Inspired by the movie Awake (2007), this story is about a dying Sherlock who is in need of a heart transplant, John as his loving partner and also his cardiologist. What will happen when an enemy resurfaces and gives John two choices: Sherlock or Rosie? How will they go through hell, and who will be left there?

In this post-"Sherlock" story, Sherlock is not the only one with demons underneath his road; John has his own share of demons waiting for him, too. Not only is John compelled to remember old traumas from his childhood, but the demons under his road have arisen to threaten his life and the lives of his loved ones. Can Sherlock and John's other friends deliver him and his family?
