This is the story of hero in training Katsuki Bakugou being transported into the world of Melromarc and is the new cardinal shield hero in their darkest time of need. Bakugou will go on many new adventures in this fantasy world to become their world's greatest hero whether they want him to or not.

19. Chapter 19: The Trial

Chapter 19: The Trial

It was morning in Melromarc's capital. After so long the Shield hero and Sword hero had returned.

They along with their teammates arrived last night after spending a few days riding in a carriage resting and recovering after their battle with the Pope's forces and the Kings group.

Currently, the Sword and Shield heroes and their teammates were at the Melromarc royal family's private clinic to help recover from any damages they or their parties suffered from. Thankfully no one had any major problems, but they still decided to spend the night there to be observed by the doctors just to be safe especially after being near the presence of the wrath shield a few days ago, and no one minded the extra day of rest.

Bakugou had now woken up from his sleep with his sidekicks, Neia, Rino, Melty, and Daven getting up around the same time as well. The sidekicks all walk inside the shield hero's recovery room as he was stretching himself while his dragon Kirishima in his toddler form was laying on the edge of the bed.

"Sir Bakugou are you ok this morning?" Neia asked with her and everyone else in the room now.

"Good lord Blue, you asked me that same question every morning these last few days, I'm ok now." Bakugou responds in his own Bakugou way.

Neia and the sidekicks smile to the response, "We understand Sir Bakugou, we're all just worried about you after all the craziness that happened a few days ago." Neia says back, she and the others were concerned if there were any issues after the Pope battle both from any injuries he faced from the replica weapon or the corruption of the wrath shield, but with the way he's acting, Bakugou is pretty much just his usual normal Bakugou self.

But Bakugou just shrugs as he continues stretching his arms, "Whatever, I think we rested well enough, I'm done sitting my ass in a bed for hours on end reading books. I either need to kill a random man-eating monster or smash in the head of another bad guy or idiot soon."

Everyone continued to grin and smile at all of that, just as eager to get back into action as well.

"I wouldn't mind that either." said a voice that wasn't from the group. Everyone turns to who said it and from the doorway, and it was Ren Amaki the sword hero with Scarlet next to him, he too had just woken up from his hospital bed and approaches the group.

"Sir Swo-Ren and Scarlet what are you doing here?" Melty asked with her and the rest of Bakusquad not expecting the sword hero to be showing up.

"I was told by some nurses to come here for something important and they wouldn't give out any other details," he responds pointing toward two supposed nurses by the doorway.

"They're not nurses, it appears fellow spies are among us as well." Daven says out loud to everyone which slightly confused some of them, he as a former spy can tell when someone was just wearing a disguise or not, having to have wear some himself in both his spy and former assassin work.

And before anyone could think more about this, a particular noblewoman walks around the corner into the room, "I rushed over as soon as they told me you had all awaken." the noblewoman says, and it turned out to be Queen Mirellia herself, out of her armor and was now in formal noblewoman clothing while holding a large fan. Her presence surprised everyone including her daughter, she then continued speaking, "I'm relieved that all of you are alright."

"It's mother um-your majesty." Melty says out loud trying to keep herself formal even when this was her mom, as the Queen continues her approach to the group.

She then speaks up again, "It's been a few days since we met in person so allow me to reintroduce myself, I'm Queen Mirellia Q Melromarc. I want to thank all of you once more for your bravery and willpower to stop both my idiot of husband and the Pope's attempt to take over, as well as stopping the waves in Melromarc." she thanked and gave a small bow toward Ren, Bakugou, and crew.

Everyone still looked surprised to see how genuinely humble the Queen was compared to the Elites of Siltvelt, Aultcray, and Myne.

Bakugou was still eyeing her for anything suspicious to be on the safe side, but he could tell she was not lying and her little show on Aultcray a few days ago left a good impression on him so he was willing to at least listen, "Ok then Queeny, just tell us what you're here for? No flowery bullshit just get to the point." he asked skipping any formalities.

Mirellia took a slight breath and said, "I'm here to explain to all of you of my absence and your poor treatments from the King and the church, but let's go outside to give us some breathing room."

And with that the Queen and everyone else walked outside to the room's large balcony where Mirellia went on to explain everything, "You see heroes, when the waves started to occur all around the world, every nation including the world's four major powers, were taking heavy losses. Eventually the leaders of those four major powers, Siltvelt, Zeltoble, Faubrey, and of course Melromarc had come together and agreed that we would finally summon the four cardinal heroes to save us and the other nations from the waves. We were intending to split the four heroes between each other to help our nations, the spear for Faubrey, the sword for Zeltoble, the shield for Siltvelt, and the bow for Melromarc. But when we attempted the ceremony in Zeltoble nothing came out of the summoning ritual. That was when it was discovered, without anyone's authority or permission, Melromarc's temporary leadership, King Aultcray, and the 3 heroes church had gone behind everyone's backs and summoned all 4 heroes for themselves."

This surprised everyone, especially Bakugou and Ren, "So wait, we weren't supposed to be summoned in Melromarc in the first place and we would've been separated after the summoning?" the sword hero asked the Queen who nods back.

"Yes, and the act had made the other 3 powers furious and were ready to declare war on Melromarc over it. For these last few months, I've been going around to these nations to help put out the flames and save Melromarc from a huge war by these 3 nations. That's why I've been gone for so long, again I'm very sorry for not being here in time to help stop their abuses, especially to you Shield hero Bakugou." the Queen continued as well as apologizing to them once more.

Hearing that did make Bakugou laugh a little, "Heh, I hate to break it to you Queeny, but those Oligarchs in Siltvelt didn't care about maintaining peace for long either. Ever since I got to meet with that joke of a government they kept pestering me to help start a stupid war with this country over and over again."

Mirellia sighs to that, "Indeed Sir Bakugou, I'm completely aware of what happened in Siltvelt." The Queen then starts to look more upset when thinking about that whole situation, "I still can't believe how foolish Trinock and the Siltvelt council were thinking and acting. Trying to start wars of conquest at times like this, when we should all be focusing on stopping the waves, and those fools would rather ignore all forms of logic and pragmatism all for their greed and petty grudges. I know both men would never dare to admit it, but Trinock and Aultcray share a lot more in common than either thinks."

Everyone saw how upset the Queen was, knowing she had spent so much time just trying to maintain the peace while also dealing with warmongering fools from her nation and those outside of it.

Ren then asked, "But why did the 3 heroes church also summon the shield hero if they saw him as the devil from the start?" the others were curious as well.

Daven then responds to that, "What better way to screw with an enemy nation than to literally steal their god. Denying the demi's their champion."

Mirellia nods to his response, "Indeed, the church has been built on the hatred of demi-humans since its very beginning. And from what my shadows have told me, they were assuming from the start that by getting the shield to be seen as a monster and be shunned by society, they would use the shield hero as a scapegoat to strengthen their power. They were also anticipating Sir Bakugou to die during one of the waves to be rid of the shield for good without causing massive backlash with all the demi-human and human nations alike that worshiped the shield hero. But of course through Sir Bakugou's efforts neither ended up going as planned, and manipulating Aultcray only went so far. With the king antagonizing everyone who wouldn't blindly follow his orders and potentially starting a Civil war, Balmus then concluded that direct actions had to be taken resulting in him and his followers trying to kill Aultcray, Malty, the 2 other heroes, and all of you.."

Bakugou laughs at that, "Ha! Damn right I showed those indoctrinated freaks who was the real hero around here." he boasted himself

But that mention of Aultcray got Neia to think of something and then asked, "But why would you make the King of all people the regent in the first place? You already know yourself he wasn't of sound mind and can be easily manipulated?"

The others were wondering the same thing as well.

Mirellia sighed then said, "He was never supposed to be in charge in the first place. I had a different noble as the regent of the realm, one who I trusted the kingdom under... But."

"He tragically died during the first wave. He was the kind and just Lord of Seaetto, a district in Melromarc that was meant to protect demi-humans." Melty explained with sadness in her tone.

Though hearing that also sparks some curiosity, "A demi-human protected district?" Ren asked wondering the implications of that.

The Queen quickly answers him, "The area was meant to be a place where demi-humans could be free to live in Melromarc without any fear of enslavement. It was there to help bring peace between demi-humans and humans in Melromarc as well as foster good relations with Siltvelt as they made their own area for free humans in there own lands."

After hearing that it caught Daven's attention, "You mean the Arnoran territory?"

The town name caught the Queen's attention, "You are aware of this area? Sir Daven was it?"

Daven nods, "Yeah, but unfortunately to break bad news, that town was nothing but a massive publicity stunt, it's a slum where a bunch of nobles kicked out groups of unwanted free human vegabombs to gather into a barren reserve and have them mine in a dangerous quarry. I know this myself as I've been there to assassinate some sick sadist quarry manager who was embezzling money from the town's uncaring lord."

Hearing that saddens the Queen, "I see, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that with Siltvelt's leadership." Mirellia had spent years trying to remove the racism between Humans and demi-humans, to remove centuries of bigotry and prejudice, and here is the Siltvelt government not even bothering with helping the humans of their nation and would rather continue hostilities.

Daven then continued, "At least you actually cared and tried your Majesty. To think Witch Queen Mirellia has more heart to take care of lesser demi-humans than their own government in Siltvelt,

"Excuse me, Witch Queen?" Mirellia asked in confusion.

"That's what Trinock, the church, and the rest of the Siltvelt government like to call you. Never thought I see the day I meet that very "witch Queen" in person, and she be a woman of reason." Daven responds. Neia and Rino were nodding to this as well remembering Trinock referring Queen Mirellia by such a name during their attempted executions.

Mirellia sighed again, "I see, so that's how the Siltvelt government sees me as. I shouldn't be surprised, but I'm still disappointed that these fools would remain that petty."

Bakugou then decided to speak up once more, "Yeah yeah we all know Stripes and the oligarchs are a bunch of corrupt idiots, now getting back to your just as much of an idiot husband, what the hell is that bastards deal with me? He treated me like garbage before your whore elder daughter accused me of anything?"

Despite his bluntness, Mirellia was still happy to answer him, "Aultcray has a bit of a history with Demi-humans, even before he came to help fight for Melromarc in the Great war. I wasn't even his first wife, and he even had a son with her. But the land he ruled over was raided by an army of Demi-human Hakuko white tiger men who murdered his then only child, his wife, his mother, as well as his blind sister that was also living with him. Since then he has had a burning hatred of demi-humans and to the god most of them worshipped, which the church took full advantage of when I wasn't around with Malty only making things worse with her manipulations."

"Ah great, so the consorts deal with me was nothing more than sins of the father bullshit." Bakugou mumbles out loud.

With everyone else, while it did nothing to change their opinion of him or his actions, they did feel a little bit of symphony for Aultcray after hearing what happened to his old family being butchered like that and gaining a hatred of demi-humans out of it.

Mirellia then spoke up again toward the shield and sword heroes while making a light bow, "But regardless of the past, again I want to apologize to you Sir Ren and Katsuki for what my family has done, and I want to make it up to you two. First by clearing your names from the injustices that those two along with the bow and spear hero have done with you and your teams, as well as bring them to justice. So I would like to invite the both of you to their trials today along with your teammates, and afterward I would like to speak about your two's rewards for everything"

Bakugou smiles at the idea, "Hell yeah I want in, I want to see the looks on those losers' faces when the shoe is on the other end!" he agrees with the rest of his team nodding in agreement, liking to see justice being served as well.

Scarlet was also excited to see those that were mean to her master get severly punished for it. Ren himself also nods agreeing to it, but her mention of teammates made him realize something, "Oh crap my team! Your Majesty do you know what happened with them?!" he quickly asked the Queen hoping they weren't executed while he was gone.

Thankfully Mirellia was quick to answer, "No need to worry Sir Ren, they are all fine now. They were freed from their imprisonment after Reichnotts and Richeart's coup. They are actually in the castle now, back in shape, and would be glad to see you again once you get there before the trials."

Ren sighed in relief that they were okay, he still felt some guilt in his stomach for basically leaving them to get captured so he and Scarlet could flee, he definitely wants to get to them again soon to properly apologize for everything.

The Queen nods and makes a small bow toward everyone, "There is much more I want to discuss with all of you, but I would prefer we talk about it later once the trials are done and your names are cleared. I'll see all of you later, and once more thank you for all you have done, and I will ensure all of you heroes, my family will pay for what they have done." Mirellia finishes and leaves the balcony on her way out of the room back to the castle to get everything prepared for the big event later.

The heroes than just looked out the balcony toward the capital's castle, knowing interesting events are heading there way sooner than they thought.

A few hours later, the Sword and Shield hero and their teammates were finally summoned to head into the castle toward the throne room.

It was a strange time for everyone, with the trials starting soon with the fates of the King, the elder Princess, and the bow and spear heroes being judged in front of the whole kingdom. Though Bakugou can feel the atmosphere is radically different in the castle than when he last left it, before he felt like he constantly had eyes looking ugly at him for just existing, but now everyone seemed more happily welcoming than before. He's not sure if this was because the Queen was here now so they can no longer act hostile toward the Shield, or there was an overhaul with the staff replacing the old with new blood either from the Queen herself or as a result of the coup with any diehard Aultcray loyalist ending up right in the dungeons. Judging how everyone is genuinely smiling and with no signs of deceit Bakugou suspects the latter.

Bakugou and the others didn't mind it though and actually welcomed the more friendly faces, but it still felt like a weird 180 when they last left the place.

But as the Sword and Shield heroes with their teammates walk toward the throne room down a long hallway, they noticed a group of people heading their way toward them. One looked to be a nobleman and beside him were 3 young demi-humans and the rest looked to be adventurers. But as they got a closer look, the green-haired girl of the group sees the Sword hero with her and the rest smiling, "Master Ren!" she shouts as she and her group rushed toward the sword hero.

And Ren quickly recognized who these people were, they were the rest of his team that got captured to allow him and Scarlet to get away from Aultcray's forces, "Welt, Bakta, Tersia, Farrie? Guys is that really you?!" He shouts back smiling, happy to see them all alive and safe and sound.

The girl who was Farrie got to him first but quickly the rest of the squad we now up to Ren to either smiled next with him or group hugs Ren. "Yay! Hurray! The team is back together now!" Scarlet shouts in joy as she jumps in to also join the group hug in the reunion.

Team Bakugou watches on with everyone enjoying the scene, happy to see that Ren's team seems to be truly be loyal to their hero leader, unlike Itsuki and Motoyasu's teams that consisted of Golddiggers and suck-ups.

Bakugou made himself look like he was rolling his eyes at the scene to continue to look tough, but on the inside though this was reminding him of the group hugs the girls gave him before to show their true love and respect to him, something that did warm his usually stone-cold heart.

Eventually, the group hug was done as Ren continues to smile with them, "It's good to see you guys again and that you're all well now." but Ren then started to look sadden as he remembers how they got here in the first place, "I'm so sorry I didn't save you guys sooner, none of you should've sacrificed yourselves and risked your lives for me. I should've been stronger and acted like a better leader. I apologize you had to go through so much because of my failures." he apologized to his team.

Everyone including his team was surprised to hear Ren act so humble like that and was willing to take such blame.

Course his team continued to smile despite that, "Don't worry about that Sir Ren, we all knew the risks since joining up with you and did our duties to help you at all costs. And everything turned out good in the end". Farrie says to him.

The large man with an ax who was Welt then smirks and shouts back, "Yeah and I heard that you kicked the asses of that tyrant bastard Aultcray and along with the Bow and Spear heroes and then the Pope not long after! I only wished I got to see that moment myself!"

Bakugou then said, "Hey I was the one who did most of the asskicking there, especially with that religious bastard!"

Neia then playfully shakes her head after hearing that, "Now now Sir Bakugou, be fair. Sir Ren helped out as well, don't minimize his hard work." she defends the sword hero.

Bakugou shrugs to that, "Yeah yeah I know, but I was still the one who did most of the heavy lifting in that battle with that hypocritical religious bastard, and the other idiots were all easy to take care of." he continues, everyone just playfully shakes their heads knowing this is just Bakugou acting like Bakugou here.

After that everyone then turned to see the nobleman with his 3 nervous young demi-humans approaching them, getting their attention. The nobleman then bows toward them along with the demi-humans, "It's great to be meeting you Shield and Sword heroes." he greets them with the 3 young demi-humans looking and acting shy.

Melty then quickly recognized the man, "Oh Lord Reichnott it's good to be seeing you again. Guys this was the nobleman I've talked about before, he's a good man and an ally of mother.".

Bakugou at first wasn't impressed with the guy who didn't look very strong on the physical side, then he remembers this was also the same guy who helped led a coup against Aultcray and kicked him and Myne out of their positions. So Reichnott gains his respect in that aspect. So he'll listen to what he had to say.

Reichnott raises his body back up to smile at the heroes, "It's good to be seeing you too princess along with the true heroes of Melromarc. I'm glad to be talking in person with all of you. I also want to say I'm extremely sorry for not being able to help either of you when the King did all of these horrible things to you too. I was nowhere near the castle when you were summoned and the king conducted his joke of a trial with Lord Bakugou or to help Sir Ren when Aultcray tried turning him into a slave."

Bakugou can tell from the looks of his saddened eyes that he was speaking the truth, he couldn't really snap at him on something out of the guy's control, Bakugou shrugs, "Eh, whatever, It's not like I was going out asking for charity anyway, as you can see I manage to handle myself and look at me now, the number one hero in this world." he boosted himself.

Ren then said, "Don't worry about me either, I probably should've taken Aultcrays threats more seriously, I would've at least saved you guys from being arrested." he said toward Reichnott and then his team still feeling guilty about the whole thing.

But his team just smiles again, "Again don't worry about that, we're fine now Sir Ren, the important thing was that you escaped that tyrant's grasp and managed to get stronger to beat him and his lacky cardinal heroes." Farrie says back to cheer up Ren, once more with the others nodding with her continually showing no ill will on the Sword hero.

Reichnott also smiles adjusting his glasses, "I'm glad to see you two take the mature route of things. But the Queen will be properly rewarding you soon for all your efforts, Mirellia knows well to reward those that deserve it, as well as punish harshly to those that deserve it like Aultcray, Malty, and the 2 other cardinal heroes."

The heroes nod back in respect toward the noble, but as their eyes wonder they notice the young demi-humans staring in awe at them, especially at the shield hero.

It raises Bakugou's eyebrow, "So who are these 3? Your slaves?" he asked bluntly.

But Reichnott smiles as he pushes up his glasses, "No these 3 smart young people are free to do whatever they want, no slave crests or anything. They're actually my proteges, these are Raphtalia, Rifana, and Kiel and I'm sure they be happy to introduce themselves to you."

The young trio now all looked nervous at the shield hero, which was already weirding him out.

But finally, the raccoon girl took some courage and finally spoke up, "Greetings to meet you Sword and Shield heroes. I'm Raphtalia, It's a pleasure to see you in person."

After seeing her go up to the heroes like that, the dog demi-human presumed boy walks up and bows to the heroes, "It's also a great honor to see you as well. I'm Kiel, and I've heard all about what you did here in Melromarc and Siltvelt as well. You guys are pretty cool."

The last of them a weasel girl remained silent, she was caught staring at Bakugou a few times and was even heavily blushing which continued to make the shield hero feel weird.

Raphtalia notices her friend acting like that and tried to help her, "Come on Rifana, just say hello to them, you can do it."

The blushing girl continued to look nervous but the encouragement of her friend gave her enough confidence to walk up to the heroes and bow in front of Bakugou, "He-hello.. It's nice to meet you sir sword hero and.. And Sir Shield hero... I'm.. I'm… my name is.. Ri… Rifana…" she was now blushing like mad at Bakugou which was creeping him out even more, he knows she was just a young kid seeing her idol, but he still has the daughters of Siltvelt on his mind and what mad fangirls can look like.

But unlike them, Rifana kept her cool and stood up and remained where she was. Bakugou sighed lightly glad this girl had actual restraint.

After that Reichnott spoke up again, "I've been training these 3 especially Raphtalia in the arts of governance and politics as well as some combat to help them get strong enough to defend themselves and help others like them. I have a feeling the 3 have a bright future ahead of them and I wish to continue to guide them to it. And your efforts to stop the waves and people like the Pope and Aultcray help them along the way. I hope you two can see them conduct these acts before your duties are done in this world."

The heroes and their teammates nod to the lord and then toward the demi-kids. Neither Bakugou nor Ren was sure what this man was training them for or what greatness they could do as of now. But they believe the man enough to know he meant it and in a world like this, anything is possible.

"Excuse me?" said a voice getting everyone's attention. It was one of Aultcray's advisors that defected aganist him during the coup and had acted as the new regent lord Reichnotts advisor since then, "Her majesty would like all of you to join her in the throne room soon we are beginning the preparation for the trials." he continued

Bakugou and Ren nod toward him and knew that was their time to go.

Bakugou then turns his head to Reichnott, "Alright then, thanks for overthrowing that idiot consort, I definitely owe you something if I ever get a chance." he says to Reichnott who smiles back at the thought and as he walked past him Bakugou also rubbed Rifana's head a little, "Good luck out there as well kids. It's a tough world, so be ready for it" he says to her and after the rub Bakugou and his party head down the hallway beside the advisor with the sword hero and his team not far behind.

Once the heroes walked away and out of sight with their parties Rifana was completely blushing in pure joy as she held her hands together.

Raphtalia then spoke up, "Wow, I can't believe we got to talk to the cardinal heroes themselves, even with the shield hero."

Kiel also spoke up, "Yeah, though the shield hero isn't who I ever expected. Didn't envision the guy to be a constant frowner, but I guess like Lord Reichnott said before we shouldn't judge based on appearances alone, and if all the rumors said about him are true I think Sir Bakugou has proved his worth." Kiel then turns toward her other friend, "What do you think Rifana?.…. Rifana?"

But Rifana wasn't answering back and seemed to be daydreaming as she was dancing with herself with closed eyes to envision a future for herself. Kiel was wondering what she was doing, "What's up with her?" he asked out loud.

While wondering herself at first, Raphtalia quickly saw what was going on and smiled, "It looks like love at first sight Kiel." she responds to him.

Kiel was confused for a second and then remembers that this was Rifana they were talking about, "Oh yeah I forgot about that." he says to himself as he looks back at Rifana dancing herself once more. For as long as he and Raphtalia could remember since they were old enough to understand the stories, Rifana had dreamed of one day becoming the bride of the shield hero where they can live happily ever after together forever. A fairy tale fantasy to any young girl like her, but with the shield hero now here in Melromarc, that fantasy to Rifana could now be a possible reality.

Eventually, Rifana opened her eyes, "Oh guys, he's even better than I ever imagine him to be. He's so handsome and strong. He even petted my head, it's a true sign we are destined to be. Imagine what life we can have together and what our future family would be like. It sounds so beautiful, oh the day he touches my hand and asked 'Will you marry me' and I say 'I do' back." she expresses out loud still dancing around imagining what it be like to dance with the shield hero himself one day.

Kiel continues to smile at his love-stricken friend well as shaking his head, "Rifana, I hate to burst your love bubble, but not only are you not in his age range, but he seems to already have two girl partners with him. They're probably a lot stronger than any of us and have a closer relationship with Sir Bakugou." he says to his friend, trying to get Rifana out of her fantasies and back into reality.

And Rifana opens her eyes in shock after being told that fact, "Oh no! Kiel your right I won't be his bride at this rate. I need to get stronger myself and become a party member of his. I can show him my worth and after the waves are defeated we can finally get married together."

Kiel just shakes his head in silence while keeping up his smile with Raphtalia following suit, "That's fine and all Rifana, but good luck catching up with his partners while still doing your training." Raphtalia says as well wanting to also bring the love-sicked girl back into reality which starts to sadden her friend once she understands their points.

"Actually there might be a way to level you guys up quickly." Lord Reichnott finally spoke up after witnessing the whole thing.

The 3 demi-kids were surprised to hear that, "There is Sir Reichnott?" Raphtalia asked.

Reichnott smiled and continued after pushing up his glasses, "Yes there's an event that's about to happen in a group of islands and if we leave there in a few days the double XP event will allow all 3 of you a chance to increase your levels greatly and become strong enough to even fight alongside with the cardinal heroes. So if you are all ready for it, we can go there together." he explains to the kids knowing this be the best time to bring up the event.

The 3 demi-kids were surprised to hear such a thing is happening now. They were now excited about the idea to get stronger very fast and quickly smile and nodded in agreement with their Lord, "Yes Sir, I am ready and will definitely want to go." Raphtalia immediately responds.

"Same here, I want to get stronger too." Kiel follows suit. Reichnott was happy to hear such enthusiasm from his protegees and will have to start making his plans for Cal Mira sooner than expected.

And Rifana was smiling in absolute joy to hear about all of this, and cheered in her head 'Yes Yes! This is perfect! Perfect perfect! I'm going to get big and strong enough to be able to fight alongside with the shield hero. Oh my, soon enough I'll be known as Mrs. Rifana Bakugou.'

About over an hour later, the trials of King Aultcray, Princess Malty, Spear hero Motoyasu, Bow hero Itsuki, and their respective teams were ready to begin.

Sitting on the throne was Queen Mirellia herself, ready to be the Judge of the trial with Princess Melty standing beside her mother next to the throne chair.

And not far from her, a few feet away from the steps that lead toward the throne was the Sword and Shield hero teams. Bakugou's was on the right side and Ren's was on the left with everyone standing up and lined up together.

They were all looking toward the now fixed throne doors awaiting for the criminals to come in.

The whole throne room was filled with numerous Soldiers, Nobles, and Servants alike here to witness the event. And not far from the heroes were General Richeart and Lord Reichnott eager to see this whole thing go down, with Raphatalia, Rifana, and Kiel standing next to him as well.

The room also had many mages carrying magic crystal balls, all there to record the whole event and present it all for the entire kingdom and the rest of the world to see what happens today in this trial.

When everything was ready the Queen finally spoke, "Thank you Sword and Shield heroes for coming here, it's time for true justice to be made in this kingdom today. Bring them all in.".

And from the fixed throne doors, they open up and 4 chained individuals were pushed in by their armed guards.

First was Malty with half her face still burned and disfigured from her own attack that she was using her long hair to cover it up. Next was Aultcray still in his old damaged adventurer gear, this being the first time most people had seen the king outside of his royal robes.

After them were Motoyasu and Itsuki, unlike Malty and Aultcray who were just cuffed up with chains, the two cardinal heroes were cuffed up in metal portable stocks with magic restraining charms on them to prevent the two from trying anything even without their weapons that were confiscated and locked away from them for now.

The four were forced to walk up toward the throne, until they were forced to stop halfway right up to their wooden podiums where they will make their cases from. Not far behind were the bow and spear heroes' teammates who were all also chained up and had been ordered to stand not far behind the chained heroes and royals to await their turns for their trials.

Things haven't even started yet and Bakugou was already smiling at the sight of these horrible people being treated like the trash they are.

The Queen then spoke up once more, "With the Shield and Sword cardinal heroes in attendance, these trials will seek to punish those who are responsible for shaking this country to its core, as its Queen I'll serve as Judge."

Motoyasu then finally spoke up to say, "Please wait, your Majesty, Myne had nothing to do with anything! Please don't involve her in these trials!" he tries to plead for Malty, but little it will do.

Myne herself then spoke right after, "Yes, please Mother! Why are you being so cruel!?" she attempts to play the innocent card that wasn't working on anybody this time.

Aultcray then raised his voice in protest, "Indeed Swe-My Queen, this is a complete outrage! What cause have you to do this to us! It's that devil isn't it!? He's using his brainwashing shield on you, or no you must be some imposter trying to-"

But before Aultcray could finish Mirellia waved her hand forward and Aultcray gets all but his head instantly encased in magic ice once more, shocking everyone there.

Mirellia then gets up from her throne and walks up toward the king. And before the still shocked king could say another word of protest Mirellia slaps her husband across the face, and again on the other side, shocking everyone in the room from the act, "You know full well the shield hero is not capable of such things and you would dare question the will of both your wife and your queen, daring to call me an imposter!?" she scolds the King making her point clear to the frightened king, he can tell now that this was definitely the real her.

Mirellia turns away back to the throne as she waves her hand again with Aultcray's ice prison breaking apart instantly.

After that display of force showing how serious the Queen was right now, she sat back on her throne again, "Now then, let us officially begin the trials. Be warned, your crimes are here for everyone to see, none of you can worm your way out of this. Let us begin by explaining recent events. By using a fabricated replica of the cardinal weapons, Pope Balmus and the 3 heroes church had attempted to murder the cardinal heroes along with the traitors and Princess Melty to plot a hostile take over of the kingdom, but he and most of his followers were thwarted and killed in the act, the survivors have been taken into custody and the remaining followers of the church have already been arrested. The cathedral along with the dragon hourglass is now under state control. And for their treachery as of right now, I declare the 3 heroes church as a heretical faith, and any worship public or otherwise or any attempt to spread the faith is officially banned, and those who attempt such acts will be charged with treason against the crown. From this day forth, Melromarc's official state religion will be of the four heroes church, where all cardinal heroes are to be treated equally including the shield hero."

The decree caused a lot of people to gossip, most are not surprised by it with the Pope's attempted coup, but it was still quite a shock to the people with the three heroes church being a centerpiece of their culture for so long to now being declared illegal was a lot to take in. But none would say anything against it, especially with many knowing what the shield hero has done since coming here to this world and of Balmus's treachery. Not even Aultcray said a word, over a week ago he would've protested such a thing even to his wife, but after what Balmus said to him on the battlefield, about how he manipulated him and was plotting on murdering his own family before the cardinal heroes were even here, the old king would not even think about defending the organization that tried to murder his new family.

Motoyasu then spoke up, "Ok but what does this have to do with any of us!?" he questioned the Queen trying to understand why they were having this trial to begin with.

Mirellia quickly responds, "Because Malty and Aultcray had colluded with the church from the very beginning."

"What?! No, that can't be right! Myne would never be involved in such things with the Pope!" Motoyasu yells out in Mynes's defense.

And the first princess was happy to agree with her hero, "Yes mother, I would never work with the likes of Balmus, I was never involved in any of this!" she yells and lies to save her own skin.

But the Queen just shakes her head, "Of course, you would say that Malty. Bring it here now." she orders with a robed mage bringing over a tray of items, including a cup full of magic dark purple ink.

"What on earth is that!?" Malty demands from her mother.

Mirellia was quick to respond as she picks up a small knife from the tray, "To ensure a fair trial, with no more manipulation and lies from a pathological liar, we shall place a temporary slave crest on you."

Malty now looked horrified at the implications of that crest as a bunch of guards hold her down,"Slave crest!? No! Please no! Mama!" she cries trying to look desperate, but none of that act was being fallen for. Mirellia allows a drop of blood from her finger to fall into the magic ink so Malty will now officially be the Queen's slave.

The mage carrying the tray with the ink then moves his way toward the struggling princess.

Motoyasu yells out his protests, "No, you can't do this to her your majesty! Myne would never lie like that! This is a violation of her rig-" But before Motoyasu could finish Mirellia points her fingers at Motoyasu and the Spear hero gets completely encased in ice including his whole head, silencing him and stopping the hero from interfering.

Myne continues to squirm and struggle, "Mama! No please! I'll be a good girl! Don't do this to me!" she cries, but the elder Princess's pleas were continuing to be ignored as the guards kept her in place. The mage finally made it up to her as he dips a paintbrush into the magic ink, he then paints a circle on Myne's exposed upper chest while she continued to protest and cry.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" Malty screams as the magic seal begins its work as the slave crest forms on her chest. Eventually on her menu interface, Mirellia saw Malty getting added in as her slave allowing the Queen to put any rules and stipulations on her slave. And one rule she instantly applies is "no lying", so now if Myne lies about anything the crest will activate for everyone to see throughout the kingdom.

After the whole thing was settled Myne was let go and Motoyasu was freed from his ice prison. But he continued to not tolerate this whole thing, "This isn't right your majesty! You're treating an innocent victim like a criminal!" he yells back at the Queen, which just made the heroes roll their eyes at how stubborn he was acting.

Mirellia shakes her head and responds, "It is necessary when it comes to my daughter. Unlike you, I was with Malty for most of her life since I gave birth to her, so I know the elder princess more than you ever will. And besides, as long as she tells the truth there is nothing to worry about. Hopefully my daughter will know about this. And at this point unless you want to be trapped in ice again, you are not to plea or protest unless allowed to Sir Motoyasu." she tells the hero.

Motoyasu wanted to continue to protest, but he knew he would just get frozen up again and back down. He trusted Myne and knew this farce of a trial will prove Malty was completely innocent.

Mirellia then speaks once more, "Now let's start the individual trials, we will go one at a time for me to speak of your crimes and you can make whatever case and defense you want. Starting with Princess Malty, as I said before she and Aultcray were colluding with the 3 heroes church for their own benefit. Is that true my dear?" she says and then asked her daughter

Myne quickly denies it, "Of course not! Why would I ever collude with the 3 heroes ch-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" but before she could finish, the slave crest goes off electrocuting her chest after catching her lie, now exposing the truth to everyone in the kingdom.

"It's appalling to see that the first princess would try to overthrow the state." Mirellia says toward her daughter.

Myne continued to defend herself though despite the painful shock, "No wait! Forget the shield! They were trying to kill the other 3 heroes too along with the royal family! I was never involved in that terrible scheme!" she yells and with no sign of the crest going off, so everyone knew she was telling the truth.

But Mirellia knew this and it allowed her to open up more questions from that response, "Ok then, but what about your plan with them to assassinate Melty, the heir to the throne, and then frame the shield hero for her murder? And from what I've heard from Melty herself you even tried to openly kill her when your father and the other heroes were fighting against Sir Bakugou and Ren without the church's involvement?"

Myne this time lies about her involvement in that, "What!? I didn't do any of the-AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" but once more the crest caught her lie and electrified her again.

Everyone was now gasping in surprise, that the princess was attempting to murder a young girl who was her own little sister no less. Motoyasu and Aultcray were especially shocked and appalled to hear it, "No! Malty my dear! Please tell me this isn't true!?" Aultcray desperately asked his daughter, he didn't want to believe that his little girl would do such a thing.

Bakugou though was just enjoying the show and grins to see the evil bitch suffer and be exposed to who she really was.

Malty was barely recovering from the shock and tries to lie to her father once more, "It's not true Papa! I promise you, I would never-AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" Aultcray was now horrified to see that not only was his daughter doing such a thing but that she would lie to him like this.

The Queen then continued speaking, "You originally conspired with the church to help them kill Melty so you would become the heir to the throne yourself. But when that failed, you continued your partnership with the church to lie about her status and circumstance with the shield hero to your father. Lying to him that she was kidnapped rather than willingly join his group to be a partner of his. All to get your father to declare war on Siltvelt, where you were hoping that the war declaration would get her killed by the Siltvelt elite or in the crossfires of the war."

"Absolutely not! I would never make a lie for such a ridiculous-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Malty screams once more, giving more horror to Aultcray.

"No! Malty! How could you do such a thing!?" Aultcray asks her, but Malty was remaining silent this time, not wanting to get shocked over responding to her dumb father again.

Melty also looked on disappointed, she shouldn't be surprised by Malty's actions but it still sadden the young girl that her older sister would do something so evil and callous, to try to bring war on the entire kingdom just so she could become the future monarch.

But the Queen wasn't going to stop asking more questions, "You also helped conspire with your father and the church to attempt to enslave the Sword hero, where you also helped capture most of his team and threaten to enslave miss Scarlet if he didn't cooperate? Then you burnt down the forest they were trying to escape from not long after?"

"No! The whole thing was the church and father's idea! I was just following their orders, I didn't feel any joy in trying to enslave the sword he-AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" Myne is shocked once more, while the first part might've been true, but the fact she didn't feel joy in trying to enslave a cardinal hero and burning the forest wasn't.

"And about you just following your father's orders, according to an anonymous source. While you were traveling along with your father and the Spear and bow heroes trying to make a run for it to Siltvelt, you eventually colluded with the bow hero to mutiny your father and even the Spear hero to take the fool king as a hostage for ransom or pardons, and then abandon Sir Motoyasu in the woods?" Mirellia asked.

Myne genuinely looked surprised to hear that, wondering who would know anything of that, "What!? No!? I was never involved in such a-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

"What!? No, not that too!?" Aultcray gasps right after, he can't believe that his daughter was also involved in Itsuki's little scheme and betray him like that.

Motoyasu was just baffled and confused, "Wait, a Mutiny?! When did this happen? What does she mean to abandon me in the woods?" he asked Myne across the podiums. But Myne once more remained silent, not wanting to get shocked by even more lies.

Itsuki also looked confused, 'Yes, who in the hell knew anything about that? The only ones who were there that would've known about it were me, Motoyasu, Aultcray, Malty, and mine and Motoyasu's teammates. Judging by his face it certainly wasn't Aultcray and Motoyasu is too dense to understand so who in the hell of me and Motoyasu's group snitched on us?' he says in his head trying to figure that out.

Not far behind Rishia was tapping her fingers nervously and sweating a bit. She was indeed that anonymous source, though all she did was collaborate with the Queen during interrogation, unlike the others who remained silent. She didn't do it to snitch on Itsuki, quite the opposite with her thinking that properly explaining everything might get Itsuki a lighter sentence, and that she couldn't lie to her own Queen. She was glad Mirellia kept her name a secret, but she has to hope no one especially Itsuki finds out.

But regardless of that, Mirellia continued with the trial, "Now onto the topic of miss Neia, you deliberately gave her a random ring of yours after the cardinal heroes fought their first wave, and later that night you accused her of stealing it just so you could enslave her."

"Absolutely not! That filthy demi-human was a thief who stole my-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Myne gets shocked once more which brings a smile to Neia's face happy to see that scheme being cleared up for everyone to see once again.

Mirellia continued, "And during the duel with the Spear and Shield hero after that accusation you tried to cheat out in the open to get the shield hero to lose and enslave the one you framed. And just a few days after that you tried the same thing again in an official public duel with her over the town of Lout?"

"No I would never cheat, I'm not that kind of-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Myne is shocked once more, clearing even that up for Neia.

The Queen then moved on to another topic concerning another one of Bakugou's sidekicks, "And with Miss Rino, while she was still a part of the Spear hero's team, you helped out a group of human traffickers to kidnap Rino with the intention of getting rid of her by selling your own teammate off into sexual slavery."

Myne was barely able to recover the last set of shocks, but still continued to lie, "No of course not! I would never do such a despicable thin-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

This made everyone gasp once more, to think the Princess would involve herself with such evil people and against one of her teammates.

Motoyasu especially looked horrified, "What!? That was true!? No, but it can't be!?" he says out loud, he didn't want to believe it, but this was also told to him by Rino herself when he met her again at the Tavern and he loved and trusted both girls, so his whole mind was conflicted on who he should believe more, despite the blatant evidence against one side.

Rino herself was just smiling, happy to see that event being exposed for the whole world to see.

Mirellia was almost done exposing all of her daughter's crimes, she had one more thing to expose to everyone, "There is just one matter left to deal with, the one about the shield hero."

Motoyasu then spoke up for Myne, "Now hold on! Let's not forget that bastard had tried to rape Myne! That should never be forgotten about!"

Aultcray then spoke up after hearing that, "Yes! That devil had committed one of the most heinous crimes in the whole kingdom!"

Bakugou's smile briefly disappeared and growls in anger to hear that nonsense again. But the Queen was quick to respond, "Don't worry, I was just getting to that. Princess Malty is this true? Did the shield hero actually try to sexually assault you on the night of the second day they arrived in this world?"

Despite all the pain she has endured Malty wasn't going to stop lying, "Yes it's true! The devil of the shield nearly raped me, if I have-If I haven't-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" She screams while being electrocuted once more with this one shock being far stronger than any of the other ones, nearly knocking the princess out as she fell backward on the floor.

Everyone was nearly silent after hearing that, with the King having no words to say, that his daughter would've lied to him like this over and over again. And worse of all this would clear the shield hero of the "crime" he had sentenced him for a long time ago, making him into a bigger fool then before to the whole kingdom, with everyone giving ugly faces at the king for that whole event.

All but Bakugou, who was just smiling, "Haha, sweet sweet karma." he laughs out loud which just pissed off Aultcray and he could do nothing about it.

But with Motoyasu, despite all the confessions and lies, he refused to believe one of his teammates would do such horrible things, "This can't be right at all your majesty! You're somehow using that crest thing to force words out of Mynes's mouth!" he yells out loud, which just makes everyone roll there eyes once more to how stupidly stubborn Motoyasu was acting again.

The Queen shakes her head to this and says, "Very well then Sir Spear hero, why not speak to her yourself with full knowledge of how slave crests work and see if anything is different." she informs him, Mirellia knew there would be some people like Motoyasu in the kingdom who might be thinking the same things, so this would at least tie up any loose ends toward Bakugou's injustices.

Though it left Motoyasu confused, "Ok fine I'll do it to prove her innocence, but how are you going to make me know how slave crests wor-Ow!" he says then shouts as a mage on his side made small cut on his arm that bleeds a drop of blood and went into the magic ink.

The Queen nods toward the mage as he moves up toward the elder princess once more, who was being held down again by guards as the mage added another mark on her crest so it would have a second temporary master, Motoyasu. When she gets marked as his slave a set of text appears on his menu which were instructions on how slave crests work and their functions including the ability to punish the slave if they lie to their masters. Motoyasu activated the lying condition hoping he can quickly clear Mynes name with it.

Once he had a minute to read everything, the guards grabbed the hero and placed him in front of Malty who had barely recovered from her last shock from the slave crest, "You may speak to her now." the Queen tells the Spear hero.

Motoyasu was quick to help his partner, "Ok Myne, now on that night you were assaulted by Bakugou, you escaped from his grasp and came to me for help right?" he asked Myne.

"Yes, Sir Motoyasu I came to you as soon as I escape from the shield her-AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" Malty lies again only to be shocked by the crest, making Motoyasu look more horrified than before.

Motoyasu proceeded to ask most of the same questions as before with Myne to prove the court wrong, but just like before each lie shocked the princess into deep pain.

Eventually it became clear that the truth was the real truth so Mirellia wanted to end this, "I believe that should suffice Sir Spear hero, you got your answers and it's clear as day."

But despite all the evidence and confessions, Motoyasu continues to not accept this, "No! There has to be something wrong with this Slave crest stuff! This is nothing more than you and Bakugou trying to force out your bias on an innocent girl! This is not a fair trial and you continue to put words into Mynes mouth! This trial is nothing but a joke and I will not accept this as the truth!" he continued to speak for his partner's defense.

But everyone including the Queen herself was just sighing to this, not even taking his protests seriously at this point. Though one person had a different reaction to hearing that, it was Neia who looked on toward Motoyasu extremely mad. Without bothering to ask permission from the Queen or Bakugou she stomps her way up to Motoyasu who looked toward her frighteningly confused as to what she was doing.

Neia then shouts, "Motoyasu where in the hell was my say in the matter when you accused me of stealing Mynes ring!? Why the hell didn't you let me have a fair trial when you attempted to enslave me!? Why were you putting words into my mouth when you thought Bakugou was being a bad influence on me!? Why didn't you accept my truth and just allowed your bias over Myne to take over my accusation!?" she throws his words back at the Spear hero.

Motoyasu looked confused and nervous, not sure how to respond to that, "I... Uh... Well, you see I.. I.."

"Again I'm asking you, where was my defense when you helped accuse me of theft!?" Neia demands again in a very angry tone.

Motoyosu continued to look like a sweaty mess from the whole thing, "I.. Neia... I... I was just... You have to understand, Myne was just-*Slap*" Neia just threw a powerful slap across Motoyasu's face and she just as quickly kicked him in the groin.

Motoyasu was now crying in pain as he kneels himself down near the ground since his stock makes him unable to move his hands on his now in pain privates.

And without another word Neia just walks back to her team who were all smiling back at her, knowing that she made her message clear to the entire kingdom of how much of a hypocrite Motoyasu was.

Mirellia fully approved of it as it finally made Motoyasu shut up as the guards dragged him back to his podium. Mirellia then said, "I think we are now about done with Princess Malty's case. Now it's time for King-Consort Aultcray's turn." she then turns her attention to her still in shock husband, who knew he was not going to have a pleasant conversation with his wife. The Queen then spoke again, "Aultcray you also conspired with the church to summon all 4 cardinal heroes in Melromarc while I was away without my approval or permission."

Aultcray was quick to defend himself, "I only did that because we needed the heroes to fight back against the waves of catastrophe!"

Mirellia just shakes her head to that response, "Do you have any idea what that action had almost caused? If not I'll spell it out for you and for the rest of the kingdom to hear. The other great powers, Faubrey, Siltvelt, and Zeltable were originally supposed to get a cardinal hero to help fight the waves in their own empires. But your actions had greatly angered them by taking all the heroes for yourself. The 3 powers were all ready to declare war over it. If it wasn't for me to fan out the fires you caused, Melromarc would've faced a 3-way coalition war and invasion." she explains, hearing that caused a lot of gossip to go around with the King looking guilty to everyone for what such rash actions had nearly caused.

But Aultcray continued to defend himself, "I admit it was a risky action. But it was the right one to make in the end, ever since we summon them the heroes had successfully repelled two waves without any issues and saved so many of our people."

"You mean the shield hero helped repelled and put an end to both waves? The same hero you treated like a criminal and did everything in your power to stop him from growing stronger?" Mirellia throws back at Aultcray who started to look mad about the subject.

Aultcray tries to defend himself against the shield hero, "The shield devil is an uncontrollable maniac, if you saw how he acted since the summoning you would understand why I never trusted him!"

"From what I've been told, from the very start you had been nothing but condescending to the hero and even deliberately ignored him when he was trying to introduce himself. All after you took him away from his old world, why would you ever assume you be receiving any sort of respect to someone that you showed no sort of respect back?" Mirellia continued.

But Aultcray kept defending himself, "He was nothing but a damn brat! He has shown no respect to authority and did whatever the hell he wanted without any consequences! Including assaulting me in the middle of my throne and destroying my crown! Everything I did was to rein him in especially with what I knew at the time about what he did with Malty!"

Mirellia then started to frown looking less amused now, "You claim this, but then you went out of your way to attempt to declare war on Siltvelt since the shield hero left Melromarc. Such a power that even the late regent Seaetto didn't have. Sounds like to me you were trying to do whatever you wanted expecting to not suffer from any sort of consequences?" she once more threw his words back at Aultcray.

"Mirellia, you have to understand. Our child was kidnapped, I had to do something, do you know what those animals could've done to her?"

"Melty was never kidnapped by the shield hero, and your elder daughter's confession proved it. If you had conducted a proper investigation to see if what she was saying before was even true you would've known that was not the case."

"But.. But.. Er-you have to understand, I couldn't take the risk if it was true or not, especially from the shield devil."

"Oh father no." Melty expresses disappointment in how her father was reacting to the questions, knowing such answers are not going to end well for him.

"And yet you risked a civil war with this action by antagonizing the nobles and threatened to execute them when they didn't blindly follow your orders based on unreliable evidence."

"I did what I had to do to save our daughter! And those traitors dared to ignore me!"

"I never officially named you regent, so no they didn't have any obligation to follow your insane orders. And speaking of your leadership, when 10s of thousands of free human slaves which also consisted of children and infants from Siltvelt arrived at the border your answer to them was to send them back to be enslaved all over again? What reaction did you expect from the rest of the country and nobles to such an order?"

"I had to order them back! With our daughter still in the devils' hands, I couldn't take any risk of so-called "goodwill" from this brat, I refused to take the risk that could've been a massive trap!" he defends himself back which wasn't helping the kings case as he loses more and more sympathy from the people across the country. He then continued, "But that still doesn't excuse what those traitors did afterward." he then turns his head toward Reichnott and Richeart, "Those two should be the ones on trial today. They amassed an army to overthrow the monarchy and take control of the kingdom themselves!"

"Yes, that's exactly what I wanted from them. I gave them express permission to conduct a coup to overthrow you and Malty and remove your powers." Mirellia answers back as she points to a servant holding onto a scroll. He then walks up to the consort and opens it up showing the very decree that authorized the nobles' coup with the Queen's signature on it.

Aultcray was utterly baffled by it, "But I... But I... I don't understand?"

"You should understand Aultcray, you became too dangerous to rule this kingdom and would've led it to the ground. So I authorized the coup. And yet still afterward you drag the bow and spear hero along on your insane crusade toward Siltvelt to attack Bakugou over lies." Mirellia went on

With Aultcray growling in anger trying hard to think of something to defend himself on that whole thing, "I... But I.. Er-the shield devil's actions was making me not think clearly before! Whether he really kidnapped Melty or not doesn't change the fact his rash actions had made the whole kingdom confused."

"And who's fault was that exactly? You gave the hero a sham of a trial on a single accusation that you automatically accepted without question. And speaking of that, when Sir Ren was about to give the Shield hero a case to defend himself, you threatened him with the same punishments if he spoke on his defense which is completely against the various laws of Melromarcs justice system." she says back at Aultcray as the Queen starts to grow madder and madder at the king's lousy defenses and not wanting to take any responsibility for his actions.

Aultcray spoke his defense again, feeling great anger to be thinking of that trial and the sword hero's invovlement in it, "Grrrr-I was doing that for his own good, I didn't want the other cardinal heroes getting involved in the devil's crimes even if it meant bending some rules and threatening him with the same charges. But I guess that was a mistake since it seemed the sword was just as much of a brat as the devil was, refusing to follow proper orders as well!"

Ren looked on with anger on his face, 'Is that really the best defense he could come up with? For my own good my ass.' the sword hero says in his head while clenching his hand, doing his best to restrain himself from punching Aultcray for that.

Mirellia wasn't impressed either, "The sword hero had no obligation to follow any sort of order to fight your silly wars, the cardinal heroes are meant to protect the world from outside forces that are invading this world, not be pawns for your insane chessboard of politics. And speaking of pawns, to turn this back around to the 3 heroes church, despite your paranoia of the heroes and nobles going against you, you had ignored the true threat plotting against you. You allowed Pope Balmus to do whatever he wanted which allowed his church to manipulate events that nearly led to you and our daughter's deaths?"

Aultcray started to grunt after hearing that, knowing that part was truly his fault and he allowed Balmus to play him as a fool the whole time. But his pride wouldn't allow him to completely admit it in front of the shield devil and wanted to throw the blame back at Bakugou again, "I... I know it was a mistake to not see through Balmus's true intentions, but I probably could've seen through his deception if the shield devil's barbaric actions didn't cloud and distract my mind. I could've seen through the church's plot before it ever occurred."

"Is this stupid bastard being serious?" Bakugou says out loud not believing how stubborn the king truly was, not wanting to admit any responsibility for his actions.

The Queen was also at the last of her patience with her husband, "Is that so? Then how do you explain them manipulating you to summon the four cardinal heroes to take advantage of them? Sir Bakugou was never here before that?"

Aultcray now started to look nervous about that, "Uh... Well you see, like I said before we needed the heroes-"

"And what of the town in the lands of Seaetto you ordered to be demolished and had the demi-humans enslaved there? All right after the first wave where no cardinal heroes were in sight."

"I... Well, that I.."

"And what of after that when miss Eclair Seaetto tried to defend her fathers people they sworn to protect from the knight unit you sent out? You had Miss Eclair declared a traitor and locked her up in the duegons because she opposed this unauthorized injustice?!" Mirellia interrupted getting madder and madder at him.

"Well... But she... That girl was.."

"And then you tried to do the same exact thing at Mirso when you knew full well the sword hero was nowhere near there!?"

"Well, I... You see I.."

"Explain to me now Aultcray!?" Mirellia raises her voice at her husband, now at her breaking point.

"I.. I.. But-but the devil with the shield he could've had influenced me through-"

"THAT'S IT!" shouted Mirellia now completely mad as she instantly freezes Aultcrays lower body, and without a second to breathe she quickly gets off her throne and rapidly stoomps up toward the King's face once more with her hand back. All the while Melty looks away and closed her eyes knowing what was coming.

Aultcray tries to make one last plea, "Please my Queen let me at least-*SLAP*" but all Aultcray got as a response was a giant slap in the face from his wife.

And before he had a second to respond she slap him on the other side of his face again, then she slaps on the other end again, then on the other side again, and again and again and again. Over and over the Queen was endlessly slapping the King across his face.

"You stupid, idiotic, arrogant, stubborn, lying, prideful, and useless fool! You have done nothing but damage this kingdom and everything it stood for! Your crimes against the village of Seaetto, you working behind everyone's back to work with the church, allowing our brat elder daughter to do whatever she wants, and continuously antagonizing the shield hero one of our only hopes to save our world! And that's not even the last of it!" she screams and scolds the King as she continued the endless slapping.

Over and over again she kept up the slapping, showing no sign of slowing down as she continued explaining all of Aultcray's crimes to everyone as they look on horrified to be seeing their normally calm queen's letting out her fury on a man who admittedly deserved it. And this list of crimes she scolded the king for went on and on, Mirellia was not letting a single one go unaddressed to everyone.

And after finishing up her long list of things to yell at her husband for, she made one more powerful slap on the king's right cheek that finally made Aultcray fall to the floor after his wife's ice magic faded away. Aultcray now laid there with his red as a cherry and bruised cheeks in complete shock and horror after going through that whole experience of facing his wife's inner wrath.

Mirellia was now grasping her own hands and gritting her teeth in anger as she breathes heavily trying to calm herself down. Eventually, after a minute of breathing the Queen finally started to calm down as she starts to breathe normally again. Finally Mirellia got her composer back, returing to her calm serious domeaner she had at the start of the trials. She then slowly walked back to the throne. Everyone around were still in shock by that display of pure hate, showing everyone that no one should test the Queen's patience like that, not even the King was exempt from it as the in-pain consort got himself back up.

This also included the Sword and Shield heroes, both Ren and Bakugou looked somewhat horrified by the Queen's wrath. Ren was happy to be on the right side of this whole event and Bakugou thought, 'Damn, she's starting to remind me a little bit of my mother.'

Soon enough the Queen made it back to her throne and calmly sits back down on it, "I deeply apologize to everyone for me to lose my temper like that, but even I have my limits when it comes to me hearing nonsense from some idiots who should know better." she says calmly like before while still giving an icy stare at the consort who was remaining silent after that show of force from his wife.

Mirellia was glad to see that and continued on with the trial, "Now then, I think I've proved my point with the ex-consort, it is time for the Bow and Spear heroes turn." she announced with all eyes on the two heroes who were staring back at the Queen. Mirellia then continued to speak, "Sir Spear hero Motoyasu and Sir Bow hero Itsuki, you're both are on trial for several crimes, you will both set an example like with Aultcray and Malty, that no matter who you are, no one is above the law. I should first state that I will not push any charges for the both of you as well as the Sword hero for your lack of help during the Shield hero's trial, I'm willing to understand that you were ignorant about the facts and not having the power to do anything against King Aultcray at the time. However, that's about as far as I'll go for using ignorance as an excuse, the rest of your crimes will not get the same treatment from me."

"Hold on a moment! What crimes are you even putting on us?!" Motoyasu shouts out loud toward the Queen with Itsuki nodding in agreement with him.

The Queen was shaking her head toward the two, "There is quite a lot to break down to the two of you. But why don't we start by talking about the crimes you two are guilty of first before going on your individual ones. With the first being about you aiding and then harboring criminals."

Motoyasu then spoke out, "Wait a minute! What are you talking about aiding criminals your majesty?! All me and Itsuki did was help protect your family from danger! How is any of that aiding criminals!?"

Mirellia shakes her head once more, "My family you protected were the criminals. Did either of you not realize before that Aultcray was leading the nation into a major war with Siltvelt and a possible Civil war?"

Motoyasu was looking uneasy from the Queen's question, "Well I- but we thought your daughter was kidnapped! Would you not be concerned about what happened to one of your own daughters!?"

"Had either of you had done any sort of investigation, you would've easily found out that wasn't the case, and what made you think a war would've been the only answer to that? Do you know the actual costs of war Sir Motoyasu? The amount of death and destruction it would've caused? Were you and Itsuki ready to send thousands of men and women to their deaths on a minor assumption? Or were you more concerned about the glory war would bring to you, or getting your petty revenge on the shield hero? At the expense of other's lives?" Mirellia responds back putting the heroes in hot water with the people of the kingdom.

Motoyasu was now silent trying to think of something, but he couldn't think of a convenient excuse, especially after Mynes confessions.

Itsuki though went for his excuse, "Wait a minute your majesty! We were just following orders, we didn't get any choice in the matter! Aultcray was ordering us to do these things, aren't soldiers suppose to follow orders or they will get severely punished over it? What were we supposed to do?"

'Oh yeah, the good old "I was just following orders" excuse, that didn't work in Nuremberg Bow bitch, it isn't going to work here.' Bakugou says in his head.

And right he was as the Queen shakes her head again, "First of all you're not official knights or soldiers so that wouldn't even apply to you in the first place if that was remotely true, second soldiers are not supposed to blindly follow every single order that is given to them especially if they knew such orders were illegal and against the law which Aultcrays definitely were, and lastly as Malty exposed in her testimony you were plotting a mutiny against Aultcray before encountering the shield hero again and intend to take the king as a hostage, so your excuse for just following his orders reins hollow when you were about to go completely against him when it benefited you." she says back.

Itsuki grits his teeth at those statements especially the last one, he has to find out who that tattletale whistleblower was and give them a piece of his mind.

Mirellia then continued, "There is also your crimes of attacking your fellow hero Ren Amaki and attempting to enslave him. How do you justify that?

Ren was eager to hear this.

Motoyasu then spoke up, "Well... Well, your Majesty. We were all concerned about your younger daughter's well-being, and the way Ren was acting he didn't seem to-"

Mirellia then interrupts Motoyasu, "And again that was proven false and it would've been easy for you 2 to figure it out. And if that was even the case, Sir Ren had no obligation to be forced to participate in anything related to it, especially if it involves war. You two had as much of a choice as well to refuse, but you choosed to work with Aultcray's inane plans and will now suffer from the consequences of his actions with him." she says back making the Spear hero look on in silent after that.

Itsuki continued to argue against the Queen though, "What the hell were we supposed to do then!? How are we to go against the King of this damn country!?"

Mirellia was quick to respond, "That's very simple, I have to ask you back. If you really didn't want to follow Aultcray's orders why didn't you, Motoyasu, and Ren work together to overthrow Aultcray? You 3 at this point have more than enough strength to overpower any of his guards, you could've stopped and overthrown my husband a long time ago. But you 2 didn't, you directly benefited under my husband's corrupt rule, so you refused to do anything about it and looked the other way at his criminal actions. You can make as many excuses about it as you want, but it's not changing the facts of your cases."

Itsuki and Motoyasu were in silence again after Mirellia's response, with Itsuki gritting his teeth again annoyed with being placed in the same situation once more with Bakugou on the other side of it, all with the same arrogant smug smile he had in Tervein. Motoyasu just looked lost and confused by all of this, unsure what to even say back to defend himself and Myne, but he was locked in a loop in his head trying to think of something to say.

But with the two heroes silenced with nothing substantial to argue back the Queen continued, "Now then, I think it's time we also talk about your individual crimes. Starting with the Spear hero."

Motoyasu was startled after hearing his name and looks back at the Queen nervously, "Uh, what individual crimes your majesty?" he nervously asked.

Mirellia quickly responds, "Namely your inactions toward my criminal daughter Malty. You allowed her to commit many crimes under your watch, doing nothing to stop or keep her under control in any way. You allowed her to do so many terrible things under your leadership without stopping or scolding her for such behavior, so you're partially responsible for her crimes."

Motoyasu tries his best to defend himself and Malty, "But... But your majesty, you must be exaggerating a bit, what so call crimes are you even talking about that I allowed?!"

Mirellia shakes her head once more, "Were you not paying any attention to Malty's testimony from earlier? I guess I have to spell some of them out for you to get a clear picture, first you allowed her to accuse miss Neia of theft without investigating if it was true or not, basically condemning an innocent victim to slavery? While also looking away from her cheating in the duel with you and Sir Bakugou?"

Motoyasu was looking more nervous again with all eyes on him now with his guilt spilling all over himself, "Well... I well... Come on your majesty it was all just a big misunderstanding. It all got resolved in the end right?"

"This "misunderstanding" would have led to a fate of an innocent victim being enslaved for presumably the rest of her life. That is not some minor thing to look over Sir Motoyasu. What if I said the same thing toward Malty's so-called "sexual assault" if it was real? Do you think that magically makes the act any better?" Mirellia responds back.

Motoyasu was trying to think really hard to what to say back from her rebuttal, "Well no... I... I mean it was... Please understand your majesty I just... I just wanted to protect Myne, she went through so much from that experience and I-"

But Mirellia immediately interrupted, "Again the sexual assault was proven false. And even if it wasn't, what about one of your former partners? Miss Rino was kidnapped and nearly enslaved by a group of human traffickers under your watch, and you didn't even try to look for her or save her from them?"

"But-but I didn't know about any of that? I had no idea such a horrible thing happened to Rino. Myne told me she went off to see her grandfather, how was I supposed to know she was kidnapped by human traffickers?" Motoyasu tries to excuse himself but it just made him look more and more like a fool to everyone.

"Miss Rino was under your watch and as her leader, you were responsible for her health and well-being. You should've investigated yourself and asked anybody else about her, to find out what actually happened and done something about it. And as Malty's testimony states, she was the one who helped sell her out into slavery, once more you couldn't control one of your own teammates and allowed them to do horrible things. As mentioned before you are just as responsible for your teammate's crimes as they are." the Queen scolds Motoyasu back.

Everyone now looked on at Motoyasu with ugly looks in their eyes. Expressing shame and disappointment at the hero, Motoyasu tries to defend himself one more time, "I.. I.. But... But Bakugou was.."

"Stop! That's enough from you Sir Motoyasu, you clearly don't understand and won't accept any responsibility for your actions, so I see no point in continuing this pointless argument." Mirellia interrupts and scolds back at the Spear hero.

Motoyasu then got more aggressively defensive again, "Now wait a minute, you can't just-" but Motoyasu's mouth gets completely covered in ice after a wave of the Queen's hand to shut the hero up, while he continued his muffled screaming in the ice.

With the Spear silenced and with his crimes exposed to everyone, the Queen turns her head toward Itsuki, "Now it's the bow heroes turns. Sir Itsuki, I hope that you are aware of the claims of you murdering a bunch of nobles here in Melromarc, would you claim any of this as true?"

Itsuki was quick to defend himself on that point, "Yes I admit it, but those nobles I killed were corrupt bastards, I did the nation a favor by killing them."

"Then why did you not inform any of Melromarc's authorities of this? Aultcray did he even address you about any of this?" Mirellia responds and then asked her former husband.

"Uh..I... No, no the bow hero never informed me about any corrupt nobles before?" Aultcray nervously responds trying to be completely honest to not incite his wife's wrath again.

Mirellia had her eyes back on the bow hero, but Itsuki continued to defend himself, "Why does it matter if I did tell anyone or not?! Even if I did all it would do is tip off the corrupt nobles to hide their crimes or legally loophole around them. I did what I had to do to protect the people after all?"

"Because blind vigilantism can be just as destructive or arguably more destructive than suppose corruption. You were never a judge or investigator and from what I was told with how you conduct your little investigations you go by mostly rumors with zero actual proof that these nobles were truly corrupt or not, going by what you think is justice then what the reality truly is. And to highlight this I'm going to address your next personal crime, your involvement in the attempted assassination of the King of Tervein, where you went off rumors of his supposed corruption which turned out to be completely false in the end."

Itsuki growls even harder after hearing that, "That bastard was a true tyrant! I had the right to kill him and liberated that backwater nation of his! What about Bakugou and Ren? From what I heard they both also killed some noble in Mirso with Ren taking over the town?"

"Lord Smi of Mirso was a truly corrupt man which the shield and sword hero had a good amount of evidence for, including the attempt to enslave an innocent girl, and Smi and his associates were the ones that acted first with the intention of killing Sir Ren when he wanted them to answer for there crimes in public. So he and the shield hero had all the rights to defend themselves against and kill their attackers. You on the other hand deliberately went out of your way to go to Tervein and accepted a quest with a morally dubious rebel group and attempted to kill King Kardrum multiple times when he did nothing against you."

Itsuki hated to be proven wrong out in public like this, and tried to dodge the subject, "Why do you even care about what happened in Tervein?! This has nothing to do with Melromarc!"

Mirellia shakes her head again, "The whole thing was to prove my point of how your sense of vigilantism was flawed and damaging, you can deny it all you want but King Kardrum was innocent and rumors were just that, rumors. Also, it does have very much to do with Melromarc, as we are the ones who had been funding and supporting you. So your actions outside of Melromarc will directly affect how the world will see us, and if they see the hero we funded and helped out was attacking and attempting to murder their monarchs on weak claims of wrongdoing that were never proven to be true, it will negatively impact our relations with many other countries."

Itsuki was getting really pissed off by this, especially with the Queen just scolding him like a child for him doing what he thought was the right thing to do, "I don't have to stand for this bias bullshit! This trial is clearly just you trying to make us look bad while also making Bakugou and Ren look like innocent angel's! This trial is nothing but a-" but just like the Spear hero before, Itsuki's mouth was frozen by a single wave of her hand.

"I think we heard about enough Sir Itsuki, you are obviously trying to diverge the blame from yourself or justify your crimes and have nothing else substantial to say.", Mirellia scolds back at the bow hero, who like Motoyasu before was just making muffled screaming as everyone watches on seeing the bow hero also making a fool of himself.

A few minutes later after a brief recess with Itsuki calming down, the Queen removed his and Motoyasu's ice from their mouths, the two heroes along with Myne and Aultcray were brought forth back at their defense podiums as the Queen was ready to hand down her judgment and what comes after it, "King consort Aultcray the XXXII, Princess Malty Melromarc, Bow hero Itsuki Kawasumi, and Spear hero Motoyasu Kitamura, as the Judge of this trial I'm ready to lay down my verdict for all four of you. For high treason, conspiracy, and multiple other crimes I hereby declare all of you... guilty."

The four looked on in horror as to what that will mean for them especially the princess, "Wait please mama! Please let me at least-"

"Enough!" Mirellia yells toward her daughter, shutting her up as she continued speaking to them, "You've had your times to talk and you just wasted them, nothing will change the verdict, all four of you are guilty of your crimes and that is that. It's time we lay out your punishments. Starting with Aultcray and Malty then the cardinal spear and bow heroes after that. The first to suggest the punishments will be the shield hero."

"WHAT!" the four criminals shouted in unison after hearing that, with Bakugou smiling at the prospect of it.

Aultcray especially looked horrified, "Wait, my Queen! You can't let this brat conduct punishments on us, he'll-"

"Quiet!" Mirellia yells back at Aultcray which quickly shuts the King up, then continued, "You four have done terrible things to both the sword hero and especially the Shield hero, they deserve to suggest whatever punishments they desire on you by my permission as the Queen and the judge of this trial, with the one you've done the most harm on first.

Bakugou decides to walk up closer toward the defense podiums as the princess and king look on in terror as Bakugou sinisterly smiles toward the two. Mirellia then said, "Sir Shield hero as I said before, you're free to enact whatever sort of punishments you want on the 2. Though if you don't mind me adding in something, I hope you understand that Aultcray is a man of great fame and influence being the former vassal hero of the staff, he's a man with many connections across the world and if he were to die publicly it could cause tremendous distress with our world. While I'm lending their fates to you, I hope you at least think about that. Otherwise, you may do what you feel needs to be done." she finished, secretly inside while Mirellia was still pissed and mad at the King and her elder daughter, they were still her family and she didn't want to see them brutally mutilated to death, not to mention all of the political blowbacks with Aultcray after she spent months putting out the fires of the hero summoning, she wasn't lying about his influence and a public execution could mean war if extreme enough. But it was not her judgment to make, she knew she had to let the shield hero do what he feels needs to be done and go along with it, she just hoped Bakugou could understand.

Everyone else continued to watch on both in the throne room and throughout the Kingdom, as they witness Bakugou walking back and forth near the podiums grining and scratching his chin to think of what punishments would make him the happiest while also taking in the words of the Queen.

After a brief period of silence, Bakugou finally spoke up while still pacing back and forth, "So whatever punishment I want to do with them? hmmmmmmm... I know quite a few that could be amusing. let's see, we could boil them both alive in a giant pot of oil."

Myne and Aultcray immediately gasped in horror after hearing that suggestion.

But Bakugou then continued, "We could also just tie their limbs with rope on some horses and let them rip them apart, or let them get ripped to pieces by a bunch of rabid dogs as they rip the very skin off them.

The 2 criminals' eyes were growing wider in fear of Katsuki's ideas.

"We could also tie them to a wagon wheel and just throw them down a huge hill to break every bone in their bodies and leave them to rot, or make them eat burning coals as their insides melt away slowly and painfully." Bakugou continues

Which also continued to bring horror to Myne and the king, "You evil animal!" Aultcray expresses out loud which Bakugou ignores.

"Maybe we put the 2 pieces of shit in a freezer and as their bodies freeze we get hammers and start smashing them apart while they are still quite awake, or stab them with millions of needles with painful poison acid, or keep whipping them until their flesh is clear off of their bones, or force feed them shit until their stomachs literally burst open, or burn them on the stake, or put in them in a coffin and burn them with millions of flesh-eating bugs inside with them as they're eat alive. Oh so many ways that can kill you two painfully, I just need to pick the right one. Oh what to choose, oh what to choose." Bakugou kept on as he taps his fingers on his chin.

Everyone was remaining silent to that with some quite horrified by all of those torturous ways to kill the Elder Princess and King wondering what the shield will pick. Even his team Neia, Rino, and Daven were starting to look concerned, as much as the Aultcray and Myne deserve the punishments, they were fearing that Bakugou might be going too far with his sadism.

Motoyasu was struggling with his stock to get out to help Myne, "No! No! This is inhumane I can't allow you to-" but he ends up getting most of his body frozen along with his mouth again from the Queen's powers who also sat there to wait and see what the shield hero ultimately wants.

Aultcray and Myne were fully expressing their fear as neither can imagine the thought of the pain of those tortures. Myne finally couldn't stay silent anymore which drew Bakugou's attention, "Please! Please! Shield hero don't do this!" she cried toward him with even genuine tears going down from her eyes, "Please! Lord Bakuga, you can't do this to us, regardless of what happened to you, we are still the crown princess and king of this country! Don't you think doing such things to us is going to ruin your reputation?! You have to understand the consequences! I mean revenge will only bring out more revenge from others, don't you think you should break the cycle of hate and do what is right, not just for you but to the whole kingdom!?" she begged toward Bakugou.

But Bakugou nor anyone else for that matter wasn't buying any of that, not only over how ungodly hypocritical it was coming from her but she couldn't even pronounce Bakugou's name right. The slave crest didn't go off so they knew she was being genuine about that statement, but it only just made her look delusional if she thinks that would be enough to convince Bakugou of anything.

It did make Bakugou raise an eyebrow with intrigue and walks up closer toward the princess. The terrified princess forces a smile thinking she was getting into the Shield hero's head, "Yes yes! Lord Bakuga, this could be an opportunity to end this cycle of revenge and show the world you are willing to show mercy, if you let us go now you can-*bash*OOOWWWWW!" Malty then screams in pain after Bakugou bashes her directly in the nose with the shield, knocking her down on the floor.

"Shut your damn mouth! Do you think I actually give a damn about what you're saying?! No! Ever since the very start, all I can hear from you is constant bitching! So why don't you be like a good bitch and piss at a corner!" Bakugou shouts and insults back.

The princess quickly recovered from that punch despite the bloody nose, but was absolutely furious at the shield hero now from both the punch and insult in front of the whole kingdom to see. Any rational thought she had before was now out the window for her, "You-you-YOU DAMN BASTARD! I'LL KILL YOU!" and without any thought to it or reason, Malty tried to reach out at the shield hero to strangle him, but Bakugou just takes a few steps back from the podium not even threatened by this, "Get over here you damn-AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" then Malty gets electrocuted by her slave crest, the Queen made sure as a precaution to also include rules on Malty to prevent her from trying to directly harm anyone.

But despite the painful shock, Malty still enraged from that punch jumps on top of her podium with half her body to get to Bakugou's throat, "Damn you! damn you cowar-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" once more she gets shocked by the crest as she rolls off the podium on the floor.

Malty continues to crawl her way toward Bakugou despite all the shocking happening to her, "You-you will not get the final laugh! I'll make you suffer worse then-AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" she screams once more as the crest kept on shocking the princess.

As a final insult, Bakugou lays his foot on Malty's stomach just to rub in how she can't do anything to him, "You damn bastard! You'll not-you'll not-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Malty screams continuously as she tries in all her willpower to just touch Bakugou's leg but the intense shock was preventing her from doing even that.

Eventually the elder princess couldn't take the pain anymore and laid back on the ground sobbing from both the pain and humiliation she had gone through with Bakugou enjoying every second of it.

Bakugou moves off the princess as 2 guards lifts and drags the crying and sobbing evil princess back to her podium.

All the while Bakugou was looking at his left arm with his shield in his crystal ball form as it played the recording of Malty suffering again and again, since the very start of the trial he had recorded everything and will continue to record the trial to the end, "Hahahahaha! Oh man, this is too fucking rich!"

Everyone was looking on surprised by this whole thing wondering what the shield hero was even doing at this point, Mirellia finally spoke out about it, "Sir Shield hero are you ok?" She asked.

"No I'm fine Queeny, I just wanted to enjoy this as much as possible." He responds which just confused the Queen.

"Sir Bakugou what of all of those punishments you suggested for their deaths? Which one do you want to do?" Mirellia asked.

"Ha, who said about killing these bastards." Bakugou responds which shocked and surprised everyone in the room including Aultcray and Malty still struggling to get up.

"Sir Shield hero? Are you saying you don't want to kill them?" Mirellia asked again to confirm it.

"Of course I mean it. Killing may be good enough to the likes of these pieces of shit, but I'm nothing like bitch and consort, I'll be going far beyond what these petty idiots can think of. Death, even a painful one is too good for these bastards. They might even be seen as martyrs to some people if I kill them. I want them to suffer, and they can't suffer if they are dead, and I want it to be shown to the whole world their suffering and be seen as someone to not feel sorry for." Bakugou responds back which confused Aultcray and Myne

With Aultcray himself finally speaking out, "What!? Then what was all of that about before with the execution suggestions?!"

Bakugou just laughed, "Ha! I just wanted to see the looks on your faces and what stupid shit you'll say to me to get out of it and your whore of a daughter provided more than enough for me!"

Hearing that pissed Aultcray off, along with Malty not believing she was made into a fool over the shield hero's games, "You damn devil! You will not make me-AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" the princess shouts trying to escape her guards grasps only for the slave crest to shock her for trying to attack Bakugou again.

Most of the people in the room didn't know what the shield was trying to accomplish with all of that, but Ren and the shield hero's team knew that this was expected from Bakugou, and deep inside found the two's suffering entertaining.

Mirellia was amused too, but she kept her smile hidden with her fan and tried to get back to business, "Ok then Shield hero, if death is not what you want, what punishments do you have in mind?" she asked him.

Bakugou makes a sinister smile showing some of his sadism for the people to see, "Oh I know the appropriate punishments already, been thinking about it since this morning."

"And what will that be?" the Queen asked

Bakugou then moves away from the podiums back to where he was pacing at before, as Malty was forced back up at her podium once more by the guards.

Bakugou then says, "First I think I should address the bitch princess's punishment first. I've been thinking, I think she should be exiled from the castle, and never be allowed to own any property and have all of her stuff from items, clothes, jewels, and money all be taken away, with no servants or slaves or any sort to help her including Ponytail slut and his other whores, she's to live on her own all alone with that slave crest on her until she pays off say.. 10,000 gold pieces to have the crest removed, and until then she'll never be allowed to be seen as a free person ever again but a slave to the crown."

People were surprised that the punishment with Malty expressing a horrid surprise, "10,000 gold! That's absurd!" she yells back which makes Bakugou grin further.

"I'm not done yet bitch." Bakugou responds back which puzzles the princess, and Bakugou finishes the rest of his punishment, "Here's the catch... You got to do all of that with only a shield."

"WHAT!?" Malty screams in surprised horror.

"WHAT!?" Aultcray also shouts.

"WHAT!?" Motoyasu shouts along with Aultcray.

Bakugou continues his smug grinning, "That's right, you'll get your bitch ass reduced back to level one, your fire and wind magic will be banned from being used by the slave crest, and as I said before you're doing it all on your own with just the shield and the clothes on your back!"

Bakugou's team were all nodding with each all in agreement on the punishment for the evil princess, with the Queen also liking the idea, "Yes I see where you are going with this shield hero. I think it would be an appropriate fate for my daughter.

Malty then whines back, "But Mother! How am I supposed to earn any money with just a dumb shield!? It's impossible to earn 10,000 gold that way!"

But Mirellia wasn't bother on how loud she whined, "I honestly don't care. You pretty much did the same thing with the shield hero, so I think it is appropriate for you to suffer the same way you tried to do with him."

Motoyasu tried to speak for his partner's defense, "But your majesty! This isn't fair! You can't just-!"

"SILENCE!" Mirellia shouts interupting the spear hero with her fan pointed at Motoyasu, "This is not your decision to make whether something is fair or not, you lost any sort of privilege to protest such things when you have done all of these crimes yourself by your own free will! Now shut up!", Mirellia continued which forced the spear hero to remain quiet, knowing what she will do next if he speaks like that again. Mirellia then turns back to the shield hero, "Alright Shield hero, I love this suggestion, what of my husband? Do you want to set up the same punishment?" she asked him.

But Bakugou shook his head no to that, "No, I don't want those two near each where they can plot and cooperate, or they just help each other out to make their exiles easier. No, I have something else in mind for that bastard. I say he stays in the castle, but not as some privileged dickhead, but I say he be sent to the bottom of the ladder of the hierarchy here."

"Bottom of the ladder? What are you talking about devil!?" Aultcray demands from him.

Bakugou smugly grins, "Simple, the consort will now be a maid."

"A MAID!? You can't be serious about that you evil brat!?" Aultcray shouts at the absurdity of that punishment. But everyone in the room was laughing at the idea.

Bakugou continues his grin, "Yep that's right! Until you also pay up 10,000 gold, for the rest of your miserable life you will be forever doing all the menial and backbreaking tasks all day every day you order your staff to go through, while being paid the lowest wages possible. As a good measure, you should be made to sleep in the dungeons for now on in a dirty old jail cell, make him see how he likes it after all the people he imprisoned before. And it will be all in a true maids uniform."

Aultcray gasps and yells again at Bakugou after hearing that "What!? A uniform!? You... You can't do this to me! I'm the damn king of Melromarc! I will not be treated as some toy you can-!"

"Aultcray!" shouted the queen getting Aultcrays attention as he fearfully stops himself. Mirellia then smiles and turns toward the shield hero once more, "I like this idea greatly Sir Bakugou, I'll be sure to find out from the servants and head maids on the worst jobs they have to handle. Do you have any other suggestions for punishments?" she continued.

Bakugou grins again and points toward Malty and Aultcray, "Hell yes! I think for their new jobs they should get new names along with them," he then points directly toward Malty, "For now on her legal name will be Bitchwhore!"

"What!? You can't be serious!?" Malty shouts at the hero

But Bakugou ignores her and points toward Aultcray, "And for now on, this bastard will be legally named Piece of shit!"

"What!? You... You can't!?" Aultcray tries to protest back, only to be surprised to see a small mass of ice growing from his defense podium with his wife staring coldly back at the old consort without a word needing to be said, forcing Aultcray to shut up.

Mirellia then smiles at the whole thing, "Those are perfect and appropriate names for the two. Though Malty does like to use her adventurer name Myne as well, might as well change that."

"That's easy, I say make it Whorebitch." Bakugou suggested and grins while Malty kept on gritting her teeth and growling.

Mirellia nods to that, "Thank you for the suggestions." she thanks Bakugou who decided he had enough, and walks back toward his group. Mirellia then turns her head toward his sidekicks, "Now then I think it's time for Neia's and Rino's turns for their suggestions."

"What!? But Mother but you already had the shield hero make a bunch of suggestions for you already!? Why would you involve a stupid peasant and a demi!?" Malty protests back not wanting to experience the wrath of the two girls she tried to screw over before.

But Mirellia just shakes her head, "Considering you tried to directly harm the two from your actions, I think they both deserve to return the favor toward you." she responds.

"But Mama!? I didn't do anything to-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Malty tries to lie once more only for her slave crest to go off again.

With her point being proven, the Queen turns toward the two sidekicks again, "Just like with your team leader, Rino and Neia you are free to suggest any form of punishment to these two. What would you like to suggest?"

Neia and Rino looked at each other grinning at the idea that they get their turn to punish the ones who wronged them for so long.

Neia decided to go first, "Yes for Malty I want her hair to be permanently shaved off, every last strand. And add a curse with it to prevent hair from ever growing back."

Malty looked alarmed to be hearing that as she grips her hair across the damaged part of her face, "No! Not my hair! I won't allow you to touch a single bit of it you filthy demi!" she yells back at Neia who just rolled her eyes.

"I'm afraid your word means nothing anymore, if she wants your hair removed then it'll be done." Mirellia responds making the elf warrior grin again, Malty grips her red hair harder scared out of her mind about losing it, forced to be bald for everyone to see her now deformed face that she won't be able to fix without any money she will now lack.

Neia then turned to Aultcray, "And as for him, is he able to wear a slave crest like your daughter your majesty?" she then asked the Queen.

"I'm afraid due to his status as a vassal hero, he is immune to such spells like the cardinal hero's," Mirellia responds. Ren himself remembers hearing that along with the cardinal heroes also being immune to slave crests when he visited the slave owners' shop, though at the time he had no idea who the vassal heroes werem, let alone Aultcray was once one of them.

Neia made a slight sigh, but turns back to Aultcray again and smiles once more, "Alright then, I have another alternative, I say he is guarded 24/7 by soldiers or mages with electricity and lightning magic. I say for now on if he ever again says anything racist against demi-humans out loud or any slander against the shield hero or Bakugou or just not doing a proper job as a maid, I say electrify him."

Aultcray looked pissed off after hearing that, "What!? You damn savage demi! You can't stop me from saying what I-AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" he insults only for Neia to point her finger at the former King and zaps him with a mild but painful shock until he trips over and falls from the pain.

"Like that," Neia says casually as she walks back to her group after voicing her suggestions, with the Queen nodding in agreement to that.

"Alright then, what suggestions do you have miss Rino?" Mirellia asked the mage girl.

Rino continued to express her grin as she turns her head toward the Queen, "Actually your majesty I don't want to punish them, I actually want to grant them a reward of sorts to help them through with their punishments."

Many people in the court were expressing confusion about that, wondering why she of all people would say such a thing, a person who was nearly sold off to human traffickers because of the princess. Even Bakugou, Ren, and their groups were somewhat puzzled by it, but they were willing to be patient and see where this was going.

Both Aultcray and Malty sighed in relief thinking they were getting off easy in this instance.

Mirellia was curious to see where this was going, "Ok and what of this reward you request?"

Rino quickly answers her Queen, "Your majesty I think to help them in their troubles from now on until they can pay off either of their debts, they should be given 3 large square meals a day for free for as long as they are going through with their punishments."

Aultcray and Malty loved the idea that they will get some relief from all of this madness, "Oh thank you Reino, thank you for showing true kindness for your teammate." Malty thanks and mispronounced Rino's name which makes the mage girl just grin more.

The Queen then asked while waving her fan, "Is this all you want of Malty and Aultcray miss Rino?"

"Of course your majesty... But, I have one stipulation. " Rino responds which made Aultcray and Myne look scared again.

"And what is that?" Mirellia asked.

Rino grins wider as she gives her answer, "Every single one of those meals are to be made by the Spear hero Motoyasu."

"WHAT!?" Malty and Aultcray shouted at the same time, realizing what Rino was doing, basically now planning to force feed them horrible garbage every day for the rest of their lives or at least however long Motoyasu remains in this world.

Bakugou, Ren, and their crews also immediately got what she was doing and all smiled once more in satisfaction.

Mirellia was also getting it, knowing about the spear hero's cooking "skills" from her shadows, "Yes I see where you are getting at Miss Rino." Mirellia then turns toward the spear hero, "Sir Motoyasu, would you be up for the task?" Mirellia knew if Motoyasu refused she would just force him to do it, but she might as well ask first anyway.

"Yes of course your majesty, I'll take up the task and make sure Myne and her father get all the meals they'll need." Motoyasu responds without hesitation, not realizing this whole thing was a disguised punishment and that his cooking was unbearable.

Malty tried to talk Motoyasu out of it, "Sir Motoyasu no! Rino is trying to force you into a trick to-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" but her slave crest once again went off when she tried to lie to Motoyasu, leaving the spear hero confused.

Mirellia just laughs quietly, "Yes, this will be an interesting idea miss Rino." Rino then bows toward her Queen and walks back with her group. Mirellia finally had her eyes on Ren, "Do you have anything to suggest Sir Ren?" she asked him.

Ren didn't think he be also allowed to pick a punishment for these 2, but he was certainly not going to protest it either after everything they have done. He thought about it for a minute with everyone anticipating what he might suggest. Eventually Ren thought back to what they tried to do with him after Bakugou left Melromarc, namely trying to enslave him with a branding iron. That gave Ren an idea, "Your majesty I say since they are going to be given new names, I think you should brand their new names across their foreheads in huge letters all from extremely hot irons."

Aultcray and Myne were once more horrified to hear the punishment. Motoyasu was also horrified that Ren would think of something so brutal, "You monster! How could you suggest such a monstrous thing!?"

Ren looked at Motoyasu genuinely annoyed, "Just shut up Motoyasu, I think we'll talk more when it's yours and Itsuki's turn." Ren responds back and with ugly eyes from the Queen, Motoyasu was forced to stay quiet again.

But it didn't stop Aultcray from expressing his view, "And to think all I've done for you, all I allowed you to get away with, all the power and privileges I've granted you! This is how you thank me? You damn spoiled brat!" he yells back.

Ren now looked genuinely pissed off from that remark by Aultcray, and without saying anything back Ren walked up toward Aultcray with the King confused as to what the sword hero was doing. But when he finally realized what it was, Ren quickly punches Aultcray right in the nose making the king fall over in pain again.

Ren shakes his hand a bit, the punch did hurt as he rubs his knuckle. But it was worth it, he now had zero issues seeing the two with huge brand marks on their foreheads.

By the time Ren walked back toward his group, Aultcray rises back up again with his nose bleeding a bit just like his daughters a few minutes ago, "Now wait a minute! Shouldn't that be considered a hostile action in a courtroom? Same with that demi girl earlier!?" Aultcray yells toward his wife to express some hypocrisy in this trial.

But Mirellia just throws it back at him, "And what of the shield heroes trial? Where you denied him expressing his side of the story or threatening similar punishments on the sword hero when he came to the shield's defense? And for miss Neia where you didn't even bother to give her a proper trial either. And technically the trial itself is already over so that doesn't apply anyway." after hearing that, Aultcray just growls to himself in anger knowing he can't defend himself against that, knowing after his wife slap off the Queen wasn't going to tolerate any more excuses.

And before the Queen could finally dish out the punishments, Mirellia then turned toward the sword heroes group, "Now then, do any of you have anything to suggest on these two in particular?" she asked them as she opened her fan to cool herself off.

Ren's group including Scarlet huddled and talked with each other for a little bit about what they should suggest together until finally they were in an agreement, Farrie was the one to speak for them, "Yes your majesty, for the princess, we think for now on like miss Neia's suggestion with Aultcray, she is for now should be forbidden from expressing insults or derogatory terms to anyone, humans and demi-humans alike. If she refers to anyone outside of their true names, her slave crest should shock her for it. And as for Aultcray, we came together to agree that this man here is not the same one who saved our nation years ago as the staff hero. I say we remove any reference of his name from Melromarc history." She finished which made Aultcray and Myne look at them pissed off, but they remained silent this time knowing nothing they could say will accomplish anything with how this whole trial went.

Mirellia nodded toward them as she closed her fan, "Excellent. Thank you all for your suggestions. Now it's time I make the punishments formal." she thanked the sword group and the rest of the heroes. She then looks toward to the guilty parties, "King consort Aultcray! Princess Malty of Melromarc!" she yells at the imprisoned and scared royals.

Mirellia finally points her close fan at them, "It's time to lay out your sentences! I'll start with my punishments, I hereby disown you both from the royal family, no longer are you a King consort or princess anymore, neither of you deserves such power. You are no different than the lowest peasant, no now even lower than them as criminals. And Malty's and Aultcray's names shall be legally and permanently changed to Bitchwhore or WhoreBitch for her adventurer name, and Piece of Shit respectively which will both be permanently marked on your foreheads with branding irons for everyone to see."

Mirellia then looks directly to her elder daughter, "Bitchwhore you are hereby banish from the castle and are forbidden from owning any property or slaves, with that slave crest remaining permanently on your body until you pay the crown 10,000 gold coins, any property, items, and money you had before will be confiscated, your levels will be reset back to level one and you will not be allowed to use any sort of offense magic forever, with only a single shield in your possession and shall be barred from owning any other weapon, with no help or aid from anybody, not from any slaves or servants, not from any friends or allies like Lesty, and no help from the heroes including the cardinal spear hero Motoyasu, you are now barred from even talking to the spear hero, And you will for now on only eat what meals he had cooked for you and if you are witnessed refusing to eat it, for your ungreatful nature any money you made that day will be confiscated and will not count toward your 10,000 gold fines, and lastly you'll have all of your hair removed and enchanted with a curse to prevent it from growing back or putting on headwear to make sure the whole world see's the real you, and will be barred from saying anymore insults or nicknames toward anybody or the chest will shock you intensely."

She then turns toward the former king, "Piece of shit, you shall for now on be a servant of the castle as a maid, forced to do whatever menial task I or the castle staff have in mind. You'll also be sure to wear the proper maid uniform for everyone to see, with your bed quarters now forever in the cold dungeons, and you shall be watched 24/7 by guards with electrical magic and if you so as much as whisper an insult or racist remark about Demi-humans or the shield and sword heroes or fail to do your job you will be electrocuted. And lastly from this day forward, I shall remove the name of Aultcray the XXXII of Melromarc from the history books, as far as the nation will be concered, the staff or cane hero that saved our nation once from a Siltvelt invasion will have no known name. Any of your past heroic accomplishments will be removed from history with your former name being only known by everyone for being the mad tyrannical king-consort who usurped the crown and nearly destroyed the nation."

With that the punishments have been official, both Bitchwhore and Piece of shit looked absolutely mad and scared about this. They wanted to protest but at this point even they knew it was no use.

And with that, the guards grab and dragged Bitchwhore and Piece of shit away. Now it was the Bow and Spear hero's turns.

Mirellia then said, "Just as before, those you've wrong will get to suggest punishments." she then turns to Bakugou again, "Sir Bakugou what punishments would you like to enact on the two?" she asked him.

Bakugou rubs his chin again, he wished he could do the same torture suggestions again to scare the two shitless, but he knew it wouldn't work on the same crowd twice. He also knew there would only be so much he could do with them still being cardinal heroes so he had to think of something that will let them still fight off the waves.

After some thinking, he finally came up with some as he grins once more, "To be honest I want to be straight and simple with these idiots. First of all Queeny, I would like their names to also be permanently changed. For now on their normal names will truly be Ponytail slut and Bow Bitch."

"You got to be fucking joking right!?" Itsuki says out loud, not wanting to believe that Bakugou's stupid nicknames to him and Motoyasu will be what everyone will from now on be forced to call them by.

Mirellia nods to that, "Very well, what else?" she then asked.

"It's an easy one, I want to two of them be forced to acknowledge that I'm the best hero in this whole world, that I'm far better than any of them, how weak pathetic whips they really are, and have them be bowing before me and kissing at my feet." Bakugou responds.

Both Itsuki and Motoyasu looked extremely angry at that request despite how simple it sounded, "What!? Why the hell would we ever do that!?" Motoyasu shouted.

"Because I said so and neither of you idiots has the option to refuse so I expect you to do that very act for the whole world to see." Bakugou responds.

Mirellia smiles and nods back, "Very well Shield hero, is that all you want?"

"Oh yeah and shave Bow Bitches hair off? And as for Ponytail slut, dye his hair into a bright pink" Bakugou quickly mentions.

"What!?" Itsuki reacted

"Pink hair!? Oh God no." Motoyasu moans.

Itsuki then shouts back, "Why the hell are you shaving my hair off and not Motoyasu's!?"

"Can't call him Ponytail slut without a ponytail right?" Bakugou casually responds with.

"Hey don't involve me in this Bow bitch, I didn't try to say anything to you to make your punishments worse?" Motoyasu reacts out loud toward the bow hero.

"Don't call me bow bitch, idiot!" Itsuki shouts back and kicks Motoyasu on the shins

"Ow! You little bastard!" Motoyasu shouted at Itsuki in pain. Before the two started their own personal brawl, the guards grabbed hold of them and drag them away from each other all with Bakugou enjoying the show as he walks back to his team.

Mirellia then turns toward the sword hero, "And what would you like to do with them Sir Ren?" she asked.

But Ren was quick to the point, "I say do the same thing with Piece of shit and Bitchwhore, brand their foreheads with their new names, so even outside of Melromarc their true names will be out for everyone to see."

"Ren why are you doing this to us? Isn't that a bit cruel to your fellow heroes?" Motoyasu tries to bag to Ren who looked offended by that statement.

"You literally stood there and allowed My-Bitchwhore to press a burning hot iron on my chest, intending to enslave me! And it goddamn hurt!", Ren throws back at the Spear hero.

"Well-eh... I... Well, it didn't leave any mark did it?" Motoyasu pathetically tries to defend himself on the point.

Ren just turns his head back toward the Queen, "Make sure the iron is really hot and the marking is as big and noticeable as possible, will look good with the pink hair." he requests the Queen ensuring his suggestion.

Mirellia nods back, "Duly noted." she then turns toward Ren's team, "Anything from you 5?" she asked.

The group had already thought of what they wanted with Farrie answering for them once more, "In all honesty, we just want all the best stuff they have from either them for ourselves. Weapons, useable armor, items, crystal balls, and anything of value we would like for ourselves."

Motoyasu and Itsuki hated these suggestions, especially Itsuki since he was basically forced to do the same thing after his trial in Tervein.

Mirellia nods to the suggestion as she opens her fan up again and turns back at Bakugou's group, "Now then, Miss Neia and Miss Rino what punishments do you like to put on the Spear hero?"

Neia and Rino together whispered to each on what they wanted to do with him, as Motoyasu looks on nervously toward the two sidekicks, "Neia, Rino come on. Please whatever happened before were just some big misunderstandings, I didn't mean any harm on either of you two! Please understand." he begs toward the girls who just grin back at him.

Neia then says to the Queen, "We came up with a perfect idea together as a punishment for the Spear hero."

It sparked Mirellia's curiosity, "And what would that be?"

Rino was quick to respond, "For now on, Motoyasu is forced to wear an enchanted chastity belt."

"BHAHahaha! Good one!" Bakugou laughed at the idea.

Motoyasu just looked confused though, "Uh.. What exactly is a chastity belt your highness?" he asked the Queen.

"Some college student you are." Itsuki snarks in annoyance at this whole event.

Mirellia was quick to answer, "It's pretty much thick metal undergarments of sorts that are attached and locked up around your waist and cover up your genitals. While it still allows the wearer to expel waste, the belts' main purpose is to prevent the wearer from ever having sex again even preventing one to touch and pleasing themselves with their private parts. Basically a device to ensure permanent chastity."

"WHAT!? How can such a barbaric thing exist!?" Motoyasu screams at the Queen who he can tell was already liking the idea. He turns toward the two girls again, "Please Neia and Rino, I'm very very sorry for being an idiot and not realizing all the awful things that happened! Please let me make it up for you two!" he begs once more.

But they just ignored him and Neia suggested another thing to add, "Oh and I think we should also apply a ton of powder or something that will make his crotch itch like mad, stuff that will last for a long time, and he won't be able to scratch it." she added in, horrifying Motoyasu even more and continues his begging, but everyone just ignored him as the spear hero continued to make a fool of himself.

And with that done Queen Mirellia who closed her fan was ready to set up the bow and spear heroes' punishments, "Now then, it's time to sentence punishments for the 2 cardinal heroes, to show no one is above the law. Like before I'll start with my personal punishments, first of all, you two shall lose many privileges and benefits you would get from working directly with the crown. So no monthly rewards or funding, no guild bonuses, no free items or crystal balls, no rights to own property or slaves, no animal companions or personal horses to travel around unless given permission, no more invitation to parties or events again without permission first, and will not be allowed to leave the country without direct authorization from the crown." she then turns to Motoyasu as a servant walks up to him with a large piece of paper, "Sir Spear hero, since Myne will be dealing with her own bail and punishment, you are to pay for all of her debt."

Motoyasu was confused by that, "What do you mean debt? Why would the crown princess be in debt with anything? And why would I be the one responsible for paying it?" he questions back thinking his supposed rich princess girlfriend would have no worries of money.

Mirellia was quick to respond, "Bitchwhore had been stealing money and resources from both the guilds and the royal treasury without permission or approval, and because you're her leader you were partially responsible for her actions by never questioning how she got this money in the first place, not to mention benefiting from it like the numerous suits of armor you have bought with that money. She's also caused a great amount of damage from her actions and orders including burning down the forest Ren and Scarlet were running away from. This is the bill that takes into account the stolen money and damage fees, and you'll be expected to pay it off."

The servant lays the bill on the spear hero's podium. He can't read the language of the name of the items he was being charged with, but he can read the numbers, and there were a lot of them. When Motoyasu got to the bottom of it to see the total, his eyes widen in extreme horror at the amount he is expected to pay, "This much!? She owes this much!?" he whines out loud toward the Queen who nods toward the spear hero.

Mirellia then continued as she turned toward Itsuki, "Similarly the bow hero will also be forced to pay for his charges."

"Charges for what?! I didn't steal money from the treasury!?" Itsuki defends himself.

Mirellia quickly responds, "No you didn't steal from the treasury, however these are the charges from both the funeral costs of the nobles you killed and compensation to their next of kin, this bill also includes all the costs of your actions and damages to when you were with that rebel group in Tervein, King Kardrum was kind enough to inform me of all the totals for the costs of the soldiers that were killed and damages you helped caused from all the assassination attempts that'll you be expected to pay back."

Itsuki was groaning pissed off by this, "What's this about!? I was already forced to pay some damn bail to that tyrant! Why the hell would this have anything to do with you!? This has nothing to do with Melromarc!" he defends himself, but Mirellia once more nods in disapproval.

"It does have everything to do with Melromarc. As stated before we were the ones that summoned and funded you from the start, so your actions in other kingdoms will be reflected on us. By joining up with this rebel group and attempting to overthrow and assassinate Terveins king, you will make it look like we orchestrated it. Thankfully King Kardrum was quite reasonable when I visited him on my way back to Melromarc and we discussed our means to reconnect relationships and this was one of them. And adding to that you'll also be forced to help combat any wave that attacks Tervein under the supervision of the Shield hero where you will actively help defeat the waves there, you'll be doing this without any expectation of payment or reward afterward."

"This is fucking bullshit! Ponytail Slut is right this trial is nothing but a farce!" Itsuki yells pissed off by this whole event.

'Oh so it's ok for him to say my new name, but I can't call him Bow bitch? Talk about being a stupid hypocrite." Motoyasu says in his head rolling his eyes.

But Mirellia continued, "Your 2's actions are nothing but a farce, and I'm not even done yet. Those are just my personal punishments. Now for the heroes' suggestions, you'll both be forced to give up anything of value that isn't related to your cardinal weapons including other weapons, armor, jewelry, items, and anything else toward the sword heroes team. And as of now here in Melromarc you'll for now on be referred to as Ponytail slut and Bow bitch as your real legal names, anyone who dares speaks of the names Motoyasu and Itsuki again will be severely punished, including you two. And these names will be branded and permanently marked on your foreheads for everyone to see. the bow hero shall also be forced to have his hair shaved with the same anti-growing and anti-headwear curses, and the spear's hair will be dyed a bright pink color and will be forbidden from cutting it or dyeing it back. Ponytail Slut will also be forced to wear an enchanted chastity belt that will be marked and covered with itching powder at its insides. And with the shield hero's request, you'll be forced to admit in front of the shield hero how he is your superior then bow and kiss his feet."

Motoyasu and Itsuki looked both terrified from all the punishments and were angry and pissed off by the last one, "Like hell I'm going to say that to him!" Bow bitch yells back.

"I agree! I don't care what anyone says here, I still trust My-Bitchwhore and you'll never convince me this monster is a true hero!" Ponytail slut shouts once again remaining stubborn.

Mirellia just rolls her eyes about done with this whole thing, "Frankly I don't care what either of you think. You will do this or I'm multiplying both of your debts times 10.

"Times 10!?" the criminal heroes both shouted together.

Without a moment to even think about it, Mirellia then signaled her guards to take hold of the two heroes and dragged them away from their podiums and forced them in front of Bakugou who continues to grin and enjoyed the whole show. Mirellia then said, "Since we're all here any way we might as well get this one out of the way. You'll say whatever Bakugou wants and then you'll bow before him and kiss his feet." she orders.

While Bakugou continues to grin, he gives one of the guards a piece of paper that Bakugou had written down after he came up with his punishments, "I want them to read this and say it out loud for me and everyone else to hear."

The guards then forced the paper at the 2 criminal heroes' faces to clearly see and read. Unlike the bills, this was written in proper Japanese kanji so they could read what it says and neither liked it.

Neither wanted to say it and lose whatever dignity they have left. But as long as the Queen was on the throne they couldn't do anything about it or be forever stuck in debt for the rest of their lives. After reading Bakugou's short script and groaning the two heroes were now forced to say it out for everyone to hear, they together say, "Katsuki Bakugou is the best of the best in this world and many other worlds. He's the best hero, the number one hero, in fact, no one else can compare, including... Including us. We the spear and bow heroes now named Ponytail slut and Bow bitch are weak losers and failures and don't deserve to be called heroes. Bakugou is the world's greatest hero, a true badass with no equal. We suck and he rules. Long live the number one hero, long live Katsuki Bakugou." the two finally finished with so much anger on their faces they wanted to lash back but couldn't, extending the two's suffering even more as the whole world witnesses this.

And of course, Bakugou enjoyed every moment of it, "Good, now bow before your superior and kiss the boot!" he demanded as he extends and stomps his foot in front of the two pissed off heroes as they are dragged down to their knees.

The two tried their best to fight back not wanting to bow to the likes of him, but were forced to anyway as the guard's forced their heads near the ground toward the shield hero forcing them to bow. After enjoying the moment for a few seconds longer Bakugou moved his foot closer to the two, "Now kiss it multiple times." he demands.

"No! Screw you!" Bow bitch yells back, but he and Ponytail slut once again had their heads dragged by the guards and were placed right above Bakugous boot.

And with the two now knowing there is no way to get out of this without getting more punishments from the Queen, they were forced to concede and after they both annoyingly groaned together, they started kissing the boots of the shield hero with everyone watching.

With both giving multiple long smooches on the silver boots, Bakugou started laughing, "Ahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Oh this is too much, you two really are complete losers! Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!"

Almost everyone in the room enjoyed the show, though less so from Ren with this reminding him of when he was pretty much forced to do the same with Bakugou in front of his group. But at the very least that wasn't seen by the public and Bow bitch and Ponytail slut deserved this.

After a minute of this humiliation that felt like forever, Bakugou had enough of it and moves his foot away now satisfied by the event seen by everyone. The two heroes were both spitting themselves, "Good lord do you ever wash those damn things?" Ponytail slut complains. "OW!" But his only answer to that was a good kick in his face by Bakugou.

After that Bakugou was pretty much done with the two and walked away satisfied. Now the world will know that he is the true number one hero here and no one could say otherwise.

Bow bitch and Ponytail slut with a bloody nose from the kick were finally dragged off from the scene along with Bitchwhore and Piece of shit. With their trials done.

But the trials weren't over yet, "Now then bring forth the rest." Mirellia ordered and with that Bow bitches team and Ponytail sluts remaining remaining companions were all dragged to the podiums for their trials.

Mirellia open her fan again and then said, "Now for the trial of the Bow and Spear heroes companions, since you're all guilty of the same crimes I figure we might as well do all of your trials at the same time. All of you are guilty of treason and allying with criminals of the law. I hope you know the consequences of such actions."

Elena spoke up first, "But... But my Queen, we were just doing our assigned jobs as our hero's aids, to help end the waves of catastrophe."

Mald then spoke up, "Yeah we were just following orders from our leaders!"

Mirellia shook her head in disapproval again, "That excuse didn't work for the bow hero Sir Mald, why would you think that will work here?" she told back Mald and turns back to Elena, "And none of you were enslaved, all of you had the choice to leave their groups if desired or knew what they were doing was wrong. But you didn't, and considering you, miss Lesty, and Bitchwhore were planning to do with Sir Ponytail slut before you encountered the shield and sword heroes your so-called loyalty is questionable at best."

The 2 groups were still pissed off to have that information be exposed, and will have to find who that whistleblower was and beat them up for this. Risha could feel it and was growing more scared of being around her teammates.

The Queen then continued, "All of you are guilty of association with your heroes crimes, including being involved in the attempted enslavement of Sir Ren, the capture of his team, and continuing involving yourselves in Aultcrays madness that would've destroyed the kingdom and possibly starting a war."

After hearing that Lesty attempts to defend herself and Elena, "But wait a minute, what about Rino!? That peasant girl used to be with Moto-Ponytail sluts team, shouldn't she also be on trial with us as well!?" she points to Rino with Elena nodding with her, both trying to drag their former teammate with them to save to both spite and save their own privileged butts, which didn't go unnoticed by Rino herself.

But Mirellia just nods in disagreement again, "I've already talked with my shadows about this and according to them, Rino had no involvement in any of either Bitchwhores or Ponytail Sluts actions and schemes. Unlike either of you 2, she was willing to defend Miss Neia with the sword hero when she was being accused of theft. And I have to ask you, why did neither of you do anything when Rino was kidnapped and sold off to human traffickers." she throws back at them.

Both girls were in silence and tapping their fingers trying to think of a defense for that, "Well... well we didn't know anything about that, My-Bitchwhore didn't tell us anything, so how were we supposed to know and do anything about it?" Elena tries to defend herself, but the excuses were not working with her Queen.

"You still could've investigated yourself or at least told your suspicions with Sir Ponytail slut, but as far I know, you didn't even lift a finger to make sure nothing bad happened to Rino, and playing ignorant will only get you so far." the Queen responds with the girls trying to look away hoping to not be forced to address anything. True they weren't involved in the former princess's scheme but they were both happy to see the goody-two-shoes to be gone and didn't question how she was gone.

Mirellia could've continued, but it was already clear that these champions had rubbed themselves off from their cardinal heroes too much, not wanting to take any responsibility and would prefer to make up excuses and point the blame at someone else.

Mirellia just closes her fan, "I think that proves my point enough. This is trial over with your guilt proven."

"Wait a minute we didn't get a chance to defend ourselves!" Mald yells out loud with the other bow hero companions nodding with him, including Rishia to a lesser degree.

"Your involvement in Terveins coup is more than enough evidence of your associated guilt, along with your involvement in the attack on the sword hero. So quiet or I'll make my sentence "off with their heads"." Mirellia responds, and thankfully the threat of execution was enough to shut the group up.

Mirellia then began their sentence, "Every single on of you are all guilty of associate treason and involvement of multiple conspiracies. I will say your punishments won't be as severe since you're just companions after all, however, this won't mean you'll be given slaps on the wrists. For your crimes, you'll be forced to pay off separate bills that list off your crimes just as the bow and spear hero have to. And failure to pay these bills will mean 50 years of jail time. And while your paying these off just like your respective heroes, you'll also be cut off from any privileges in working with the crown including owning property and slaves. And for those who are nobility such as Mald, Rishia, and Lesty will have their titles stricken from them, you will all be no different than the "peasant trash" you describe miss Rino. Though unlike with Piece of shit and Bitchwhore, you'll have the chance to redeem yourselves and your titles if you prove your worthiness and do a great act to earn it back. But until then you're now lower than any peasant and will be forced to continue to work with your heroes until then." she finished.

All of them looked extremely pissed off by this whole thing, not only were they all forced to remain with their now loser hero leaders but now they're forced to pay off huge bills because of them, all the while losing their noble titles and their lands. All but Rishia, who while she was still upset by the whole thing, she was humble enough to know they all deserved this for their actions and bless the Queen's mercy for not executing them or directly going after their families, she wouldn't forgive herself if her involvement with the bow hero had harmed her mother and father, they been through enough already.

But before she ended the trials, Mirellia then turned toward Rino, "Miss Rino do you have any punidhment suggestions to miss Lesty and Elena?" she asked the mage warrior.

But Rino just said, "Eh, they weren't aware of the whole slavery thing, so I'll let it pass."

Lesty and Elena were relieved to hear that, "Oh thank you Rino, I knew that you under-"

"However they just tried to throw me under them with Motoyasu's stupidity and crimes. So for that I say rename Elena bitch and Lesty bigger bitch and have it be branded on their foreheads. Oh and shave their heads as well." Rino intrupped and suggested

The two spear hero companions attitudes instantly changed after that, "You damn bitch! I hope you and that damn devil suffer soon!"

"Shut up! You're going to make our punishments worse!" Elena yells back at Lesty.

"Quiet!" the Queen interrupted forcing the girls to shut up. Mirellia then continued, "And for your neglection of your fellow teammate, Elena and Lesty you will be renamed bitch and bigger bitch and have them branded on your shaved heads." the two girls continue to remain silent knowing they don't have a chance in arguing with there Queen, all the while Rino continues her smug grin.

And with that things were all coming to an end as the Queen stands up from the throne, "I officially declare the trials over with all the cases closed from the accused. Now it's time to enforce the punishments." she then stares at Bitchwhore, Piece of shit, Ponytail slut, and bow bitch, "Take these four as well as now miss Bitch and bigger Bitch off to the former 3 heroes church cathedral.

After that, the six were dragged away out of the castle on the way to the cathedral with the Queen, the Shield and Sword teams, and a crowd of people watching on while this continued to get recorded across the nation.

Almost everyone in the throne room had left the castle and headed their way toward the large church. Once at it and getting a good look at the large structure, Bakugou can already tell the cathedral has changed drastically, the symbols of the old church had already been replaced with those of the four heroes church with the shield now represented among them, which Bakugou fully approves. And inside it wasn't much different, with all that was left of the 3 heroes church being arrested the large church was now mostly occupied with Melromarc soldiers with no churchman or Nun in sight.

Eventually, everyone was now near the dragon hourglass guarded by the same knights from Lout, there the four criminals along with the spear heroes remaining teammates were forced to kneel down.

With the heroes groups watching close by Mirellia stood tall in front of the criminals to say, "Now to enforce the punishments. First the hairs."

"Please mama! Not my hair please at least let me keep that!" Bitchwhore pleas once more but was ignored as usual as she, Bow Bitch, Bitch, and Bigger bitch were forcibly held still as the soldiers were quick on their duty. In just a few short minutes through scissors and razors, the fours hairs have been removed without leaving a strand left on their heads. Once the soldiers were done, the four were now all hairless on the top of their shiny heads. The hero groups were laughing at how silly they looked now bald. It was humiliating for the four. Even if hair eventually grows back, which won't even for them as the mages also applied the curses on their head to prevent any more hair growth or be able to wear simple helmets to hide it, the dignity afterward will never grow back. Bitchwhore was especially mad at this, since now she can't hide away her now deformed face.

"Now for the Branding." the Queen then announced, with her soldiers now taking up burning hot branding irons with large words spelled out on the ends.

As they approached the criminals who all collectively looked on in horror, Piece of shit tried to say, "Please my Queen! Think of how this could influence Melty! Perhaps we can find another way we caAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he then screams along with the rest of the criminals as the large irons are forcefully placed on their foreheads, making sure to leave there marks. Melty just shakes her head in disappointment, that it had to come to this and that her father would use her as an excuse to get out of a punishment he caused himself.

After a good minute of this, once the irons cooled off, they were removed and what was left behind them were burnt scarred scabbing marks on the criminal's foreheads. All with the names "Ponytail slut", "Bow Bitch", "Piece of shit", "Bitchwhore", "Bitch", and "Bigger Bitch" on them in this worlds language which thankfully Bakugou and recently Ren can read and understand.

Mirellia then turns her head toward Bitchwhore, "Now time to reset your levels back to one." the Queen waves her hand toward Bitchwhore to get the guards to drag her former daughter to the hourglass.

"Mama No! Please! I won't be able to survive on my own! Have mercy!" Bitchwhore begs as she is dragged closer to the hourglass while literally kicking and screaming.

"You certainly didn't show mercy to the shield hero at that state. No, you'll feel the same pain you tried to enact on him." Mirellia responds as everyone witnesses the event, with the Queen also making sure Ponytail slut and Piece of shit was forced to watch as well to see the person they care about suffer.

Bitchwhore was finally dragged up next to the hourglass as the guards forced her hand to be placed on the base to start the ritual, "Mama! No don't do this to me!" she begs again but once more was ignored, a few soldiers began a chant from some of the churches scrolls to start the reset process. Soon enough the hourglass glows with its energy already enveloping Bitchwhore, "NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!" she screams now feeling all of the power being drained out of her, as she losses every single experience point she earned since childhood from her very black-hearted soul.

This went on for about a minute with the light finally dissipating with the former princess collapsing on her knees after getting the life sucked out of her. And Mirellia can tell the process was successful as her menu shows Bitchwhores level which was now at level 1 once more.

After that she was dragged back to the Queen as Bitchwhores mother looked down on her now hairless, half-burnt, now level one daughter, "Now all we need to do now is force a shield on you. We just need the right one." Mirellia said out loud as she rubs her chin.

But before Bakugou could suggest anything a voice was heard at the doorways of the hourglass room, "Hey your majesty, if you don't mind I have an old shield that would fit her perfectly." shouted the voice and as everyone turned, it was Sir Erhard the legendary blacksmith as he walks into the room holding a bag on his side, he along with the rest of the kingdom had been watching the whole event from the crystal ball broadcasts.

Mirellia was curious and allowed him to continue walking in "Oh really? Can we see this shield you have?" she asked the blacksmith.

Erhard smiles as he takes the shield out of the bag. Once out, it turns out that "perfect shield" was a small cracked and completely rusting piece of junk, "Had this old thing in storage for awhile, kept forgetting to get it melted down or sell it to the junk dealers. But I think it be a perfect fit for the kingdom's fallen princess.

Bitchwhore couldn't believe this, "Mother! You can't possibly expect me to survive with that piece of garbage!? This isn't fair!"

Mirellia just nods and grins, "It's fair as when you attempted to leave the shield hero in such a state when he first arrived. Besides if you make enough money I'm sure you can get yourself a better one... If you can buy another one anyway."

The heroes were also all for it, especially Bakugou, "I say give Bitchwhore the garbage!"

Mirellia nods in agreement to it, "Very well, guards cursed the shield on Bitchwhores arm." she orders.

And with that Erhard gives the soldier the junk shield while other knights pulled out Bitchwhores arm to place it on her, "Mama No! Please don't do this to me! I'll be a good girl I promise I won't try to-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" she is once more shocked by the slave crest exposing another lie.

Once the old shield is placed and strapped on her, a couple of mages surround her and with their magic, they place a curse on Bitchwhores arm, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" she screams as the magic painfully takes effect on her arm.

After half a minute the curse was finally completed on the old shield. Bitchwhore after recovering attempts to rip the junk shield off but she is unable to even make it budge no matter how hard she tried. The shield was now permanently attached to her arm and Queen Mirellia quickly adjusts the settings on Bitchwhores slave seal, making sure that it forbids her slave from doing all sorts of things, Mirellia wanted to make sure she won't try to loophole her way from hardship in any way.

And after Mirellia finished up with the menu, she stares down at her criminal daughter and finally said to her, "As of right now Bitchwhore, your true punishment begins. As stated in the trial, you will forever have this slave crest on your chest until you can pay off your 10,000 gold bail. And as long as you have it, you are not allowed to own any property, join any guild, join any party including the spear hero's group, not allowed to own any slaves if you could ever afford one, not allowed to use any sort of offense magic including your fire and wind magic, not allowed to eat anything outside of what the spear hero had made for you, and not allowed to use any other weapon but shields. Any attempt to defy these rules will cause the crest to shock you as painfully as possible until you stop the attempt." Mirellia then turns away to look toward the crystal balls recording the whole event, "And if anyone dares to try to help Bitchwhore in any way even so much as giving you a discount at the shops, they will be executed on the spot!" she firmly states making sure everyone in the kingdom hears and knows she is absolutely serious.

"Mama! Please don't do this to me! I promise I'll be a good girl for now on I won't-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Bitchwhore gets electrocuted once more for a lie, which just proves Mirellia's point for this whole thing.

The Queen shakes her head once more and points toward the exit, "I had enough of this farce and lies. Throw her out of here and this will mark the beginning of her new life that she made herself. And make sure she is stripped of anything of value as well, to prevent her from just pawning it off."

"Mama NO! Mama Please! Have mercy on your own daughter! Please! Please!" Bitchwhore makes a final attempt to beg for her mother but she was just ignored as the soldiers dragged her out of the room toward the exit of the church.

And after a minute or so of kicking and screaming the former princess after the soldiers remove everything she had that would be sellable were now outside of the church doors. Finally the soldiers literally kick her out as Bitchwhore rolls down the steps until she lays on the ground with nothing but her plain civilian clothes that were under her now removed armor and a rusty old shield.

The disgruntled princess attempts to get herself back up, but she then saw that she was surrounded by a large crowd of people from all around the city and Melromarc who had all witnessed that trial. Not a single one of them held any sympathy for this former princess who did all she could to take over the nation and saw them as expendable to throw a major war at them. They all now saw the true side of her, they all saw who the evil former princess really was. There was no pity, only anger.

Eventually one guy grabbed hold of his former 3 heroes church rosary and rips it off, "Down with the greedy and corrupt tyrants!" he shouts and without hesitation he throws it right on the bald and disgraced former Princess.

And as if on cue, many other people began to take off the symbol of the now heretical church from themselves and follow suit, as they at mass started throwing the rosaries at the criminal still laying on the ground as she gets pelted by the rosaries.

"My daughter died from protecting you and your evil father!"

"That forest was some of our best foraging grounds!"

"To think you would leave us to die to the waves while you go to war with Siltvelt!"

People began yelling at Bitchwhore as they kept throwing their rosaries at her and eventually rotten fruit. It was a pathetic display of humiliation that just fueled the former princess up with anger, and unlike once before she now has zero power to do anything about it, "Stop! STOP you dirty peasants! Do you know who I am! I'M... I'm the... the princ... Ahhhhhhh It's not fair!" Bitchwhore finally started to cry now bursting and balling into genuine tears, to be reduced to this state, to be hated more than the shield devil. She continued to lay on the ground sobbing her tears out while people kept throwing stuff at her.

All the while the Queen, the shield and sword hero groups watch on in enjoyment. With Ponytail slut and Piece of shit forced to watch the suffering of the one they loved.

Bakugou enjoyed the whole show as he also continues to record the whole event with his crystal ball shield.

All the while makes Ponytail slut angry at the shield hero, "I'll never forgive you for this bastard. I will avenge My-Bitchwhore for this and make sure you suffer a fate 10 times worse." he threatens the shield hero who just rolls his eyes and ignores Ponytail sluts empty threats.

The Queen then turns toward the spear hero, "Ponytail slut your punishments are not done yet either. We still need to change your hair color and add on your Chastity belt." she states and points in one direction which made Ponytail slut look, and he saw 2 soldiers holding two different objects. One was a large bucket with bright pink hair dye in it and the other was holding what looked to be solid metal underwear with keyholes and chains around it, obviously the chastity belt. Ponytail slut looks on in horror at the sight of the thing.

"Take him back and be sure you get all of his hair and have it on as tight as possible after rubbing it with the itchy powder and add the curses to make the powder last a long long time and so won't try to break the belt off." Mirellia says and had Motoyasu dragged off back into the church for the rest of his punishments to be enforced looking extremely frightful now.

The groups didn't follow, not wanting to witness Ponytail's junk. Mirellia then looks back at Piece of shit, "And have him be dragged back to the castle toward the servant's quarters, he'll be needing this training and uniform soon." she orders her guards as they dragged off the former king away looking just as fearful and disgruntled by the whole thing.

After he is out of sight Mirellia turns toward the shield and sword hero groups, "Now with all that done, let's meet back at the castle when you're all ready." Mirellia says then leaves with Melty back to the castle with her guards.

The hero groups nod back and remain where they were at, continuing to watch Bitchwhore getting pelted with anything rotten or disgusting the common folk can throw at the crying criminal. With all of them wanting to enjoy every second of it, on this evil woman who brought it all on to herself.

After a while, the sword and shield hero groups eventually got bored of Bitchwhores misery and head their way back to the castle to meet with the Queen again.

They were back at the throne room once more, but it was a lot less crowded than before with just some servants and guards in the room with the Queen on the throne and the Princess who remained next to her mother.

The heroes remain in the middle of the throne room to hear what the Queen wants to say to them.

Mirellia then spoke up, "Thank you again for coming back heroes, as I told you earlier this morning I will discuss your rewards for your efforts and here we are now." she then turns her head toward Bakugou, "Since you've done the most as well as suffer the most from my former families idiocy I'll start with you."

Bakugou crossed his arms, "So what do you have in mind Queeny?" he asked.

Mirellia continued, "For your efforts in fighting the waves as well as defeating the Pope I would like to reward you 500 gold pieces to you Shield hero Katsuki Bakugou."

"No thanks keep the gold." Bakugou told her quick and bluntly which surprised the Queen, Melty, his crew, and Ren.

Melty spoke up about it, "Sir Bakugou do you not want the reward?" she asked.

"Hell no, I so want a reward for all of that shit! I just don't want the money, I have more than enough money on me, I got 4000 gold from just my first day of meeting that giant piece of cat shit Prime Minister of Siltvelt that he tried to bribe away my sidekicks with." Bakugou responds.

"Oh yeah, now I remember that." Melty responds now thinking back to when Trinock tried to get her to go back home with an "escort", which in hindsight she wouldn't be surprised if that was a way for him to try to kidnap her as a war prisoner.

Bakugou then continued, "Ha, and even that is chump change after all the "donations" I was given from all the elites of Siltvelt, they practically threw money at me before I ended the damn wave there. And of course, I acquired plenty of money from the shield churches coffers as well."

"Sir Bakugou did you really steal money from the shield hero church?" Neia asked concerned, while she wasn't fond of the so-called Grand holy shield hero church as much as the 3 heroes church, the way Katsuki put it, it sounded like he was essentially robbing their followers of donation money.

"Hey it was my church, so I had the right to all of its assets. Most of it was damn bribe money from nobles trying to get their way with the church. And I spent most of it giving it to the new lords I unexcommunicated to have good start-up funds including catboys mom, and from what I've heard they were spending it better than the church was for charity to the people even outside their new domains. Sure I kept some of it for myself, but hey I'm using it to actually save the world rather than spending it on gambling or overpriced alcohol the Shield church fools was spending it on." Bakugou excuses himself.

Daven nods to that, "Yeah I helped spread the church's assets to the new lords while helping to free the slaves." he vouched for Bakugou. Neia was relieved by that, knowing the money was truly sent back to people who donated to the church in the first place.

Mirellia nods toward Bakugou as well, "I understand, though that reminds me that I should start doing the same with the 3 heroes church and their imprisoned followers assets, to not only help the kingdom with it but to also help build up the newly established 4 heroes church. But to get back on the subject if you don't want money what reward do you want?" the Queen says and asked of Bakugou.

Bakugou then smiles to that, "I would actually like my own land to govern myself."

"I see, so you would like to be a lord of your own land?" Mirellia responds.

But Neia then said, "But Sir Bakugou aren't you already the lord of Lout after I once fought against My-Bitchwhore?"

"That barely counts, that was mostly just to get the town out of hers and Ponytail's hands, all I ever did there was give the old lord a big sack of coins to fix the town and get the soldiers better equipment. To be honest I would like to start a town basically from scratch and make it how I want it from the very start." Bakugou responds.

Mirellia nods in approval of that, "Yes I can see your reasoning. Very well then, I'll eventually make you the lord of your own domain soon. Though it may have to wait. After the 3 heroes churches fall and all the nobles that died from Rabiers castle explosion, I'm going to have to reorganize the kingdom's feudal lands and titles. But I'll look through them and see if I can find a region that is relatively remote for you to set up. I'm actually for the idea, we're still dealing with all the free human slaves you brought forth to our kingdom, many nobles can only take so many of them into their own domains, so perhaps building up new towns to house them isn't a bad idea." she responds.

Neia then said nervously, "Oh we're sorry about that your majesty. We never meant to put such a burden on you with all the refugees."

But Mirellia just smiles and lightly laughed, "Oh no need to apologize for that, what you and your team did was a good thing and was the right thing to do. Not only to free people from enslavement, but to cripple the corrupt power that strangles Siltvelt today." she responds which helped cheered up Neia and was glad that Melromarc's true monarch was one of understanding and heart. "Giving you your own land to govern was the least I can do after what happened with my elder daughter and husband. Not to mention your encounter with my former gardener." she continued.

"Former gardener?" Farrie asked wondering the context of that.

"It's a long story." Neia responds with the hope she would have the opportunity to explain that whole crazy story about the Queen obsessed botanist.

Mirellia sighed to that, "Oh poor Zenra, such a brilliant mind who had a great future ahead of him. He could've found himself a beautiful woman and had a family with her from his genius work. But he just became obsessed with me and refused to let go. But I guess that's just what it is and you really can't change things once mad fools put their minds to it."

Bakugou just rolls his eyes, "Whatever, the guy was just another wackjob. But back on topic, yeah sure I can wait on my own land and titles, rather have the right one than just any random piece of land." he responds back which Mirellia nodding in approval of the shields answer and reasoning.

Mirellia then turns back toward Ren, "Alright then, I would also like to discuss a reward for the sword hero."

Ren nods back and bowed at the Queen, "Thank you your majesty. Is this also for the 500 gold?"

Mirellia responds with, "It could be, though I think I should address something first. Namely, you self-declaring yourself as the lord of Mirso after lord Smi's death. Well to be blunt with you that was technically illegal and had no grounds under the law of Melromarc."

Ren now looked nervous rubbing his head, "Oh uh... sorry about that your majesty I was just-"

But then the Queen raised her hand up to stop the sword hero, "However that would be under normal circumstances. With my absence and what Smi tried to do, you did what you had to do under your power to protect the town and its people, and unlike Ponytail slut and Bow bitch you did it for good reason. I'm not mad about it at all, but of course other nobles in the kingdom will be thinking otherwise, especially ones who will take anything as literal as possible with the law to exploit it. As late lord Rabier tried to do while my former husband was still in charge. So Sir Sword hero I like to make a proposition with you. I could give you 500 gold for your efforts, or if you still want control over the town, I can grant you official lordship over Mirso, so it will forever be under your name. So if any other noble tries anything like claiming the land is theirs or harming any of its citizens under your protection, they'll be in the wrong and will answer directly to the crown where they will suffer from severe punishments over it. Otherwise, the territory will be reverted to be under the control of the crown and be out of your hands. What will it be Sir Ren?" Mirellia suggests to the sword hero as she fans her face again.

Ren thought about it for a minute. As much as he would like the money, the sword hero still remembers Wyndia, Gaelion, along with all the demi-humans there in Mirso now. In a way, he is now responsible for protecting them after what he almost did to Gaelion, and then trashing his and Wyndia's cave with corpses of the evil bastards he allowed to be taken advantage of, not to mention all the free demi-humans that traveled there after he guaranteed their freedoms in the region, if some other lord like this Rabier guy or Piece of shit to take over and attempt to enslave them all over again he would never forgive himself, and Gaelion can only do so much by himself despite his power, he is just as mortal as anyone else and can be killed by professional dragon hunters he had heard of before. He knew running a region is no laughing matter and is a lot of responsibility even when you leave certain people in charge while you're not there.

After some more thinking, Ren finally made up his mind and said, "Your majesty, I would like to be the lord over Mirso please."

Mirellia smiles and nods to that, "That's what I figure you would choose. It won't be a hundred percent formal yet, but after I get all of the necessary paperwork done I shall make you the official Lord of Mirso. Till then you'll be its temporary governor, which will make your rule over Mirso be protected by the law of Melromarc." she explains to the sword hero.

Ren smiles and made a small bow, "Thank you again your majesty. I'll be sure to run the realm well."

The Queen smiles as she closes her fan again, "I'm sure you will Sir Sword hero." she then looks toward both Ren's team as well as Bakugou's sidekicks, "Also for all of your efforts in aiding your heroes, helping the kingdom, and stopping the waves I would like to award every one of you your own personal 100 gold reward."

The teams were all surprised to hear that, especially Neia and Rino, "Your majesty are you serious? You want to reward all of us with that amount of money?" Rino asked back. Neither she nor Neia has put much thought into their own personal pockets for a long time. Neia since her exile was flat broke with her people's currency being worthless and Rino had all of her money stolen away after Bitchwhore sold her out to human traffickers. Since they joined up with Bakugou, he controlled the teams' general finances and had been buying and paying for everything, neither minded it since he bought whatever they needed and knew saving the world was more important than wasting the money on weekly spa days like how Ponytail slut and Bitchwhore would waste there time and finances on. But to now be rewarded with that amount of cash caught them off guard. Daven didn't mind the reward either, his mother may have the estate back along with the finances, but he didn't take any of it with him so having his own money in that large amount can be useful.

Mirellia smiles and nods back, "Of course, all of you deserve your own rewards for your contributions, and it is yours to keep to do whatever you want with it."

Neia turns her head toward Bakugou, "Are you ok with this Sir Bakugou?"

"Are you seriously asking me if you should get free money for yourselves or not? Hell yeah you idiots should take it. I only refused the money because I'm swimming in it right now." Bakugou responds in his typical Bakugou way, but pretty much approved it with Neia, Daven, and Rino knowing it.

The 3 sidekicks nod back, "We accept the rewards your majesty." Rino answered for the group.

"Same with all of us." Ren's group including Scarlet agrees together in unison after having a quick discussion with themselves.

Mirellia nods toward a bunch of servants, "Very well then, here are your rewards."

The servants walked up toward the sidekicks carrying the sacks of gold coins. Once right up them, they all took hold the gold bags. Even Kirishima was given a bag where he proceeded to eat the whole thing, he might not have value in it now, but one day once his father has long since passed away he'll make a den of his own and fill it up with all sorts of treasures, jewels, and gold like any dragon emperor would have, with the bag just the beginning of it. To one day show off his dominance as a powerful alpha dragon to other fire wyverns or other dragons, as well as attract potential mates. His species thankfully has a specialized compartment in his stomach where anything he doesn't intend to melt down or digest from his stomach acid would be safe at, it's where his dragon emperor core fragment is also at.

The other sidekicks were quick to put away their gold bags, all but Scarlet who was messing around with her bag of gold, "Wow, so master Ren I can use this money to buy all the food I want?" she asked her hero.

"Yes Scarlet of course, but don't be spending it all in one day, you should think about other things you can get with it other than food." Ren says back while lightly rubbing her head around her little crown.

The young filolial smiles back, "What can I say master Ren, I'm a growing young princess. If I want to be as big as Fitoria one day I need to eat more."

Hearing the filolial queen's name surprised Mirellia, "Fitoria? Hold on a minute, sir Sword hero, are you aware of the filolial queen Fitoria?" she asked Ren looking a little flustered.

"Well more than heard of, we actually met together face to face, it's how me and Scarlet got into Siltvelt in the first place." Ren responds.

After that response, the Queen was now expressing a huge smile on her face, "Oh my... you actually met the Filolial Queen herself? How beautiful did she look? Does she truly have a set of beautiful wings full of pure white feathers on her back, like they come from the back of an angel? Does she move elegantly across the ground as if she was flying?" she asked Ren acting like a fangirl asking questions about her idol.

This made everyone look at her awkwardly by how uncharacteristic it was for the Queen to be acting like this, including Bakugou with this reminding him too much of Deku and Pro-heroes.

Ren rubs the back of his head trying to think of what to say to those questions, "Uh well I guess..."

But before he could say anything else, Melty walks up to her mom, "I haven't met her myself mother, but from what Scarlet told me about her, she was one of the most beautiful things to ever graced the earth, wearing the most elegant of dresses, with light red eyes of pure beauty, was tall as the trees in her bird form, and had feathers of pure white and lovely blue all over her body."

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Mirellia lets out in pure and utter joy to hear such things about the Queen of the Filolials, "Melty I must know more of what Miss Scarlet and Sir Ren had described of her, I can't truly imagine it without knowing the full picture." she continued asking Melty who was happy to keep describing the monster bird with her mother.

Everyone else continued to watch this, just as awkwardly as before, "Great so the Queen has a fetish for birds as well." Bakugou expresses out loud which Neia hoped the Queen didn't hear.

After asking a bunch of more questions to her younger daughter, Mirellia finally looks back and remembers that she was still in a meeting with the heroes with weird expressions on their faces to see the Queen like this. Mirellia stops herself and continued speaking with a small smile on her face, "I'm extremely sorry about that, I sometimes get too excited when discussing anything about Filolials, especially with the Queen of Filolials."

'Yeah the same birdbrained bitch that wants to kill us if the idiots don't get better, and since that will never happen, I'm going to have to eventually kill her myself if she tries anything on me.' Bakugou says in his head.

"It must be a great honor to be considered her heir miss Scarlet." the Queen compliments the young bird girl after she puts away her money, and hearing that from the Queen makes Scarlet smile wider than before with some arrogance attached to it.

"Of course miss Mirellia, Fitoria knows I'll be a great Queen in the future, and honor me with the title I earned myself." Scarlet boasts herself as she moves near Bakugou's shoulder where Kirishima was perching on and smugly stares up at the dragon. Kirishima was already annoyed by the sight of the annoying bird, "It certainly feels good to be above certain creatures who were never given such a privilege, to think now I'm above some dumb animals who can't even speak and probably haven't bathed in all of its scaly life." she mocks the dragon.

Kirishima was certainly not going to let that go and while Scarlet smugly smiles back at the Queen, Kirishima swings his body and without leaving his father's arms and whips his tail to knock Scarlet's crown off her head revealing the now startled filolial princess's large cowlick hair.

"Ah! No!" Scarlet shouts with her embarrassing hair now exposed for everyone to see as she tries to cover it up and stumbles around to retrieve her crown.

"Oh my gosh, that looks so adorable!" Melty shouts fangirling at Scarlet.

"I agree and imagine what Fitoria's would look like." the Queen follows suit expressing her fangirling as well.

The rest of the room including the sidekicks just playfully laughed at the event finding it cute, while Bakugou just found it amusing for the annoying bird to be brought down a peg as he pets his dragon's head.

Scarlet looks back mad at the dragon after she puts back on her crown over the humiliation, "You did that on purpose you stupid stinking breath!" she yells back at the dragon which Kirishima responds by sticking his tongue out at the bird.

After everyone finished laughing at the event the Queen spoke up again after coughing to herself, "Now then, to get back into important business, I like to discuss with you on another matter, namely that I'm also conducting a party tonight here in the castle in celebration of your victory over the Pope, and all of you are invited including the spear and bow heroes."

The mention of the other heroes raised some eyebrows including Bakugou and Ren, "Surprise you would even consider inviting them after what happened today and told them no more parties or celebrations?" Ren says to the Queen.

Mirellia was quick to respond knowing such a thing would be asked, "Well all four of you together did help defeat the Pope, so I think it's fair for them to be a part of this celebration. And I said no more parties without permission, and I'm granting permission this one time."

"Hey I was the one who had to do most of the heavy lifting and killed the bastard myself, while those idiots allowed him to screw around the country before all of that." Bakugou brings up.

Mirellia nods her head in acknowledgment, "True, but still a contribution is a contribution, I can't ignore them when they actually did good, even if they don't deserve the praise for it. But that's not the only reason of conducting this party, I need to talk with all four of you together to discuss some things that will greatly benefit all of you. So I please request that you participate in this party as well." she responds and asked of the heroes.

Bakugou just shrugs, "Whatever I wouldn't mind seeing the looks on those idiots' faces while in a high-class event with everyone looking at their pathetic ugly faces along with the free food, so sure I'll go."

"I might as well go as well if this thing you're talking about is so important." Ren also responds.

Mirellia smiles at this, "Perfect then, that's all I need to tell you here. I hope to see all of you soon at the ballroom. Thank you and goodbye for now." she finishes and after giving a bow she and Melty head their way out of the throne room.

All the while, the heroes wonder what she wanted to talk to them about that need all four heroes' attentions.

A few hours later, it was now night with the sun gone and the moon out. And inside the castle there was indeed a party with numerous nobles, soldiers, and adventurers alike, enjoying themselves with conversations, eating the delicious food, and listening to the beautiful music from the many musicians playing.

At the center of the ballroom were four large tables reserved for the cardinal heroes.

Bakugou and Ren were currently sitting at their tables with their respective groups, already enjoying themselves and digging into the food. Unlike the first party, Bakugou was acting respectful in the party rather than being a rude glutton. Now he was no longer seen as the devil by everyone and the host this time was Queen Mirellia, whom he actually respected unlike her former consort Piece of shit.

Ren's party also looked different than before. They were now wearing different pieces of expensive armor on themselves. Which turns out to be one of Ponytail sluts last spare armors, being given as promised by the Queen that they get most of the Spear and Bow hero stuff. It was now all theirs from items, materials, jewelry, and even their armor was now in the sword hero group's possessions, most they gave to Ren but kept a few items for themselves. Though since none of them were exactly Ponytail sluts size, they decided to split and wear different pieces of his armor with each other that fit with them. Bakta was wearing just the gauntlets, Farrie had the metal boots, Welt had the thick metal chest plate, and Tersia had the Spear heroes cape. Scarlet was the only one to not get any piece of the armor, she didn't mind but the young girl instead got herself a bunch of rings that originally belonged to Bitchwhore and Ponytail slut that were confiscated and given to her. While some offered bonuses and stats, most were just normal everyday decorative rings but Scarlet didn't care and just liked how shiny they were, which to a bird like her that's all that matters.

Queen Mirellia along with Melty was sitting at their own table not far from the hero's tables as they enjoy the party and await for the other heroes to arrive.

But she then had a servant whisper to her ear about something. And that something made her smile. She then stood up and tapped her wine glass to get the entire party's attention including the cardinal heroes. She then said, "Everyone I wanted to make an announcement of a brand new member of our staff, one I hope will do their job well and diligently. "

Everyone was curious about this whole thing, wondering why the Queen was bringing attention to a random new servant in the castle. But Bakugou knew who she was referring to and activated his crystal ball shield to record the whole thing.

The Queen then points toward a hallway where the individual she is referring to is slowly walking their way to the ballroom with two large guards right next to him. Mirellia then says, "Introducing the newest addition to our staff who will help maintain our beautiful castle. I like to introduce everyone to my new maid, Piece of Shit."

And once in the ballroom, the "new maid" was now the center of attention. And it was indeed the former King-consort himself Piece of Shit, now wearing a female black and white maids outfit which includes an apron, a blouse, a skirt, a white cap headpiece with his hair in a bun, and even high heel shoes. All with a disgruntled look on the face of a man who did not want to be there.

There was a few seconds of pause for everyone to take it in, but then the entire room started laughing at the former consort's new look.

"This is absolutely humiliating. How have I gone from their hero to becoming a giant joke?" Piece of shit says to himself as all of his dignity dries up, and as looks around the laughing room he finally sees the shield hero laughing the loudest as he records the whole thing.

Piece of shit grips his hands and grits his teeth in anger at the sight of him, "That damn devil! This is all of his-AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" he says to himself and then screams in pain from electrocution by the two guards with their electricity magic.

"You remember what the Queen said earlier today. Say anything against demi-humans or the shield hero and you get punished for it." one guard says back at the recovering new maid.

Another maid walks in front of the former king, "Come now Ault-Piece of shit, you are ordered to help with the party so get moving and follow your instructions." the maid ordered him.

Piece of shit being pushed by his guards walks with the maid awkwardly with his heels, "How in the hell do women walk in these things?" he says to himself as the former king begins his long and painful career as a maid of the castle.

Eventually, everyone got tired of laughing at the former king and went back to enjoying the party. But not long after that, the other cardinal heroes showed up. Bow Bitch came in first with his weapon back in his possession, but also with his now bald head exposed for everyone to see. Continuing to look extremely pissed off from all the humiliation today as he and his party sat at their tables constantly giving Bakugou and Ren the angry eyes.

A minute or so later the Spear hero Ponytail slut arrived, like the Bow hero had his weapon back, but now had extremely bright pink hair and cheaper armor. He was also walking extremely awkwardly not getting used to his chastity belt full of itching powder. While not to the extent of the former king people were also laughing at the Spear hero's humiliation as he groans to himself about all of this, as he and his last 2 remaining bald squadmates sit themselves at their table. Bitchwhore was not invited and was currently busy killing and being mauled by balloon monsters just so she can sell off there cheap scraps in the morning.

"About time you showed up." Bakugou jokingly said to the spear hero.

Ponytail slut looked back at him in absolute anger, he still blames him and Ren for all of this. For Bitchwhores and his 2 other girlfriends' treatment today, his humiliation, and the belt, "I had to spend a good amount of time making meals for My-Bitchwhore and her fathers' meals for the next few weeks, no thanks to you-Gahhhhh God not again!" He would've continued this mad stare but the ungodly bad itch in his crotch was now driving his full attention again, as he grinds around his seat, hoping it would provide a scratch but no luck.

The constant grinding sound was annoying Bow Bitch, "You're not going to be doing that all night are you!?"

"Hey you try to stay still while your crotch is on fire and you can't properly scratch it!" he yells back at Bow Bitch who just ignored him.

After a few more minutes for the heroes to settle down, the Queen and Princess made their way toward the hero's tables. Mirellia then spoke out, "Thank you all for coming to the celebration of your victories. But Cardinal heroes if you don't mind now, I would like to talk with all of you privately, just between the four of you while your teammates can remain here to enjoy themselves.

Bakugou groans a bit, he along with Ren was not in the mood to be in a small room with the 2 idiots, but they knew this was going to be the Queen's important news to them and they weren't going to be left in the dark from that info. The same can be said with the other heroes, and knowing what just happened today, they knew if they refused the Queen would just find another creative way to punish them. They also want to know the info that might give them the edge against Ren and Bakugou.

After some sighing and shrugging the cardinal heroes left their seats and begin to follow the Queen, "Don't have too much fun without me, I'm going to need some after this." Bakugou jokes to his sidekicks who lightly nodded back and continue to enjoy their time at the party.

After some walking the Queen, princess, and cardinal heroes were now in a large empty room with just a circular table with five chairs around it.

The Queen and Cardinal heroes took their seats, Bakugou not even caring to be there lays his back on the chair and places his legs and feet on the table wanting the meeting to get done and over with.

Once everyone was seated the Queen finally spoke out, "Thank you for coming to this meeting, we shall begin the first cardinal hero conference then. It's no secret that the 3 heroes church and the former king consort caused a lot of trouble for all of you, as leader of this country the fault of that is all mine. But Melromarc and I would like to make up for that in whatever way we can. And luckily, the Cal Mira archipelago appears to have finally activated once again.

"Are you serious!?" Ren immediately reacted with Ponytail slut and Bow Bitch also now looking interested in the event once they heard it. Familiar with it from their respective games.

But Bakugou was just left clueless as to what this even means, "What the hell activated there Queeny? Some super boss or something?"

Mirellia was quick to respond, "Thankfully no Sir Bakugou, it's an event that happens every decade or so in a series of islands south of Melromarc. While the event is active the amount of experience points one earns from killing monsters over there get significant boosts. Which will allow all four of you along with your teammates to significantly level up.

Bakugou now got what she was talking about and liked the idea, "Ha, so it's some sort of special double XP event then. Sounds good to me, would love to go back to killing mindless monsters after fighting braindead idiots and their drones for so long both here and in Siltvelt."

Ponytail slut then decided to mock Bakugou about it, "Are you telling me you didn't even know about that Bakugou? Man talk about being so out of touch you can't-OW!" but he got interrupted with a shield being thrown right on the side of his head with Bakugou smiling on the other side of the table with the very shield reforming back on his arm.

Mirellia sighed to that, "Sir Shield hero, I understand your feelings toward Sir Ponytail slut are not the best, but please try to restrain yourself from physical violence in this meeting. We're trying to reconnect bonds between the heroes not start wars with each other all over again."

'Ha, too late for that your "highness" ', Bow bitch says in his head rolling his eyes,

Bakugou just groans to the Queen, but remained silent and listens back at the meeting. While Ponytail slut still rubs his head from the pain while looking pissed off toward Bakugou.

Mirellia sighed and continued, "I think this example will be good to prove my next point. While my former older daughter's and husband's foolishness has played a significant part in it, I think the real reason you heroes haven't leveled up faster is the animosity between each other, therefore I think it would be prudent to clear the air between the cardinal heroes if you can share what you have learned with each other, your trip to Cal Mira will be much more efficient.".

Both Bakugou and Ren weren't too big on the first part of clearing the air, but the part about learning some of things from the other heroes could be helpful to them. Ren was also remembering Fitoria's words of wanting the heroes to be working together, so it was probably wise to follow Mirellia's words to get better acquainted to help fight the waves off.

Bow Bitch and Ponytail slut on the other hand didn't care at all, "What do you think there is for us to share? I already know all I need to take care of myself." said Ponytail slut.

Bow bitch also said, "I agree we be just wasting time."

Bakugou then snarked back with, "Well what you seem to know is shit, since you got both of your asses kicked multiple times before by me and even Paleface."

The two once more groan to themselves in anger to be hearing that talk from Bakugou.

Mirellia sighed again while she opens up her fan, "You seem to misunderstood me heroes, perhaps I should put this more bluntly. If nothing drastically changes soon, all of you but Sir Bakugou will not be surviving the next waves."

The other cardinal heroes were surprised to hear the news including Ren who even the Queen didn't see him as strong enough to fight the waves, and maybe to some extent, Ren knew she was still right.

Bow bitch protested against the idea, "What the hell makes you think of that?"

"I'd thought it be obvious, the 3 of you were defeated during the last wave very easily. Compare that to Sir Bakugou who not only defeated the boss of that wave but not long after fought another wave and killed the boss by himself with his team in Siltvelt while the 3 of you together failed to do so. Sir Ren, you are starting to show remarkable improvement recently, but there is still plenty of room for you to better yourself before the next wave comes. At this point, the only way you 3 will have a chance is to have all 4 of you to rally together and help each other. Think of this conference to consolidate that solidarity."

The room was silent for a few seconds as the heroes think about the whole idea of giving each other information. But despite their reluctances, Ponytail slut and Bow bitch finally decided to agree to the idea with the bow hero speaking up about it first, "Very well, let's start with Bakugou."

"Yeah, how did you get your hands on that cheat shield of yours?" Ponytail Slut demands from Bakugou.

"What cheat shield dumbasses?" Bakugou reacts back, not even sure how anyone can "cheat" in this type of world.

"The shield you used to pulverize the Pope, what was it again, the wrath shield? How did you get it? Did you get it from the game master?" Bow Bitch responds with Ponytail slut nodding with him.

Bakugou immediately shakes his head no to that, "No way in hell am I telling a damn thing to you idiots about that cursed thing."

"Why? Scared that we'll end up using it better than you ever could?" Ponytail slut mocks back at Bakugou not surprised he would be holding out on that powerful shield.

"No, you idiots saw yourself what that damn thing did to me, I was about to kill yours, Bitchwhores, and Piece of shits asses because of it. I hate using the damn thing, I don't even trust myself with it anymore, much less with Paleface, and even less so with you 2 dumbasses." Bakugou responds, but Ponytail slut and Bow Bitch weren't convinced and kept thinking he was hiding something that would make them overpowered as well.

Ren though was confused by Bow Bitch's statement, "Itsu-Bow Bitch, who is this game master you're even talking about?" he asked

The bow hero was quick to respond, "Basically the God of this world, the one who created it and set up all the rules of the game. Bakugou must've somehow got in contact with him or he took pity on the bastard to give him that cheat shield."

"That's the dumbest thing you said so far, and that's saying a lot. If I really met up with some asshole like that, I would've demanded his ass to send me back to my old world right away and not waste my time dealing with the likes of Piece of Shit or you idiots." Bakugou responds and mocks back at Bow Bitch.

Ren was also not impressed, "Bow Bitch it took me a while to realize this, but I don't think we are in some video game. We're in a living breathing world, and should start treating it as such and not expect help from this "game master" if one even exists." he responds, Ren remembers he thought the opposite that this whole thing was no different then Brave Star Online, but after spending time here with Scarlet and meeting with the people of the world especially Gaelion, Wyndia, and Fitoria he knew at this point he shouldn't be treating this as a game with expendable NPC's and take his actions more seriously.

"Of course one has to exist, how can someone possess that kind of power that wasn't in our former games? Otherwise tell us how you got it Bakugou!?" Bow Bitch continues to insist which made Ren just roll his eyes knowing he wasn't going to convince the bow hero otherwise and decided to not respond.

Bakugou then slams his fist on the table, "Again you idiots it's no! I'm not going to teach some shit I can barely control myself, and I'm not planning on dealing with your incompetent asses when you'll just lose control of it yourselves, if you can even comprehend it at all." Bakugou yells back.

The room was now silent as each hero awaits one another to say something, hoping one to either drop the subject or give in to tell them about it.

Eventually, after a minute of silence Ponytail slut shrugged, "Fine keep your dumb secret then, I'm sure we'll eventually figure it out. But we still expect something out of you, how about instead you tell us how in the hell you got your crazy fire magic?"

"What the hell are you talking about fire magic dumbass!?" Bakugou asked.

"You know, those big explosions you do with your hands since our first duel together." Ponytail slut responds.

Bow Bitch then decided to speak up on the subject, "Agreed, in all the games we played the Shielder is nothing but a tank with no attack power whatsoever, no sort of offense magic, so how in the hell did you get this type of power unless this is something else the game master gave out to pity you."

Both cardinal heroes wanted to know about Bakugou's powers one way or another. Even Ren was admittedly curious as to where Bakugou's fire powers come from.

Bakugou was just rolling his eyes, knowing even if he tells the full truth about his quirk, they weren't going to believe him. But as he thought about it, he figured he can use this leverage to get info out of the 2 cardinal heroes he knew would never tell him anything in any other circumstances. He finally shrugged and said, "Fine I'll tell you how I do it, but you're going to tell me some stuff first before I say a damn thing."

Neither Bow Bitch nor Ponytail slut like the idea, "Why the hell should we tell you anything when we are the ones who asked you first!? You tell us how you got that power first!?" Ponytail slut demands back.

"I don't have to tell you shit! If you're not going to tell me anything first then you can just eat a hairy dick! At least that isn't restricted from your special belt!" Bakugou yells and mocks Ponytail slut who groans in anger to be reminded of the itchy chastity belt again.

Mirellia though tries to be the voice of reason, "Sir Spear and Bow heroes, you were the ones who had originally wronged the shield hero through your acts at his trial and attacking him in that forest with Piece of shit. So I have to agree that he has no obligation to say anything to either of you unless you offer something back first." she says to the two.

Neither Bow bitch nor Ponytail slut liked the idea of it, but if they are ever going to find out about Bakugou's overpowered abilities, they will have to offer their secrets first.

Bow Bitch groans again in annoyance and says, "Ok fine! We'll talk first."

"But after we tell our secrets you are going tell us yours as well." Ponytail tells off Bakugou who just shrugs.

"Fine, yes I'll tell you idiots stuff, but you better tell me information that is actually useful for me to utter a peep about my "fire powers"." Bakugou agrees.

Bow Bitch then turns toward the sword hero, "This includes you as well Ren, don't think we forgot about you."

Ren sighs and responds with, "Sure fine, we're supposed to be working together anyway so that's fair."

When all the heroes were in agreement Ponytail slut spoke up first, "Ok fine I'll keep it simple for you. When you pick up the same type of weapon as the legendary weapon you can make a copy of it using the-"

"Weapon copy skill, yeah yeah I know that already, how about something useful I don't know about." Bakugou rudely interrupted which annoyed the spear hero despite him telling him secrets the shield hero wanted to know.

Ren then spoke up, "There is also an ability to allow the weapons to craft all items automatically as long as you have the required ingredients to-"

"You told me that over a month ago already Paleface." Bakugou interrupted Ren which annoyed the sword hero.

"I know Bakugou, but Moto-Ponytail slut and Bow Bitch might not know." Ren argues back. He knew he doesn't have anything that he can advise Bakugou about, he pretty much told him everything he knew since the Gaelion incident and their trip back from Siltvelt.

But Ponytail quickly dismissed the Sword hero, "Ha, are you kidding me Ren? We already knew about that since the start. I mean anyone who wouldn't know such a basic function would have to be a giant dumba-" But Ponytail stopped himself after he sees Bakugou rip off the shield from his arm ready to throw it at him again if he finishes the rest of that sentence. Not wanting to get hit in the head again, Motoyasu remained silent afterward with Bakugou's shield reforming back on his arm.

Itsuki then spoke up to give his advice, "There's also a teleport skill, if you make it to level 50 and add some of the hourglass sand into your weapon. It'll allow one to teleport back to any hourglass at any point in the world regardless of-"

"I've unlocked a far superior version of that skill at level 5 and it allows me to travel anywhere I've been to before." Bakugou interrupts again.

This time it surprised the 2 cardinal heroes, "Wait level 5 and anywhere you want!? That's complete bullshit how in the hell did you unlock such a thing!?" Ponytail slut whines at Bakugou, with him and Bow Bitch not wanting to believe they missed something that useful and easy to get since the start.

Ren then spoke up about it, "He's telling the truth, turns out all we have to do is insert some maps into the weapons and we unlock the map weapons that allow us to fast travel to wherever we were at before."

But Bow Bitch continues to refuse to believe it, "No way is such a thing that easy to get! You didn't just put in a map inside your weapon in Dimension web and instantly gained fast travel that early!"

"Don't you think maybe not everything is like the games we played back at home, we've seen many differences already so to compare this world to the games is irrelevant at this point." Ren lectures Bow Bitch who continues to not believe such supposed nonsense.

Bow Bitch then said, "Ok Bakugou we told you secrets now how about you tell us yours!"

"You idiots didn't tell a damn thing I don't already know! I'm not saying shit until you tell me something useful!" Bakugou yells back at the 2 heroes.

Ponytail slut was getting extremely annoyed by this, "How in the hell are we supposed to know what the hell you don't know!?" he yells back with Bow Bitch nodding with him.

After scratching his chin for a few seconds Bakugou thought of something and responds with, "How about you tell me how in the hell you level up your weapons or make them or yourselves stronger? Then I'll finally tell."

Hearing that also intrigued Ren and was going to be listening closely to this.

Bow Bitch then smirks with arrogance, "Ha, not sure how you don't know about that, but if your that stupid it's very simple. It's all about weapon rarity, the enchantments you apply to it are just for extra boosts. The rarer the weapon the better its based stats are, simple as that so it's always best to find something rarer or make it into a rarer weapon than wasting resources to make a common weapon slightly better. But of course, it's still good to power up your weapons by equipping them with certain ores, it allows one to raise the weapons base power. Item enchantment is also important, when an item whether it be potions, plants, or dead monsters has been absorbed into a weapon it can be turned into energy, and that can be used to raise the percentage of various stats. Though this isn't always guaranteed, there is always a chance of it not working at all and wastes the item. Oh and lastly there are Job levels related to that, you can use the energy that is contained in absorbed monsters or items to increase stats, but these are not related to your weapons, it's for your normal base stats so they improve your general body."

"What!? That's not how it works at all!?" Ponytail slut finally spoke out, which annoyed Bow Bitch while Ren and Bakugou were just listening in with their crystal ball weapons out to record this.

Ponytail slut continued to explain his methods, "Rarity has nothing to do with leveling up the weapons, it's all about refinement. Everything is based on your weapon, the amount of its original stats or its rarity is not important, if you smelt your weapon with certain ores you can power up any piece of equipment you have including the weapons, though there is a chance of failure so you would always have to be careful with some of the rarer ores. But the most important thing is spirit enchantment, where you can use pieces of monsters' souls or items you have that are absorbed in your weapons, they can be used to imbue the weapon with special powers. Status enchantment basically works the same way but with your regular stats."

Bakugou and Ren understood all of it and had it recorded, but Bow Bitch refused to believe it, "What the hell are you talking about!? I never heard of this refinement or spirit enchantment stuff before! You're clearly making it up to sound cooler!" he whines back which makes the two other heroes and the Queen roll their eyes.

Ponytail slut was also getting mad back at Bow Bitch, "No I did not! That's exactly how you make the weapon stronger! Where the hell is the fun in making a weapon stronger if it's all about stupid rarity!"

"It's how the game works! You are clearly playing it wrong and why you keep losing so much!"

"Yeah like your track record is any better!" Motoyasu snarks back

The 2 cardinal heroes continued arguing with each other with the rest of the room sighing in disbelief from the immaturity going on here. Bakugou was just enjoying the show.

Ren tried to put an end to it, "Guys calm down! Look maybe we might be on to something. Perhaps we all level up our weapons in different ways from the games we play on our homeworlds. Even I level up my weapons differently, I level up through weapon proficiency. The more I use my weapon the more it levels up, and I can use the energy from the levels to increase the rarity and stats of whatever weapon I want and make it-"

"What the hell kind of nonsense is that!?" Ponytail slut interrupted.

"You're also making that up as well!" Bow Bitch concludes which was irritating Ren.

"No I'm not! Why would I be making such a thing up!? Just ask Bakugou, I told him the same things and he learned how to use proficiency with his shield!" Ren yells back.

"Oh yeah of course you try to suck up to your boyfriend Bakugou to justify your stupidity." Bow Bitch mocks the sword hero.

"What!? No! What the hell does-Ugh! You're acting like stubborn idiots!" Ren yells back at them now starting to lose his temper.

"Paleface don't try reasoning with these idiots. You'll just become as big of an idiot as they are now." Bakugou finally snarks back at the sword hero who was just sighing at this whole situation.

But then Bow Bitch slammed his fist on the table, "Hey don't think you can just ignore us! We told you our secrets now tell us yours!?" he demanded.

"Yeah! Tell us how you have that fire magic!?" Ponytail slut followed suit with the two staring madly at Bakugou for his response while Ren remained silent to hear Bakugou's explanation of his fire abilities.

It was silent for a few seconds until Bakugou shrugged, "Ok fine, fair is fair. But FYI this isn't magic and it's not something that can be learned."

"What!?" the 3 other heroes expressed by the answer.

Bakugou then continued, "Yes, my Mother has the ability to produce Glycerin from her skin, and my dad has the ability to secrete acidic sweat and can make it erupt from the palms of his hands. The 2 fell in love, married, had sex, and made me. So I inherited both abilities, allowing me to produce pretty much Nitroglycerin sweat that allows me to make explosions from my palms."

"What kind of a stupid made up explanation was that!? You expect us to believe that!?" Ponytail slut yells at Bakugou and points to Bow Bitch and Ren.

Bow Bitch nods in agreement with him, "I agree, I may come from a world with a lot of crazy powers as well, but explosive sweat? You can't be serious?! No more games, tell us the truth!" he demanded.

"I told you numbskulls nothing but the truth, it's not my fault you two are idiots and can't understand the truth if it spits you in the face." Bakugou mocks back, he recognizes he was leaving out a lot of context of his world and about quirks, but he knew they wouldn't believe him anyway so he wasn't going to bother and decided to just be as literal of the truth about his quirk as possible and let them stumble and figure it out themselves.

Ren was just trying to wrap his head around the answer, wondering himself if Bakugou was telling the truth or he was just trolling with them again. They may come from different worlds, but even explosive sweat seemed out there.

"Quit with your stupid bullshit!? Your hiding something that the game master gave you!? Tell us how we get to him right now!? I've had it with yours, Ren's, and Ponytail sluts lies, so tell me how you got these abilities!" Bow Bitch yells once again but his last statement caught Ponytail sluts attention.

"Hey what are you talking about!? I didn't lie about anything!? Are you still insistent on that stupid rarity thing!? I told you to make the weapon stronger you have to refine it! It's in the damn instructions!" Ponytail slut yells at Bow bitch who turns back angry at the Spear hero.

"I read all the damn menus before and it never said anything of what you're saying! What it does tell me is that the rarity of a weapon is the most important thing!"

"No it says that weapon refinement is what's important!"

"No it's rarity!"

"It's refinement!"

"It's rarity!"

"It's damn refinement Bow Bitch!"

"I TOLD YOU BEFORE TO NOT CALL ME THAT!"

After that, the bow hero pounced on the Spear hero as they start to physically fight with one another on or around the table as they punch, kick, and grabbed hold of each other.

Ren, Bakugou, the Queen, and Melty were forced to watch this madness. With Ren facepalming, the Queen sighing, and Melty trying to stop them, "Heroes! Please stop fighting like this, you are in front of her majesty!"

But the two continued to fight ignoring her.

Bakugou didn't have much of a reaction at all, not surprised this meeting came to this conclusion. Eventually, the shield hero got bored of it and got out of his seat, "Well unless theirs any other important news Queeny, I'm out of this lousy circus performance." and without waiting for anything to be said back Bakugou had already turned away and head his way out of the room back to the party, having gotten what he needs.

The Queen sighed, she can't blame the shield for his reaction, but she was still disappointed and prayed for her kingdom and it's peoples safety in the future.

Ren continued sitting there still facepalming as he places his hand on the side of his head, 'How in the hell am I going to get these guys to work together?' he says in his head, he deeply hopes Fitoria wasn't watching, all it would take is for her to change her mind, pop in with her magic and kill them all.

Back at the party, the cardinal heroes' teammates continue to enjoy themselves with the festivities and food. Though mostly just the shield and sword teams, the spear and bow hero's teammate's moods was still sour after all the humiliation at the trial today.

A few of them were envious of the shield hero and sword hero sidekicks, especially the former with the non-humans, being treated as equals or worse above themselves. Most of them just grumbled with one another and went heavy on the drinks to make their shitty moods feel better especially Mald who was guzzling them down as if he was dying of thirst in a desert.

Meanwhile, the sword and shield teams were having friendly conversations with each other at their tables, mostly talking about their adventures with one another.

Though their conversations stopped when they turned to see an amusing slight, "Well well, looks like our food has arrived from on of the maids. Pretty flat chested though. Hahaha." Welt of Ren's team laughed.

And that maid was none other than Piece of shit struggling to carry a bunch of trays while on his high heels, to people he wished he could order to be executed like he could a month ago, "Here's your food, and yours, and your appetizers as well." the sidekicks can practically hear the man gritting his teeth in deep anger and knew he can't do anything about it.

"Miss Scarlets and Kirishima's foods will be here in a minute from other servants. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Piece of shit asked expressing with great distaste on his face with everyone around him.

"I still don't have my food yet?" Neia express jokingly, though she truly was lacking her meal.

Piece of shit groans and turns toward the tray of food he forgot he placed down, "Sorry about that, give me a moment miss Neia." he grumbled which Neia enjoyed each moment of.

Piece of shit picks up the food and starts snorting ready to spit in it, "Here's a little extra flavor you-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he screams getting shocked again by his guards who knew what he was trying to do.

"Don't get any idea's Piece of Shit, maids have to learn to give the best service to their guests, you don't want the Queen to know you provide poor service to her guests." one of his guards scolded while Neia witnessed the whole event with a smirk.

Piece of shit not wanting this to reach his former wife and face her wrath again swallows his spit and nods, "Oh a.. Yes of course! Sorry about my service miss Neia." he expresses with a very forced smile.

Neia just smirks again and starts eating her spit-free meal, "No problem, maybe you should've tried the maid business awhile ago. I think the outfit looks cute on you and shows off your curves." she mocks the former king who felted insulted and lost his fake smile as he grits his teeth again.

"You damn smug demi-AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! I didn't even say anything yet!?" Piece of shit yells back at his guards after getting shocked again.

"You were planning to, so it counts." a guard snarks back who was enjoying the job of tormenting his former king and will not suffer any consequences from it.

Piece of shit groans as he pulls out a chicken leg from one of his pockets he picked out from the buffet, "I swear if I ever become king again, I will have a list and you two will be on the top of-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! What the hell was that for this time!?" The former king screamed as the shock made him drop the chicken leg.

The guard just waved his finger, "Uh uh uh, Piece of shit. Remember, you can only eat what the spear hero made for you."

"Oh no." Piece of shit utters in fear when he is reminded of that punishment.

And as if on cue the head maid of the castle came walking up from behind Piece of shit with a pot of Ponytail sluts food in her hands, "Don't worry Piece of shit your meal is right here, I believe it's time for your break anyway, so you can have the opportunity to eat the whole pot." she expressed with a smug face, enjoying her torment of the former king knowing she was now his superior, both she and the guards have many more plans of torment for him tomorrow.

Piece of shit looked actively disgusted on just the idea of eating Ponytail sluts food again and attempted to flee, only for the guards to grab hold of his arms and dragged the old former king away, for his "lunch" break, "Why me? What did I do to deserve this?" he expresses until he was literally dragged out of the ballroom.

The hero teams enjoyed the show and went back to eating their food.

All but Scarlet who was impatient with her lack of food, "Man I'm so hungry right now, I could almost eat this table." she mutters both looking hungry and bored with nothing better to do but stare at her shiny new rings.

But thankfully her food was finally placed in front of her face by a different maid, "Sorry for the wait, but here are your fried Drake steaks. Enjoy the meal." the maid apologized with Scarlet now looking happy and excited again. Licking her lips to the fried dragon meat.

Though this also caught the attention of the table across from the bird princess, by Kirishima who was now witnessing Scarlet eating one of his fellow dead and cooked dragons. Scarlet knew exactly what the dragon was thinking which made her express a devilish smug face as she bites into and rips apart one of the steaks with her bare teeth, then chews and swallows it, "Mmmm, Yum yum! That was delicious I could eat this all day every day." Scarlet mocks out loud knowing Kirishima looked on in anger at the young girl.

Though her attitude changed once Kirishima's food was placed in front of him by the same maid as before, "Here's your baked Filolial meat Kirishima. Seasoned and cooked to perfection."

Scarlet was now looking on in slight horror, as now she was on the other end of witnessing one of her own brethren ready to be eaten as the Dragon, who himself was expressing a smug smile of his own and then licks his scaly lips. And without hesitation Kirishima starts digging in on the meat, ripping it apart, chewing, and then swallowing it up with the filolial princess there to witness it, Kirishima enjoyed every second of it.

Despite the horrifying picture in her point of view, Scarlet now looked angry again at Kirishima and went back to digging in on her drake meats as she continues to eye back at Kirishima with the dragon doing the same. Quickly enough the 2 began their little battle of being as savage to their meals as possible feasting on the others' cooked brethren in their faces.

Rino giggled at the little event, "I guess little Kiri adopted his father's attitude of never letting himself lose to a challenger."

"Indeed." Neia agrees enjoying the cute little event as well.

But the mood then got ruined when a drunk as hell Mald finally left his chair and approached the shield table near Neia and slammed his half-empty wine bottle on the table.

"Ah, look at the filthy demi, no wonder my wine tastes bad." He insults Neia clearly drunk out of his mind but he was already annoying the group. They were just doing their best to continue to ignore him.

But the drunk bigoted man continued, "Are you listening!? I don't care if you are with the shield hero. You demi's got to know your place. Besides we have Itsuki! With him, we don't need any other heroes! Especially not a disgrace like the shield!" Mald was now making a scene getting most of the ballroom's attention and was starting to increase tension in the area. Tension Neia wasn't comfortable with especially being made front and center of it by this drunk idiot.

Mald continues his drunken ranting toward the elf warrior, "You should tell that loser to get lost or he's just going to get himself kill!"

Neia was getting on the edge of her temper and wanted to just punch Mald in the face. But she doesn't want to be the one who started the event and wanted to look like the better woman in the room to the foolish man and continue to ignore him.

Daven though had about enough of being quiet, "That's rich coming from someone who got his ass kicked by a sidekick of the shield hero. How many teeth did I exactly kick out of your mouth again?"

Being reminded of that battle again made Mald angrier and now approached Daven looking more pissed than before as he slammed the table not far from Daven, "You shut your filthy mouth you bag of fleas! You think I'm going to take that crap from you just because you hide behind a damn shield!? You'll see soon, I'll advance my family name and you'll be nothing more than a rug I'll rub my dirty boots on. So enjoy your time while it lasts. Hahahahaha, here why not have a drink." Mald mocks and finally stood next to Daven and was about to pour the last of the wine on his head.

But before a single drop came out, Daven just teleported away from the chair and the wine just spills on an empty seat confusing the drunk man.

"AAH! Hey!", Mald then shouts as he gets wine spilled on his helmet. The extremely angry drunk man looked up and saw Daven on a large chandelier just high above the tables with a now empty wine bottle.

Daven then teleports back right behind to the pissed-off man, "No thanks I'm parched." he mocks the drunk man back.

But Mald wasn't going to let that go after being humiliated in public again, "You damn demi! I'll have your head for that!" he shouts and without hesitation he takes out his large sword and swings it toward Daven.

But the cat rogue puffs away before the sword could get to him, so Mald just swings at empty air. The drunk man looks around trying to see him, "Where are you coward!? Show me your ugly face so I can stab it!"

Rishia tried to calm down the situation, "Mald please let's not cause any more trouble for-"

"Shut your damn mouth!" Mald yells at Rishia and throws his empty wine bottle at her, but even with the poor ducking the bottle was thrown far away from her and the table as it just smashed on the ground, Malds drunkness did no favors to his aim.

"I'm right here actually." Daven mocks on Malds side.

Mald refocused back on Daven as he swings at him again, only for the cat rogue to teleport away a few feet away, away from any table or people to not endanger anyone, as the drunk kept making a fool of himself.

Mald kept swinging and Daven just kept teleporting away not even needing to take out his Sai's, it made Mald look like he was swinging at ghosts.

This kept on for a little bit as Mald grew more and more angry and aggressive, "You stupid demi! I will not let this mockery stand! I'll do this all night if I have to, so hold still and-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" he then yells in pain as he gets zapped with a bolt of lightning magic.

The pain from the shock finally made him drop like a rock on the ground, now unconscious from the pain and alcohol. The bolt came from Neia, now just wanting to end this absurdity and sense it was Mald who started this whole thing in the first place he would be seen as the one in the wrong.

After that Daven casually walks back to the table with the maids already replacing the wet chair with a dry one.

As he sits back down he looks back at Neia, with the elf warrior grateful, "Thank you for that Daven. But you didn't have to put yourself on the front stage for my sake." Neia thanked her teammate but felt slight guilt for allowing herself to drag a friend into her situation.

"Don't worry about it, we're all here together as a team right? So we all have to stick with one another." Daven says back to comfort his teammate which makes Neia smile back, happy to have such good people on her team as Rino also lightly patted her back and then turns to be seeing Kirishima and Scarlet savagely eating their food.

"I hope those two don't escalate into a fight once they run out of food." Rino jokes lighting the mood again

But back with Mald, he remains on the floor out cold until Rishia and the blonde woman of Bow Bitches team grabbed hold of the drunk and were forced to drag him back to their table. With the blonde warrior in particular giving a mad look in her eyes at the shield team having similar feelings Mald had. While Rishia not out of any malice just looks away uncomfortably, she would rather make amends with the sidekicks, but knew she would get scolded by Bow Bitch if she tried to and kept looking away.

Neia sighs to herself, not surprised that the bow hero's teammates remained unfriendly to them. It made her sigh in disappointment that it all had to come to this, they could've been friends together, but the arrogance and bigotry from these types of people are almost impossible to change. At least they have new friends with the sword hero's teammates.

"Not a half bad job taking care of the fatass." said a familiar voice and Neia immediately turned toward it and knew it was Bakugou back in the party again.

"Sir Bakugou you're back already. So how was the meeting?" Neia asked though she and the other sidekicks can already tell the answer as Bakugou took his seat next to Kirishima as he tone down his savage eating while in front of his father.

"It was shit." he bluntly answered as he takes a drink of his wine, but then continued, "I did learn some things though. I'll be doing some experimenting tonight on some idiot's methods on getting stronger. Oh and we're also going on vacation soon."

"By vacation I'm assuming just more work in a different location?" Rino mutters knowing where this was going.

Bakugou was quick to respond to her, "Hey at least it'll be somewhere tropical. Cal Mira I believe it was called."

"Cal Mira? Oh wait is the double XP event happening again already?" Rino says quickly realizing what he was talking about.

"You know about this thing brown hair?" Bakugou asked her

"Well I never participated in one, but I've heard about it. It'll be perfect for us to catch up with our levels after dealing with all the Siltvelt and the 3 heroes church stuff." Rino continued which intrigued the others.

The whole group will definitely have a lot of stuff to talk about here and tomorrow morning.

On the other table, Scarlet was ripping apart the Drake meat with her teeth to keep showing off to the dragon, as she shakes her head around with the piece of meat in her mouth.

"Scarlet what are you doing?" muttered a voice that made the girl pause after recongizing it, she turned her head and saw it was Ren behind herself.

Scarlet just swallowed the meat whole and rubs the back of her head nervously, "Oh uh... Nothing, just enjoying the meal?" Scarlet responds trying to look proper again like a princess of the filolials should be

Ren just sighed not surprised the two rival animals were indirectly fighting each other again and just sat down still disappointed with how the earlier meeting went down.

Scarlet quickly noticed her master's annoyed mood, "Are you ok Sir Ren?" she asked.

"Not really, I'm supposed to fulfill a promise to get the other heroes to get along and they just want to kill each other again. I don't know how in the hell I'm going to do it?" Ren confesses.

Scarlet can tell his disdain and wanted to cheer him up as she jumps on his lap, "Don't worry too much master Ren, no matter how hard things might get I'll always be here to help you." Scarlet comforts him as she also hugs around Ren's body. It quickly lightened Ren's mood as he pets her black hair once more as he turned toward the rest of his team with them standing up and placing their hands on their chests.

"Same with us lord Ren, we'll follow you to the gates of hell if we have to. We'll also never give up on you." Farrie said with the rest nodding in agreement with her.

Ren once more smiles in comfort, happy to have such a good and loyal party, one he shouldn't just take advantage of anymore or leave them to fight on their own while he solo leveled. This was his second chance in life to become a better leader, and a better leader he will need to start learning to be.

And with his mood brighted again, Ren decided to pour a drink of wine into his glass and stood up with it after placing Scarlet down again. He then taps his glass loudly, getting most of the attention of the ballroom, "Everyone, sorry to interrupt. I only want to propose a toast for every person and adventurer here. A toast for a better tomorrow and good luck for everyone on their journeys to wherever it is." he says out loud with almost everyone raising their glasses out toward the sword hero.

Even Bakusquad followed suit with their glasses, and were now just waiting for Bakugou who was just looking annoyed, "Come on, don't expect me to get involved in something so cheesy?" he lightly complains, but his sidekicks kept smiling back at him with there glasses raised up, and now with Ren standing next to him hoping Bakugou would get involved.

After a few more seconds of peer pressure, Bakugou finally shrugs in slight annoyance, "Fine whatever, let's just get this stupid thing over with."

He moans as he grabs his wine glass and turns toward the sword hero.

The two then clang their glasses together, "cheers." they said together. "Cheers!" the rest of the ballroom said back as everyone one another clang their glasses together and sip on their wines, all but the still mad Bow and Spear hero teams, they are not in any sort of "cheery" mood.

Up the stairs of the Ballroom, the Queen along with Melty watches from above to witness the event. They were both happy to see this, showing that the Shield and Sword heroes were willing to at least tolerate one another, bringing them hope for the heroes and their Kingdom.

They then heard some grunting behind themselves, and as they both turn the two royals witness the Bow and Spear heroes being thrown into the ballroom by some guards getting them to stop fighting, they were now laying on the floor in annoyance.

Mirellia and Melty just sighs and shakes their head in disappointment, hoping that these two would change for the better soon. The two royals then left the railing and walk themselves down to the party again with Melty wanting to sit and talk with Scarlet and Neia.

And as the two criminalized heroes stood back up, they both look down at the party toward Bakugou and Ren, who were there enjoying themselves, getting love and praise from everyone. And they both hated the sight of it.

Bow Bitch finally muttered out, "I'll show them! I'll get stronger and show all of those idiots out there who is the main character and who they should be praising. And it won't be from a shielder with explosive sweat. On this day forward it shall be the rising of the bow hero!"

Thank you again for your patience, and I hope you guys enjoy one of the most anticipated parts involving anything to do with shield hero. I know this will also be my most controversial chapter and I won't be surprised if I get a bunch of people who will unfollow and unfavorite the story for my decision of letting Aultcray and Myne live, but I thought it through and I still wanted to do some stuff with them in future chapters and thought just killing them was too easy of a punishment for these horrible people, and should earn fates worse then death. I apologize if I disappoint some people who wanted them dead and I can understand where they are coming from, but I'm the writer of the story so I'll make it go where I feel is the best way to advance my story so I hope you can understand. And this was definitely a more talkative chapter with no major action scenes in it unless you count a drunken brawl as one, I hope the trial itself was entertaining enough despite it being a wall of text, but that's literature for you.
