Day 2, well full day, of recovery. Jane and Maura have two weeks of this. They will need to find things to fill the time.

"Hey, Maur, I have an idea. Since we have so much time to fill, I've been thinking of things to do. I know I have movies that I would love to share with you and I'm sure you have some that you'd love to share with me. So, why don't we each put 10 movies on paper and into an envelope. Then we'll draw one from each other's envelope. In the event we have any of the same movies then we'll each put in a different one. When we do movie night or something we'll do two, one of each."

"Oh, Jane. That sounds like a fun idea. I think I'm in for a lot of action films."

"And I'm sure that I'll see some with subtitles", Jane says with a smile.

"Well, maybe, but I'll try to limit the foreign films."

"And I'll try to limit the shoot 'em up flicks.

They each took 10 index cards and wrote their titles, folded them in half and placed them in an envelope.

Jane fixes Maura some coffee and some breakfast. They enjoy each other's company. They talk about what they want to do for the day.

"Why don't we have a low key movie and cuddle day? I love feeling you cuddled up to me Maura."

"That sounds like a fun day, Jane. Oh, and don't forget to invite everyone over for the hockey game tomorrow night."

"Oh, yeah. Let me do that now." Jane picks up her phone and sends Frankie a text.

How about you and Nina come over tomorrow night for the Bruins game?

Sounds fun, Jane. Wait, does Maura like hockey?

We're working on it. It was her idea.

We'll be there. 7 o'clock?

Sounds good. Can you talk to Tommy? Oh, and Frost.

You got it.

Jane calls Korsack. "Hey, Jane. How is Maura? Everything okay?"

"Yeah, Korsack, she's good. I'm actually calling to see if you want to come over for the Bruins game tomorrow night?

"Sounds like fun. I'll be there. What time?"

"Frankie is coming about 7."

"See you then. Give Dr. Isles my best."

"Thanks, I will."

"Ok, Maur, they are all coming. And Korsack sends his best."

"Vince is such a nice guy. I really like him."

There is a knock on the door and Angela comes in, "Good Morning girls."

In unison, "Good morning, Ma", "Good morning, Angela".

"How are my girls today?"

"Oh, Angela, we're good. Your daughter is taking very care of me. She's is amazing."

"Maur, I am caring for you because I love you."

"Oh, Janie. I don't think I ever thought that you would have ever loved someone the way you love Maura."

Angela hugs Jane. "I love you, Ma."

"Okay, so Maura. How are you feeling? How is the healing going? Oh, and how do you think you're going to hold up being stuck with Jane 24/7?"

"Really, Ma??", Jane says, but with that Rizzoli glean in her eyes.

"Oh, Angela. I'm feeling much better. And we've come up with a few things that we are going to do. Your very creative daughter came up with a great idea for movie nights. I'm sure we'll come up with some other ideas."

"I'd be happy to cook for you two, I'm sure you know that."

"Yes, Ma. Thank you. Oh, and I'm sure I'll let you know when we have that official second date."

"Janie", Angela says laughing and shaking her head. She really loves these two. Jane is her daughter, but she has always loved Maura too.

"Oh, Ma, we're having everyone over tomorrow night for the Bruins game, 7 o'clock. We would love it if you'd join us too. Frankie, Tommy, Korsack, Nina, Frost.

"That sounds like fun. I'll be here. It'll be nice to watch a game with all my kids. Well, I just wanted to check on you two, make sure you were okay. Do you need anything?"

"No, Angela. We're good. Thank you for asking."

"Okay girls, then I'm leaving. You let me know if you need anything."

"Thanks, Ma. I love you", Jane kisses her mother on the cheek. Angela bends down and kisses Maura on the cheek.

Jane walks Angela to the door, "See you tomorrow, Ma."

Jane carries Maura over the the couch. She hands Maura the envelope labeled JANE, so she can pick a movie.

"So, what did you pick?"

"Drumroll, please... we are going to watch Major League."

"See, not a cop movie."

"After the movie we'll go get you a knee scooter, then we'll come back and watch one of your movies."

"This sounds like a great day. I love you, Jane."

Jane finds the movie and Maura slides over and cuddles up with Jane.

They both laugh at the movie. Maura was a little surprised that she enjoyed it.

"Hey babe, want to go get your new wheels and grab some lunch while we're out?"

"Sure. It's a nice day. Let's get out of here for a while. Will you take me to the bedroom and help me get dressed?

"It'll be my pleasure, but, I do require one thing first."

"And what is that, Detective?"

"A kiss, from my absolutely gorgeous girlfriend."

"Oh, well, that is something I can accommodate."

Jane picks up Maura and ahe kisses Jane. Jane carries Maura to the bedroom, she lays her on the bed. As quickly as she puts Maura down she grabs Jane with her good hand and pulls her down on up of her. They continue to kiss, passionately.

"Jane, you know, in order for us to get dressed to go, we need to get undressed first. So, you know that might be a good opportunity for you to, ummm, take advantage..."

"Well, Maur, I really don't think I can turn down an opportunity like that."

Maura smiles at Jane and Jane starts to undress Maura. Jane lifts her tank top over her head exposing her breasts. The two new lovers make love, but this time they don't take as long as they did last night. After all, they have all day.
