Jane wakes up to the sounds of Noah giggling and the smell of coffee. She gets dressed and goes to the kitchen. Olivia hands Jane a cup of coffee. "Jane, I enjoyed talking to you last night. It's nice to have a female friend too talk to and to hang out with."

"Olivia, I really enjoyed it too. It was fun... and I liked getting to know you too." Noah comes bounding into the kitchen. "Good morning Noah. How did you sleep?".

"Good morning Detective Rizzoli. I slept good. How did you sleep?".

"I slept well, thanks for asking. You really are a great kid. Would you and your mom like to come visit me in Boston sometime?".

"Mom? Can we?".

Olivia looks at the two new buddies, "Yes, of course we can."

"Yay!!! We'll have fun!!".

Jane puts her hand on Noah's shoulder, "You know, even though you're a Yankees fan and I'm a Red Sox fan, we can go to a game together. How does that sound?"

"That would be great."

Olivia tells Noah that he needs to get ready for school. She asks Jane if she wants to go to the Precinct or to the hospital first. Jane wants to go to the hospital, but asks Olivia if she's able to go with her. She really wants Olivia and Maura to meet.

They drop off Noah at school and head to the hospital. They check in with the nurse and are told that everything was good with Maura during the night. The protective detail gives them the same report.

"Good morning Doctor. How are you this morning? I brought you a visitor."

"Jane, I love seeing you first thing in the morning. Who is my visitor?"

"Hi, Maura, I'm Olivia Benson. It's nice to meet you. Jane has told me so much about you."

"Captain Benson, it's nice to meet you too. I really appreciate everything they you've done to help Jane find me and to help catch Hoyt. He is a sick man."

"Maura, just call me Olivia. It's been my pleasure to help Jane. She's a great Detective. If she wasn't so loved in Boston, I'd snap her up and keep her here."

"Olivia...thank you."

"Maura, Olivia and I had a great time last night. We just talked and laughed. I really wish that you'd been there. We hung out with her son for a while too. You two would really get along."

"Olivia, tell me about your son."

"His name is Noah. He's eight. He's a good kid. He likes to dance. He's really smart. I took him in at birth and started the adoption process. His birth mother was a prostitute that I met on the job."

"Yeah, Maur, it's cute. He's cute. You'd love him. I've invited them to join us in Boston and go to a Red Sox game."

"Oh, and I'll show them the Natural History museum!".

"See Olivia, I told you that she'd bring something educational into it."

All three women laugh. Olivia says that he'd love that as much as a baseball game. Jane sits down at at Maura's bedside and takes her hand.

"Actually, he'd love the ballet or something like that too. He's always surprising me with the things he shows an interest in."

"Oh, Olivia, he sounds delightful."

"Maura, how are you feeling? I'm sure you're still sore. I know how much some of that healing can really hurt. The ribs are a bitch. I was taken a few years ago and was beaten pretty bad. Anyway... I'm really glad that I get to see you and talk to you. The last time I saw you, you were entombed in lucite."

"Yeah. It was pretty scary. Hoyt drugged me right before he put me in, so I didn't really have to endure much of it conscious. I have told Kat and Jane that I don't remember much."

"Oh, I know. They've told me. I'm sorry I wasn't trying to try to question you. I was just talking."

"Olivia, it's okay. I know that talking about it helps me heal. I've been thru some tough stuff before. Jane is pretty amazing and she is a great support."

"Jane has told me how close you are and how much you two share. I'm glad that she came to me for help. Between my team and the team in Boston we were able to find you as quickly as we did."

"Maur, she knows that I love you. She heard my pleas to you when you were entombed and we've talked about it. And well, I've also told her that you love me too. She doesn't care."

"Maura, she's right. You should have seen what a wreck she was when she came to me. She tried to be all calm and composed. She told me you were her best friend, but I could tell it was deeper than that. Then we talked and I got to know her better and you thru her. You two sound like you're meant to be. I'm so glad that you're recovering as well as you are."

"Thank you, Olivia. I have loved her for a long time but never knew how to tell her." Maura looks at Jane and squeezes her hand.

"Well, I'm going to leave you two for a while. I'm going to head to the Precinct. Jane, call me when you're ready and I'll send someone to pick you up."

Jane stands up and walks to Olivia. She hugs her and thanks her again.

"I will. Thank you again."

"Jane, spend time with the woman you love. Don't squander a single day."

"I don't intend to squander anything that involves Maura ever again."

Olivia walks out and Maura and Jane just look at each other.

"So, Dr. Isles, you really love me?"

"Yes, Detective Rizzoli, I do. More than you know."

"Well, Dr. Isles, we need to see when it's okay to release you so we can get you home. I don't think getting you on a commercial flight with your casts and stuff is really going to work. I'll get a car and drive us back to Boston."

Jane goes to the nurse's desk and asks for her to get the doctor. She then calls Angela.

"Hey Ma. I'm trying to find out when Maura is going to be released. Then I'll drive us back to Boston. I plan on staying with her until she can get around on her own."

"Janie, don't bring her home any sooner than she should. It could make things worse."

"I know Ma. I won't do anything without the doctor's okay. I promise. Ma, remember, I told you that I love this woman. I won't do anything to jeopardize her health. Oh, hey Ma, here comes the doctor. I'll call you back later."

"Detective Rizzoli, how can I help you?"

"Well, Dr. Isles seems to be healing well and her headaches are fewer. I was wondering when I might be able to take her back to Boston."

"I want to run a few tests, just to make sure that she's okay. Provided that everything checks out, she can be released tomorrow."

"Thank you doctor. I'm going to head to the Precinct in a while. Dr. Isles will be free for tests all day. I'm going to go back in and let Dr. Isles know the good news."

"Let her know that I'll set up the tests for today and I'll be in to see her within the hour."

Jane walks back into the room and bounces over to Maura. Maura looks at her and smiles, "Jane, I don't think I've ever seen you like this. What is going on?"

"Good news!! The doctor will be in to see you within the hour, some tests will be run and you'll probably be released tomorrow... then we can go home."

Maura smiles at Jane and takes her hand. She kisses Jane's hand. Jane leans in and kisses Maura's cheek.

"I'm going to head to the Precinct, I'll be back soon." Jane kisses Maura on the top of the head.

As Jane heads out the door Maura calls her, "Jane, I love you."

"Maur, I love you too."
