A/N: Remember to vote if you haven't! I was going to end it early as I didn't get any votes for a month but got 20 in the past week after updating Naruto On Board. I'm at 160 now and if there isn't 190 by the time I get to s4 of Ultimate Spider-Man I'll take it down then instead of ep 13. BUT I WILL TAKE IT DOWN if I get to s4 of Korra first as that's only 13 episodes.
And then I will put up a quick one for Shinobi as we thought up something we feel we should also get your opinion on. And then another next story poll when either Ninja in the Web or Avatar Maelstrom ends.
ALSO, got a new beta for all stories minus this one, the Star Wars and Korra but as I sent them the chapter for Shinobi, water got on their laptop and that's in the shop. And that's why I haven't updated it and most likely, this Korra and Star Wars will be the only updates for another week or two maybe slightly longer.

Chapter XL: Drug Bust.
Last Time.
Naruto grabbed Arnold and jumped up just as the subway train hit Joker's car, having it push the car through the other tunnel. "They'll be fine. The car didn't get damaged and Straightman was in the back so would have taken the hit." He explained as Arrowette looked at Arnold.
"Are you OK, Mr. Wesker?"
"I-I think so. But poor Mr. Scarface." They looked to see if the doll was destroyed before walking to street level.
"I told Gordon we got the bomb and he replied they got Joker in custody," Naruto explained as they got to the top of the steps.
"This is all my fault. If I hadn't let Scarface take over…"
"What are you talking about?" Arrowette asked as they got out./ "If you didn't leave those tickets we wouldn't have found you in time."
"It's a new year Mr. Wesker." She replied as the ball dropped and fireworks shot up in the air.
"A new beginning." Naruto finished having Arnold smile.
"It is indeed…"
Now.
Bangkok January 1, 2020, 09:16 ICT.
Naruto wearing a long-sleeved jean shirt over a black shirt, jeans, and hiking boots walked down the busy street. He sighed remembering he has been undercover for several days looking for a drug lord that created a new drug that started spreading over the cities. While walking, he stopped by a jewelry store before walking in and saw two Japanese women at the counter.
Walking up he asked for necklaces and they pulled up several with different gems on them before speaking in Japanese. "I'll take them."
Taking out a checkbook Naruto wrote down the number before giving them the check, and they put the necklaces in a bag. Bowing, Naruto then left outside and walked down the street.
Two men, one wearing a beanie, started following Naruto before his eyes glowed blue. The screen came up on his vision before hacking a camera above him to see the two men following him. Naruto then turned to an alleyway and went to the back of a building.
The two men followed and as they got to the back, saw nobody before walking down. On an awning, Naruto looked over before jumping down and scaring a man who also walked in the back. Apologizing, Naruto turned to see the two men behind him, one holding a knife with a black handle. "What the hell do you want?" One pointed at his bag having Naruto scoff. "Get the fuck out of here."
The man lunged forward with the knife, having Naruto lean back out of the way before kicking him in the shin. Naruto then brought his arms up in an X to block the man's next attack, kicking the second man who pulled a knife as well away before twisting the first man's arm. Naruto turns and pushes him against a fence before throwing him to the ground.
The second guy got up and swiped at Naruto several times before Naruto grabbed and twisted his arm forcing him to lean down. The man kicked the knife the first man dropped to him who got up. Naruto kicked the second man in the face, having him fly back into the fence and then to his hands and knees. Naruto turned and dodged the first man's swipes again before flipping him over his shoulder.
The second man got up and yelled as he jumped over and kicked Naruto several steps back. The two men attacked, having Naruto dodge and block their attacks before he kicked the first man back, and spun kicked the second before continuing to sin then sweep kicked him. Naruto turned to grab the first man, twisted his arm, then pulled a kunai to his throat.
Turning, Naruto puts the man on the ground and holds the blade at the second man who dropped his knife. Naruto then looked at the knives and saw a lotus on the hilt before walking away as he dropped it. "Idiots."
Bangkok January 3, 22:08 ICT.
"(Sigh) Man nothing here either."
Naruto, wearing a black button shirt and blue jeans, sat at an outside bar behind a building near woods drinking.
He then turned from the bar and he took a sip from his glass just as a drunk man bumped into him spilling some of his alcohol on his shirt. Groaning, Naruto put the glass on the bar and looked at the man who just laughed. He's wearing a button shirt as well as black pants.
"Hey. You need a bib, man."
"And you need some manners," Naruto said finishing his drink.
"What?"
"You heard me."
The man threw a punch at the side of Naruto's head who dodged it by leaning away. He threw another only for Naruto to block it, punched the man in the face then slammed the side of his head on the bar before kicking him away. Hearing a yell, Naruto turned to block a kick from another man, threw the leg down, caught his arm, and hit him in the throat. Naruto then spun with their arm, wrapped his right arm around the front of the man's head, then flipped him on his back.
Naruto dodged another man's punch before punching the man with his left fist and spun and kicked the man away as a third one threw several punches at Naruto. Naruto then grabbed the man's right arm and kicked the second guy away. He pushed a third man down with his hold on his arm and threw his leg back to kick the first man again and turned to throw the third man at the bar, having him spin when doing so.
Naruto then turns to deflect another punch from the second man, grabs the arm, twists it, then palms the man in the nose. Naruto glanced back to see the first man holding a knife before dodging several swipes. Naruto was then kicked onto a table where he rolled backward off of it and kicked it at the man, having him fall on it when it hit his waist.
The patrons watched as the second man break two bottles and ran to Naruto only for Naruto to bring his foot up to kick him in the face before ducking under a swipe from the knife-wielding man then grabbed the second man's arm, hit him in the face then kicked him in the side before bringing his foot to kick the first man again. Naruto let go of the man's arm, dodge a swipe then kicked the bottles out of his hands.
Naruto then kicked him in his knee forcing the man to the ground and kicked him with a spin kick. The third man got up to dash at Naruto who punched him several times before kicking him away. Naruto then dodged the first man with a knife before grabbing a bottle and breaking it on the man's head before punching him in the face and then kicking him in the chest. Naruto then launched off the man into another kick to the second man.
Naruto was then tackled by a fourth man to the bar before he elbowed him several times. Naruto then grabbed his arm and flipped into an armbar until he heard the man scream before bringing his foot down onto his chest. The first man ran over with a stool forcing Naruto to let the hold go, flip away, and kick the man's feet forcing him to fall onto the ground face first. Naruto then jumped and spun and kicked the man when he got to his knees.
The second man ran to Naruto as he got up before Naruto blocked his attacks, grabbed his right arm, twisted it, then kicked him in the face. The fourth man ran to Naruto who picked him up in a fireman's carry and then dropped him through a table. The last man standing picked a small square table up and ran to Naruto who ran to him, jumped, flipped, kicked the table, breaking it, and forced the man onto his back, knocking him out.
Naruto sighed before walking to the bar, picked up a bottle, and dropped money on the bar before walking to the street. "Sorry for the mess. That should cover it."
Bangkok January 4, 07:00 ICT.
The next day, Naruto's in a cab before looking at the driver. "There a market near here?"
"I know the right market."
Driving for several miles, they came up to a marketplace where Naruto got out and put on an over-the-shoulder backpack, and looked at the driver. "Keep the meter running, I'll need a hotel after this."
"Got it!"
Walking into the marketplace, Naruto came up to a stand of cosmetics before picking up two zip-lock bags with latex gloves in it. "This, please," Naruto said to the Japanese woman before picking up several files, a compact mirror that had a powder pad, and knives. "And these." He then picked up a small mortar and pestle along with several powder bottles. "And these… How much?"
"4,000."
Naruto pulled his backpack over his shoulder and picked out the money to give to the woman who handed him a bag before bowing and having him bow as well. Naruto then walked to another stand that had homemade dolls before pointing to dolls that had metal rods used for the limbs. "Can I get three of these?"
After paying for the dolls and picking up some leather and paracord, Naruto went to a stand with various plants and herbs before picking several and then walked back to the cab where he was taken to an alley to a hotel entrance. Getting out, Naruto handed the man money before he looked down and spoke. "Have you heard of this Goro person?" Naruto noticed the fear in the driver's eyes before he spoke.
"No, never heard of him."
Naruto then pulled out extra bills before giving them to him. "You never heard of me. Plus I'll need a driver tonight at seven if you're interested."
"Sure, have a nice stay!"
Naruto looked to the balconies and noticed people on cell phones as well as older flip phones before walking into the hotel. "I'm sure I will."
Going up a flight of stairs, Naruto went to a counter before getting a room on the third floor. Getting into a small room, Naruto unclipped his backpack and threw it on the bed before pulling out the stuff he bought and putting them on a table in front of the bed. Taking the dolls, Naruto pulled the rods off and then used the files to file an end of each to a point.
Setting them aside, Naruto opened the zip lock bags and took out the gloves before dumping powder into them. Naruto then put the gloves on before taking the mortar and started grinding the plants, and herbs that are used for sleep aids. He then took the leather and cut it into two pieces before folding each piece to fit on the bottom of his arms.
He then put two small tubings on top of the leather and then tied them to his arm with the paracord. He picked each of the rods up before putting them in the tubing then put on a jean long-sleeved button shirt.
Bangkok January 4, 19:35 ICT.
The cab stopped by a bar before Naruto walked out and stepped inside where he quickly spread the word that he was looking for drugs around the bar. A few hours later, Naruto was at a table drinking before a bottle dropped on his table before looking up to see a Japanese man standing in front of him.
"You lost, my friend?"
"No, are you?" Naruto asked, taking another sip of his drink.
"No, I'm not lost. What are you looking for? You want some more?" The man asked before speaking names in Japanese before Naruto nodded at the new drug, as he moved his hands under the table and made several hand signs.
They then walked outside where four men followed. Naruto looked back before looking forward again. Once they got outside, the man pulled out a light bulb bong before putting it into Naruto's mouth. "Here?" Naruto asked, looking to the open.
"Yes, are you a policeman?"
"Do I look like the police?"
"Then take it."
Sighing Naruto leaned forward having the man see him take a hit as Naruto put him in a Genjutsu (Illusion Technique) before pulling back. "It's good." The man turned to his car trunk and dropped the bulb in a box full of them before opening another full of drugs. "This is Goro's territory, right?"
The man looked back in slight surprise at that, dropping the bag he was picking up. "Never heard of him."
"Oh come on, this new drug is his, right?" Naruto asked before the four men surrounded the two Naruto took several steps back and looked at each. "This will be a lot easier for all of us if you just give me the information." He said as one man pulled a switchblade knife and another a wooden staff. "Alright…" Naruto then shrugged before flexing his wrist having two rods fall in his hands.
One man grabbed his shoulder from behind, having Naruto elbow him in the face before kicking the man in front of him away. Dropping to his knee, Naruto threw the two rods hitting two of the men in their shoulders. Getting up, Naruto then turned to kick the last man only for him to catch his foot. Naruto then jumped and kicked him with his other foot and fell on his side.
One man pulled the rod out of his shoulder and attacked using his staff. Naruto kicked him away as he got to his feet before being kicked in the stomach by the other man who pulled the rod out of his shoulder. Naruto blocked several punches before punching the man several times then grabbed him as he threw his legs behind him to kick the first man who tried attacking from behind.
Naruto then threw the man to the ground before rolling forward to dodge another attack. Naruto then saw he rolled to the man with the knife before kicking him and then swept kick the man with the staff before standing up. Another man with a staff attacked before Naruto wrapped his left arm around the man's right, kicked him to the ground then punched him in the face.
Standing up, Naruto roundhouse kicked the first man before looking to see if the drug dealer was awake before taking a knife, pulled the man up, and held it to his throat. "Where is Goro?!"
"I don't know who you're talking about-!" He stopped as Naruto pushed harder and drew blood. "No one knows where he is! He keeps quiet about where he lives!"
Dropping the man and knife, Naruto started walking toward the street. Only to quickly turn to wrap his left arm around the man's right as he tried attacking with the knife. Naruto then squeezed until he heard a crack and then headbutted the man knocking him out. Getting to the street, Naruto saw his cab was still outside before getting in. "Back to the hotel!"
Bangkok January 5, 07:28 ICT.
A shirtless Naruto was in the bathroom brushing his teeth and heard his door open before spitting in the sink. Turning, Naruto kicked the door open knocking an armed man to the wall before he ran out to another armed man by his bed. He grabbed him by the arm and turned to kick a third man before turning the arm around, spinning the man to the floor and punching him as Naruto fell to his knees.

Naruto raised his hands as a pistol was pointed to the back of his head. He stood before quickly turning to spin the man's arm around before backhanding him. He then kicked him in the back of the knees before kicking him in the face. Picking up a white shirt and his backpack, Naruto threw the gun at the door and hit a fifth man before running to dropkick him. Kipping up, Naruto then ran down the hall before seeing a rifle at the end of the hall from the right. "Damn."
Naruto then kicked it in the air when reaching the end and kicked the man into the wall before seeing a group of men behind him. They shot at Naruto as he ran to a staircase and then jumped over the wall to start running to the roof. The men followed as he ran up the stairs. Coming up to the floor under the roof, Naruto saw two guys before he jumped at them, grabbed the man in front with both hands, and swung him to kick the second man as he fell to slam the first man to the floor then punched him.
Naruto then continued running before getting to a turn on the stairs into another man before punching him and then threw him off the railing to the bottom floor onto a pile of trash bags. Getting to the roof door, Naruto saw a rifle coming in before pulling it inside and elbowing the man before kicking him down the stairs into the wall.
Running out on the walkway that wrapped around the building, Naruto picked up a bag of his powder as he ran to the edge and knocked stuff over to slow the men behind him. Getting to the end, Naruto saw a man before throwing the bag then dropped to the floor to slide as the man shot the bag having powder blind him. Naruto tackled him off the railing onto the roof of the next building and through a skylight.
Naruto then took a shard of glass before putting it to the man's throat. "Where is Goro… Where?!"
Bangkok Fishing Village January 7, 18:05 ICT.
Naruto in his cab stopped by a fishing village before getting out and paid the driver. Walking to a man on a boat, he hired him to take him upriver several miles. Getting off the boat, Naruto bowed to the man before walking to a small clearing and made a fire before turning on his vision.
"Hey, could you send my uniform to my coordinates?"
'Sure.'
Naruto saw a red M symbol before several minutes later, Bio-Ship flew by and dropped a box to him.
Bangkok Woods January 8, 05:59 ICT.
The next morning, Naruto was woken up by men walking by before putting out the fire and ran to a tree with vines and leaves on the trunk before going to it and inside the vines revealing the tree was hollow. One man got near him before Naruto chopped him in the throat and put him in a sleeper hold before putting him inside.
Another man walked by before Naruto jumped out and hit the man in the head before throwing a taser end to an arrow behind him hitting another man before the final one started firing at him. Naruto dived at a log before throwing his last zip lock bag, having the man shoot it and blind himself Naruto then stood up and threw two more taser ends hitting the man and one near him that was about to shoot.
"Must be close," Naruto said before taking their supplies and giving M'gann a message about the men for the police.
Walking further ahead, Naruto came to an old factory before surveying it and waited until night came.
Putting on his costume, Naruto walked to the wall before jumping up. Stopping at a small building, he heard a group of men play poker and talk about the sales before seeing two men walking around the property. Naruto then shot a taser arrow at each man before taking a kunai with paper attached to the handle and threw it at some barrels near the building. He then did the same at several other buildings.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Men ran out of the building only for a clone to knock them out before Naruto saw a man standing in front of him wearing a green shirt and khaki pants. The man pulled a knife before running to Naruto and took a swipe at him. Naruto dodged before blocking several more before grabbing his arm and twisting it before pulling the man forward and punching him, knocking him out.
Walking to the factory, Naruto saw a middle-aged man in a black suit with a katana before bringing his bow out and had it straighten into a staff before running to the man. Blocking several strikes while sparks came off his bow, Naruto turns to hit the man in his knee before spinning to hit him in the head then bringing his knee down knocking him out just as the police arrived. "Thank God I got a vacation next month."

For those that do not know, this was a movie plot I came across online right when s4 was announced called "Ninja II: Shadow of a Tear". I wrote this out then as well because it's on Tubi and to my knowledge Crackle and I know these free streaming sites rotate movies but it is on Tubi now and maybe Crackle. When seeing it I thought, "A movie called Ninja and about a guy who was trained in that way taking on a drug lord, this would be a good chapter" and wrote it out.

Well, shit, might have spoken too soon on there is no mind control/mole as this comic deals with Perdita being kidnapped and for this issue (2) was held in Markovia. Zviad uses his power on Brion by saying that HE needs to be the one to save her, and when saving her, Perdita says to Brion "YOU need to be the one who gets me to safety" then the last panel is her looking down smiling as he takes her away on a lava stream after revealing Zviad's being behind the kidnapping at least.
NOW, it's just implied for this update on July 29th, 2022. (Before issue #3) And I'll be a person who'll consider this a part of s4 which is why I said I spoke too soon. And it's most likely that s5 will take place at least a few months to a year after this mission. But I'm sure those who've read will put why she's being put under control in reviews but please try to refrain from giving spoilers or put up a warning as I do.
Me at this moment yeah if so it's either to give Vertigo the throne, or ally with Markovia by contract... or something else. BUT AGAIN, nothing's concrete yet until the next issue(s)
