An elf awakens from centuries of sleep on the western coast of Middle-earth. Trying to take her second chance at true love and a new life, she realises that escaping from her history might not be as easy as she had hoped.

This story was a standalone, posted here over a decade ago. However, since I just finished a prequel to it (A Red Sun Rises), I am currently rewriting all chapters to merge the two stories, with a little bit more emphasis on the minor characters and OCs.
