I'm back.
I've been wanting to write this chapter.
Sorry, that I was gone for a while, I was dealing with my personal life.
Also, I just went to see, Jo Koy's movie.
Easter Sunday.
As a Filipino, I was really happy to see more Filipino Representatives in a Hollywood movie.
I also just went to see the new Pixar movie Buzz Lightyear. It was okay honestly, but I have a split opinion about the movie.
Now, let's enjoy the chapter. It's time for the cast to know why Aang was in the Iceberg and why Zuko has a scar.
Book Water
The Storm
Water.
Earth.
Fire.
Air.
Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar, an Airbender named Aang. And although his Airbending skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Aang can save the world.
1:29 - 1:53 (Remember the audience doesn't see the title of the episode.)
The first scene of the episode shows Team Avatar flying.
"Woah, look at Momo's he's huge!" Kota was surprised to see how huge Momo was.
"Okay, this is cool, but there is no way this is real this must be a dream?" Kosei said smiling how Team Avatar was having fun in this dream.
"The question is, Who's dream is it, Shroom? Kinoko asks.
"Kimori, I think it's Aang's dream, he was the first person that we saw when the episode started."
"May I say something."
The audience turned their attention to Fuyumi Todoroki.
"This reminds me of a book that I read about child psychology, and a dream about flying means it's a sign that Aang is feeling weightless in his everyday life. I guess it means he is confident that he be able to learn the other three elements before Summer's end. " Fuyumi said. "I think this is a good sign."
"Sis, you got all that from reading, nerd," Natsu said in a joking tone, making fun of his sister.
"At least I'm not alone in my bedroom masturbating!" Fuyumi said that making Natsu blush vermillion from embarrassment.
1:53 - 1:59
The Audience questioned why Aang's dream became gloomy and gray when they saw storm clouds.
"Oh no, that's not good, In psychology storms, and clouds in dreams mean trauma, or depression." Fuyumi said making the Heroes and students towards the meaning of this dream?
1:59 - 2:29
Aang's whole dream was revealed.
Kosei and the rest of the students were shocked to see Monk Gyatso once again. The monk asked Aang why did left them.
The audience believes that they may have been the Airbenders that were killed during the first Sozin's Comet. They recall that Gyatso was one of the victims that died that day. That Kosei would have marked it to be the worst thing that the Fire Nation has ever done in history.
The last scene of the dream was Aang crushing down to the shore, and they heard the echoing plea of Katara, and perhaps Gyatso, calling for his help, that they need him.
To Kosei, he wonders what that dream meant. He understands back in the training room. That wasn't the real Aang. He does worry for his idol? He may not be a super genius like his friends, Juzo, Nirengenki, Itsuka, and Setsuna.
He is smart enough to see that dream wasn't just nothing, there were real emotions tied to it hopeful Aang might have the courage to explain it later in the episode.
For Izuku, He believe that dream was about the pressures of Avatar, similar to the emotional pressure of being the 9th holder of One For All.
Through the American Dream Plan that All Might gave him to prepare for UA. I guess in a way that's more of the surface pressure, the Physical training. He overtrained because he knows that Izuku would be playing catch up if he wasn't physically in shape. Besides the surface pressure, Izuku also had to face mental and emotional pressure, when entering UA.
The difference is, that chapter of his life ended, and many chapters what written and overcome, since the Entrance exam, there was also the Sports Festival. He was pressured by All Might, that back in the sports festival that he had to let the world that 'he is here' the next symbol of peace. At that time that was a lot of pressure, Emotional, Mentally, and Physically in the end.
Those events at the Entrance Exam, the Sports Festival, and the Provisional License Exams may have pressure on Izuku at the time, but those chapters of his life have ended.
Now Izuku sees that Aang might feel pressured, Towards though? Mastering the four elements, Defeating Fire Lord Ozia before Sozin's Comet arrive?
Izuku isn't seeing the bigger picture on why Aang feels pressured, perhaps watching more of the episode might give him a clue.
2:29 - 2:34
The whole audience was surprised that Sokka was sleeping with the bother of his sharp weapons in his hands.
"Wait, Sokka was holding sharp objects, while he was asleep?!" Melissa said in her surprise.
"Well, in all honesty, it makes sense I would have done the same thing," Aizawa said. "However, I won't sleep near my fellow teams. Sokka is sleeping so close to Katara, he could accidentally cut her."
Seriously?! Those were the combined shared thoughts of Class 1A and Hitoshi Shinso.
2:34 - 2:47
"So Aang is having nightmares lately, If Chiyo was here, she would want Aang to talk about what's bugging him. Instead bottling them up." Midnight said, remember that Recovery Girl helped her during their time of grief when Shirakumo died.
Shota Aizawa especially, After the death of their old friend Oboro Shirakumo. Aizawa was having nightmares about Shirakumo's death, he use to wake up screaming and in sweat. During day times he was dealing with depression, it was Chiyo and his friends who helped him get back up and be Eraserhead and Shota Aizawa once again.
It took time for him to recover from his grief, and opening up was the first time from recovering his depression from a lost friend.
He and Kayama believe they might hear more of Aang's nightmares and what is bothering him. They were glad that Katara is lending an ear, but Aang isn't ready to share. Give him some space and he might open up.
2:47 - 2:54
Dabi was holding his laughter when Sokka offered to share his dreams. It reminded him of the time when Natsu used to wake him up from a nightmare. Being the big brother that he was, he decided to make it worst for Natsu that there was a monster under his bed that knows his name and is wanting to eat him. He laughs the next morning to see Natsu tired and afraid.
He sighs. "Good old times." he chuckled.
2:54 - 3:08
The next scene was the early morning from Team Avatar's training site, as they were about to leave.
"Oh Geez, after what happened with the pirates how much money they have left?" Yosetsu asks.
"Let's see, no thanks to Aang water bending in which they have to replace very thing with their current money at the time, Aang spending some of purchase the Appa whistle, and Aang was trying to offer two copper pieces to the pirates. Honestly Yosetsu, I don't think they have any left since. I don't think two copper pieces would be enough to buy food for five months." Nirengenki said.
"Man, that sucks, I guess Team Avatar would go hunting, and whatever you call the vegetarian version of hunting?"
"I think, the word that you're thinking of, Tetsutetsu would be Harvesting. Though I don't think that count counts with travelers?" Nirengenki replies.
3:08 - 3:13
"What happened in you're dream Sokka?" Melissa asks.
3:13 - 3:21
Food eats people!
Also, Momo could talk. You said some very unkind things.
The whole audience's sweat drops from Sokka's response.
"This is the same True Hero who saved the lives of the Fire Nation from Jet's massacre?" Stain sweats drop that the boy can be childish at times.
"As childish as he can be, he and his sister are True Heroes, also teenagers too" Spinner tries to defend the Water Tribe siblings.
Himiko fans herself when Stain mentioned Jet.
3:21 - 3:42
The next scene shifted with Prince Zuko's warship and on top of it, was the Uncle and Nephew duo, Iroh and Zuko.
The audience heard what Iroh said.
"A storm is coming? Wait?! How could Iroh tell if there is a storm coming?" Kosei asks.
"To be honest, Tsuburaba, I don't know?" Nirengeki replied. "In our generation, the way we know about weather is from apps, or the weather channel on T.V. Also being in the Hero Course we don't study Climatology." he turns his attention to Hitoshi Shinso. "Hey Shinso, by any chance in general studies by any chance you guys study Climatology?"
Shinso took a moment to think as he replies. "Yes, and No… 10th Grade Climatology is just the basics like learning the difference between Weather and Climate change. What Iroh is doing is nothing from what I studied back in general studies… So I don't know if that helped?"
"Can we quit with the nerd talk? We're watching about another universe, not an episode of Bill Guy the Science Guy. I have seen a lot of his episodes back in elementary science class." Katsuki demands as the show continues.
3:42 - 4:00
Even after Iroh's explanation that the ship should head South-West for the safety of the crew. Prince Zuko still refuses and wants his ship to head North. Where the Avatar is headed but is also where the storm is.
The ex-members of the League of Villians were upset about Zuko's leadership, it reminded them of Tomura's so-called leadership.
"What is Zuko thinking? He's acting such a tomura." Himiko said. The leader of the League of Villains, his eyes twitch.
"Did you just use Tomura's name as an adjective?" Twice asks.
"Yes, there is a lot of use with Tomura's name as an adjective, it means, lacks true leadership, no conviction, man-child. A sentence example would be. Tomura is being such a tomura, Poker couldn't help but gropes his pecs." Himiko explained, and right on cue.
"Don't mind if I do." Tomura felt two hands groping his pecs.
"Yeeaahh!" Mr. Compress laughs and claps at Tomura's misfortune.
4:00 - 4:09
As Zuko enters the ship, Iroh went to apologize to the guard that Zuko yelled at.
Aizawa by all means likes Iroh. True, Iroh has a questionable past with his history with Ba Sing Se, from his past as a formal general. Though is not here to question Iroh's time as General of the Fire Nation. He questions Iroh's parenting skills in the role of Uncle.
True, Aizawa isn't a father or uncle. As Shota, he doesn't know what would be the best approach to Zuko. He and Iroh are concerned for the safety of the crew. Their safety is what's important not the Avatar.
If Aizawa was in Iroh's shoes and he is Zuko's Uncle in a scenario. He would imagine himself as a strict one, though fair too.
He sighs. Parenting isn't like Hero's work. What he can do is trust Iroh with his parenting skills and hope that Zuko does the right thing.
4:09 - 4:27
The next scene shifted back with Team Avatar in a market area.
Katara was shopping for watermelon.
"The saleswoman is right, the swishing sound does mean it's ripe. Shroom." Kinoko asks.
"Really? I thought the Watermelon is only ripe if you knock on the fruit and it makes the sound similar when knocking on the door?" Ibara asks.
"That is true too, shroom. Though the swishing means it's too ripe." The mushroom girl replies.
(I read only that swishing on watermelon means is too ripe. Though I could be wrong)
4:27 - 4:35
"I understand that they couldn't pay for the fruit, but was kicking Sokka necessary?" Melissa asks the saleswoman.
Dabi laughed that the saleswoman have kicked Sokka's ass. He would imagine a similar thing to happen if Shoto went to a Soba shop and was kicked out for not being able to pay for his meal.
4:35 - 4:41
Hearing the situation of Team Avatar, that they're out of money and supplies. The students wonder if Sokka finding a job was a good idea, or not.
"Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with getting a job… it's just… you know Team Avatar has a deadline. Aang only has before Summers ends to master the other three elements, and defeat Fire Lord Ozai… is finding a job a good idea?" one of the students said.
"I understand that time is of the essence. They cannot stop the Fire Lord hungry or sick. The money would help them to gather food and medicine. I just wonder what's a good short paying job with a huge salary?" Izuku asks. "I'm not expecting a treasure box or winning the million-dollar lottery. They need money for their whole journey."
Right on cue, Izuku got his answer from the couple in the background.
4:41 - 5:14
The whole audience listened to the elderly couple. They were arguing that the man needs to fish, while the wife was concerned for her husband's safety.
In the end, the Man will fish and is planning to hire someone to fish with him.
Sokka volunteered and was hired.
"Uh that was fast, not even an interview needed, sweet," Melissa said glad that Sokka got the job.
However, Kosei notice how Aang reacted when the wife mention that there was going to have a storm coming. He figures this may not be a phobia of storms. Perhaps it has something to do with his nightmares.
No. he shook his head. He is certain that the trigger has to do with the nightmares, especially the person that appeared in the nightmare.
"Gyatso," he mutters quietly, as his chest tightens.
5:14 - 5:24
Melissa face palmed at the old man's reply to Sokka.
Meanwhile, Sen notice that one of his best friends, Kosei was acting funny, like he looked nervous. "Kosei, are you okay, man?"
"Y-yeah, it's just… Something isn't right?" Kosei replied.
"About what?"
"Aang… I think he's keeping a secret?" Kosei said.
Spinner overheard Tsuburaba. Since they entered the Casino. The boy took an interest in the Avatar, just like how he idolized Stain.
He decided to whisper the information to Stain, and Stain finds the information interesting as he praise Spinner.
5:24 - 5:33
The next scene shifts back to Zuko. It shows that the man that he yelled at earlier went to rub the blame onto Zuko's face and that he was wrong and he should have listened to Iroh.
"Oh no he didn't!" Twice said in a joking tone.
Toga played along. "Oh yes he did!" the two friends laugh at loud, seeing that Zuko was just another Tomura. An awful leader.
5:33 - 6:01
"What do you know about respect?!"
"The way you talk to everyone around here, from your hard-working crew to your esteemed uncle, shows you know nothing about respect!"
"You don't care about anyone but yourself! Then again, what should I expect from a spoiled prince?"
"Tell him, Brother!" Himiko cheered for the guard, as he pointed at her formal leader. "See Tomura, he speaks the truth, for me and the rest of the formal members of the League of Villains. You never cared for what we want, you have no clue towards to change society, What else… Oh yes, you were the worst leader ever! So fuck you!" she flips him of with both hands as she went back laughing at her seat.
Toga was just glad that this guard just said the words out loud that she had been wanting to say to Tomura from the moment when the truth got out.
Bakugo grinned his teeth at the words at the guard. To him, it felt like a personal verbal attack on him too.
6:01 - 6:08
The tension went south once both Firebenders took up a battle stance.
The Todoroki siblings recognize what going on.
"An Agni Kai." the siblings muttered in unison.
Tomura and Spinner glared at each other. Since they left, Spinner knows that Tomura won't let them leave alive.
They have things to settle once their time in the Casino has ended.
6:08 - 6:24
"At least Iroh is the voice of reason, and perhaps a nice good mean is in order." Mr. Compress said as whispered as his tray, having Italian-style spaghetti and meatballs appear for him to eat.
6:24 - 6:33
As Zuko just gives Iroh the cold shoulder. The ex-league believes that Zuko was a lost cause similar to their ex-leader.
Dabi on the other hand sees Zuko more towards his Shoto.
Unknown to them(Including the Heroes), Their thoughts towards Zuko will change.
(Think Ex-League is a good name since the villain left Tomura and AFO. I don't want to call them, League of Sushi.)
6:33 - 6:43
"Okay, I take back what I said earlier, Sokka please listen to Aang, you and the man can catch your death out there!" Mellisa plead for her idol to change his mind, sadly that wasn't the case.
6:43 - 6:57
"Yup he is the Avatar, my idol, Avatar Aang." Kosei said smiling at the fisherman once he recognized who Aang was.
Izuku gave the same smile that Kosei gave to the fisherman.
6:57 - 7:00
"Well, don't be so smiley about it."
Kosei and Izuku's smiles went down from the fisher maa's replies.
7:00 - 7:30
The students listened to the rants of the Fisher Man.
He mentioned that since Aang disappeared, many have died and suffered for the last 100 years.
Kosei felt his anger boiling from every word that came from the Fisherman, talking about nonsense shit to the person that he looked up to the most. He was glad that Katara had his back.
His eyes widen to notice that Aang was triggered by every word from the fisherman as he glides away.
"Aang wait!"
7:30 - 7:43
"Fuck you!" Kosei said as he flip off the Fisherman, as they watch Katara fly up with Appa to search for Aang.
Sen and the rest of 1B were concerned for Kosei. It reminded them of the time when he cried when he learned about the deaths of the Air Nomads.
7:43 - 7:52
Some of the students laughed at Sokka for being the comic relief.
7:52 - 8:11
The audience watched as Katara flies around with Appa searching for Aang. They were glad that Katara was able to spot Aang entering the cave.
"Oh thank goodness, she found him." Kosei smiled that Katara found Aang.
Once Katara has entered the cave. Kosei and the rest of the students' smiles went to a frown, Feeling the sadness within the room's atmosphere.
Kosei wants to cheer up and tell him that the Fisher Man is wrong and that he had no right to say all of those words toward him. However, he feels Aang wants to express his despair.
He was glad that Katara is here to lend an ear to listen to Aang to share his despair.
Aang, may not know it, but classes 1B, 1A, the Big Three, and their guests are here for him.
8:11 - 8:19
Kosei and the students thought, that the reason why Aang flew away was the cause of the Fisherman's words. They realize, his despair is deeper than they thought. The insults from the Fishman were more of a trigger, but not the cause of Aang's sadness.
Kosei remembers that Aang was triggered earlier when the Fisherman's wife mentioned the storm is coming. He recalls Aang's dream later turned nightmare, it had Gyatso and behind him was a stormy cloud.
He may not be a psychologist, but he believes that the Storm and Monk Gyatso is somehow tied with Aang's blues.
8:19 - 8:27
Kosei is happy that Katara is such a good friend to Aang.
"Please Aang, you can talk to Katara, she's you're friend and she cares for you," Kosei said.
"Yeah, maybe opening up can help you cheer up," Izuku said he is not sure why Aang is feeling so blue. He thought it was just the insults from the Fisherman that cause him to feel this way.
Or perhaps he is missing something that he doesn't truly understand.
Or he is subconsciously he is shielding himself from the upcoming truth ahead.
8:27 - 8:39
"See Aang, you're not alone, you're friends are with you," Sen said as he turns to his friends. "You too Kosei, you're not alone."
"Yeah, Sen is right, we're there for you Kosei!" Hiryu said smiling at his friend.
"Ditto, we're best buds he got you're back," Yosetsu said ensuring his friend with a thumbs up.
Kosei smiled that his friends are there for him. Similar to how Katara, Appa, and Momo are there for him.
8:39 - 9:03 (Southern Air Temple Flashback)
After that Katara finish creating her campfire. Aang went to open up about why he felt so blue. They were not expecting to see a flashback of his old life back in the Southern Air Temple as Aang tells the story of when the monks told him that he was The Avatar.
The students know since they met Aang that he was always a fun-loving and joyful guy. Even Ida can admit that he likes Aang's fun-loving, and joyful attitude, even sometimes that Aang gives him headaches when he remains playful during serious moments. He admits he can be serious too when he needs to be.
Something about seeing Aang's old life seems different from the times when he is having fun in the present time. Then again, the same thing can be said towards them if they somehow saw the other's memories like a TV cliche.
They learned Aang has so many friends back in his old life, that the students could tell that they were his besties.
Izuku heard the true name of the Air Sphere that they sometimes see Aang riding on during some of his battles, and on some occasions using it to escape.
he change the name from Air Sphere and wrote down Air Scooter on Aang's page.
9:03 - 9:11
The children chuckled that one of Aang's friends trying to do the Air scooter but failed.
"I guess, the air scooter isn't easy from how Aang makes it look," Tenya said hiding his chuckles.
"I wonder how long Aang mastered the air scooter technique?" Kosei asks
9:11 - 9:20
"I'm with you kid, I have no clue that Aang created the Air Scooter!" Kosei said surprised from learning that fact.
Izuku was about to write it down in his notebook when he saw another card Poker.
"Mr. Aizawa! Poker once again left a card in my notebook!" he said staring at the Jack of Hearts.
"Here give it to me Midoriya." his teacher replied.
As soon as Midoriya touch the card it turned into red glitter that spread all over the pager. "What the Heck?!"
Once it finished, there was a new written fact about Aang, as Izuku read glitter out.
"Damn it, I'm sorry Mr. Aizawa, but when I touch the card it turned into glitter," Izuku said. "But that's not the crazy part. The glitter left more information about Aang. It read because Aang created the Air Scooter, it was one of the reasons why he earned his Airbender tattoos."
The whole audience was truly surprised that Aang created the Air scooter.
"No wonder Aang is the youngest Airbender to get his tattoos at the age of 12," Kosei added.
"Don't forget besides creating the Air scooter, he did master Airbending in all of its forms too, just like how Katara is mastering Waterbending." Itsuka said. "That would have taken a lot of discipline too."
9:20 - 9:30
The next scene have introduce new elder monks and with them was a familiar face.
"It's Gyatso." Kosei had shed a single tear from seeing him once again, this time not for sorrow but from joy.
"So, As Aang mentioned this is the memory of how the monks have told him that he was the Avatar," Kan said.
"Pretty much. What I'm curious about is how did they identify who the Avatar is?" Kayama added. "Among all the newborns since Avatar Roku died, and the number of Air Temples. I wonder what are the signs to truly identify that the child is the Avatar, What are the chances that they make a mistake?"
"I guess, we will find out." Aizawa pointed out, as the whole audience gets to learn more about Aang's old life.
Izuku gets his notebook ready to learn more about Aang.
9:30 - 9:43
The next scene shifted inside of the air temple.
One of the elder monks should Aang and the audience particular odd things. These objects aren't what they expect from how they identify the Avatar.
"Toys?" Izuku said in surprise that he wasn't getting how toys would help them identify the identity of the reincarnated Avatar.
"This must be a joke, right?" Natsu asks.
The villains too are confused, about how exactly toys would help them identify the Avatar. They all know soon enough.
9:43 - 9:59
Their questions were soon answered.
The audience learned those four pacific toys alone aren't just children's playthings. They are relics that once belong to an Avatar.
"Oh, I understand now among thousands of toys and all the newborns after Avatar Roku's death. Aang has chosen toys that belong to his past lives. To the eyes of the other children, they would just be toys that they had never seen before." Midnight explains. "However, this isn't the cast for reincarnated newly born Avatar. In which it's Aang, because those toys may look fun, but subconsciously they were familiar because they belong to his past lives. I have to say it is not a bad method to identify the Avatar."
"I have to admit, back in our world I don't think our greatest minds may not have thought of the idea towards a method like this," Aizawa said. "Then again, our world is very different from this one, especially our world is mostly focused on science and the studies of quirks, stuff like spirits or magical Mambo Jambo would be considered folklore or fairy tales. Vlad, what's you're thought on this?"
Vlad King was sweating like bullets, his theory on how to identify the Avatar was way off. He was imagining a metal detector, but instead of detecting the metal, it would be detecting the new Avatar.
Kan decided to stay silent to prevent humiliation from his co-workers and his students.
9:59 - 10:23
The next part of the explanation have explained why Aang the monks have decided to tell Aang that he is the Avatar at the age of 12, instead of 16.
The audience remembers back when Team Avatar visited the Southern Air Temple, from an earlier flashback when they started watching the series. Gyatso mentioned that Aang learning that he was the Avatar at the age of 12 was a mistake from the elder monks.
They learned it wasn't a mistake that they have to tell him at an early age. The audience learned the truth they had troubling signs that War was brewing and the World needs the Avatar.
"So that's why the monks had to tell Aang, that he is the Avatar four years earlier than the original plan because they knew that war was coming," Tenya said summarising the explanation.
"Sadly they weren't wrong, The Fire Nation attacked the Air temples first during Sozin's Comet. They were trying to kill the Avatar," Nirengenki said, turning to Tsuburaba with an apologetic face.
Tsuburaba just replies. "It's okay Shoda, I'm fine. What happened to the Air Nomads is truly awful, but I promise you I'm fine." Kosei said. "Here why not I add my thoughts to see that I am fine… Let's see… Oh, It's the elder monks, and Gyatso wanted Aang to be prepared for when the Fire Na–" Kosei stopped his lips trembling, he wasn't able to finish his sentence.
Itsuka stood up for Kosei. "Look, we all know what happened to the Air Nomads once Sozin Comet came 100 years ago. I don't think we need a recap of what happened. Look, Aang is talking about his old life, not Sozin Comet. Let's have the Avatar talk, okay?!"
Nothing wanting to explain something that they already knew. The Students of both classes just nodded for Aang to continue his story.
Itsuka looks at Kosei, she notices that Kosei is trying to be brave and strong, This isn't like before when he was trying to shield himself from the truth.
Niregenki was right. Kosei would know about the truth one way or another, sadly he bump into the truth and landed hard on the ground.
She isn't sure if she should be proud that Kosei is being strong and brave until the end of Aang's story, or should she worry like before, when she and Katara were shielding the truth from Aang and Kosei?
She shakes her head, If Kosei is trying to be strong, she should too.
10:23 - 10:35
The next scene shifts back to Zuko's warship. It showed one of his crew members, The Ex-League couldn't argue with the guard, but agreed with him.
Very words he vents out are the reasons why they left. Everything that they knew about the Leagues of Villains was nothing more, a but base on a lie, Stories from the media to get their newspaper out and profit, and they believe it.
They thought that the League of Villains' goal was to change society to make things for people like them, who couldn't have a normal life due to their quirks.
Some had other reasons why they joined the league.
Mr. Compress was a thief, like his Great-Great-Grandfather. Atsuhiro stole from the rich pro heroes and gave it to the poor. To him being a thief is for honor, disgraceful to the eyes of others but honor for his family. He joined at first because it was a job to kidnap Bakugo. He stayed because he thought the League has a future. Once they are done here in the casino he might leave the group. Truly they have different goals as villains, but Atsuhiro is more of a thief, not a villain.
Dabi joined because of Stain. He believes in Stain's belief that no very Pro shouldn't be called a Hero. Like his father.
He decided to stick with the group for now, especially when Enji is number one. Once Stain sees Enji as a fake, he would most likely smite him.
But why wait for Stain to see that Enji is a fake, Dabi was a Todoroki once upon a time ago. Maybe revealing who he was might be a shortcut to getting closer to getting what he wants. Though it might not work, unless he got help, thankfully his brother Natsu is here. He knows what he feels about Enji, Perhaps he just needs a backup witness.
Twice joined because Giran found him and told him that there are people like him who are… Broken. He joined the League of Villains because he felt like he belongs. It is why he stayed with the group once he and the rest left the League.
Twice may not have convictions like the rest, he stayed for them and nothing more.
Now they believe that the Guard and the rest are planning to leave Zuko as they left Tomura.
10:35 - 10:38
The Ex-League gulp once they heard Iroh's voice.
To the Ex-League's thoughts on Iroh, they have full respect for Iroh. In some dumb way, he was like a substitute with Kurogiri, instead of alcohol we got tea.
Okay calling him a Kurogiri substitute, may not be the best comparison, but they do respect Iroh.
Stain too respects Iroh, there was nothing too ill about the man, sure he may have a questionable history. Stain to has a questionable history too.
Though he would like to enjoy a nice cup of tea with the man.
10:38 - 10:53
It turns out that Iroh sympathizes with the crew, he understands that they are venting and they have every right to do so.
The audience didn't realize that this leads to a flashback of Iroh's point of view.
"Well… things got more interesting," Aizawa said as everyone sees a younger Prince Zuko with a lot more hair and no facial scar.
Shoto got his eyes to widen to see Zuko looks more… Happy. Unlike the present time. He touched his facial scar and he starts to remember a time before the scar when his life might be shitty because of his father, but there was always light that came from his mother.
The other three older Todoroki siblings too were surprised to see the unexpected flashback of Zuko from Iroh's point of view. They can't help but seeing this reminds them of their childhood. Even with a shitty father like Enji, the siblings had fun.
Even Toya had fun, once upon a time ago.
The rest of the Heroes and their students were caught by surprise by this flashback too, They were having a hard time accepting Once Upon a time ago, this was Zuko. They question what happened and how did he end up being the Zuko of today?
Izuku got his notebook ready to write more about Zuko and his life before.
10:53 - 11:26
The audience couldn't believe that this was Zuko when he was Thirteen-years-old. He was respectful to his elders, like his Uncle, which is very different from how he acted in the present time.
The toga was shocked to see this version of Zuko. It is very different from how she described Zuko earlier; she thought he was just another Tomura.
She's wondering if she was wrong.
For Dabi, this opens his eyes recalling his old life. He doesn't like what's happening.
11:26 - 12:01
The next scene shifted to the War chamber to see the meeting.
The Heroes, the Students, and the Ex-Leagues were disgusted with the plan of one of the Generals that they would send recruits to die to be a sacrifice. That the recruits were nothing more but a pawn on their chess board.
Before they could let out their thoughts, they didn't expect that someone else agrees with them. That being Zuko
12:01 - 12:07
You can't sacrifice an entire division like that! Those soldiers love and defend our nation! How can you betray them?
The whole audience was surprised to hear those words from Zuko himself.
This wasn't like the Zuko as they know him for the last number of episodes, the hot-tempered, disrespectful, entitled, selfish jerk.
The Zuko from the past was completely different from the one in the past of 3 years ago. This Zuko was respectful, caring, selfless, and all-in-all happy.
How did 13-year-old Zuko become the Avatar hunter that they know?
This Interested Stain, how did the Banish Prince become the boy he now knows?
Shoto was interested too. One of his traits (as we MHA fans know.) That he likes to make conspiracy theories, he believes the reason why he became the man that they know now, might be connected to the one who gave him his scar.
He gulps hoping that it wasn't the mother who gave him the scar too.
This caught Dabi's attention, but not in the way that he wish.
12:07 - 12:20
After the flashback it returned with Iroh, he mention that he agrees with Zuko. That the General shouldn't have sent those new troops into battle just to die.
Many of the Audience agree but still were processing what they saw.
"Was that Zuko?"
Everyone turned to Kyoka Jiro who was the one who broke the silence.
"I'm sorry you guys, but I can't be the only one having a hard time processing this?!" Kyoka said. Scratching her head. "I'm so confused and it feels like my brain is fried?!"
"Bitch! You're not the only one!" now everyone turned their attention to Himiko Toga. "Everyone in this room saw, that I and the Ex-Leaguers have left the League of Villains. I reason that Tomura is a shitty leader– But I'm getting off-topic! When I first saw Zuko, I thought a few things." She pointed at three people. "Scar-Face Todoroki, Dabi, Ex-Leader– Wait no, that's not right?"
"Toga, sit down and I'll do the talking, just sit!"
"Fine! This is just giving me a headache," she said as Spinner went to talk.
"Okay, I think what Toga was trying to say… I think there is more towards Zuko that we don't know." he turns to the Heroes. "Look, Heroes, UA students, random guest people that I'm not sure why are you here? I understand that you mark Zuko as a villain from the start." he paused. "Let me remind you that you marked Jet as the Hero from the start too. I think Zuko might be the same… I'm not saying that he is the Hero… I'm saying that he is a victim of war too."
He continues. "There may not be solid evidence, yet, I'm saying give him a chance." he turns to Midoriya. "Deku, you're the one who said that Zuko may not be the villain, but the true villain is the Fire Lord, I hope you stick to what you believe in. Because I believe it too."
Izuku isn't sure what to do, or what to feel.
Spinner was right, he was the one who said if Prince Zuko isn't a villain. He might be a member of the Fire Nation Royal Family, a Firebender, but does that make him the villain automatically?
He believes no, he does stick to what he said during the break that, Evil isn't born, it's made. He wants to believe that Zuko isn't a villain just like how everyone starts to see that there is a grey side.
Maybe they'll learn more about Zuko as they watch.
12:20 - 12:29
The next scene shifted back with Katara asking Aang why isn't excited about being the Avatar?
Aang just has an unsure answer.
The students have different answers about, what if they were born as the Avatar, but they do share the same opinion. That being the Avatar would be the coolest thing, and Aang should be lucky, and excited, his head would be over the moon with excitement.
For Bakugo, being born as the Avatar means he is destined to do great things, just like All Might, and he plans to surpass his past lives, such as Avatar Roku and Avatar Kyoshi.
He likes the sound of, Avatar Katsuki.
For Izuku, Being born as the Avatar would be a dream come true for him. The responsibilities of the Avatar are very similar to the role of a Pro Hero. Izuku is the Avatar not just to Japan but to the whole world. Not just to humans but to spirits too.
To Izuku it would be a dream come true, if he was the Avatar, he wants to make his past lives proud, and help out the next Avatar just like how Avatar Roku helps Aang.
The Heroes are not the only ones who would want to be Avatar.
Spinner would have been a great Avatar back in their world, bringing equality to those people just like him, people with the mutation, and making the society better for everyone.
Who wouldn't want to be the Avatar?
12:29 - 12:41
The audience listened to more about Aang's story more. Ever since the monks announced that he is the Avatar his life was changing.
They didn't know what he meant, until the scene Aang with his friends and perfected the Air Scooter.
More importantly, they invented a new game.
"Oh cool. His friends made a new game, this would be fun." Kosei was happy for Aang that his friends made a new game with the air scooters.
A lot of the students were looking forward to the game start.
12:41 - 13:03
Their smiles went down when all of his friends got off the air scooter.
Izuku listened to one of Aang's friends, and this brought back some old memories of when he was little after he and everyone learned that he was quirkless.
The friend mentioned that Aang can't join them because it would be unfair for the rest of them because he was the Avatar and that he would have a big advantage against them.
This brought too many of Izuku's old memories and feeling that he thought were buried since joining the Hero Course. Seeing this scene brought it back upright to the surface.
He remembers that Kacchan and the rest of their old friends didn't want Izuku to be part of their playtime because Izuku was quirkless and that he'll get hurt or at a disadvantage because of his quirkless.
Now the same thing happened to Aang when the kids learned that he was the Avatar. However, there is a major difference between Izuku's experience and Aang's experience. Izuku was marked as the Deku to his friends because he was considered weak and he is quirkless. while Aang was in a way marked as a Deku not because he was weak, but because he was powerful and that he is the Avatar.
Izuku never thought to see another Deku, and Aang is the Deku, not from being weak, but for being too strong, being the Avatar.
"This is so unfair, So Aang can't play because his the Avatar?" Ochaco asks.
"That's a load of crap! He still the same person, the same friend, Only because he the Avatar you turned you're back on him!" Kosei said upset that none of Aang's friends wouldn't want to play with him.
"That's just awful, I never thought that this would happen to an Avatar, do you guys think this happened with Avatar Roku or Kyoshi too that their friends just turned their back on them because they're the Avatar?" Hado asks her friends.
"I don't know what to say. When Mirio and I, were kids playing with our other friends, there were some of them did not want Mirio to join in our games because of his quirk at the time. They say that Mirio would be disadvantaged because of his quirk." Tamaki explained. "For Aang, it feels quite similar, but rather being at a disadvantage Aang would have the most advantage because of his status of Avatar, but no this isn't fair at all. In a way, it feels like they're looking down at him because he was strong."
"I can't feel what Aang is feeling?" Mirio said. "It feels so lonely, losing your friends because of something you have no control over. It's just something that he was born as he didn't ask to be the Avatar."
"Maybe this was one of the reasons why Aang didn't want to be the Avatar?"
Everyone turned to Shoto Todoroki as he explained. "I remember back when Team Avatar just escape Zuko's ship back in the Southern Water Tribe. Katara asked him why he didn't tell them that he was the Avatar. He replied, 'He never wanted to be.' I think Aang losing his friends was one of the reasons why he didn't want to be the Avatar?"
The students tried to process everything since they met Aang, and they realize that Todoroki was right. He did say back in the Southern Water Tribe that he didn't want to be the Avatar.
Now the sentence has become a question, Why didn't Aang want to be the Avatar?
Indeed this is one of their answers, but not the whole answer.
They believe Aang would explain more as they continue to watch.
13:03 - 13:19
The next scene showed Aang and Gyatso playing Pai Sho.
It was very clear to the students that Aang's mind was somewhere else, that his mind was still adjusting to the change that he is now the Avatar.
Kosei was just happy that Gyatso is there in the biggest adjustment of Aang's life
13:19 - 13:32
The Teacher and the students couldn't help but laugh at Gyatso's trick, using his Airbending to distract Aang, and switching the tiles.
"I can see where Aang got his fun-loving side," Aizawa said.
13:32 - 13:32
"I'm glad that Gyatso was there to back up Aang, he kinda reminds me of Mom in a way." Natsu said.
Fuyumi and Shoto couldn't help, but remember good memories of their mother, when Toya and Shoto were Toya training, their mother was there to comfort them, just like how Gyatso does not want Aang to over trained himself.
13:32 - 14:25
The next scene shifted back with Iroh continue his tale about Zuko.
They returned to the War Chamber. The audience learned that the Fire Lord was very upset at Zuko's disrespect towards the General. They believe there was only one way to solve this disrespectfulness.
"An Agni Kai. How is a fire duel is the solution towards Zuko's disrespectfulness?!" Natsu asks furiously towards Duel. "Seriously, Zuko wasn't in the wrong and Iroh admits that Zuko was in the right!"
"I hear you Natsu, and I agree with you. I think an Agni Kai is part of their culture, I don't think it's similar to the Olympics or the Sports Festival, It sounds like they do it for the sake of their honor more than a test of strength." Fuyumi answered.
Zuko pays closer attention, he remembers back when they first met Commander Zhao. That was the last time that Zuko challenge someone in an Agni Kai that's how he got his scar in the first place.
He exhale in relief that it wasn't a family member who gave him the scar, but a General.
I known to the siblings this isn't the end.
14:25 - 14:58
As Iroh explains more about the upcoming Agni Kai.
Everyone was shock. They all believe that Zuko was planning to fight the General, until it was reveal that Zuko won't be fighting the General, but instead he be fighting his own Father. Fire Lord Ozai.
What.
The.
Fuck!
Those are the reactions of the Todoroki siblings. Dabi was shocked too he decided to keep quiet.
For Fuyumi, Natsu, and Shoto, this scene reminds them of the worst time in their childhood memories, when Shoto got his scar, and their mother was sent to the mental hospital.
This may not be their memories, but old feelings rise back up to the surface.
"No, not again," Fuyumi said as her tears are rising.
14:58 - 15:37
The next scene shifts back to the flashback at the Southern Air Temple. The whole audience heard the 3 monks' conversation. As the other 2 elder monks talk about Aang's Avatar training, Gyatso was defending that Aang should have a life outside his Avatar duties.
The students and their teachers were on the side of Gyatso, they believe that Aang should have a life outside his Avatar training and his duties.
The Heroes believe that Aang should have a personal life outside his Avatar duties.
However, the elder monk disagrees. He explained that Aang's personal life is good for Aang, but the World needs the Avatar more. Those words trigger the students.
Then the monk mentioned that he is going to separate Aang and Gyatso in order for Aang to focus on his Avatar Journey, at the Eastern Air Temple. The students didn't like that news.
"You're separating them?! Why I understand that the world needs the Avatar, but Aang has a life too!" Kosei ranted out, but it was pointless.
Whatever rants they could have given to defend Gyatso and Aang would never reach their ears, because this is nothing more, but a memory.
Even with the anger that they hold, they understand what it means to be the Avatar.
The Avatar is a full-time commitment, there was no time for a personal, or social life. Aang while young cannot be a kid, as the Avatar barely has any freedom or to have to make his own choices.
The students now see that being the Avatar is nothing like being a Pro Hero as a profession, a job. Once they become pros or sidekicks they can clock in and put on their costumes and go to work, and once their shift ended they can clock out and change to regular clothes and live their lives behind the mask.
That isn't the case for the Avatar.
There isn't clocking in to start their shifts, and clocks out once they're done. The Avatar doesn't have that option. The world would always need the Avatar 24/7. There is barely any room for a social life for Aang.
To Izuku he now understands.
He and Aang may have similarities like Aang is the current Avatar, while Izuku is the 9th holder of One For All. The key difference became crystal clear for Izuku.
Izuku always wanted to be a Hero, but that is where the similarities end. Unlike Izuku, Aang never wanted to be the Hero, he never wanted to be the Avatar.
From the moment when the screen started playing, he heard Katara's narration that the Avatar was the only one who can bend all four elements and that the world needed him the most. To him and perhaps everyone else the figure that meant the Avatar is the closest thing to having an All Might in that universe.
When they met Aang and discover that he is the Avatar, they understand that hope was brought back to that world and the war can be stopped. They never even thought of the amount of pressure that stays on Aang, and it was shown more here during his flashback, and the deadline for him to learn four elements before summer's end.
Izuku finally understands that the Avatar is many things. The master of all four elements, the bridge between man and spirit. He never once thought that being the Avatar is also a burden.
He starts to take deep breaths, as he realizes that his anxiety was increasing. After realizing what Aang is feeling. Izuku is feeling the pressure too. He knew accepting One For All meant he can achieve his dreams, but it can also be a burden in some way or form. He knows that because he's the holder of One For All, he has to face many evils besides All For One and that eventually, he must pass the Quirk on to someone else.
15:37 - 15:42
"Aang heard everything. Ribbit." Tsuyu said with concern in her voice.
Many of the students were furious with the elder monks that they plan to separate Aang from Gyatso.
"How, could they do this to Aang?!" Kosei said holding up tears, "I understand that the world needs the Avatar, but he'd a kid too, he has his one life."
Izuku was upset too, he feels the same thing. Saying the logical thing and mentioning that the monks are doing this because they know that War is coming, won't be a good idea to say out loud, especially with every student being furious with the elder monks.
Stain start to understand Aang more after watch his flashbacks.
He understands know why he was having a hard time seeing if the boy is a true hero or not. He understands now, That the boy never wanted to be the Avatar, nor be a hero. He sees now his not a fake or a hero. He is just Aang, and his just himself. He can master the four elements, be the bridge between man and spirit, and he's the Avatar. He's not trying to be a True Hero like All Might or a fake like Endeavor, his duty is to restore balance, not serve justice. The Avatar's responsibility is above being a Hero.
Stain is just glad that Team Avatar answers the call of help and they don't get a reward for doing so.
15:42 - 16:02
Then the scene returns with Aang and Katara showing Aang has entered the glow for a split second.
"Woah hot cinders!" Kota yelled for Katara's safety. He was glad that Katara was aware.
After that. The students, the heroes, and the members of the Ex-League all agree with Katara, that Aang was every right to be angry at the monks, and that they planned to separate Aang from Gyatso.
16:02 - 16:17
The students learned, that Aang might be angry in the present time, but that's not what he felt back then.
He felt anxious about all the changes in his life, and his not taking it in a positive light.
The students didn't like what was about to come. The whole audience knew that they'll get the answer to why Aang was in the iceberg back in the pilot.
16:17 - 17:00
The whole audience watches the next scene.
The student's fear has come true. That Aang's anxiety has led him to run away from his home, and that a storm causes Appa to crush on the water.
It becomes a full circle.
Aang runs away and crashes down into the water, and in a life or death situation, his body have trigger the glow and forces his body to Waterbend a huge amount of water to freeze Appa and himself into an iceberg.
In the end, the circle ended right back when the student meets Aang for the first time right after Katara freed him from the iceberg.
many of the Audience felt bad for Aang and that the anxiety and pressure of being the Avatar was the cause of him ending up in an iceberg for the last 100 years.
There are no comments, because why there would be any comments towards a fact they already know?
they couldn't help but feel bad for Aang because he'll never see Gyatso and anyone he loves back in his old life.
This was the origin of how Aang became the Last Airbender.
17:00 - 17:36
The whole audience listened to Aang venting out his guilt admitting the Fisher Man was right that Aang turned his back to the world, and that everyone that he ever loved back in his old life have died.
They shook their heads disagreeing with Aang, as they listened to Katara.
Kosei and Izuku couldn't argue with Katara.
"Aang, Katara is right." Kosei paused trying to let out the right words to say. "I'm sorry that you feel guilty and you have the right to feel this way. It's not to late and the Fisher Man was. Since you escape the iceberg you helped a lot of people. You helped the people of Kyoshi, you and team Avatar have release Earthbender prisoners, you helped the villagers that Hai Bai attacked and Hai Bai himself. You also started you're Waterbending training with Katara. True, you cannot bring back the Airbenders. This is your chance to atone and to make the Airbender proud by stopping the war." he said in a friendly voice.
"Tsuburara is right. I'm sorry that you weren't able to prevent the war and save the lives of the Airbender. This is your chance to make things right, you can do it by restoring balace to the world, stopping Fire Lord Ozai." Aang said. "I understand that you never wanted to be the Avatar, but you did so much good Aang. You may not see it but you're a pretty awesome Avatar."
Kirishima bumped his fist. "Midoriya and Tsuburaba are right. This is your chance to make things right! You can do it Aang!" he cheered.
The rest of the students went to cheer up Aang.
As they and Katara cheered Aang, He gave them a smile as he petted Momo.
17:36 - 17:57
The scene shifts back with Iroh's flashback.
All four Todoroki siblings didn't like what was happening in the screen, as they listen to Zuko's begging.
Please, Father. I only had the Fire Nation's best interest at heart. I'm sorry I spoke out of turn!
The four siblings knew that Fire Lord Ozia was the main villain and must be stopped. They never thought Ozia reminds them of their father, Enji Todoroki.
Watching this scene bought back so many old emotional backs to the surface. Emotions that they thought were buried and gone.
They were wrong as Ozai marched closer to his begging Son to not fight his father in an Agni Kai.
A traditional cultural duel of the Fire Nation. In which the victor shall scar their opponent.
The siblings listened as Zuko begs for more.
17:57 - 18:04
I meant you no disrespect. I am your loyal son.
Dabi flinch at those words, as he was triggered from those words from Zuko. Remembering at time when he was Enji's pawn to suffice All Might.
The siblings flinch once again as Ozia to rise and fight.
It was Shoto turn to be trigger with old emotions and memories have flashes on his mind, remembering his Enji training, his own tears, his mother. Watching this was too much for him.
"Stop," Shoto mutters under his breath and only Izuku heard it.
18:04 - 18:13
As Zuko looks up, everyone saw Zuko's face.
He was scared.
This wasn't the same Banish Prince that they knew.
This was the Prince who begs forgiveness from his own Father, as they listen to the words of Ozai.
You will learn respect, and suffering will be your teacher.
"NO PLEASE DON'T!"
"DON'T DO IT, YOU BASTARD!"
"STOP!"
Those were the shouts of Fuyumi, Natsu, and Shoto as The students looked away from the screen from what was to come.
But the Todoroki siblings continue to watch.
18:13 - 18:23
The screen may not show what happened, but it was pretty clear for the audience what happened.
It was Fire Lord Ozai who scarred Zuko on his face, and he did it with absolute purpose, for the act of disrespectfulness.
The Heroes, the students, the guess, and the Ex-League were furious at Fire Lord Ozai and what he did to Zuko.
No other group was furious in the room was more furious than the Todoroki siblings.
Fuyumi went down to her knees to cry, after being reminded of the worst history of their family. Natsu went to comfort his older sister as tears start to flow down too, remembering their shared past and pain.
Shoto was being comforted by Izuku being the only one who knew of the Todoroki family secret. Bakugo just looked at Shoto because he too knows the secret.
Dabi However was stunned.
Since coming to the casino and watching the other reality. He hated Zuko at the moment he saw him, reminding him of his brother Shoto.
He was wrong.
Consciously he thought that the only reason why, is because of a simple facial scar, but subconsciously, that wasn't true and he sees it now.
He now saw the truth, why he didn't like Zuko. It isn't because he reminded him of Shoto, is because Zuko reminded him of Toya and his old life as Toya Todoroki.
Toya and Zuko were very similar, just like how Zuko was next in line for the throne, Toya was supposed to be Enji successor. Til the Agni Kai happened that was when it all changed. From the Prince of the Fire Nation, into The Banish Prince.
He remembers his childhood that he trained and trained just for Enji to notice him, he once tried to attack his mother with infant baby Shoto, but he regrets doing it. He doesn't truly hate Shoto, deep down it was just an excuse to hate Enji. He was once very close to his siblings, Fuyumi and Natsu. Shoto on the other hand was a stranger but he was still his brother.
The one he truly hates is Enji.
He sighs, realizing that when he looks at Zuko it's like looking at Toya.
He also realizes something and he hopes his siblings see it too… That Fire Lord Ozai reminds them so much of Enji Todoroki.
He hates Ozai as much as he hates Enji, and he wants to see the Avatar bring him down from his reign.
(I know Azuli debuts in this scene. I decided not to mention her, because her Debut is far better than her cameo.
Also, I don't read the manga, I have to read Toya Todoroki's wiki page to understand more about Toya before Dabi.)
18:23 - 18:56
After Iroh tells his story about Zuko. The whole audience already knew why Zuko wanted to capture Avatar. They never knew it was that important to him until now.
"I start to understand now, why Zuko needed to capture the Avatar, this isn't just about coming home. This was about returning to his normal life." Mr. Compress said.
Toga felt bad for what she said about Zuko after seeing Iroh's flashback, she also notice why Iroh never once left Zuko.
He truly loves Zuko, almost like he was a son to him.
Iroh's love towards Zuko. was something that Himiko never got from her parents.
Stain understands Zuko a lot better now, he isn't the monster that needs to be smite down with his swords, Zuko was the one who needed to be saved from his Father.
Ozai was the true monster.
Stain knows that none of the Pro Heroes in this room or back in their world would even try to save Zuko from the tyrant that is Ozai. Perhaps All Might once upon a time ago, but if no hero is going to save him. He was glad that Iroh was there to be Zuko's Hero.
18:56 - 19:04
Fuyumi finally finished crying as she listened to Iroh. That even if Zuko capture the Avatar and was able to come home. His old normal life will never return as they once were.
Fuyumi admits that Iroh was right. Even now that her fath– Enji is now Number One, their lives before would never come back and call it normal. In if their mother comes back at this exact second this won't erase the pain that they felt, it won't heal Shoto's scar, and it won't bring Toya back to life from the grave.
Todoroki would never be in a normal family ever again, it was nothing more but wishful thinking, but it's not too late for Her.
Fuyumi is an adult now, and she doesn't want to create the same mistakes as their parents did to create their family. Fuyumi wants to have a family nothing like Enji Torodoki and Rei Himura's marriage, she doesn't raise her family in the way that her parents did.
She deserves a new chapter in her life.
19:04 - 19:17
The next scene shifted back with Zuko in his room, then they saw his memories.
Of a happier old life
It also reveals that Zuko has a sibling, a young sister.
Izuku wrote a new page towards Zuko's mysterious sister, assuming she would debut later on.
He wonders if Zuko's sister was caring and sweet like how Fuyumi was to Shoto.
The last memory triggered Dabi, it showed a before and after photo of Zuko back in a time, he didn't have the scar.
Just like how Toya was scarless.
19:17 - 19:21
The whole audience was eyes widen once they saw lightning hits Zuko's ship.
"Oh no." Izuku mutters under his breath.
19:21 - 19:38
The next scene was shock to see the Fisher Man's wife, they were more shock to here that Sokka and the Fisher Man haven't return from their journey.
"Are you saying they're still out there!" Melissa shouted from her shock to learn that Sokka and the Fisher Man are still finishing with the storm out there.
"This isn't good, they can catch their deaths." Natsu said in concern.
19:38 - 19:42
"Yes, stay at the cave. While Team Avatar go to save your husband and Sokka too." Aizawa said.
"Team Avatar, better be careful the tidal waves would be massive during this storm!" Midnight said with Concern for their safety. As Team Avatar flies out to rescue the two.
19:42 - 20:00
The next scene shifted back to Zuko and his crew.
They were shocked when they saw one of the crew members hang on for dear life.
"Holy Shit!" Spinner said surprised at the crew member.
"They save him, that crew member is like us!" Himiko said concerned for the crew member.
The other members of the Ex-Leagues are concerned for the safety of the crew member, the only villains who weren't concerned were Tomura and All For One.
20:00 - 20:07
The whole audience was surprised that it was Zuko who went to save their crew member. Instead ordering one of his crew to do it.
All Might smiled at this scene, believing that there is hope for Zuko, and Young Midoriya could be right. That Zuko isn't a villain.
20:07 - 20:14
"What the Fuck was that Iroh?!" Denki and everyone else were shocked by what Iroh did to the lightning.
The Villains and the Pro Heroes too were shock as much as the students as Iroh did something they never thought it would be possible since Avatar Roku bended Lava back in Crescent Moon Island.
There were no comments they didin't understood what exactly happened when Iroh was stuck by lightning.
Izuku wrote down a new page to write down his theory in the possibilities of Lightningbending.
20:14 - 20:26
The Heroes, The Students, and the Ex-League cheered for Zuko for saving the crew member.
Dabi was the one who cheered the loudest.
20:26 - 20:43
The next scene shifted back with Aang and Katara.
The students cheered as Aang saved the four of them by using Waterbending to cut an opening from the wave that was about to hit them.
"Yeah, power of Waterbending!" Kota cheered to see more Waterbending in action.
20:43 - 21:04
The moment that Zuko spotted Aang, the whole audience thought he would order this crew to follow the Avatar.
They were surprised to hear from Zuko that the safety of the crew is more important than his own mission to capture the Avatar, as the crew sail to the eye of the storm.
Izuku smiled at Zuko, believing that he was right about Zuko and that there is hope for him to change.
21:04 - 21:14
"We're all going to die!" Twice yelled fearing the wave would will them.
Dabi hit him on the head, for his craziness.
The students are worried about Sokka and Fisher Man because they could catch their death.
21:14 - 21:28
The students cheered as The Avatar went to rescue Sokka and the Fisher Man. However they got their eyes widen to see Aang's Waterbending skills as the water slice the mast of the boat in half.
"Woah, I have no clue water can be that sharp, could water be more sharper than my Razor Blades quirk?" Togaru asks.
"In science, in order for Water to slice solid wood like that mast requires a lot of pressure, then again I'm not a Waterbender I have no clue how they do it?" Melissa pointed out.
"Wow, if they can do that too wood, imagine metal?" Kinoko added.
"I don't know about metal, I guess we'll find out?"
21:28 - 21:40
The students cheered that Aang was able to Sokka and the Fisher Man.
"Thank Einstein, Sokka is saf— OH My Einstein, Look out!" Melissa pointed at the background as they saw a giant tidal wave is about to hit them.
21:40 - 22:00
The whole room was silent.
It turns out there was no time for them to escape or to react as the tidal wave have push them down deeper underwater.
Tomura smiled believing this was the end of Team Avatar.
22:00 - 22:15
Until Aang entered the glow and use Airbending.
Though the conclusion was left unknown as the scene shifted back to Zuko's ship.
22:15 -22:31
Still do not know what happened to Team Avatar under the sea. The audience watched as Zuko apologizes to his Uncle for endangering all of them because he chose the Avatar over their safety.
Dabi smiled that Iroh forgave Zuko.
Now he wonders, will his siblings would ever forgive for abandoning them?
Cause he knows what he wants to do, once they have a break starts again.
He knows, he cannot give Toya a life back in their world, but maybe Toya can have communicated with his siblings in the Casino.
Not as Dabi, but as Toya.
22:31 - 22:47
The conclusion of what happened to Team Avatar was answered as they saw Team Avatar was able to escape from drowning.
However, what caught their attention was the shared look that Zuko and Aang gave to each other. It was somewhat poetic in some way, as the audience learned the old lives of The Avatar and the Banish Prince.
22:47 - 23:10
The next scene was Team Avatar returning to the cave.
The audience's sweat drops towards their interactions with The team Avatar and the Fish Man.
23:10 - 23:23
The Heroes and the students smiled that Aang had enough of dwelling about his past, and he was tired of the what if he stayed and never ran away.
"You are absolutely right, Young Aang it like that old quote I heard back in my time in America when I made that taco commercial. "Accept the things you cannot change. Have the courage to change the things you can... and have the wisdom to know the difference." All Might said.
Aizawa sweat drops at All Might. "That's a quote for a taco commercial?" he asks the formal symbol.
23:23 - 23:31
"You're welcome Fisher Man, sir, and I should apologize too, from what I said earlier." Kosei rubbed the back of his head, feeling ashamed when snapped at the Fisher Man.
23:31 - 23:47 (Last scene of the episode.)
"Look at that the storm is over," Itsuka said, smiling at the final scene.
Today's episode was different from the Audience.
They saw the points in time where the lives of Zuko and Aang have turned them into the people that they know now.
They also learned that there is hope for the redemption of Zuko. However, some Heroes and students still see him as the villain that he is.
But that for a story for another time, til next time.
To be continued.
Next Chapter: The Blue Spirit.
Til next time (again)
Phew, this took me a while to write, when I first wrote this, I had writer's block, so I took a break and focus on my other fanfic.
This is my last chapter for the whole week for all of my fanfic. Due to personal reasons. I currently taking a one-week break before coming back to write. For now, I would like to focus on my digital art. I've been drawing fan art, based on the Character of Bridget from the video game Guilty Gear Strive.
Before I go, I want to make a special thanks to my beta reader. Wizardwolf1020.
Well, til next time.
