Chapter 1

Harry glared across the room and raised his wand he casted a Sonorus charm, "I Harry James Potter swear on my magic that I didn't not enter the Triwizard tournament nor did I ask anyone or magical creatures to enter my name I do not know how my name landed in the triwizard tournament but I didn't not enter so I say so mate it be!" A flash of white surrounded Harry "expecto patronum!" a large stag bursted out of his wand across the great Hall.

Harry has never lost his temper but he was about to he was pissed off that yet again another year he was in a dangerous position, And there was going to be hell to pay. Harry glared at Professor Dumbledore he ranted "Yet again Headmaster you have placed the lives of these students at risk without a care to the world who gets hurt in the process! Unlike some I wanted a year where I wasn't placed in some kind of danger. That cup was only ment to draw witches and wizards of age yet some how you made a mistake some where and I get caught in the cross fire" he caught his breath before he continued "I will not tolerate the shit this school including students put me through during my 2nd year where they thought I was the heir of slythrin! It only took my close friend to be attacked before people believed the truth. I will complete in this tournament as an unwilling Competitor it may bind me but I refuse to be a champion!" He stormed towards the doors.

Professor Dumbledore called "You still need to go into that chamber Harry" Harry turned around and replied "No that room is for champions but I am not a champion I'm an unwilling competitor!" Harry spun around a stormed up to the common room.

While he was getting comfortable he waited for the upcoming storm from his house mates. "Dobby" Harry called a pop then Dobby appeared "The great Harry Potter calls Dobby how can Dobby help" Harry pulled his red photo album "I think there are going to be some upset people who may seek revenge by destroying my things. I need you to hide this somewhere safe till I say its ok is that OK Dobby" by now Dobby eyes were wide as tennis balls. "Yes Dobby will protect Harry Potter special album where no one kind find it" He handed Dobby the album "Thanks Dobby" sitting down as Dobby popped away, Harry sighed is to much to ask for a quiet year.

Half an hour later his house mates came in he took his shower bag and made his way down stairs he barley made down the stairs when he was bombarded with questions on how he did managing to get away he found Ron and Hermione standing in his way. Hermione looked at him she started to rant "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO DUMBLEDORE LIKE THAT HE WAS TRYING TO HELP YOU! After everything he has done for you I am ashamed of you right now!"

Harry glared at her an spat "He is the headmaster his job is to protect his students not endanger them. Your supposed to be on my side but how can you be when you worship the ground he walks on!" He turn to Ron "Well do you believe me or do you believe your housemates?"

Ron looked livid "It's always about you isn't your not happy unless your centre of attention! I don't believe you for a minute about the bullshit you said I will find out how you did it" not wanting to start a fight Harry went back upstairs to his dorm he got changed closed his curtians curtains across.

A few hours later Harry woke up unable to sleep he went to the common room he didn't know how long he was there until he heard a soft owl hoot who had a letter for him he gave the owl some treats and the owl flew away he noticed the seal on the back it was Gringotts seal.

Dear Mr Potter, Gringotts is most upset that one of out most prodigious clients is in Danger again. We consider this the last straw we feel duty bound to help you in anyway we can. I have a top team of lawyers looking into the contact to see if we can do anything. I need you to come to the bank at your earliest convenience to claim the Potter vaults.

Harry frowned how could he get there he's
pretty sure Dumbledore has his every move tracked he went back upstairs to plan. As he went back to bed he pulled a quill some parchment he started a list of questions about Professor Dumbledore.
First year
1. Why did no one notice my letter was addressed to the cupboard under the stairs?
2. Why did Dumbledore send Hagrid who couldn't perform magic?
3. Why did Dumbledore have Hagrid with me to view my vaults?
4. Why didn't Hagrid explain the houses?
5. Why didn't Hagrid tell me how to get on the platform?
6. Molly shouted about muggle and asked what was platform number surely she knew the platform number after going herself and having multiple children go there.
7. Why have the stone at the school a first year could get pass the traps set up?
Year 2
1. Why wasn't Dumbledore concerned when he didn't hear from me all summer ?
2. Dumbledore did nothing after hearing about bars on my bedroom window?
3. Why didn't the wards detect the diary?
4. Dumbledore knew I wasn't behind the attacks
5. He hired Lockheart knowing his books were fake.
Year 3
knew Sirius was innocent why not insist on Sirius offering trial.
2. Dumbledore knew Peter was in the castle
Harry sighed when he looked the list he made doesn't make Dumbledore look on a good light. Harry put the notepad away and eventually went to sleep.

As the week past everyone had turned against him except, Luna, Fred and George, Neville, Daphne greengrass and Tracey Davis. He would avoid the Great Hall in favour of eating in the kitchens.

Final it was Saturday hogsmead Harry went down own his own he avoid every where but hogs head in. He just finished his butter beer.
Aberforth walked towards him "DO you want another?" Harry sighed he nodded. He was surprised when Luna sat next to him. She smiled "Hiya Harry thought you need a friend so I came over anything I can do?" Harry pulled out his notepad with his list and passed it to Luna as she read the list she didn't seem bit surprise "I wondered when everyone woke up to find the truth about him"

Harry hissed "Fucking Dumbledore he thinks he's God I'm not playing to his tune anymore Fucking prick" Aberforth walked over with his order. "So then what's my brother done this time I thought you were his golden boy" Harry sighed "not anymore Dumbledore thinks he can make me dance to his tune well I'm not biting" he passed the list to Aberforth "this is only so far" Aberforth read the list he shook his head how far his brother had fallen. He turned to Harry I might be able to help if you need a way out of hogwarts where Albus doesn't watch you can use my floo to Diagon ally" Harry grinned "thanks I needed a way to get to Gringotts as they have been in touch This will help and raise no suspicions" Aberforth replied "Go ahead just be back by 7pm"

Harry stepped towards the floo "Remember the floo address is Gringotts reception" said Luna Harry grinned and through the floo power and it turned green Gringotts Reception!" He disappeared he stepped through the floo and crashed to the floor "stupid floo" he muttered. He walked to the teller counter can I help you?" Harry replied quietly "Harry Potter here to see director Bricclaw I haven't got my key present but I am happy to provide blood verification if that's acceptable sir" the teller replied "thumb please" Harry gave him his thumb the goblins gently placed the blade of his thumb to get few drops of blood on to paper the quill leapt up to write. The teller replied you have been confirmed and someone will take you to the director in a moment please step aside. Harry moved to the side, less then a minute later he was settled down in Bicclaw office.

"Mr Potter I apologise to you because it seems your current manger has not been on regular contact with you like there supposed to on further examination on your vaults it seems like there is foul play"

Harry sat up straighter "That's okay I have some suspicions about Albus Dumbledore meddling in my accounts I am sure we can sort this matter out" he offered a smile in return. Bricclaw replied "yes it's seems he has he has appointed himself has your magical guardian which he had no legal right to do your legal guardian should of been Adromeda Tonks & Ted Tonks he slipped his way in to your accounts almost unnoticed. However I'm afraid to inform you he has been stealing from your vaults he has also set up a marriage contract between yourself and Miss Ginevra Molly Weasley but once you become head of your house you can void the contract"
