Chapter 9
(Back at Naruto and Will's apartment)
Naruto, Will and Steve appeared in the kitchen in a flash of light.
"Mom! Dad!" Peni yelled, as she ran into the room with Cosmo.
"Hey honey. How would you like to visit Auntie Shuri?" Will asked with a smile, as she hugged Peni.
Peni gave a wide grin at this, as she nodded her head. "Yeah. And she can help me with what I'm building" she said.
Will smiled and nodded, as she led Peni out of the room to go pack.
"So what's the plan?" Steve asked Naruto, as he figured Naruto had a plan
"*We could find those willing to help us*" Cosmo said, as he'd read their minds to know what had happened.
["I agree with the dog"] Kurama said to Naruto.
"Well, I know T'Challa will be willing to take us in, after Will saved his dad," Naruto said, as he nodded.
"Good luck with that. You really pissed off Ross" Nebula said, as she walked into the room with Jennifer, Gwen and Jessica.
"He already arrived?" Naruto asked in surprise.
"Yea, he has a team waiting outside. We're lucky your seals are activated and that Stan is sentient, and won't let them in" Jennifer said, as Naruto walked over to a window and looked outside.
"How much firepower are we talking about here?" Steve asked curiously.
"Get this. Colonel jerkwad has recruited from the Raft" Jessica said with a scoff.
"Yeah. I can see he's got Rhino, Shocker, Electro and Scorpion" Naruto said, as he walked away with a frown.
"Oh great, he's recruited Peter's rogues gallery" Will said with a scoff, as she came back into the room with Peni, who had a backpack on her back.
"Peter?" Gwen asked with a surprised look.
"Yea, he's Spider Man here Gwen. And he's been at it for just a year, but he already has a rogue gallery" Naruto said, as he did some research on Peter after they encountered him and found out while he had a bad hero outfit, he had already done quite a lot for a street level hero.
Gwen sighed at this, as she had a feeling things would be different here.
"Ok. Will, you use my kunai to get Peni and yourself to Wakanda, and -" Naruto was saying, before Will gave him a flat look.
"Babe, I'm not leaving you here alone with Colonel jackass" Will said, as she crossed her arms.
"You are going with Peni" Naruto said firmly, as he wasn't gonna back down with this one, since he wanted Peni to have at least one of them, in case something happened.
"Relax Will, he has us backing him up" Jennifer said with a grin, while punching her fist into her palm.
"Yea. I usually don't get involved in this shit, but this accords crap affects me too. So if I have to crack some heads, I will" Jessica said with a firm look.
Nebula nodded and patted Will on the shoulder. "We got this Will, so take care of Peni" she said with a smile.
Cosmo and Steve both nodded at this, showing they were there to help.
Will scowled at this, but soon nodded knowing Naruto was right.
Naruto nodded back, before he felt Peni hugging his legs.
"You're gonna come back, right?" Peni asked, as she looked up at him with worry.
Naruto kneeled down and hugged Peni back. "Don't worry honey, we got this. You just make sure you learn from Auntie Shuri, ok?" he said with a grin.
Peni nodded at this and smiled back, before she went to Will's side, before Will and Peni teleported in a green flash of light.
Naruto turned to Steve. "Get suited up" he said, as he opened a scroll and unsealed his shield and uniform.
"….you stole that from Ross?" Steve asked in surprise, as he took his equipment.
"Yea. I had a feeling this would be the end result" Naruto said, as Steve went into another room to change.
["Good on ya kid"] Kurama said with a grin.
Jennifer, Nebula, Gwen and Jessica looked over the balcony at the team Ross had assembled.
"So, who wants to fight who?" Gwen asked curiously.
"Well, are any of them like what you faced back in your old dimension?" Jessica asked.
"Only faced a lizard guy and an octopus chick," Gwen said with a shrug.
"Kinky," Jennifer said with a grin.
"Oh, grow up" Nebula said, as she rolled her eyes at this.
"Ok ladies, dog and old timer, let's go lay a smackdown" Naruto said, as Steve came into the room in his hero outfit.
Steve rolled his eyes at this while Cosmo shook his head, as Naruto led the way to the balcony.
"Cosmo, a lift please" Naruto said to his dog.
"*One lift down, coming right up*" Cosmo said, as his eyes glowed.
Everyone was engulfed in the dog's psychic power, as he carried them all and himself down to the group waiting for him.
One was a giant of a man, that was about Hulk's height, wearing what looked like a mech suit, that had a horn over his head. This was Rhino.
Another was a man in a green mech suit, with a tail waving about behind him. This was Scorpion.
The third person was a bald guy, who was wearing what looked like a mechanical vest, while giving off small bursts of electricity. This was Electro.
The final person was wearing a mech suit, with high tech gauntlets on his arms. This was Shocker.
["Man, these guys look ugly"] Kurama said.
"Yeah, thats true. But they're most likely really strong too" Naruto thought back to Kurama, as he looked them over.
"Colonel Ross wants you brought in, whiskered ninja" Rhino said, as he stomped his foot.
"And what happens if I don't want to meet the jackass?" Naruto asked, as he crossed his arms with a cocked eyebrow.
"Then we bring you and your whores in the hard way," Electro said, as he channelled his electricity.
"What exactly did Ross promise you guys anyway?" Jennifer asked them.
"Freedom. And work for him as part of his new team: The Thunderbolts" Shocker said, as she slammed his gauntlets together.
This made Naruto and his group give a flat stare upon hearing the name.
"Seriously? That meat head named his team after his nickname?" Jennifer asked, as she shook her head in disbelief.
["I bet I could have come up with something loads better than that"] Kurama said with a snort.
"Better than being the toy of some so called ninja" Scorpion said with a smirk.
"Ok, I'm gonna make this simple for you: walk away, so we don't have to hurt you" Steve said as he readied his shield.
"Oh, please follow your dumbass instincts, and just say no" Jessica said with a grin, as she cracked her knuckles.
"Enough of this. Bring them in!" Electro yelled, as he fired a stream of electricity.
Steve blocked with his shield, as everyone scattered, ready to fight.
Before Naruto could react, he was grabbed from behind, and lifted up into the air and carried off.
He looked up, and saw that it was a bald man wearing a mask over his face, and a suit that had wings coming from his back. This was Vulture.
["That's the ugliest bird I've ever seen"] Kurama said.
"Of course Ross called you too," Naruto said with a scowl at the old man.
Before Vulture could respond, his face was webbed up and Peter in his homemade suit landed on Vulture's back.
"Attacking other heros? I thought we had something special Vulture" Peter said with a fake hurt tone.
"Insect!" Vulture yelled, as he stopped and tried to get the webbing off his face.
"Uh, you do know that spiders aren't really part of the insect family, right?" Peter asked, as he held on.
["Ha! I like this kid"] Kurama said with a laugh.
Naruto said nothing, as he chose this moment to use the Substitution Jutsu to switch with a trash can.
Peter then jumped off Vulture and swung off, before turning around and swinging into Vulture and kicking him with both feet, seeing him flying.
"Heads up, ninja boy!" Peter yelled at Naruto, who was on a rooftop nearby.
Naruto chuckled at this, before he made some handsigns as he made a Lightning Blade, and slammed it into the Vulture's back.
"Aghhhhhh!" Vulture yelled, as his wings sparked and soon shorted out, before he started to fall.
["I think you should've killed him"] Kurama said.
"No, cause then Ross'll make me out as a villain" Naruto thought, while shaking his head.
Peter quickly webbed him up, hanging him from a streetlight.
"Don't think you can crawl back to me now mister" Peter said in a mocking tone, as he hung upside down and looked at the smoking Vulture.
Naruto chuckled and shook his head at this, before he looked to see how the others were doing.
Jennifer was fighting Scorpion who was spewing poison at her, while Cosmo was throwing cars and rubble at him thanks to his telekinetic powers.
"Out of the way, before I put you to sleep!" Scorpion yelled at Cosmo, enraged at his constant blocking.
Cosmo said nothing, as he entered the villain's mind. "*Hmm, such a sad human. Always picked on and went crazy after you were manipulated by Jameson*" the dog said.
Scorpion growled at this, as he shot his tail at Cosmo, but it was caught by Jennifer.
"Got you!" Jennifer said with a grin, as she held the tail tight.
"Let go you bitc - woahhhhhh!" Scorpion yelled, as Jennifer started to swing him around by the tail, and started to slam him into cars and the ground.
"I'll spin you round, round baby round, round" Jennifer sang with a smirk, before Scorpion's tail snapped and he was sent flying into Shocker, who was distracted by Jessica.
"Hey! That was my fight!" Jessica yelled at Jennifer.
"Sorry bout that" Jennifer said with a sheepish grin, as she rubbed the back of her head.
Meanwhile nearby, Steve was making his way towards Electro.
"You're too old for this fight, old man" Electro said with a grin, as he fired at Steve.
Steve jumped back and swung his shield around, and threw it at a hydrant nearby
When the shield hit the hydrant, it burst open and the water fired at Electro.
"Oh God damn it!" Electro yelled out, before he was engulfed by the water and started to scream in pain, as he started to short out.
"Language," Steve said with a chuckle, as he grabbed his shield after it returned to him.
["I can't believe he said that"] Kurama said with a chuckle.
"Looks like your team is making my rogues gallery look easy" Peter said with a chuckle.
"Don't let it bother you kid. If you deal with these losers regularly, then you're better than I thought" Naruto said with a smile.
Peter nodded at this, before he looked around at all that's left.
"Aggh! Get off me, you two!" Rhino yelled, as he ran down the street with Gwen and Nebula on his back, trying to guide him away from civilians.
"If you stopped running like a moron, we would!" Gwen yelled out, as she tried to web up Rhino's feet.
"….one of your girls is ripping me off?" Peter asked Naruto with a raised eyebrow.
"She's a refugee from another dimension," Naruto said, keeping it simple.
"That's a thing?!" Peter asked, surprised at this information.
"Focus kid. We need to stop Rhino, before someone gets hurt" Steve said.
As Rhino ran, Nebula was prodding him in the neck with her shock batons, but this barely did anything to him.
Rhino laughed at this, as he charged down the street and saw someone waiting for him at the end of the street.
"Peggy, he's too big for you to move!" Gwen yelled, as she waved a free hand.
Peggy removed her shield from her back, before she jumped and swung around, as she slammed her shield into the face of the Rhino.
Rhino swerved and crashed into a truck nearby, while Gwen grabbed Nebula and swung away and landed nearby.
"Peggy!" Steve yelled, as he ran over smiling.
"Hey Steve" Peggy said with a grin, putting her shield on her back.
"You broke my teeth, woman!" Rhino growled out, as he stomped out of the destroyed truck.
Before he could charge, Naruto appeared above him, with his Rinnegan activated.
"Almighty Push" Naruto said with a glare.
Before Rhino could respond, he was hit with an invisible force that slammed him onto the ground, making a crater.
["And that's how you stop a rhino folks"] Kurama said, even though he knew no one could hear him (except for Naruto and Cosmo).
"Huh, so that's you when you're done using kid gloves" Peter said, as he landed on a street lamp.
"Thanks for the assist Peggy" Naruto said, as he landed on the ground.
Peggy nodded at this. "Sorry I wasn't here earlier. The government was trying to distract me from getting involved with this" she said with an unamused look on her face.
"Assuming you're on our side?" Steve asked with a cocked eyebrow.
"Of course honey. I saw how Ross threatened Will" Peggy said with a scowl, as she definitely didn't like using a child as a bargaining chip.
"So, what do you do with the doofus squad?" Peter asked, gesturing at the knocked out villains.
"We leave them for Colonel ass clown" Naruto said with a glare.
"Yea, we need to get to Will before she comes back and drags us all back" Gwen said with a chuckle.
["Yeah, as she has quite a temper. Much like your own mother Naruto"] Kurama said, as he shivered slightly, remember Kushina's attitude.
Naruto nodded at this as he walked over to his team, before he looked at Peter and pulled out one of his Hiraishin kunai. "Here kid, use this if you ever need my help" he said, as he tossed the kunai to Peter, who was quick to grab it before it hit the ground.
"Oh cool! This is how you teleport right?" Peter asked with a happy tone.
"Don't get too excited kid. It's more magic based, not tech based" Naruto said with a chuckle, having a feeling Peter would want to analyse it.
"Aww! I was kinda hoping that it would be like Star Trek" Peter said, as he folded his arms.
"I owe you for the save kid. So next time I see you, I'll get you a real hero suit" Naruto said, as he gave Peter a nod while the others nodded at him in respect.
"Wow, uh thanks" Peter said, as he rubbed the back of his head.
Naruto nodded, before he and his group disappeared in a yellow flash.

(Wakanda)
Naruto and his group arrived in the throne room, and instantly had spears pointed at them by the royal guards.
"Not used to visitors, are they?" Peggy asked, as she raised her hands while looking at the female warriors.
"They're the Dora Milaje, the personnel guards of the royal family," Naruto said with a shrug.
{"You think the king could add them to your harem?"] Kurama asked with a snicker.
"Not now buddy" Naruto thought.
"Stand down!" Ramonda yelled out, as she entered the room.
"Hey Ramonda, sorry we just showed up," Naruto said, as he bowed his head which the others copied, while the guards lowered their spears, before they stood tall, with the spears next to them.
"T'Challa said you were coming with your friends, who were on the run" Ramonda said, as she walked over to Naruto.
"Yea. I sent Will and our daughter ahead of us" Naruto said with a nod.
"Ah yes, Miss Peni. I must say, she is quite bright with the questions she has been asking" Ramonda said with a smile.
"I hope that they haven't caused any problems," Naruto said.
"Not at all. Shuri is most happy they are here" Ramonda said.
"Is his majesty OK?" Steve asked, as he had heard that something happened at the UN.
"He's finem thanks to Naruto and Will's actions. He's just talking to T'Challa privately" Ramonda said.
Naruto nodded at this, as he looked at his group. "Welcome to Wakanda" he said with a grin
"I hope you can keep our secrets to yourselves, Miss Walters, Jones and Stacy" Ramonda said with a firm tone at said women, as they had never been to Wakanda before now.
"Relax, we can keep a secret" Jessica said as she waved her hand dismissively.
"Yea, I'm a lawyer so that's easy for me" Jennifer said with a smile.
"I know nothing. What secret?" Gwen asked with a smile of her own.
Ramonda nodded at this, satisfied with their answers.
"I hope that this won't get you in trouble," Peggy said.
"If the rest of the world even finds you here, Miss Carter" Ramonda said with a chuckle.
"Ok everyone, what's the actual plan?" Steve asked, as he crossed his arms.
"Well, my only plan is to stay here, until the world government puts their brains back in place. Until then, they can shove it" Naruto said with a scoff.
["Ha, yes! Take that, you overgrown fatties!"] Kurama yelled out, as he cackled.
"*Kurama, you know only Naruto and I can hear you, right?*" Cosmo asked with a cocked eyebrow.
["Yes, but at least I feel a little better"] Kurama said with a shrug.
"If you wish to talk to the king about your options, I can set up a meeting with him," Ramonda said.
Naruto nodded at this. "Where is Will and Peni?" he asked curiously.
"They are in Shuri's private lab. So feel free to go see them, while your friends are shown to their rooms" Ramonda said with a smile
Naruto nodded at this, as he and Cosmo left the room, while the royal guards escorted the others to their rooms.

(With Will)
Will, Peni and Shuri were in a lab, as Shuri and Peni were looking over some holo screens, while Will paced about as she waited for news about Naruto.
"Your gonna make a trench in my floor Will" Shuri said as she looked up from her screen to look at her.
Before Will could respond, the door to the lab opened as Naruto and Cosmo walked into the room.
"Dad!" Peni yelled happily, as she ran over to Naruto, who smiled as he lifted her up and hugged her.
"Hey sweetie. Have you been doing ok?" Naruto asked kindly, as he hugged her.
"Yup. Me and Auntie Shuri have been going over a few ideas of what to build," Peni said with a smile.
"Oh really? Anything exciting?" Naruto asked with his own smile.
"Auntie Shuri says that she wants to build a talking car, with tons of gadgets in it. She says that she got the idea from watching an American TV series called Knight Rider" Peni said.
"Oh, now that's an interesting idea," Naruto said with a chuckle.
"Personally, I like the newer version of K.I.T.T, as he can transform into different vehicle modes" Will said with a shrug.
"That sounds like he's a Transformer" Peni said, as she made transforming noises.
["I think doing an animal version would be a cool idea"] Kurama said with a grin.
"Hey Will, you ok?" Naruto asked, as he put Peni down, while ignoring Kurama.
"I'm doing better, now that you're here" Will said, as she hugged Naruto.
"Oh please. Ross only sent C level villains. B level tops" Naruto said with a chuckle, as he hugged Will back.
["And all of them pussies"] Kurama said with a cackle.
"Who did you fight dad?" Peni asked curiously.
"Well, I fought against the Vulture, and Spider Man helped me," Naruto said.
"Who?" Peni asked curiously.
Shuri swiped at her screen, and pulled up some footage of Spider Man.
"…..his costume stinks," Peni said simply, as she watched Spider Man stop some robberies.
Naruto, Will, Shuri, Kurama and Cosmo all laughed at this.
["Oh man, that kid of yours is a riot Naruto"] Kurama said.
"You know, I reckon I could build something better than him," Peni said, as she rubbed her chin.
"Oh really?" ShurI asked with a chuckle at the little inventor.
"Yeah. What do you have in mind, sweetie?" Will asked with a smile.
"Nothing concrete yet mama," Peni said with a smile.
Will smiled at this, before she patted Peni on the head.

(A few days later)
It had been a few days since Naruto and some of his friends had fled to Wakanda.
In that time, T'Chaka had stepped down and passed the throne to T'Challa.
It had gone over well enough, even with M'Baku challenging him, but T'Challa had spared him when he had won, showing mercy to the warrior. Naruto, Will and Kurama had also laughed at Shuri's humour to hurry the coronation ceremony along.
Naruto and his group had been moved to a private house out in the county, outside the city but still in Wakanda's borders, since Naruto didn't want to impose on the royals.
This didn't stop Shuri from having a lab built there for her and Peni near their house, with Okoye being the one who would escort her there and back.
Today, Naruto was out in the field meditating, while Will was inside the house.
Naruto soon opened his eyes, and turned to see T'Challa approaching with his escorts.
"If it's about Shuri staying here too much, I tried to convince her to go home. But she has this look when she's begging" Naruto said, as he stood up.
["Oh please, I know you love it when he and that bodyguard of hers come round"] Kurama said with a snicker.
"Quiet you" Naruto thought back.
T'Challa smiled and chuckled at this, while he shook his head. "No my friend. I'm here to ask you for a favour" he said.
"What's wrong?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Let's go inside, and we can talk" T'Challa said firmly, as he knew this would take a bit to explain.
Naruto nodded at this, as he led the way to the house.
As they approached the lab that was built next door, the door exploded off its hinges, and smoke flew out of it.
"Peni!" Naruto yelled, as he and T'Challa ran over.
"I didn't do it!" Peni yelled out from inside the lab.
Naruto and T'Challa peered inside the lab, and saw….
"Is that a spider mech?" T'Challa asked with a raised eyebrow.
They both saw a mech that was about Hulk's size, that was coloured red and blue, with a glassed dome shaped head.
["Huh. You think she'd build a fox one if you asked her?"] Kurama asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Peni, did you get the idea from watching Gundam?" Naruto asked with a cocked eyebrow, ignoring Kurama.
"And Spider Man. He's cool!" Peni's voice said from inside the mech, as a smiling emoji appeared on the face of the robot, as it crawled over to them on its spider legs.
"So, this is where that vibranium Shuri took went" T'Challa said with a sigh, while shaking his head.
"Yup! Auntie said she supports genius mind's" Peni's voice said from inside the mech, as it waved its hand before it fired some webs, hitting the wall.
"Oops! I can fix that!" Peni said, before the robot accidently pulled the web line, and pulled down some of the wall.
"Ok honey, how about a break? Mom is making lunch" Naruto said with a chuckle
"Okay. I'll come and sort SP/dr out later" Peni said, as she climbed out of the mech.
"SP/dr? That's so cute" T'Challa said with a chuckle at the little genius.
"No, it's cool. Get it right" Peni said, as she walked over to them.
"Whatever you say honey" Naruto said as he patted her on the head affectionately, before he led her and T'Challa into the house, so T'Challa could explain why he was here.

(One explanation later)
T'Challa had just finished explaining why he was here.
"So, you're looking to capture this Klaue guy huh?" Naruto asked, as they sat around the table, while T'Challa's guards stood outside.
"Indeed. This man has stolen from us and has killed several Wakandan's. And we finally have a chance to capture him" T'Challa said with a frown.
"So you want us to help you?" Will asked, as she placed some food on the table.
"I think it should probably just be T'Challa alone, babe. This is stealth based, and you're not that good at stealth" Naruto said.
"I can be stealthy if I try -" Will was saying, before she was cut off.
"Mom, I love you, but you're as stealthy as a freight train," Peni said, as she took some food.
["Ha! That kid of yours is funny Naruto"] Kurama said with a laugh.
Will pouted at this, as she sat down.
"So will you help me?" T'Challa asked Naruto.
Naruto nodded at this. "Sure. But I will need to have a stealth suit made so I'm not recognized, since I'm on the most wanted list now" he said as he scowled at the fact Ross had put him, Will and their allies on the most wanted list, after they fled.
"Oh, I think you'll find Shuri has already thought of that," T'Challa said with a grin.
"Huh, so that is why she wanted a sketch of an Anbu outfit" Peni said, as she swallowed some food.
["Hope that its badass"] Kurama said with a grin.
"Well, if you're gonna help him, you should get going," Will said, before she sighed.
"I'll be back soon you two, don't worry" Naruto said, before he kissed Will on the forehead and turned to Peni as he hugged her.
"Kick some ass dad" Peni said with a smile up at him.
"Language," Naruto said firmly.
"Mom says worse," Peni said with a pout.
Naruto laughed at this and nodded, as he couldn't argue with that.
Deadpool walked into P.O.M and Kfbanime87's office
Next is a new story, so fuck off! Kfbanime87 yelled, as he had a bazooka aimed at Deadpool
Well, I heard from a little bird that you want to do -: Deadpool was saying, before P.O.M aimed a shotgun at his head
Watch it Wade: P.O.M said in warning.
Ok ok, I'll leave. But before I go….Gong Yi Tanpai! Deadpool yelled, as he ran away laughing maniacally
You're dead, you fuckwad! Kfbanime87 yelled, as he ran after Deadpool and an explosion was heard, from him obviously firing his bazooka
