One shot loosely based on a found Tumblr prompt involving Castle being so frustrated during his separation from Beckett that he takes up sparring with Espo and Ryan as a tool to try and help calm him. Beckett accidentally walks in on them working out one night and finds it so hot that she decides she wants some sparring with Castle of her own. This version is set pre-8x07.
