Arthur was definitely not spying on Merlin. It was completely by accident. Arthur/Merlin slash, some nudity and dirty thoughts, but nothing explicit.

Merlin didn't really expect it to take five Knights, two old men, a woman and a horseshoe for his plan to work, but then again it wasn't technically a very good plan. Merlin x Arthur.
