Chapter 21: Parabellum
Harry began to chase down Snape and the other Death Eaters, as they were making their escape. As he was outside of the castle grounds, he felt the explosion coming from somewhere near the castle. At first, he thought Naruto had arrived and was fighting the Death Eaters, but he shook that thought off, as he was busy chasing down Snape. He saw that Snape and the group of Death Eaters were fleeing towards Hagrid's Hut and so he followed them. As Snape and the others were making their escape, Snape and Malfoy noticed that Harry was following them. "Go on Malfoy, get out of here," Snape ordered. Suddenly the two turned around to see that Bellatrix had set Hagrid's hut on fire, with the others watching gleefully. Malfoy was shocked and couldn't say anything until Snape snapped him out of his stupor and told him to get out, which he did of course.
The scar-headed boy was furious, as he wanted vengeance for the death of his professor. "Incarcerous!" Harry shouted, firing a binding spell at Snape, which the former Dark Arts professor deflected with ease. "Fight back! You coward, fight back!" Harry taunted, until he was blasted back by Bellatrix. "No! He belongs to the dark lord!" Snape reprimanded Bellatrix, who pouted in response. Snape took a look at the boy and thought, 'I never meant for this to happen, but I have to follow the mission, even if it means throwing away everything. However, I'm not a coward and I will not be associated with that word.' He continued onward, as Harry got back up still looking furious. "Sectumsempra!" Harry shouted, firing the spell to which in his surprise and shock, Snape deflected the spell and instead hit back at Harry who yet again fell on his back. "You dare use my own spells against me, Potter?" Snape asked calmly. Harry was shocked, as he looked at Snape who seemed to be nodding at him. "Yes…I am the Half-Blood Prince," Snape said, before kicking Harry's wand aside. "Do not follow us," Snape warned, before he left with Malfoy and the other Death Eaters.
Harry's world was turned upside down, as the identity of the owner of the very sworn book that helped him throughout his sixth year was his most hated professor, now turned traitor and murderer. 'God damn it, I was too blind to see this! Damn it!' Harry thought, as he couldn't believe it. Harry looked at the sky to see the ever present Dark Mark, as he groaned in frustration. But that's when he remembered that Hagrid was still in his burning hut. "Hagrid…Hagrid!" Harry shouted, trying to reach the burning hut. Luckily the half-giant managed to get out in one piece with his dog. "Hagrid! Are you alright?!" Harry asked, looking worried. "Take more'n tha' ter finish me off. Not sure about me 'ouse, tho'. But if anybody can put it righ', Dumbledore can," Hagrid stated, as Harry was silent, remembering what happened. "Hagrid, Dumbledore -"
With The Others
Naruto, Hermione, Ron along with everybody else were in the middle courtyard, as they stared at the body of Dumbledore. They turned around to see that Harry and Hagrid had arrived, as they made way for Harry. Harry looks at Dumbledore's body, as Dumbledore's eyes were closed and he was looking peaceful, given that he died with a smile. Harry kneels down to see the golden locket next to Dumbledore and takes it. But even then, he broke down and let loose all those tears. Daphne went next to him and comforted her grieving boyfriend, who really needed someone right now. Naruto looked at the body of Dumbledore with sadness in his eyes, as he knew that Dumbledore wasn't going to live long and he knew Dumbledore would have wanted this and yet Naruto felt as if he had failed. Soon McGonagall raises her wand to the sky, as the tip glows to life. Everybody joined in as well, out of respect towards the deceased. One by one, a sea of wands was present in the courtyard, as the tips of their wands glowed white. It was almost as if they were holding candles for the dead. As such, the Dark Mark vanishes and the night sky comes back.
Timeskip
Dumbledore was given a funeral, as he was buried in the castle given how he wanted to be buried at the school grounds. Everybody came to pay their respects and see Dumbledore one last time before he was buried. Even though he was buried, it still hurts bad knowing a beloved teacher is gone forever. The school felt rather empty, as classes had been canceled and no one was really present in the halls. For some people, they tried moving on, while others grieved in their own way. Harry was at the astronomy tower with Naruto, as they talked about what happened. The two learned from each other about what happened during their time apart from what went down at the castle. "So basically Menma holds the Black Nine Tails and since you killed Menma, the Black Nine Tails took over his body and is now calling himself a new name, is that it?" Harry asked. "Yup, and trust me it was really complicated to know that stuff," Naruto stated.
Harry shook his head, "Things are really getting out of hand," he stated. Soon Ron and Hermione joined the two at the astronomy tower, as they were talking about the whole thing that had happened. "Do you think he would've done it? Draco?" Hermione asked. "No. He was lowering his wand. In the end, it was Snape. It was always Snape. And I did nothing…" Harry berated himself. "Still Harry, what's done is done, we can't always change the past and get what we desire the most," Naruto stated. Hermione looked at Harry and took the locket from him. "Strange. You think this is a piece of Voldemort's soul?" she asked. "Yeah, strange…except that it's not. Rather, it's a fake," Harry stated. Both Hermione and Naruto were shocked, as Harry nodded. She opened the locket and began to read the small message that was stowed inside it. From the message, it was revealed that the real one was stolen and was meant to be destroyed in the hopes of killing Voldemort, along with it being written by R.A.B. "Who is this guy?" Naruto asked. "I dunno, but I'll ask Sirius about this. Other than that, I felt like this was just a waste," Harry stated.
"So what do you plan to do?" Ron asked. Harry sighed and looked at them, "I'm not coming back guys." Naruto nodded, "In that case, we will join you wherever you may roam." Harry was shocked, "Guys I have to finish what Dumbledore started. And…I have to do it alone," he said. Hermione sighed, "I've always admired your courage, Harry, but sometimes... you're really thick." Now this surprised Harry, "You don't honestly think you can find all those Horcruxes by yourself, do you?" Naruto nodded, "She's right Harry, you need us as much as we need you. I want to hunt down Kurasame along with the people responsible for all the problems in my world, but I know I can't do it alone. Besides, you and I are brothers, and I will always be with you till the end of the line." Harry looked at Naruto, who nodded at him. "Alright fine then, but at least keep the snogging to a minimum you two," Harry stated. Both Naruto and Hermione blushed, as both Harry and Ron snickered at the two.
"Do you think we'll ever…come back?" Hermione asked, struggling to hold in her emotions. "I'm not so sure, but until then we have a long journey ahead of us," Harry stated. "Guys there is a saying in Latin that correlates to this: Si vis pacem, para bellum," Naruto stated. "What does that mean?" Ron asked. "If you want peace, prepare for war," Naruto stated. He looks at the three with a serious look, "This is the fight of our lives, we need to be ready more than ever if we're going to hunt down the Horcruxes. So be prepared to kill if necessary as the enemies we will face are going to be a lot more cruel than expected. We have to win this and bring back the peace the wizarding world desires. Whatever it takes." Harry nodded, "Whatever it takes." Hermione joined in, "Whatever it takes." Lastly Ron finishes, "Whatever it takes." The four nodded at each other, before looking off to the sunset, without saying a single word. They all see that Fawkes flew away as he soared to the setting sun, growing smaller than ever, signifying the days of light are dying and the age of darkness is arriving.

Note: That wraps up volume 6, as I am now working on the final installment of the Uzumaki/Potter Saga. To answer the question about whether Naruto will meet the Akatsuki, let's just say he's going to hunt them down and finish them quickly in the next volume as he doesn't have any time to deal with their business. Also I plan to have both Naruto and Itachi and maybe Sasuke kill Danzo brutally, but Sasuke will not join the group at all. Anyways thank you for the support and have a nice day or night.
