While I thought The Rise of Skywalker was quite a cool movie, let's face it, Rey and Ben deserve so much better. Also, Rose and Zorii (and those eyes) deserve more screen time, especially with their respective partners. In short, this is my version of the TROS fix-it fic.

Sidious watched Obi-wan's strategies - his gains and losses in battle - and realized he'd overlooked a gem. Anakin was a super-nova, but Kenobi managed to be a Quasar, if not in power, then in his sheer light. He burned so brightly and somehow didn't burn out... He knew those with the capacity for the greatest good had the same capacity for evil. And Palpatine couldn't allow that.

Set three weeks after TROS. Follow Rey as she tries to figure out what to do know that she knows the truth.

Set after TROS - Ben may have disappeared, but somehow he is still connecting with Rey in her dreams and she hears his voice reaching out to her. Could he still be alive somewhere within the Force, as she can sometimes feel, and can she save him once more?
