Jane unlocks Olivia's door and is greeted by a very excited Noah, "Detective Rizzoli, you're back!!"

Jane gives him a big hug. "Yes, I am. Is it okay if I spend the night again?"

"Yes!!", Noah answers resoundingly. He asks if they can eat breakfast together in the morning. Jane says, "Of course we can. I enjoyed it last time."

Olivia is watching the two of them. "You told me you don't have kids, do you have nieces or nephews?"

"No, not yet. I just love kids. I always have. This son of yours is great."

"Thank you. I got lucky with him. We've had our ups and downs, but we always survive."

Noah says his goodnights and he heads to bed. The two detectives get out the wine and the beer.

"So, tell me what the latest is on Maura."

"Her headaches are fewer and they don't last as long. She's able to eat real food. I took her a really good dinner tonight. We had a great talk. She told me she loved me and that she has been in love with me for a long time."

"Oh, Jane, that's great. Did you tell her again too?"

"I did. I told her that I loved her. Neither of us want a life without the other. Going back home is going to be interesting."

"Yes, especially since your squad knows too."

"Oh, shit. That's right. Well, Korsack is a very close friend. Frost is my partner. Frankie is my little brother. And Nina is Frankie's fiancée. We're a close group. My mother knows, we'll have to see how those chips fall once I'm home. I still have my other brother. Then there is Maura's family."

"Jane, I'm sure things will be okay. You and Maura are so loved. You are both well respected in your careers. I really think that things will be fine."

"Olivia, I thank you for all that you've done for me and for Maura. I can't thank you enough."

"Jane, you remind me of myself. You are confident. You are knowledgeable. You are good at your job. I read up on you. You were the youngest person promoted to Detective at BPD. Your arrest record is outstanding. If you weren't so valuable at BPD, I'd offer you a job with me. I definitely recommend that you take the Sargeants exam."

Jane interrupts Olivia, "Oh, no. That's not for me."

"Yeah, Finn said the same thing. He's been my #2 for quite a while. If you're already doing the job, you may as well get paid for it."

"I'll think about it. Korsack has been on me about it anyway, not to mention my mother. Maura hasn't mentioned it, but I know that she'd probably think it was a good idea. Man, I really do love her. I haven't been this in love since the time I dated an old boyfriend. I thought I loved him, but I didn't. I loved the idea of love."

"I've done that too. It's hard dating, especially in our profession. Maura is pretty much in the same profession. You guys get each other. She has seen all sides of you. She knows about your past with Hoyt. She knows how you got the scars. You don't have to explain your past. You don't have to explain why you work late. You can just be you... not to mention that she already loves you."

Jane giggles like a schoolgirl, "Yeah, she does. I still can't get used to that."

"So... do you think you'll want to get married? Have kids?"

"I never thought I did, but I have to admit, Maura makes me want it all."

"What about you? You already have a great kid. What about marriage. It's it for you?"

"I have had a few really good relationships over the years. Tucker was the best one. I would have married him if he'd asked. There is one guy though. You have inspired me, I may just tell him."

"Oh...really? So tell me about him. Is he a cop or at least get it? Would he be good with kids?"

"He totally gets it. He's a defense attorney. And kids, well, he was the attorney that helped me get Noah. His name is Trevor."

"Oh, Trevor. That's a strong name. I bet he is really good looking. Oh, and is he tall? Oh, wait. A defense attorney handled the adoption."

Olivia laughs, "Yes, very good looking and yes, he's tall. He was Noah's mom's previous attorney and was doing me a favor."

Jane pulls out her phone and starts searching Trevors in NYC. Olivia sees what she's doing and laughs. She leans over and says, "Langan. Trevor Langan."

"Oh, he is cute..."

"Jane, I really like spending time with you. I don't have very many female friends. I'm having fun. We're going to have to remain friends after you go home."

"Olivia, I feel the same way. I hang out with my team and my family. My best friend is a work colleague, and now I've told her that I love her."

"Being a cop doesn't always lend itself to real friendships."

"You are absolutely right. If it wasn't for Maura I would just stay home or kill time with my family."

"At least you have a family, Jane."

"Oh, I'm sorry Olivia. I didn't mean anything..."

"Jane, it's okay. I'm glad you've got a good relationship with your family. You never talk about your dad though."

"My father left my mom after 30 plus years of marriage. Then the asshole tried to convince my mom to get an annulment."

"Wow! After 30 years he tries to get an annulment."

"Yeah, we pretty much put him thru the wringer on that one. Ma came out pretty strong though."

"I can't wait to meet your mother. She sounds like she's a lot like you."

"Oh, Olivia, if I didn't like you, I'd kill you..."

The two women are just laughing. They have had a good time. They realize what time it is and they decide they should get some sleep.
