After seeing Merlin take a hit, Arthur and the Knights start to worry. They've never dealt with someone like Merlin when he's hurt. It's cause enough for concern that he can slip into a happy persona after being hurt by another, it's another step into full blown worry that he doesn't claim to be hurt and refuses to go to Gauis.
