to see him in another life instead. Once this bomb goes off, the media companies will have no choice but to report this news.
When they do, Ga-On is going to send an email across to the companies exposing the truth about the Dream Homes project. Just before the bomb blows, Yo-Han comes bounding in through the front door. He's alive!
It turns out he managed to bribe the warden in charge of the prison, with lots of incriminating details about him. Yo-Han convinced the man to switch prisoners and keep everything a secret for 24 hours.
In exchange, Yo-Han will keep his secret and give his money back. In essence, Yo-Han faked his own death to escape. On top of that, Lawyer Ko has been working with Yo-Han all this time to help bust him out.
What is Yo-Han's plan?
Next up, Yo-Han broadcasts himself live to the court. With all the media outlets blocked, he tells the others that he's starting a live broadcast on the DIKE app.
The final trial will start in 24 hours. Those on trial? Yep, you guessed it! Hyang-Mi, Sang-Sook, Yong-Shik, Yeon-Jung and President Heo. And their crimes? The Dream Home Project. Yo-Han has video footage up of the entire scandal and Sun-A is not far behind on the list of incriminated figures.
What happens in court?
Yo-Han however, shows up at the court and prepares to let the entire place blow – with him joining them in the afterlife. It turns out Yong-Sik was actually coerced by Yo-Han to bring everyone together into the courtroom. And just like 10 years back, Yo-Han tells the Foundation that only the quickest will survive and make it out
As was the case in Episode 1 These same villains find themselves trapped in the open court that they created for their eventual gain has become their tomb as Yo- Han has planned their destruction meticulously even his escape. Sun-A though has a handgun. As the Foundation completely implode in the wake of this, Sun-A suddenly turns and shoots President Heo in the head. She next turns the gun on herself and blows her brains out, taking the easy way out.
Ga-On returns to the mansion, believing that Yo-Han has died. Only, he finds blueprints left on the chair and finally starts to understand what's happened.
Yo-Han has been studying the room to find a way out, including a place he can save himself. And just like that, Yo-Han comes galivanting into the room a new person. With the Foundation gone and buried, it's time for a new chapter.
We then skip forward in time. Jin-Joo is heading off to volunteer at the department in charge of juvenile cases. After saying her goodbyes, Ga-On shows up to oversee the public hearing for Yo-Han's actions.
Ga-On tells them all that Yo-Han isn't a criminal but he's not a hero either. Ga-On does his best to talk to them all but it's all the same – old men squabbling over the same issues.
Well, Yo-Han has faith in Ga-On's abilities and after giving him a knowing nod outside the courtroom, he walks away. The pair have patched up their differences and it leaves Ga-On free to try and reform the justice system.
Author's note : Though this analysis has been my point of view with cut and pasting from recaps of different episode of the story... it is a culmination of historical events that have happened.
Yo-Han believed that the only way tyrannical governments can change is to force those in power to be held accountable ….. when left to their own devises they can not… since power is the ultimate drug that is addicting and all consuming.
Go-On's idealism was given a harsh case of reality in that change is hard to come by and people like Yo-Han are needed to do what others fine difficult to do.
The changes that the world has seen can be summized as follows:
Before Trump
We had 8 years of economic stagnation due to the Housing bubble bursting... which was created by politicians trying to manipulate economic disparity and changing fixed rules in banking regulations that became riddled with corruption.
During Trump
The United States saw economic prosperity like never seen before... Energy independence, All time low in unemployment and low interest rates never seen before... The Ruling Class was put on alert and they didn't like it
After Trump
In just two years the economy is in recession, Gasoline prices at an all time high, Shortages in food and supplies and Peoples confidence reaching record lows
The Billionaires are wealthier, while everyone else have seen their net worth decreased... who is to blame?
Do your own research and don't believe what your government wants you to believe. We may need another Devil Judge to hold open court.
A utopian world cannot exist as long a man is allowed to be free some succeed some don't.
