Hermione is befriended and eventually courted by someone else. This story is how they met and how they eventually fell in with each other. Written because I can't stand Dramione pairings. This story has no relation to the "How I Met Your Mother" television show.

Pansy had only managed to date Draco for 2 weeks during their fourth year despite spending her whole life wanting to. To others it was the perfect pureblood romance, hallmark of the very best of their year, but the reality is anything but as it seems. A bittersweet look at Pansy and their relationship.

As if battling demons wasn't hard enough she has to deal with an unsympathetic and uncaring Severus Snape.
