From the ashes of Gwyn's age came a new one, the age of Darkness. The Chosen Undead had become the Dark Lord to bring the cycle of the curse to an end. He built a kingdom from the ashes and new soul arts were discovered along with hexes. The Dark Lord would use these new arts to craft a path through space and time to find a new home for his kingdom. That new home would be Remnant.

The Champion of Ash gave his life once to link the flame but failed and was raised again to deliver the Lords to their thrones, Undeath can scar the mind and erode the heart. for the man who fought for centuries seeing humanity in this weakened, pitiful state is perhaps too much for him to bear

The Ashen One has completed his duty. He links the flame but it won't last long. The Age of Fire is fading away and soon The Age of Ancients will come again. He falls into an eternal slumber of dreams and memories from his distant past. Soon he will rise again to fulfill his duty a second time.

A failure, that's what he was. Given delusions of grandeur from various people and told of many prophecies he was meant to fulfill. And he had done none of them. Now, he's lost in a world that's filled with a horrible Darkness different to his own. Perhaps he can do something, this time. Was just an opening idea to a story, but got a second chapter and we'll see where it goes.

Jaune is teleported to a death-ridden landscape with countless enemies that want to kill him. He doesn't know why he's been sent here but must push forward to find the truth. Along the way, he will meet familiar faces, with some of them being a friend and some of them being a foe. The Great War is the deadliest conflict in Remnant's history. Countless settlements and countless lives are ruined by the creatures of Grimm, but just as many fall to overzealous armies and opportunistic bandits. A product of the war's early turmoil, Vengarl of Forossa joins the army of Vale to avenge his destroyed home.

His past long forgotten he awakes within a mysterious world. Seeking answers to questions he himself does not know, he embraces this new world but fate can be a cruel mistress. Happiness and sadness, love and hate, friends and enemies all this he shall experience: will he falter or shall he prevail?

Some characters from dark souls 3 made to fit in some scenes in RWBY, will mostly feature fight scenes as oneshots, but not limited to it. Rated T plus to be safe. Will have characters from both rwby and dark souls (mostly dark souls 3, haven't finished first two). But I am open to suggestions. No pairings, updates will be fairly slow. Time is convoluted in the land of Lothric. One undead can experience the same as another and never cross paths. Forever brought back to life, an undead can always be brought to a place they would never expect. It's funny, there's so much in this world which we fear and fight against: Grimm, undead, the first flame extinguishing, there's just so much that on this planet that we view as a threat; what amuses me though, is that while they fight against our mortal enemies, among them is probably the most... murderous monster on all of Remnant; my old friend.

Remnant. Once bustling and defiant, now it has waned and only it's ashes remain. In this dying world, Pyrrha Nikos awakens. Now watch her story unfold as she makes her away in her quest to restore her world. Friends will be found & lost, bonds will be tested and ideals will be challenged, and danger lurks in every corner. Yet she's defiant. After all, she has already died once.

Roman Torchwick was Unkindled, unfit even as kindling for the flame. He would be happy to be a dust thief and nothing more. he was no hero, he knew that. Life would be simple if not for the Demons and Grimm preparing to devour all life in remnant, and with only a few hunters in training and a pack of terrorists it falls to them to fight the demons and light the fire one last time.

Four students to change the fate of their world, and four champions who have already brought such change. Each summoned, each to heed the call, and each to face off against those that have linked the fire. (One-shot sneak peek to a much larger story coming out).

A 10k word-long gratuitous fight scene, featuring Team RWBY and the Soul of Cinder. There's little rhyme or reason for the set-up. This fic is mostly to get myself back into writing. Any comments would be appreciated.
